Abstract:
The task of controlling multi-link robots with manipulators for implementation of high-tech processes in industry has been considered in the paper. The paper presents sequential steps of using computer technology in construction of robotic-manipulators, including mathematical, algorithmic, and hardware and software tools for creating a multi-drive mechatronic system controlled by OMRON industrial microcontroller. A kinematic scheme of a robot manipulator has been described in the paper and it performs the following two types of movements – rotation around the z axis and rectilinear movement of a working element along a turning radius with precise positioning at a given point in the working space. Electromechanical design of the manipulator allows to ensure transportation of production objects in accordance with a given technological process. For designing the technological process of transporting production objects, a software module has been developed that makes it possible to automate description of basic operations for movement of the robot manipulator working body with subsequent automatic generation of a command sequence for a control program ensuring operation of electric drives in manipulator links in real time. To speed up the process of designing trajectory of the working body, a spatial simulation model of a robot-manipulator in the MatLab-Simulink environment has been developed. The paper considers a generalized diagram of a mechatronic control system for a robot-manipulator based on the OMRON programmable logic controller operating under control of a program developed in the programming environment Sysmac Studio Automation. A program for a programmable terminal with interface elements and animation elements has been developed for industrial use of the mechatronic system during adjustment and operation period. The paper provides an appearance of a robot-manipulator prototype. The developed mechatronic system of the robot-manipulator can be technologically oriented towards solving other problems of industrial production.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Tuberculosis yang merupakan masalah kesehatan di seluruh negara yang diakibatkan oleh infeksi Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Penderita TB umumnya disertai dengan kekurangan energi kronis, kekurangan gizi dan mengalamai defisiensi mikronutrien. Penderita TB paru mengalami perubahan metabolisme yang disebabkan sitokin-sitokin pro inflamasi yang disekresi oleh sel-sel imun sebagai respon imun terhadap infeksi bakteri TB. Hal tersebut diduga menjadi penyebab kekurangan energi kronis yang berdampak status gizi yang lebih buruk. Defisiensi asupan makanan mempengaruhi proses eritropoesis yaitu produksi sel darah merah oleh sumsum tulang. Proses eritropoesis tersebut membutuhkan bahan dasar esensial yang beberapa bahan tidak dapat disediakan oleh tubuh. Hemoglobin adalah produk proses eritropoesis yang terbentuk dengan ketersediaan zat besi secara cukup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan gambaran hasil kadar hemoglobin pada penderita tuberculosis sebelum pengobatan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kadar Haemoglobin menggunakan Sysmex KX-21 dengan menggunakan metode Resistensi Elektronik (Impedans). Sampel yang diperiksa berupa plasma penderita TB sebanyak 20 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 sampel diperoleh 8 orang (40%) menunjukkan kadar hemoglobin yang rendah, 12 orang (60%) menunjukkan kadar hemoglobin yang normal. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa infeksi TB beresiko mengalami penurunan kadar haemoglobin.

Аrtykuł jest poświęcony złożonej trajektorii autorskiej Anatola Sysa (1959-2005), którego niezwyczajny los intryguje czytelnika nie mniej niż jego utwory poetyckie i wymusza na badaczach poszukiwanie wciąż nowych sposobów interpretacji jego artystycznych i życiowych metamorfoz. Ze wspomnień przyjaciół, artykułów naukowych i utworów artystycznych wyłania się sprzeczny wizerunek pisarza: głos pokolenia, przeciwnik ideologii komunistycznej, prorok odrodzenia narodowego, Geniusz, poeta obrzydliwy, błazen, alkoholik, wyrodek, cham. Owa różnorodność i odmienność interpretacji w ocenie osobowości Anatola Sysa oraz miejsca, które jego twórczość zajmuje w historii literatury białoruskiej, uzasadniona jest zdaniem autora artykułu trzema przyczynami: 1) niezwykłą i sprzeczną naturą poety; 2) specyfiką krótkiego okresu, w którym żył Anatol Sys, obejmującego trzy epoki: radziecką (do 1984 roku), epokę reform i odrodzenia narodowego (1985-1992) і epokę Alaksandra Łukaszenki (od 1994 roku); 3) złożoną trajektorią życiowej i twórczej drogi poety, w której można wyróżnić trzy okresy: wczesny, patriotyczny i przeklęty (okres przynależności do cyganerii artystycznej). Jeszcze za życia Anatola Sysa jego osoba zaczęła obrastać w mity i legendy, a po śmierci poety jego najlepsze utwory weszły do kanonu literatury narodowej XX wieku.

Abstract:
AbstractTrombocytopenia is related with severity of malaria. Parasitaemia and immune system have important roles for the reactions that occur in malaria infections including thrombocytopenia. Therefore, we conducted a study to determine the association between thrombocytopenia, parasitaemia and cytokines in Plasmodium falciparum and P.vivax. This was a cross-sectional and hospital based study at Mitra Masyarakat Hospital,Timika, Papua, in 2010. Subjects were all age groups with uncomplicated malaria. On admission, characteristics subjects were recorded, parasitaemia was calculated by using microscope, platelets were measured by Hematology analyzer (Sysmex), and cytokines were measured by Multiplex Flow Cytometry Assay (Luminex).Thrombocytopenia was defined if platelet count <150,000/mm . Cytokines were presented in ratio of TNFα/IL10, IFNγ/IL10, and IL12/IL10. The association thrombocytopenia, parasitaemia and cytokines were determined by logistic multivariate analysis. A total 76 subjects were recruited, 51.3% infected with P. falciparum and 48.7% infected with P. vivax infection. The mean age of subjects was 15 (range: 5 – 55) years and 82.9% with thrombocytopenia (platelet range:18958-341123/mm ). The geometric mean of parasitemia was 3393 (43–412503) /mm , while the median of ratios TNFα/IL10, IFN γ/IL10 and IL12/IL10 were 1.05; 0.99; and 0.99, respectively. Bivariate anaylsis showed that trombocytopenia was associated with low level of TNFα/IL10 (p=0.015) and IL12/IL10 (0.020). The multivariate anaysis data also showed a relationship between thrombocytopenia and ratio of TNFα/IL10 with adjusted OR of 7,33 (95%CI: 1,5–35,8), p=0.014. Thrombocytopenia is associated with low ratio of TNFα/IL10 in patients with uncomplicated infection of P. falciparum and P.vivax. AbstrakTrombositopenia berhubungan dengan tingkat keparahan malaria. Parasitemia dan sistem kekebalan tubuh memiliki peran penting pada manifestasi infeksi malaria termasuk trombositopenia. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antara trombositopenia, parasitemia, dan sitokin pada Plasmodium falciparum dan P.vivax. Disain studi adalah potong lintang, dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Mitra Masyarakat, Timika, Papua pada tahun 2010. Subjek penelitian adalah semua kelompok umur dengan malaria tanpa komplikasi. Pada perekrutan, karakteristik subjek akan dicatat, parasitemia dihitung dengan mikroskop, trombosit diukur dengan Hematology analyzer (Sysmex) dan sitokin diukur dengan Multiplex Flow Cytometry Assay (Luminex). Trombositopenia didefinisikan jika jumlah trombosit < 150.000 mm . Sitokin yang dipaparkan adalah rasio TNFα/IL10, IFNγ/IL10, dan IL12/IL10. Hubungan trombositopenia, parasitemia, dan sitokin ditentukan dengan analisis multivariat logistik. Sebanyak 76 subjek malaria mono-infeksi direkrut, 51,3% terinfeksi P. falciparum dan 48,7% P. vivax. Rata-rata umur subjek adalah 15 (kisaran : 5-55) tahun dan 82,9% dengan trombositopenia (kisaran : 18.958-341.123/ mm 3 3 ). Rerata geometrik parasitemia adalah 3393 (43-412503)/mm , sedangkan median masing–masing rasio TNFα/IL10, IFNγ/IL10 dan IL12/IL10 yaitu 1,05, 0,99; dan 0,99. Analsis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa trombositopenia berhubungan dengan rendahnya tingkat TNFα/IL10 (p = 0,015) dan tingginya rasio IL12/ IL10 (p=0,020). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara trombositopenia dan rasio TNFα/IL10 rendah (< 1,05) dengan OR: 7,33 (95% CI: 1,5-35,8), p = 0,014. Trombositopenia dikaitkan dengan rendahnya rasio TNFα/ IL10 pada pasien infeksi dari P. falciparum dan P. vivax tanpa komplikasi.

Nell'ultima viene presentato il progetto dell'HMI di un impianto, che è stato realizzato con l'utilizzo del software Sysmac Studio.

Abstract:
In this thesis I study the relationship between Malmö Stad, a municipal government agency and external actors in a municipal based EU-project. The project in question is Food Loop System, a pilot project to the larger Cleantech TIPP project by Gate21, partially funded by the EU program Interreg ÖKS. The goal of this study is to establish whether the relationship between public and private or external actors in EU-projects can be considered democratic. Furthermore, the study seeks to bring in a new perspective on how projects can be considered democratic as previous studies have often focused on the relation between politics and public officials rather than external actors' influence on projects. In the thesis I do this by using Robert Dahl's ideal types for democracy and the use of a multilevel governance theory. Robert Dahl's theory is used to study the relationship between actors and the multilevel governance theory is used to establish if the project can be regarded as a type of multilevel governance and what effect that has on the democratic ideals. The study concludes that the relation between Malmö stad and external actors in the project Food Loop System can be considered democratic along with the project as a whole. Furthermore, the negative connotations of multilevel governance are not prevalent enough in the project as it fails to live up to most of the criteria required to be considered a type of multilevel governance, which means most criticism against multilevel governance can't be directed towards the project.

Abstract:
This chapter presents the EU-funded MADES FP7 project that aims to develop an effective model-driven methodology to improve the current practices in the development of real-time embedded systems for avionics and surveillance industries. MADES developed an effective SysML/MARTE language subset, and a set of new tools and technologies that support high-level design specifications, validation, simulation, and automatic code generation, while integrating aspects such as component re-use. This chapter illustrates the MADES methodology by means of a car collision avoidance system case study; it presents the underlying MADES language, the design phases, and the set of tools supporting on one hand model verification and validation and, on the other hand, automatic code generation, which enables the implementation on execution platforms such as state-of-the-art FPGAs.
