Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to become familiar with the personal module within the framework of enterprise information system DIALOG 3000S and subsequent suggestion of measure and procedure when implementing its functions in operation. First of all, it concerns the functions linked with the organizational structure and professions within integrated. Theoretical part is focused on general introduction of enterprise processes widely, then the issues of personal information system are analyzed, especially its integration to the enterprise information system as a whole. The practical part features introduction of the company Romotop, ltd. and information system DIALOG 3000S, firstly its integrated personal module. Then the actual situation of the module is analyzed and thus the reflections which function should be putted in operation and the way of the procedure.

Abstract:
The thesis Staff adaptation in selected company focuses on personnel actions of new employee adaptation. It is very important to employ in a company skilled, motivated and loyal employers therefore it is necessary to have a sophisticated and effective system of adaptation that helps. Adaptatiton facilitates it. The main aim of this is to analyze and evaluate the process of adaptation of new employees of XYZ, s.r.o.. This is fictious name of company, which engage in the manufacture, distribution and own development of detergents. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focuses the literature review discusses the importance of personal work in the company, human resource management and adaptation process of new employees. The practical part contains history and characteristics of XYZ, s.r.o. and the current description of the process of adaptation in the company. This is followed by an assessment of the adaptation process, which is based on a survey with the employees. In the end, there were recommended improvements in the adaptation process in the company.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the Pacovské strojírny, joint-stock company, identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to improve its effectiveness. Furthermore, via questionnaire survey to determine attitude and satisfaction of workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in this company. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic terms and solutions concerning particular problems of recruitment and selection of employees. In the introduction of the practical part there is the company characterization, including its history, the company bodies, employees and department of human resources. Subsequently it is followed by an analysis of recruitment and selection of employess, a formulation of its strengths and weaknesses and a proposition of measures which could lead to its eventual improvement. In last part the questionnaire survey is evaluated, which examines the attitude and satisfaction of the workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the company.

The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyze the recruitment and selection process of employees in the company KOVOSVIT MAS, a.s., identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to improve its effectiveness. With the questionnaire survey there is also examined satisfaction of employees with the company's process of recruitment and selection of staff. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the theoretical background. The findings of this part are also applied in the practical part. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the education system in the company BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. Minor task is to map all steps of the education process in the concrete company with its strengths and weaknesses. To find out more about employee's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with corporate training was used a questionnaire survey that unfold skills development perception of course participants. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The first mentioned contains human resources activities and stuff training described in detail steps together with methods and subjects. The theoretical block also contains results of the surveys carried out in the field of education in the ČR and abroad. The second part of this thesis is devoted to analyzing the education system in BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. The introduction of the company is followed by the current situation of education in the firm. In detail are analyzed the steps of the systematic training cycle and published opinions of the employees in the form of survey results. In the conclusion are the proposals and recommendations to improve the educational activities of the company.

This thesis deals with the issue of human resource management and it is focused on a general description of HR processes of recruitment and selection of staff. It also captures the essence of the recruitment and selection of employees, and identifies conditions that must be observed for making this system is effective. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, there are defined the keywords and described the processes and methods of recruitment and selection of employees. In the second, the practical part, there is introduced company X, the structure of its employees and the system of recruitment and selection of employees, which is established in the company. The system is at this place analyzed and compared with the generally accepted theoretical principles. With the questionnaire survey there is also examined satisfaction of employees with the company's process of recruitment and selection of staff. In conclusion of the thesis, the system of recruitment and selection of employees is appraised and there are highlighted its strengths and proposed measures for its improvement.

The thesis with the title ?The system of personal work in selected organization? concentrates on the area of the system of management of personal work and personal activities with the aim of realization of company aims and more specifically employees in schools. The content of the thesis is the analysis of the allowance organization in the area of the system of personal work of pedagogical employees in Poděbradova basic school in Strakonice, whose establisher is the town of Strakonice. The aim of this diploma work is the analysis of the system of personal work in selected organization, the evaluation of this system and proposals for the improvement of management in this organization. The outcomes of the thesis are proposals for the improvement of the system of management of personal work and personal activities, which will help to optimize the system. The development of not only pedagogical employees is very important for the society. This thesis deals with the analysis of personnel work in a selected company and proposing improvement measures for any deficiencies. In the theoretical part are analyzed opinions of authors, who deal with the personnel work. Basic structure of personal work used in this thesis is creation and job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of staff, their evaluation and remuneration, deployment of staff, termination of employment, education and care for workers, relationships with employers and HR information system. In the pracical part is the analyzed company introduced at first, its business activities and history. Then the basic information about employees are meantioned, their number and changes in last five years. Organizational structure is described here too. At the end of the thesis are improvement neasures for some of the personal work.

The main focus of this thesis, titled ?Analysis of personnel work in the company,? lies on system and management of personal work and personal activities in the context of human resource management as one of the preconditions to be met to achieve the objectives of the company ČZ a.s. in Strakonice. The aim of the the thesis is to analyse the system of personnel work in the given enterprise, to assess and evaluate it and subsequently design some changes which can lead to higher effectivity of management of this area. Proposals to improve the current personnel system in the company ČZ a.s. are the main outcome of the thesis. At present, the management of each company is well aware of how important feature human factor is. They realise that workers who know that their management shows interest in them, takes care of them and is not indifferent to their work environment and that they are properly rewarded for their performance are happy. Consequently, the workers have the feeling of importance for the company, which is further reflected in their work performance and prosperity of the whole enterprise.

Abstract:
This thesis is focused on personnel system management in Západočeské konzumní družstvo v Sušici (West Bohemian consumer cooperation in Sušice). The main aim of the thesis is analysis of personal system in chosen company and suggestion to improve quality in personnel management. I see the analysed personnel system very sophisticated and focused on details. Regardless during the analyses only one significant defect was found. Employees have no chance to buy companies goods with discounts and that could be why they are not so stabile and satisfy on their positions and on the other hand, they don{\crq}t have motivation for buying these goods too. Another recommendation for this firm is establishment of cafeteria system, this system of employees' amenities is widely used by many Czech or international companies. There were analysed chosen personnel management activities too. Among these activities we can count evaluation and recruitment of employees. In this two activities we can not see significant problems, for that reason there were proposed only some recommendations. In case of employees recruitment was cooperation with personnel agency suggested, this way of new employees admitting is not so expensive and more effective. Next step in process of personnel management improving is establishment of employees self evaluation system, which is a way how to discover current motivation of employees and can give recommendation for future development.

Abstract:
A quality management system (QMS) forms a part of the organization's management. There are various QMS systems. Usually, they are based on one of two approaches to quality issues - the normologic approach and the teleologic approach. Quality management is a dynamic process that constantly changes and develops in terms of forms, methods and content. Specific QMS types can be attributed to one of three basic concepts: industrial standards, TQM (Total Quality Management), and the ISO concept. Various approaches to quality management began to develop in the 1920s. After World War II, the issues of quality gain priority particularly in Japan and the USA, followed by Europe. At that time the first true quality management systems were established. Their significance and development rapidly grew mainly in the 1980s, when quality began to be considered a key prerequisite to success and future competitiveness. Presently, two systems are primarily used in Europe: quality management based on the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9000:2000 standards, and a quality model based on the TQM philosophy and principles, referred to as the EFQM Excellence Model, which has been designed and implemented by the European Foundations for Quality Management (EFQM). Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a concept of a new system of anesthetic administration in the Czech Republic. The attitude of anesthesiological nurses was inquired in a form of quantitative research questionnaire. It suggests higher/wilder competence for non - medical staff during carring out an anesthesia. In the particular chapters of the theoretical part are described different contexts of the topic (history of anethesia, change implementation theory, description of a current situation in anestesiology, comparison with other countries, legislative) and their mutual connection. Research results dealing with anesthesiological nurses opinions on suggested model of changes in carring out an anesthesia are described in an Empirical section. In a section Results of quantitative research I describe many facts, give explanations, confirmations or disproves of hypothesis arising from the research. According to the results, there exists sufficient support among anesthesilogical nurses for carring out a new system of work into an anesthesiological department. Based on facts and information from the first part of the thesis and data research I described a plan of change implementation supervision.
