Abstract:
Online education is becoming more and more valid, but as a different modality from the face-to-face teaching-learning process, it has special characteristics that must be considered. Online education is much more than uploading material to a repository and using it in a linear manner. Electronic online education platforms, seen as an integral system, offer a large number of technological resources that must be used according to the educational model that is being applied. To achieve good performance, an online education model must be based on a harmonious architecture of the educational, administrative, legal and infrastructure aspects of ICT, that is, an integral model. The educational models created based on the prevailing pedagogical models - behavioral, constructivist, cognitive and connectivist - must be implemented through an instructional design, aligned with the pedagogical objectives and learning strategies, based on the proper use of the technological resources of The electronic platform. Instructional design models, such as ADDIE, ASSURE, Dick and Carey, and others, applied to online education, should take advantage of the resources of the technology platforms and the characteristics of each. These models, as a guide to instructional design processes, can also be enriched with other methodological processes, such as DevOps, which through continuous deliveries enrich and keep the educational content updated. This article proposes strategies for applying the technological resources of online learning platforms, aligned with the instructional design corresponding to the different pedagogical models.

First, a generalized fuzzy integral which encompasses Sugeno integral, Choquet integral and opposite-Sugeno integral is proposed. A more restricted fuzzy integral can be expressed by using only one parameter of Frank's t-norm. It also encompasses the three integrals. Next, the performance when the integral is adopted as a subjective evaluation model is theoretically investigated. Finally, an example of subjective evaluation test is shown and is discussed.

Abstract:
This paper formulates "partition type fuzzy integral" which is a fuzzy integral of functions on a partition of the set of all attributes. The identity of it is the set of intermediate fuzzy integrals between the linear form and the usual multilinear fuzzy integrals. In this fuzzy integral, any combination of attributes in the same macro-attribute yields no interactions, but any set of attributes, each member of which belongs to a distinct macro-attribute, causes an interaction. Therefore, we can extract only the essential interactions from the evaluation process by discovering the best expressive partition. An application to a concrete evaluation problem shows the effectiveness of this model.

Abstract:
Systemic Ecological Approach in Teacher Education: Ecological Didactic Model of Students' Pedagogical PracticeThe article deals with the ecological didactic model of students' as prospective teachers' pedagogical practice. The model has been developed to facilitate university students' systemic ecological thinking, professional development, including the development of various competences, and their successful integration within the multilevel, multicomponent, and multifunctional environment of a comprehensive school. The model describes a comprehensive school as multilevel and multifunctional environment, where the students (trainees) and the teachers (supervisors of training) are integral parts of such environment. The functioning of a triad - a university lecturer - supervisor of pedagogical practice, a student, and a supervisor of pedagogical practice at school - as an interactional system is significant for the model. The principles of organization, implementation, and evaluation of the pedagogical practice and the didactic requirements for the students have been developed within the given model. At present this model is under the theoretical and practical approbation.

Abstract:
The present work is an analysis with comments of the model created by Dr. Roberto Kertész. The organization is a complex social reality that is defined as a set of people, a deliberate internal structure and a common goal. This is achieved through processes of transformation of certain "inputs" to the system - organization, obtained from the context or environment. The P.A.L.T is a systemic model, in which the organization has the opportunity to regulate its activity. The levels of the efficiency of the organizational performance will obviously depend on the quality of these interactions and the study of the nature of them will allow the management to achieve a set of more valuable results. In order to systematize this set of knowledge, it is convenient to group its components in a model that is both analytical and integral. The PALT model stands for this objective, which means the systemic integration of the Psychological, Administrative, Legal and Technical variables.

Abstract:
This paper is a reflection on praxis which addresses the phonological stratum as an integral part of the language system. As EFL teachertrainers, we often find that students isolate the different meaning-creating components of language as a natural result of the way courses areorganized at university level. It is in the spirit of helping students integrate the various aspects of language and context that we have set outto compare David Brazil, Malcolm Coulthard and Catherine Johns’s Discourse Intonation model –which we have been working with for morethan ten years– with the intonation approach in Systemic Functional Linguistics, by M.A.K. Halliday and William Greaves. We observe thetheoretical similarities between the two approaches in order to see how they may supplement one another. Then, we analyse a conversationtaken from a film following both theoretical approaches, and draw conclusions in the light of the comparison. Our preliminary results show thatthe two approaches explain the meanings conveyed with reference to different meaning-making resources. Brazil et al. explain the meaningsat risk in the interaction according to the phonological systems they describe (prominence, tone, key and termination). Halliday and Greavesdo so by referring to the phonological and lexico-grammatical strata in combination.

Abstract:
Abstract This work is devoted to promoting the principle of characterization, treated as a systemic paradigm binding in an integral whole the functional and structural aspects of any organization, under-stood as a deliberate relationship of related resources. The principle of characterization and the specific characterization theories built on its basis belong to the methodology of systemic research. Its essence is the axioms contained in model Ψa of the proper functioning, which are assigned to the relationships contained in model Ψb of the structure of this organization. The functional-structural paradigm considered is characteristic primarily of project activity in which an efficient structural response to a certain problem of the correct (safe) functioning of the organization as a whole or its considered part is sought after.

Abstract:
An urgent issue is the determination of the functional purpose and increasing the efficiency of using the lands of the natural reserve fund.
The object of research: lands of the natural reserve fund.
Investigated problem. According to the legal framework, which was used in the study, it was determined certain aspects of their functioning in the context of environmental protection measures. The processes of using the lands of the natural reserve fund should be considered as a complex process; therefore, the influence of systemic factors on the level of use of the lands of the natural reserve fund of the regions is studied. To carry out the analysis, methods of mathematical modeling were used as a mechanism for coordinating the influence of a set of indicators and determining their relationships.
Main scientific results. The results of mathematical modeling have been obtained, which provide an opportunity to predict changes in the integral indicator of the level of land use of objects of the natural reserve fund of regions, depending on the relevant factors, and to offer scientifically substantiated recommendations for the development and implementation of monitoring of the formation of lands of objects of the natural reserve fund of regions. The integral indicator was developed on the basis of the analysis and assessment of a set of factors that are defined as parameters for assessing the lands of the natural reserve fund. The analysis of the adequacy of the developed mathematical models of the influence of factors on the integral indicator of the level of land use of objects of the natural reserve fund of the regions using the neural network method made it possible to confirm the completeness and reliability of the established relationships based on low values of the relative error of the test sample.
The area of practical use of research results. Thus, the practical significance of the developed model for the formation of a methodology for assessing the processes of using lands of the natural reserve fund has been determined.
Innovative technological product: an integral model for assessing the lands of the natural reserve fund.
Scope of application of an innovative technological product. This technique makes it possible to increase the efficiency and rationalize the processes of using the lands of the natural reserve fund in order to protect them and ensure integrated functioning.

We propose a general approach to study such functions via the notion of pseudo-Sugeno integral (or, equivalently, pseudo-polynomial function), which naturally generalizes that of Sugeno integral, and provide several axiomatizations for this class of functions. Moreover, we address and solve the problem of factorizing a Sugeno utility function as a composition q(φ1(x1),…,φn(xn)) of a Sugeno integral q with local utility functions φi, if such a factorization exists.

Purpose: to work out the methodic of determination of military higher educational establishment faculty’s rating for improvement of organization, monitoring and control of physical education process at the faculty. Material: we used systemic-structural analysis; functioning of military higher educational establishment faculty was simulated; quantitative values of faculty functioning integral rating, connected with organization and conducting of sport measures, were obtained. Results: on the base of hierarchic model of faculty functioning we offered model of faculty rating. De-composition of its structure was carried out up to the level, at which it is possible to make objective quantitative assessments of separate kinds of functioning. Conclusions: the worked out rating-model of functioning results shows functional connection of faculty’s integral rating with its special ratings as well as connections between different kinds of functioning at different levels of de-composition. We found clear connection of special ratings of lower level with quantitative assessments of functioning. It permits to differentially approach to comparison and assessment of faculty’s functioning.

Abstract:
Reduced mitochondrial electron transport chain activity promotes longevity and improves energy homeostasis via cell-autonomous and –non-autonomous factors in multiple model systems. This mitohormetic effect is thought to involve the mitochondrial unfolded protein response (UPRmt), an adaptive stress-response pathway activated by mitochondrial proteotoxic stress. Using mice with skeletal muscle–specific deficiency of Crif1 (muscle-specific knockout [MKO]), an integral protein of the large mitoribosomal subunit (39S), we identified growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF15) as a UPRmt-associated cell–non-autonomous myomitokine that regulates systemic energy homeostasis. MKO mice were protected against obesity and sensitized to insulin, an effect associated with elevated GDF15 secretion after UPRmt activation. In ob/ob mice, administration of recombinant GDF15 decreased body weight and improved insulin sensitivity, which was attributed to elevated oxidative metabolism and lipid mobilization in the liver, muscle, and adipose tissue. Thus, GDF15 is a potent mitohormetic signal that safeguards against the onset of obesity and insulin resistance.

The article discusses the problems of determining the need of citizens of older age groups in complex medical, social and psychological assistance in the framework of the implementation of a personalized approach to the service provision. The concept of an integral assessment of the biopsychosocial status of older citizens has been introduced. Based on the ranking of subjects according to the degree of decrease in body functions due to ageing and the development of age-associated diseases, an algorithm for the implementation of the assessment has been proposed. The possibility of using this algorithm has been substantiated, and its features have been shown on the example of St. Petersburg as a model region, taking into account its technical, personnel and organizational potential. The requirements for the implementation of the systemic support components for the provision of comprehensive medical, social and psychological assistance to senior citizens in the process of organizational and technical support for an integrated assessment of their biopsychosocial status have been defined.

Based on the use of information and innovation technologies in order to forecast the non-linear dynamics of eco-economic and socio-humanitarian systems, integrated stochastic models of objects and processes were developed and studied, suitable for the conditions of systemic crises. The paper handles the aspect of integration of 4 business and functioning areas of the modern complex systems. It proposes a general conceptual integrated model, generalized synergetic model of dynamics, considering different uncertainty (stochastic and chaotic components). The paper examines the aspects of integration of multiple business areas and sectors of the modern complex systems functioning and developing under the present conditions of non-linearity, instability and crises. An integrated stochastic non-linear phase-space growth dynamics model was developed and studied to forecast the development of the state of an innovative economy. Abstract:
Parameters of digital proportional–integral/proportional–integral–derivative controllers are usually calculated using commonly known conventional methods or solution of discrete-time equations. In literature, a model-based compact form formulation for calculation of discrete-time proportional–integral/proportional–integral–derivative controller parameters has not been come across yet. The proposed model-based compact form formulations are introduced to calculate the proportional–integral parameters in discrete time as a new approach. Generally, different types of control techniques are chosen in similar studies for double-loop control for direct current–direct current boost converter control except proportional–integral/proportional–integral. In this study, double-loop proportional–integral controller is used as a different control method from literature. By this way, the most important advantages of the proposed study are to reduce different design methods to a unique proportional–integral design method and shorten all calculations. The accuracy of the double-loop proportional–integral controller’s parameters calculated using the model-based compact form formulations is validated both in simulation and experimental studies under various disturbance effects. Satisfactory performance of the proposed controller under model uncertainty and other cases are comparatively shown with the predefined performance criteria.

Abstract:
In this study, we deal with systems that can be represented by single fractional order pole models and propose an integer order proportional–integral/proportional–integral–derivative controller design methodology for this class. The basic principle or backbone of the design methodology of the proposed controller relies on using the inverse of the fractional model and then approximating this fractional controller transfer function by a low integer order model using Oustaloup filter. The emerging integer order controller reveals itself either in pre-filtered proportional–integral or proportional–integral–derivative form by emphasizing on the dominancy concept of pole-zero configuration. Parameters of the proposed controllers depend on the parameters of the single fractional order pole model and the only free design parameter left is the overall controller gain. This free design parameter is determined via some approximating functions relying on an optimization procedure. Simulation results show that the proposed controller exhibits either satisfactory or better results with respect to some performance indices and time domain criteria when they are compared to classical integer order proportional–integral–derivative and fractional order proportional–integral–derivative controllers. Moreover, the proposed controller is applied to real-time liquid level control system. The application results show that the proposed controller outperforms the other controllers.

SUMMARYThe main objective of this paper is a presentation of an experimental identification of a non-direct drive robot and load dynamic parameters, which appear in the integral model. The last one is based on the energy theorem formulation. In the robotics literature there are not many experimental results known to the authors, concerning the identification of the dynamic parameters of different models. In order to satisfy this, the experimental system has been built around an industrial ASEA IRp-6 robot. In this paper we propose to precompute the friction characteristics which are separated in the integral model. Various aspects of the exciting trajectories are considered. It is shown how to identify the friction coefficients using a short integral model. The experimental results are presented, including comparison of the results for both integral and differential identification. The identified models are verified by computing the predicted torques and trajectories

These technologies are used in some archaeological sites, but development and implementation are scarce due to the lack of economic strategies, infrastructure, and human capital, which are preventing the sustainable exploitation of those sites, although some of these sites have met the basic requirements for providing a better experience to visitors. However, these sites should be studied to propose integral solutions not only to improve the tourist experience, but also to assist in their protection, conservation, and sustainable development. Here, we used knowledge from the soft systems methodology and the hologram generation system to generate proposals to solve the problem described. The result is a sustainable historical-cultural model based on the systemic approach, whose objective is to positively impact the visitor experience while maintaining harmony with the environment.

Abstract:
The current approaches to estimating the level of energy security are based on applying a comprehensive approach to selecting the factors that affect energy security and the dynamics of processes in this domain. This article reveals the application of the model of energy security estimation and strategizing based on the systemic description of energy security as an object of management: the integral system, elements and connections, functions, processes, and the system’s material. At the same time, this model is able to take into account the dynamics of technological, political, economic, and other factors operating in the country and on the global arena. The energy security estimation model developed uses a modern methodology of integrated estimation: a multiplicative form of the integrated index, a formalized definition of the safe existence limits in order to provide scientific substantiation of the threshold vector, a modified rationing method, the principal components method, and the sliding matrix method to substantiate dynamic weighting coefficients. The paper demonstrates the systemic approach application to shaping strategic goals in the energy security domain in the context of sustainable development; the trajectory of energy security development is calculated by the method of strategizing that applies the principle “future is determined by the trajectory to the future” instead of the classical forecasting “past determines the future”. In general, the article shows the possibility of unifying the process of formalizing energy security (according to the needs of the researcher: country, industry, energy network, supply chain) as an object of management, estimating energy security status, and strategizing the regulatory sphere transformation in accordance with the target values for monitoring the effectiveness of management.

Abstract:
For the security of grouting process of dam foundation, grouting pressure control is one of the most important problems. In order to avoid dangerous grouting pressure fluctuation and improve the control precision, a feedback propotional–integral–derivative control method was presented for the whole grouting system. Because the grouting pressure is affected by many factors such as grouting flow, grouts density, and geological conditions, the parameters of propotional–integral–derivative must be tuned. In this article, the adaptive tuning method is presented. The back-propagation artificial neural networks model was proposed to simulate the grouting control process, and sensitivity analysis algorithm based on orthogonal test method was adopted for the selection of input variables. To obtain the optimal propotional–integral–derivative parameters, an iteration algorithm was used in each sampling interval time and the discrete Lyapunov function of the tracking error. The simulation results showed that self-learning propotional–integral–derivative tuning was robust and effective for the realization of the automatic control device in the grouting process.

Abstract:
A Green Infrastructure is a network of natural and semi-natural areas, strategically planned with other environmental features, designed and managed so as to provide a wide array of eco-systemic services and benefits. Because of its different multifunctional and potentially conflicting features, designing a Green Infrastructure is a complex operation which requires an integrated approach involving the local community, so as to locate the priority uses of the local area in a transparent, integral and cooperative way. In order to provide a valuation model being consistent with the design of a Green Infrastructure, the paper proposes a deliberative multi-dimensional valuation method supporting shared public choices and open to the proactive participation of the community.

Abstract:
The study presents technology of the development of formalized forecasting model of the risk group for temporomandibular pain dysfunction syndrome on the basis of a systemic analysis of multivariate rapid screening questionnaire for prevalence rate of etiological and amnesic predisposing factors and manifestations of TMJ pain dysfunction syndrome. Formalized model allows us to identify an individual consulting and diagnostic itinerary of the subject, to diagnose the cause of abnormalities in the biomechanical system, to conduct timely correction, and to start the treatment. Aim - development of affordable formal risk prediction method for predicting the development of TMJ pain dysfunction syndrome. Materials and methods. The subjects of the study were 94 respondents, 34 men and 60 women aged from 18 to 57 years, chosen by accidental sampling. The following methods were used: sociological (rapid screening questionnaire), systemic multivariate analysis, regression analysis, mathematical modeling. The study was conducted with consistent integration of rapid screening questionnaire data of clinically healthy research subjects and those with signs of TMJ dysfunction, who did not complain and did not seek dental advice concerning the changes in the TMJ. Integration was carried out by multivariate systemic analysis of personal data and the assessment of changes in the dentition of all the subjects of the sampling. The two components were taken into account in the survey system corresponding to the two data blocks: "causes" and "effects". Information from the subjects of study was obtained by the principle of dichotomous presentation, during which the test subjects noticed the presence or absence of a specific sign (symptom) in the dentition. Results. Boundary values of the integral system status indicator (min Xbi = 0,04 + 0,01, max 0,11 + 0,04) were calculated, whereby the test subject can be attributed to the risk group for the causes and predisposing factors or the first manifestation of symptoms of TMJ pain dysfunction syndrome. Conclusion. The subjects of the research with the values of the integral index falling within the confidence interval boundary values of the modified system (from Xbi = 0,04 ± 0,01 to Xbi = 0,11 ± 0,04) require determination of an individual trajectory of system correction.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the challenges that faced in the “DigNet” age in terms of privacy and proposes a framework for privacy protection. This framework is integral in ensuring that personal data protection is impeded part of business processes of any systems that are involved in collecting, disseminating, and accessing an individual’s data. The cooperation and partnership between nations in passing privacy laws is essential and requires some building blocks. In this paper, the author argues that the building blocks should be integrated into the business processes and take into consideration three main domains: governments’ legislation, entity’s policies and procedures, and data protection controls. The proposed conceptual framework helps organizations develop data protection in their business processes, assess the privacy issues in their organization, protect the interests of their customers, increase their value proposition to customers, and make it easier to identify the impact of privacy on their business.

Abstract:
Abstract. The objective of this article is to present an explanatory model on vocational development and the construction of professional and vital paths in high level athletes. Based on a theoretical review, different factors and competences are integrated into a systemic and holistic model, which takes into account the different roles that high level athletes assume throughout his or her life history. These roles are then used to guide and ease athletes’ processes of integral development in the areas of sport, personal life, and profession. To contrast the relevance of the theoretical model and the validity of the different constructs contemplated in the vocational development, a descriptive study was carried out applying a questionnaire to a sample of 189 high level athletes recognized by the Superior Council of Sports, an organ integrated into the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sport of Spain. The results confirm that vocational definition and construction processes of high level athletes have a multifactorial nature. Specifically, personal and contextual variables have a strong impact on athletes’ vocational identity. Likewise, participation in sports and academic experiences contributes to the acquisition of specific competences, skills, and knowledge that are of special interest for social life and for professional development. However, high level athletes are facing serious difficulties in maintaining an effective relationship between studies and sport.

Abstract:
Education for sustainable development is an evolving concept aimed at providing an understanding of the relationship between sustainable development issues and the development of knowledge, skills, perspectives and values, which will enable people of all ages to commit themselves to creating a sustainable future. The aim of the study is the development of a widely applicable model of e-learning, which consists of seven consecutive levels of professional and personal development and is conceptually associated with a self-regulation strategy. The methodological core of such model creation is the theory of niche construction. Its application to the understanding of the systemic educational process allowed the assumption that, under the evolutionary pressure of the educational environment, a person is engaged in self-learning and self-development processes. Thus, needing to adapt to the educational niche’s interaction, the individual affects its development through active inclusion in the training process, showing a personal evolutionary impulse. The system, in turn, affects one’s individual growth through the socialization of his/her personal and professional qualities. The scientific novelty of this article lies in the proposed widely applicable, presumably universal model of distance education, which consists of seven levels of professional development. The results show progress in students’ mastery of skills, which are an integral part of education for sustainable development (ESD), namely, foresight, critical thinking and reflection, systemic thinking, building partnerships, and participating in decision-making. This article also demonstrates the existing functionality of platforms that technologically support the educational process, indicates their strengths and defines areas for further improvement and development within the framework regarding the concept of education for sustainable development. The study outcomes confirm the effectiveness of a universal distance education model for the stable professional growth of tourism and hospitality staff. Thus, it is advisable to implement the model’s conceptual structure into educational programs of modern e-learning systems. Supposed universality of the model opens up the possibility of its use in almost all fields for training personnel.

Abstract:
This paper studies the closed-loop system identification (ID) error when a dynamic integral controller is used. Pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) q-Markov covariance equivalent realization (Cover) is used to identify the closed-loop model, and the open-loop model is obtained based upon the identified closed-loop model. Accurate open-loop models were obtained using PRBS q-Markov Cover system ID directly. For closed-loop system ID, accurate open-loop identified models were obtained with a proportional controller, but when a dynamic controller was used, low-frequency system ID error was found. This study suggests that extra caution is required when a dynamic integral controller is used for closed-loop system identification. The closed-loop identification framework also has significant effects on closed-loop identification error. Both first- and second-order examples are provided in this paper.
