Abstract:
Összefoglaló. Jelen tanulmányom témája az Állami Polgári Iskolai Tanárképző Főiskola szegedi megalapítása és hazánk első Pedagógiai-Lélektani Intézetének létrejötte, valamint első vezetőjének, a katolikus Várkonyi Hildebrandnak a munkássága. Intézetében a neveléstudomány és a pszichológia egymástól elválaszthatatlan egységként működött. Munkámban bemutatom Szegedre kerülésének különleges körülményeit, amelyek kiváltó oka elsősorban az volt, hogy a protestáns jellegű kolozsvári egyetem 1921-től kezdődően Szegeden, egy püspöki székhelyen került elhelyezésre. Klebelsberg a Bölcsészkar alacsony látogatottságát növelni kívánta, a katolikus lobbi nyomására az egyetem protestáns jellegét pedig csökkenteni. Ebbe a folyamatba illeszkedik a budapesti székhelyű polgári iskolai tanár-, illetve tanárnőképző főiskolák összevonása és Szegedre helyezése, valamint ezzel párhuzamosan a felekezeti tanárképzők megszüntetése. Várkonyi pedagógia-lélektana a főiskolások egyetemre való áthallgatása révén beépült a polgári iskolai tanárok kultúrájába. Summary. My following study is about the establisment of the State Civic School Teacher’s Training College in Szeged. It also contains information about the establishment of our country’s first Educational-Psychological Instute, and of it’s first (catholic) headmaster’s, Hildebrand Várkonyi’s work. The University of Szeged was put together of protestant teachers from the university in Kolozsvár in 1921. The Religious and Educational Board helped increase the attendance of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, but also decreased the protestant nature of it. The Religious and Educational Board also achieved this by moving the state, and catholic teacher’s training college from Budapest to Szeged and by duplicating the departments of the remaining protestant Faculties of Liberal Arts. Várkonyi’s pedagogy and psychology got built into the culture of civic schools.

Abstract:
A Erdély és Kolozsvár román megszállása után a román hatóságok erőszakkal elfoglalták a kolozsvári egyetem épületeit és a professzorokat megfosztották állásuktól. A kitoloncolt tanárok Budapesten folytatták oktatói munkájukat, majd Somogyi Szilveszter Szeged polgármestere vezetésével széleskörű akció indult a száműzött egyetem ideiglenesen Szegedre kerülése érdekében. Somogyi Szilveszter az egyetem szegedi elhelyezése előtt álló minden akadályt elhárított, és neki köszönhetően lett a város 1921-ben egyetemi székhely. Mindezért az egyetem 1922. június 29-i ünnepi ülésén az államtudományok tiszteletbeli doktorává avatta.

[. . . ] Ha azonban tekintetbe vesszük, hogy Szeged városát általánosan fejlett kultúrája, egyetemi városi jellege és geográfiai elhelyezése egyenesen predesztinálja a Dél-vidék zenekultúrájának irányítására, úgy megállapíthatjuk, hogy e város zenei életének jelentősége messze túlnő a város határain és a megítélésben Szeged város zenekulturális hivatása éppoly fontos, mint magasabb színvonalon a székesfőváros, vagy az ország egyéb vidéki zeneközpontjainak hivatása. A város zenei életének irányítóiteljes mértékben átérzik e kulturális feladat jelentőségét és tervszerű munkával szolgálják nemcsak a helyi, hanem az országos zenekultúra ügyét.” – írta 1929-ben Pálfy József, a szegedi városi színház intendánsa és a Szegedi Filharmonikus Egyesület elnöke a Muzsika folyóirat 111. számában, melyet a szerkesztők Szeged zenei életének szenteltek (Muzsika, 1929. 7. o.).A Szeged kulturális életében fontos szerepet játszó és a várost kiemelkedő vidéki zeneoktatási színhellyé tévő 1881-ben megalapított zeneiskola történetének egy rövid, ám rendkívül meghatározó időszakának bemutatására vállalkozik tanulmányunk. Eddig még nem publikált hagyatéki anyagok: levelek, írások felhasználásával szeretnénk a figyelmet felhívni a Belle Ferenc nevével fémjelzett 1935-1944 közötti időszak jelentőségére és eredményeire, melyek a város kulturális életének is fontos évei voltak.Keywords: town music culture, applied music, history of music school "The music culture of Szeged is not only the cause of this very town, but it is a significant factor of the entire music culture in Hungary. However, if we allow for the fact, that Szeged town’s generally developed culture with its university town character and geographic location makes it predestined for leading the South’s music culture, then we can establish that the importance of this town’s music life overgrows by far the borders of this city; hence, the music cultural role of Szeged is as important as that of the capital and other provincial music centres. The governing body of the city’s music life is well aware of the importance of this cultural task and is working methodically on serving the cause of music culture not only on a local but on a national level" - wrote József Pálfy, intendant of the Theatre of Szeged and president of the Philharmonic Society of Szeged in the 111th edition of Muzsika Journal in 1929, an issue dedicated to the music life of Szeged by its editors (Muzsika, 1929, 7. p.).Our study intends to introduce a short but notable period of the history of the Music School of Szeged, which was founded in 1881. Unedited materials, letters and other documents of Ferenc Belle, director of the music school between 1935 and 1944 were used to help us to draw attention to the importance of this period, which resulted in some outstanding years in the cultural life of this town.

Magyarországra áttelepülve (1924-től) a Kolozsvárról Szegedre menekült egyetemen ny. r. tanára (1924–1937); közben a bölcsészkar dékánja (1931/1932. tanév), prodékánja (1932/1933. tanév). Az 1931/1932. tanévben – a nagy gazdasági világválság kirobbanását követő években – lett a szegedi egyetem Diákjóléti és Diákvédő Irodájának elnöke. Abstract:
A veseátültetés magyar története 1962-ben Szegeden kezdődött, amikor Németh András (1924–1999) elvégezte az első magyarországi veseátültetést. A szegedi egyetemi oktatás centenáriuma kapcsán a szerző áttekinti az elmúlt közel 60 év eseményeit, fordulópontjait, a szegedi vesetranszplantáció fejlődését, felelevenítve az első veseátültetés hátterét, körülményeit. Az első veseátültetés során a donor a recipiens testvére volt, a műtét technikailag sikeres volt, azonban immunszuppresszió hiányában 79 nap után kilökődés következtében és dialíziskezelés hiányában a beteget elvesztették. A donor 50 év után is jó egészségnek örvendett, és mindenkit a donációra bíztatott. Több mint egy évtized után, 1973-ban Budapesten elkezdődött a szervezett veseátületési program, minisztériumi támogatással, amelyhez 1979-ben csatlakozott Szeged Csajbók Ernő és Szenohradszky Pál vezetésével. Az eltelt 42 év alatt a szegedi Transzplantációs Centrumban jelentős szakmai fejlődés, szervezeti átalakulás mellett 2021. november végéig 1701 veseátültetés történt.

During World War 2 Szeged served as the key cultural, economic, military and trade centre of the Southern Great Plain in Hungary, also being an important water transport and railway junction. No wonder that Allied intelligence services took notice of the town early on, starting to collect reconnaissance information about Szeged’s most important establishments and objects in order to prepare for their destruction. In my study I dissect the town’s Second World War military geography, and look into how strategic targets in Szeged were located.

Abstract:
Szeged belterületén 15 kisebb-nagyobb tó található. Némelyek természetes eredetű vízjárta helyek, mások a XIX. század végén mélyített kubikgödrök, vannak azonban közöttük bányatavak és holtágak is. Öt szegedi tónak vizsgáltuk a környezeti állapotát, melyek közül a Bika-tó természetes eredetű, a Méntelepi Fehér-tó és a Búvár-tó sekély kubikgödrök (<3 m), a Csemegi-tó és a Sancer-tó mélyebb bányatavak (>10 m). Ezek közül három tóban vizsgáltuk évente megismételt vízmintákon (2009 és 2017 között) a víztér oldott oxigén-tartalmát, kémiai oxigén igényét (az oldott szerves anyagot), továbbá az oldott nitrogénformákat (nitrát, nitrit, ammónium) és az ortofoszfát-koncentrációt. A Sancer-, a Búvár- és a Bika-tavakban történt üledékmintavétel nehézfém-analízis céljából. A vizsgált városi tavakban jelentős a víztér szervesanyag- és N-, P- tápanyagterhelése. Vízminőségi adatok alapján megállapítható, hogy a tavak ammónium- és nitrát-koncentrációi némileg csökkenő tendenciát mutatnak az utóbbi években, amely összefügghet a tisztítatlan szennyvízbevezetések vélt csökkenésével. A város csaknem teljes csatornázottsága 2006-ra épült ki Szegeden, azonban a csatornákból szivárgó szennyvíz és a lassan regenerálódó szennyezett talajvíz továbbra is terhelheti a tavakat. Az oldott foszfát-koncentrációk azonban továbbra is magasabb értékeket mutatnak egyes tavakban, amely a korábban az üledékekben felhalmozott P kioldódásából adódhat. Ez történhet az üledékek szerves anyagainak lebomlásával, különösen anaerob állapot fellépése esetén. Az üledékvizsgálatok alapján megállapítható, hogy egyes jellemzően közlekedési eredetű nehézfémek (Cu, Zn, Pb) kisebb mértékű dúsulást mutatnak a felszíni üledékrétegekben a forgalmas utak mentén elhelyezkedő tavakban. Azonban egy nehézfém dúsulása sem éri el a jogszabályban lefektetett szennyezettségi határértékeket. Összességében megállapítható, hogy a vizsgált szegedi tavakat magas trofitási fok jellemez, amely a tavak külső és belső tápanyagterheléséből és a vizük frissülésének hiányából adódhat.

Most kimondottan egy szegedi műszaki alakulatról, a 60. Műszaki Dandárról emlékezem meg, minthogy idén van megszűnésének 25. évfordulója.

Abstract:
Le concept de frontière est fondamentalement ambivalent. Souvent utilisé pour exprimer la rupture ou la discontinuité entre deux territoires, il peut aussi traduire l'idée de la mise en contact et de la connexion. Dans le cadre de l'Europe et en présentant une situation frontalière - celle du Sud de la Hongrie - nous cherchons à étudier les effets de la frontière d'Etat sur l'organisation des espaces voisins et sur les flux transfrontaliers. Nous analysons tout particulièrement la mobilité scolaire transfrontalière, à travers l'espace, le temps de l' histoire afin d'en comprendre les raisons, les stratégies familiales, les réseaux d'acteurs et de lieux existant de part et d'autre des frontières, enfin les conséquences identitaires qu'une telle mobilité peut engendrer. En Hongrie, la mobilité scolaire transfrontalière reste un sujet assez peu travaillé : il s'agit en effet d'une mobilité unilatérale, présente depuis une quinzaine d'années, de Roumanie et surtout de Serbie vers le Sud de la Hongrie. Ce phénomène, ayant débuté en 1990, l'année du changement de régime dans les Etats communistes, ne cesse depuis d'exister, en outre il prend de temps à autre de nouveaux élans. Les flux transfrontaliers entraînent des transformations morphologiques de la frontière et contribuent à son évolution qui, de ligne contrôlée encore de nos jours, pourrait évoluer vers plus d'ouverture et devenir à terme, une zone de transition. Dans le cas de la frontière serbo-hongroise, ce sont les flux scolaires qui révèlent la dynamique territoriale des régions frontalières et peuvent contribuer à construire une zone de transition.

Abstract:
Die Konferenz „International Conference for the 10th Anniversary of the Institute of Comparative Law” hat am 24. Mai 2013 in Szeged stattgefunden. Im Rahmen der viersprachigen Konferenz haben mehr als dreißig Teilnehmer ihre Forschungsergebnisse präsentiert. Der Essay von Zoltán Péteri blickt auf die Disziplin aus der Perspektive der Wissenschaftsgeschichte. Katalin Kelemen und Balázs Fekete gehen in ihrem Aufsatz der Frage nach, welchen Weg die Versuche der Klassifikation der Rechtssysteme von Osteuropa in der späten Phase der Umbrüche der 1980/90er Jahren genommen haben. Die historische Betrachtungsweise mit Bezug auf Rechtsgeschichte und Rechtsvergleichung spiegelt sich auch in anderen Essays wider, vor allem in den Aufsätzen von Szilvia Bató, Magdolna Gedeon und Béla Szabó P. sowie auch in den Aufsätzen von Péter Mezei und Tünde Szűcs. Attila Badó analysiert die Rechtsvergleichung aus der Sicht des Rechts, der Soziologie und der Politikwissenschaft anhand von Untersuchungen über das Sanktionsystem der Richter in den USA. Diese politikwissenschaftliche Seite wird auch in den Aufsätzen über die aktuellen Fragen der europäischen Integration von Carine Guemar und Laureline Congnard betont. Eine Reihe von Aufsätzen behandeln die konventionelle normative Komparatistik auf dem Gebiet des Verfassungsrechts (Jordane Arlettaz und Péter Kruzslicz), Gesellschaftsrechts (Kitti Bakos-Kovács), Urheberrechts (Dóra Hajdú) und Steuerrechts (Judit Jacsó). Daneben bilden eine weitere Gruppe die Aufsätze von János Bóka und Erzsébet Csatlós, die die Verwendung der vergleichenden Methode in der Praxis der Rechtsprechung untersuchen. Die Rechtsvergleichung ist eine sich dynamisch entwickelnde Disziplin. Die Konferenz und dieser Band dienen nicht nur der Würdigung der bisherigen Arbeit des Instituts für Rechtsvergleichung, sondern zeigen gleichzeitig neue Ziele auf. Die wichtigsten Grundsätze bleiben aber fest verankert auch in einem sich stets verändernden rechtlichen und geistigen Umfeld. Das Motto des Instituts lautet „instruere et docere omnes qui edoceri desiderant“ – „alle lehren, die lernen wollen.“ Auch in den folgenden Jahrzehnten werden uns der Wille des Lernens und Lehrens, die Freiheit der Forschung sowie die Übertragung und Weiterentwicklung der ungarischen wie globalen Rechtskultur leiten.

L'occupation française de Szeged, deuxième ville de Hongrie, prend place dans le contexte de règlement du premier conflit mondial. Ennemie des forces de l'entente, la Hongrie fut vaincue par le sort des armes en octobre-novembre 1918 sous l'effet de l'offensive victorieuse menée par les troupes de l'armée alliée d'Orient débarquée à Salonique et lancée par Franchet d'Esperey à l'assaut de la péninsule balkanique (septembre 1918). Dans le cadre du règlement de la paix en Europe au lendemain de la défaite allemande (II novembre 1918), les alliés prirent un certain nombre de "gages" territoriaux chez les vaincus afin de les forcer à accepter les clauses politiques, financières et militaires de leur défaite. À ce titre Szeged resta sous l'autorité militaire directe du corps expéditionnaire français (76e DI) alors même que le pays était livré à la guerre civile (novembre 1918-aout 1919). Intervenant dans le conflit opposant les factions politiques hongroises rivales, les français s'efforcèrent de maintenir l'ordre public, de gérer au niveau local une situation de pénurie ainsi que les intérêts et ambitions divergents des différents états successeurs de la région
The french occupation of Szeged, second city of Hungary, take place in the allies plans of the first world war settlement. Being in touch against the entente's forces, hungary was defaited by the oriental army copps-between october and november 1918. This situation, worse for Budapest, was the effect of the victorious Franchet d'Esperey own initiative. In the context of peace settlement in europe at the end of the conflict, after the german capitulation was signed (IIth november 1918), many of allies occupation areas were decided. The object of those was to force the defeated central empires to accept the political, financial and military stipulations. In this way, the french army stated in Szeged during the period of the hungarian civil war (november 1918-august 1918). Present in all of the civil and military hungarian administration of the city, the french government try to well administrate the difficulties in a local aspect: penury, poverty and territorial ambition of the successor states

Abstract:
Following the national and international trends in mid-2020 the Klebelsberg Kuno Library of the University of Szeged has also started to deal with the issue of research data management. After thorough self-training the library staff studied the Hungarian and international best practices of managing research data. We tried to assess the needs of the institutional research data management habits and the opinion of the researchers of SZTE with a comprehensive questionnaire. We compiled a comprehensive questionnaire to assess the needs of our researchers, learn what they’re thinking about RDM and what kind of practices regarding RDM already exist in the research community. By evaluating the questionnaire we have determined the areas in which the library could provide professional assistance where there was a real need among researchers. Keeping in mind the needs of the research community of University of Szeged we have decided to develop the following services: copyright consulting, RDM trainings for PhD students, theoretical and methodological assistance for RDM, write institutional FAIR data management recommendations. The last four services have been successfully implemented. We also wrote a feasibility study to assess the possibilities of developing our own institutional data repository.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Background: Maintaining genital cleanliness is very important for women because intimate organ problems can cause female tract infections. This study aimed to find out the factors associated with genital hygiene behavior in women. Methods: A case-control study was carried out in female underwent treatment at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta, Indonesia, from December 2017 to February 2018. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 178 participants, who consisted of 56 cases and 122 controls. The dependent variable was genital hygiene behavior. The independent variables were stress, exposure to social media regarding genital hygiene, environmental sanitation, husband’s education, and support. Logistic regression was employed for data analysis. Results: Genital hygiene behavior increased with exposure to social media related to genital hygiene (OR= 9.20; 95% CI= 3.87 to 21.87, p<0.001), good environmental sanitation (OR= 5.16; 95% CI= 2.19 to 12.14, p<0.001), high husband’s education (OR= 6.49; 95% CI= 2.23 to 18.91, p=0.001) and support (OR= 2.88; 95% CI= 1.24 to 6.67, p=0.013). While women who experienced psychological problems such as stress decreased genital hygiene behavior (OR= 0.25; 95% CI= 0.94 to 0.71, p=0.009). Conclusions: Genital hygiene behavior in women increases with exposure to social media related to genital hygiene, adequate environmental sanitation, high husbands’ income, and support. Abstract:
Fortunately, the forced change to online education required by the pandemic situation did not caught the University of Szeged completely unprepared. Our institution has a long tradition of using electronic teaching materials in various projects and situations. One of the most important tool is the SZTE Repository of Educational Resources, operated by the Klebelsberg Library, which stores almost 4,500 electronic learning material and it has more than 1 million downloads. In the first part of our study, we show our experiences gained during the development and running of the database. In the second part, we would like to talk about the development of an online education platform (https://edu.ek.szte.hu). It has launched last year and we presented here our first e-learning course, ‘Introduction to library and information science’. This course was previously held-in-person by the library staff to hundreds of students per semester at the university as a general education course. Redesigning the course took several months. During this time, we had to face several technical and education-related issues and questions which gave us the experience and the necessary knowledge about the methods of switching from classroom teaching to online courses.

Ehhez a szolgáltatásához az Open Monograph Press2 (továbbiakban OMP) szoftvert használjuk, és ugyan még a tapasztalatszerzés kezdetén járunk, ez a tanulmány szeretné bemutatni az elképzeléstől a megvalósítás kezdetéig tartó szakasz tapasztalatait.
