Abstract:
Le concept de frontière est fondamentalement ambivalent. Souvent utilisé pour exprimer la rupture ou la discontinuité entre deux territoires, il peut aussi traduire l'idée de la mise en contact et de la connexion. Dans le cadre de l'Europe et en présentant une situation frontalière - celle du Sud de la Hongrie - nous cherchons à étudier les effets de la frontière d'Etat sur l'organisation des espaces voisins et sur les flux transfrontaliers. Nous analysons tout particulièrement la mobilité scolaire transfrontalière, à travers l'espace, le temps de l' histoire afin d'en comprendre les raisons, les stratégies familiales, les réseaux d'acteurs et de lieux existant de part et d'autre des frontières, enfin les conséquences identitaires qu'une telle mobilité peut engendrer. En Hongrie, la mobilité scolaire transfrontalière reste un sujet assez peu travaillé : il s'agit en effet d'une mobilité unilatérale, présente depuis une quinzaine d'années, de Roumanie et surtout de Serbie vers le Sud de la Hongrie. Ce phénomène, ayant débuté en 1990, l'année du changement de régime dans les Etats communistes, ne cesse depuis d'exister, en outre il prend de temps à autre de nouveaux élans. Les flux transfrontaliers entraînent des transformations morphologiques de la frontière et contribuent à son évolution qui, de ligne contrôlée encore de nos jours, pourrait évoluer vers plus d'ouverture et devenir à terme, une zone de transition. Dans le cas de la frontière serbo-hongroise, ce sont les flux scolaires qui révèlent la dynamique territoriale des régions frontalières et peuvent contribuer à construire une zone de transition.

Abstract:
Die Konferenz „International Conference for the 10th Anniversary of the Institute of Comparative Law” hat am 24. Mai 2013 in Szeged stattgefunden. Im Rahmen der viersprachigen Konferenz haben mehr als dreißig Teilnehmer ihre Forschungsergebnisse präsentiert. Der Essay von Zoltán Péteri blickt auf die Disziplin aus der Perspektive der Wissenschaftsgeschichte. Katalin Kelemen und Balázs Fekete gehen in ihrem Aufsatz der Frage nach, welchen Weg die Versuche der Klassifikation der Rechtssysteme von Osteuropa in der späten Phase der Umbrüche der 1980/90er Jahren genommen haben. Die historische Betrachtungsweise mit Bezug auf Rechtsgeschichte und Rechtsvergleichung spiegelt sich auch in anderen Essays wider, vor allem in den Aufsätzen von Szilvia Bató, Magdolna Gedeon und Béla Szabó P. sowie auch in den Aufsätzen von Péter Mezei und Tünde Szűcs. Attila Badó analysiert die Rechtsvergleichung aus der Sicht des Rechts, der Soziologie und der Politikwissenschaft anhand von Untersuchungen über das Sanktionsystem der Richter in den USA. Diese politikwissenschaftliche Seite wird auch in den Aufsätzen über die aktuellen Fragen der europäischen Integration von Carine Guemar und Laureline Congnard betont. Eine Reihe von Aufsätzen behandeln die konventionelle normative Komparatistik auf dem Gebiet des Verfassungsrechts (Jordane Arlettaz und Péter Kruzslicz), Gesellschaftsrechts (Kitti Bakos-Kovács), Urheberrechts (Dóra Hajdú) und Steuerrechts (Judit Jacsó). Daneben bilden eine weitere Gruppe die Aufsätze von János Bóka und Erzsébet Csatlós, die die Verwendung der vergleichenden Methode in der Praxis der Rechtsprechung untersuchen. Die Rechtsvergleichung ist eine sich dynamisch entwickelnde Disziplin. Die Konferenz und dieser Band dienen nicht nur der Würdigung der bisherigen Arbeit des Instituts für Rechtsvergleichung, sondern zeigen gleichzeitig neue Ziele auf. Die wichtigsten Grundsätze bleiben aber fest verankert auch in einem sich stets verändernden rechtlichen und geistigen Umfeld. Das Motto des Instituts lautet „instruere et docere omnes qui edoceri desiderant“ – „alle lehren, die lernen wollen.“ Auch in den folgenden Jahrzehnten werden uns der Wille des Lernens und Lehrens, die Freiheit der Forschung sowie die Übertragung und Weiterentwicklung der ungarischen wie globalen Rechtskultur leiten.

Abstract:
L'occupation française de Szeged, deuxième ville de Hongrie, prend place dans le contexte de règlement du premier conflit mondial. Ennemie des forces de l'entente, la Hongrie fut vaincue par le sort des armes en octobre-novembre 1918 sous l'effet de l'offensive victorieuse menée par les troupes de l'armée alliée d'Orient débarquée à Salonique et lancée par Franchet d'Esperey à l'assaut de la péninsule balkanique (septembre 1918). Dans le cadre du règlement de la paix en Europe au lendemain de la défaite allemande (II novembre 1918), les alliés prirent un certain nombre de "gages" territoriaux chez les vaincus afin de les forcer à accepter les clauses politiques, financières et militaires de leur défaite. À ce titre Szeged resta sous l'autorité militaire directe du corps expéditionnaire français (76e DI) alors même que le pays était livré à la guerre civile (novembre 1918-aout 1919). Intervenant dans le conflit opposant les factions politiques hongroises rivales, les français s'efforcèrent de maintenir l'ordre public, de gérer au niveau local une situation de pénurie ainsi que les intérêts et ambitions divergents des différents états successeurs de la région
The french occupation of Szeged, second city of Hungary, take place in the allies plans of the first world war settlement. Being in touch against the entente's forces, hungary was defaited by the oriental army copps-between october and november 1918. This situation, worse for Budapest, was the effect of the victorious Franchet d'Esperey own initiative. In the context of peace settlement in europe at the end of the conflict, after the german capitulation was signed (IIth november 1918), many of allies occupation areas were decided. The object of those was to force the defeated central empires to accept the political, financial and military stipulations. In this way, the french army stated in Szeged during the period of the hungarian civil war (november 1918-august 1918). Present in all of the civil and military hungarian administration of the city, the french government try to well administrate the difficulties in a local aspect: penury, poverty and territorial ambition of the successor states

Thematische Bestandpräsentationen und „Inszenierungen“ von Medien zu aktuellen Themen tragen zur Steigerung der Entleihungen bei und wirken sich stets belebend auf den Gesamteindruck der Bibliothek oder einen Teilbereich aus. Ebenso werden Kunden inspiriert, sich Themen zuzuwenden und Medien auszuleihen, die zu Beginn des Bibliotheksbesuches nicht geplant waren. Diesen Effekt macht sich die Stadtbibliothek Chemnitz seit nunmehr sieben Jahren zu Nutze. Ein aufbereitetes Trendthema als Blickfang im Eingangsbereich der Zentralbibliothek sowie wechselnde Medienpräsentationen in den verschiedenen Teambereichen wecken die Neugier der Kunden.

Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama institucinė galios raiška Vengrijos Szegedo miesto ir Lietuvos Šiaulių miesto socialinėse benamių organizacijose. Darbe analizuojami socialinės visuomenės formavimosi principai, socialinių institucijų funkcionavimas ir jų daroma įtaka žmogui; analizuojama galios samprata bei jos raiškos būdai. Kadangi galia kontroliuoti egzistuoja kiekvienoje institucijoje, tai empirinėje dalyje yra nagrinėjama jos raiška Socialinių darbuotojų etikos kodekse; įrodinėjama, kad galia kontroliuoti reiškiasi socialinėse benamių organizacijose. Nustatyta, kad institucinė galios raiška yra pradedama formuoti Socialinių darbuotojų etikos kodekse, kuriame benamiai formuojami, kaip priklausomi nuo socialinių darbuotojų.
The bachelor thesis examines the institutional expression of power of the social organizations of the homeless in Hungary – Szeged and Lithuania – Siauliai. The paper analyzes the formation of the public policies, the functioning of social institutions and their influence on a human being; it also analyzes the concept of power and its means of expression. Since the power to control exists within every institution, the empirical part of the research examines this expression of power of Social workers code of ethics; it is being established that the power to control manifests in social organizations of the homeless. It was determined that the institutional expression of power is beginning to be formed in the Social workers code of ethics, in which the homeless are formed as dependent on social workers. In the social organizations of the homeless the institutional expression of power is detected in every implemented activity of the organization.

Abstract:
In diesem Beitrag diskutieren wir die Szenariotechnik als partizipatives Instrument zum Umgang mit komplexen, nichtlinearen Systemen. Exemplarisch berichten wir über ein transdisziplinär angelegtes Projekt zur Transformation der Landwirtschaft. Anhand dessen skizzieren wir folgend den Nutzen der Szenariotechnik als auch die Notwendigkeit eines integrativen und inklusiven Vorgehens, um der Komplexität und der damit verbundenen Unsicherheit zur Modellierung zukünftiger Systeme zu begegnen. Das damit eng verbundene Verständnis von nachhaltiger Entwicklung als Zielformulierung verstehen wir als stetigen Aushandlungsprozess und veränderliches Ziel. In diesem Kontext legen wir das Entwerfen multipler Zukünfte als größten Vorteil der Szenariomethode dar. Ebenso argumentieren wir, dass die Szenariotechnik den Ansprüchen an einen nachhaltigkeitsfokussierten Modellierungsansatz gerecht wird und beleuchten sowohl Potenziale als auch Herausforderungen. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Potenzial, mit Hilfe der Szenariotechnik das Wissen unterschiedlicher Akteure aus Wissenschaft und Praxis zu verbinden und zu kommunizieren. Die hier vorgestellte Szeanriotechnik adressiert dabei Systemwissen, Zielwissen und Transformationswissen mit dem Ziel, dieses als partizipativ generierte Erzählung zusammenzuführen.

The purpose here is to study the orthogonal polynomials on the unit circle, known as Szegõ polynomials, and the relations to Perron- Carathéodory continued fractions, and quadratures on the unit circle in order to solve the trigonometric moment problem. Another purpose is to study how the Szegõ polynomials can be used to determine the frequencies from a discrete time trigonometric signal xN(m). We investigate the Szegõ polynomials associated with a measure N defined by the trigonometric sinal xN(m), m = 0, 1, 2, ...N -1. We study the behaviour of zeros of these polynomials when N 8.

Ein wesentliches Ziel während der Produktentwicklung ist die frühzeitige Absicherung der Produkteigenschaften auf Basis der definierten Produktmerkmale unter Beachtung der äußeren Randbedingungen. Digitale Modelle und Methoden unterstützen den Produktentwickler bei der frühzeitigen virtuellen Evaluation des Produktes. [...] In diesem Beitrag wird eine Methodik präsentiert, die mit Hilfe der SysML-Modelle eine Simulation in VR ermöglicht. Die SysML-Beschreibung wird als Kern der Simulation dienen und das gesamte Simulationsmodell steuern. Weiterhin wird erläutert, wie die SysML-Beschreibung mit einem VR-Tool und einem Physikberechnungstool verbunden werden kann. Die in CAVE und HMD durchgeführten Simulationen wurden im Rahmen von Usability Tests evaluiert. Aus diesen Tests werden Ergebnisse präsentiert, die sich mit Verwendungsschwerpunkten in VR und der Zufriedenheit bei der Beurteilung von Produkten in VR beschäftigt haben. Abstract:
A new way of proof of Szegö-type theorems is presented. The idea of the proof is based on the construction of "almost" inverse operator to the finite section T_n(a) of a Toeplitz operator T(a), which is close to the inverse operator in the trace norm (these "almost" inverses are well-known). This way of proof gives the possibility to write another representation for the second constant E_f(a), and in the scalar case to receive a shorter representation. Another observation is that the convergence in these theorems is strongly dependent on the smoothness of the generating function a.

This thesis concerns operators whose Weyl pseudodifferential operator symbol is the convolution of a function that is smooth and of fixed scale with a function that is discontinuous and dilated by a large asymptotic parameter. A special case of these operators of particular interest is the class of generalised anti-Wick operators, and then the fixed-scale part corresponds to the window functions while the dilated part is the generalised anti-Wick symbol. The main result is a Szegő theorem that gives two terms in the asymptotic expansion of the trace of a function of the operator. Two variants are proved: in one the discontinuity must occur on a C^2 surface but the symbol may have unbounded support, while in the other the set on which the discontinuity occurs may be much more general (most importantly, it must be Lipschitz and piecewise C^2), but the symbol must be compactly supported. A corollary of this theorem is two terms in the asymptotic expansion of the eigenvalue counting function when the smooth part of the symbol is constant. Prior to this work, only one term in each of these expansions was known. It is also shown that the remainder in the Szegő theorem is larger for a class of examples where the boundary has a cusp; this shows that the Lipschitz condition in the main theorem cannot be removed without weakening the conclusion. A significant step in the proof of this Szegő theorem is a composition result for Weyl pseudodifferential operators that may be of more general interest: the symbol of the composition is expressed as a finite series in the standard form, but with an explicit trace norm and operator norm bound of the remainder expressed using the symbols in a similar way to the first excluded term. In the one-term case, this is used to derive an analogous trace norm bound for approximating the Weyl symbol of a function of an operator. Another important part of the proof of the Szegő theorem is the use of standard tubular neighbourhood theory to describe the geometry of the surface on which the discontinuity occurs; this is derived in full for the necessary conditions.

O objetivo principal deste trabalho é estudar o problema de análise de freqüência, utilizando polinômios ortogonais no intervalo [0,1]. Para isto, vimos os polinômios ortogonais no círculo unitário, conhecidos como polinômios de Szego, suas relações com as frações contínuas de Perron-Carathéodory e polinômios para-ortogonais. Estudamos, também, relacões entre polinômios para-ortogonais e polinômios ortogonais no intervalo [-1,1], e como são utilizados em análise de freqüência.
The main purpose of this work is to study the frequency analysis problem using ortho- gonal polynomials on the interval [0,1]. For that, we study the orthogonal polynomials in the unit circle, known as Szeg}o polynomials, relations with the continued fractions of Perron- Carathéodory and para-orthogonal polynomials. We also study the relations between the para-orthogonal polynomials and orthogonal polynomials on the interval [-1,1], and how they are used in the frequency analysis problem.

Die Autorin untersucht in einer qualitativen Studie die Aneignung von medialen Bezugspersonen im Jugendalter mit Fokus auf die Einbindung von Musikidolen in die Lebenswelt junger Gothics. Ihre These ist, dass bei Gothics im Unterschied zu Fans von Mainstream-Musikern der Populärkultur übergreifende Wert- und Lebensstilorientierungen vorliegen. In ihrem theoretischen Überblick über das Forschungsfeld geht die Autorin auch auf Aneignungsmodi und die individuellen Funktionen von Stars für die Bewältigung von Entwicklungsaufgaben im Jugendalter insbesondere für die Identitätsbildung ein. Nach einer schriftlichen Befragung zur Sondierung des Feldes wird die Hauptstudie vorgestellt, die ausführliche Interpretation eines qualitativen Interviews mit einem Jugendlichen der Dresdner Gothic-Szene. Diese Fallstudie ist nicht nur wegen der biografischen Besonderheiten und schwierigen Lebensumstände des Jugendlichen aufschlussreich – es gelingt der Autorin auch, ihre These einer ganzheitlichen Verwendung von Musik-Idolen bei Gothics beispielhaft aufzuzeigen
In this qualitative study the authoress researches the adoption of media attachment figures in the adolescence, focusing the inclusion of music idols in the lifeworld (Lebenswelt) of young goths. Her hypothesis is that for goths, in contrast to fans of musicians in other facets of popular culture, there are overarching value and lifestyle orientations. In her theoretical overview of the research field, the authoress describes adoption modes and also contemplates on the individual functions of stars concerning the way of coping with development tasks in adolescence – especially concerning the development of identity. After an exploring survey the main study is presented – a detailed case interpretation of an interview with an adolescent member of the goth scene of Dresden. This case study is interesting not only because of the biographical characteristics and difficult circumstances of life – the authoress also succeeds to demonstrate her hypothesis of the holistic usage of a music idol

Cette thèse est principalement consacrée à l’étude du comportement en temps long de solutions de certaines équations aux dérivées partielles hamiltoniennes, du type i∂_t u=X_H (u), en particulier l’existence globale, la croissance des normes de Sobolev, la diffusion et l’approximation par la dynamique résonante.Dans ce contexte, nous considérons d’abord une perturbation de l’équation de Szegő cubique par un potentiel linéaire, i∂_t u=∏ |u|² u+α∫ u,α∈R, (α-Szegő) où ∏▒ désigne le projecteur de Szegő sur les fréquences positives. Pour α=0, cette équation est l’équation de Szegő cubique, étudiée récemment par Gérard et Grellier comme modèle mathématique d’équation non linéaire et non dispersive. Pour l’équation (α–Szegő), nous établissons le caractère bien posé et la complète intégrabilité, et étudions la dynamique des valeurs singulières des opérateurs de Hankel associés. En outre, nous montrons les propriétés suivantes pour cette équation, sur une classe de sous–variétés invariantes de dimensions finies arbitrairement grandes : si α<0, toute trajectoire est relativement compacte, et toute norme de Sobolev est bornée le long de cette trajectoire. The main purpose of this Ph.D. thesis is to study the long time behavior of solutionsto some Hamiltonian PDEs, i∂_t u=X_H (u), including global existence, growth of high Sobolev norms, scattering and long time approximation by resonant dynamics.In this context, at first we consider the Szegő equation on the circle S1 perturbed bya linear potential, i∂_t u=∏ |u|² u+α∫ u,α∈R, (α-Szegő) where ∏ is the projector onto the non-negative frequencies. For α=0, it turns out tobe the cubic Szegő equation, which was recently introduced by Gérard and Grellier as amathematical toy model of a non-linear totally non dispersive equation.We study the global well-posedness, the integrability and the dynamics of the singularvalues of the related Hankel operators of the α –Szegő equation. Moreover, we establishthe following properties for this equation on a class of invariant submanifolds, with anarbitrary large dimension. For α<0, any trajectory is relatively compact, and all theSobolev norms are bounded on it. Abstract:
Based on qualitative interviews with musicians, label owners, owners of clubs and journalists, this paper describes Vienna's independent music scene from different angles. Beside of the pure description of the field of creative production (Bourdieu), we focus on the economic aspects of the scene and the relationships between the members of the scene. We show that the music production within the scene does not follow the rules of the market. It is neither organized within hierarchies, but mostly works on the basis of informal exchange. This works because the scene members are motivated intrinsically. So the artistic expression, high quality and originality are most important - and not money or fame. The Viennese music scene is therefore another example for an interesting phenomenon: a non-market or demandoriented production field within a highly capitalistic environment.

Let M be a complex projective manifold with a positive line bundle A on it. The circle bundle X, inside the dual of A, is a contact and CR manifold by positivity of A. The Hardy space H(X) is a closed subspace of L^2(X), the associated projector is called the Szego projector. Let us suppose that a group G acts on M in a Hamiltonian and holomorphic fashion and that the action linearizes to a contact action on X preserving the CR structure. Thus there is an unitary action on H(X); the isotypes are finite dimensional under certain assumptions, so that the corresponding orthogonal projectors have smooth kernels. One is led to study the local asymptotics of the equivariant projectors pertaining to the irreducible representations in a given ray in weight space. In this thesis we consider the case of special unitary group SU(2) and unitary group U(2).
