Areas of relevant social-pedagogical impact on adolescents with the purpose of psycho-pedagogical correction of their aggressive behavior are identified.

One of the major concerns of the aviation health safety management is enhancement of the flight personnel medical certification system. The investigation was focused on individual typology of civil pilots prone to alcoholism. Subjects were 112 pilots suspected in alcohol abuse and 189 normal pilots as controls. The standard protocol of investigations was complemented by the clinical psychological tests including MMPI, Szondi test, H. Eysenck intelligence test, and projective drawing tests. It was proven that ethanol degrades pilot's personality. The initial stage of this process can be diagnosed using the clinical psychological tests listed above. The authors propose a testing algorithm for inclusion in the crew medical certification procedure.

Après l’arrestation et le jugement ultérieur en Israël (1961) de Adolf Eichmann, de temps en temps on trouve dans la litérature américaine des avis divergents sur son degré de psychopathologie – ou même l’absence de celle-ci – le plus connu étant l’explication du cas par le concept de “la banalité du mal” de Arendt (1963) . La publication éventuelle de son protocole Rorschach ( Miale & Selzer, 1975 ) n’a pas éclairci les contradictions: La majorité des auteurs qui l’ont examiné, sûrement dû en bonne partie aux déficiences de l’administration du test, l’ont considéré superficiellement sans en faire un dépouillement individuel poussé; seul McCully (1980) a tracé, et ouvertement publié, les lignes générales d’un abord plus attentif. En considérant conjointement le protocole Szondi obtenu simultanément – mais largement ignoré – chez notre sujet ( Szondi, 1983 ), nous entreprenons une réinterprétation approfondie. En profitant des travaux de Mélon (1975 , 1976 ) et Peralta (1995a) sur les correspondances structurales entre les deux épreuves, et en nous appuyant sur la technique Classique Suisse du Rorschach (Bohm, 1951) perfectionnée par Salomon (1962) et Peralta (1996) dans le sens psychanalytique, nous arrivons à un diagnostic défini qui nous permet de situer les conceptualisations de Arendt dans un autre contexte. Nos résultats nous conduisent à insister, comme Rorschach le fit en son temps, sur l’importance capitale d’un dépouillement formel – perceptanalytique – détaillé conduisant à une intégration globale des réponses dans un Psychogramme avant tout essai interprétatif, même (ou peut-être plus) dans des protocoles partiellement déficients comme celui-ci.

Célkitűzés: A tanulmány a Rorschach projektív személyiségvizsgálat meghonosodásának, elterjedésének és a – főként klinikai területeken való – alkalmazásának útját kívánja nyomon követni. Mindmáig nincs rendezett és hiteles történeti feldolgozása a tesztnek a hazai alkalmazott lélektani fejlődés kereteibe helyezve. Ezt pótolja jelen munkánk.Módszer: Történeti és alkalmazásfejlődési adatgyűjtés forrásmunkákból merítve, valamint időrendben követett publikációs aktivitás tükrében öt időrendi-folyamati fejlődési szakasz különíthető el. Legmarkánsabb fejlődési ugrás a Közös Rorschach-próba bevezetése és képzése volt, valamint a nemzetközi szintű Rorschachmegújulásban hazánkban is bevezetés alatt álló R-PAS, a teljesítményelvű Rorschach-teszt.Eredmények: A tanulmány követhetővé teszi a hazai betelepítésben és meghonosításban a Szondi-iskola munkatársainak szerepét. A klinikai pszichológiai gyakorlatban Mérei Ferenc és Szakács Ferenc jelentőségét, a Közös Rorschach hazai kultúrában pedig Bagdy Emőke tevékenységének szerepét.Konklúzió: A teszt megújulva tovább él, módszertani eljárásaiban követve a változó pszichológiai szemléletnek a gyakorlati munkában érvényesülő kihatásait. A tesztkövetelmények (validitás, megbízhatóság standardok megújítása stb.) azonban időt átívelő módon állandóak.Objective: This study aims to trace the establishment, spread and application of the Rorschach projective personality examination, mainly in clinical fields. To date, there has been no systematic and scientific examination of the history of the test within the framework of the development of Hungarian applied psychology, which the present study aims to redress.Method: This study is based on an analysis of historical sources and data on the development of the application of the Rorschach test, as well as a chronological examination of relevant publications. The development process can be divided into five stages. The most significant developmental leaps were the introduction of and training for the Joint Rorschach test and the introduction of the R-PAS, an empirically based scoring system for the Rorschach test, in the framework of the international Rorschach renewal.Results: The study highlights the importance of the Szondi School in the introduction and establishment of the Rorschach test in Hungary, and the role of Ferenc Mérei and Ferenc Szakács in Hungarian clinical psychological practice, as well as that of Emőke Bagdy in the Hungarian application of the Joint Rorschach.Conclusion: The study shows that the test has been given a new lease of life, in line with the latest methodology and the effects of changing approaches to psychological practice. At the same time, the testing requirements (validity, reliability, renewal of standards, etc.) are constant across time.

AbstractThe sexual index included in the Szondi test makes it possible to define the domains of an individuals “internal sex” or gender – especially the degree of the subject's bisexuality. This index was employed in a comparison between partners reared together in 62 monozygotic and 23 dizygotic pairs of twins. The observed incongruence in 1/3 MZ pairs would not appear to derive totally from errors of measurement. In most of these pairs it is competition which underlies the incongruence seen on the sexual index. It was further observed that the congruence here as in general in female pairs is clearly more marked than in males. A hypothesis was proposed, whereby competition for dominance is a distinctively major-tonality (masculinity) characteristic. The incongruence is more conspicuous among males because males are in general more markedly major-toned than females. This hypothesis was borne out. It is thus necessary here as in general to adopt two sex variables in parallel: external (i.e. matricular) sex and internal sex (gender). It is due to the presence of these competitive pairs that the means and especially deviations of twins' test results will consistently diverge from those in the population at large.

Background: We aim at presenting a clinical case of a 37-year-old patient, who has been a nun for several years and at the moment can no longer adapt to the environment in which she lives and to the requirements of everyday life. The perspective of this analysis is both a psychiatric one, explaining the diagnosis of Axis II of Histrionic Immature Personality Disorder, but also the overlap with dissociative conversion disorder, and explanatory from a psychodynamic perspective, by addressing the regression issues and the presence of the Oedipus Complex.
Histrionic Immature Personality Disorder and its overlap with Dissociative/Conversion Disorder are conditions with negative effects in terms of adaptation to the social environment and assuming professional responsibilities. Also, the particularities in the sphere of immaturity make it difficult to relate to those around.
Method: Hospitalization, psychiatric interview, psychodynamic interview, psychological tests - CAQ Personality Questionnaire and the Szondi Test, psychodynamic interpretations.
Results: The results highlight aspects of an immature premorbid personality, characterized by a high degree of sensitivity. Currently, the patient's ego is fragile and cannot adapt to the emotional meanings in the environment in which she lives, which leads to functional crises and manifestations such as dissociative fugue.
Conclusions: Dissociative manifestations are associated with immaturity and reduced ability to adapt to professional requirements. On a personal level, the same immaturity leads to the denial of one's sexuality and projection.

The relevance of the research lies in the high social significance of research in the field of revealing mechanisms of destructive behavior formation in adolescence. The study of depth-psychological sphere of personality makes it possible to identify unconscious tendencies reflecting tendencies to destructive behavior, as well as to predict the risks of such manifestations in human behavior.
Purpose of the research is the study and presentation of destructive and selfdestructive tendencies in the in-depth psychological sphere of young people living in urban and rural areas.
Theoretical research methods are the comparative-analytical method as well as the inductive and deductive methods. Empirical research methods: methods of directed conversation, observation, as well as psychodiagnostic method (method of experimental diagnostics of motives «Szondi-Test»). Statistical processing of the data is carried out both manually and with the help of the software package «Statistica».
The analysis of empirically received data indicates that the in-depth psychological sphere and its separate areas reflect the natural course of the crisis period of personal and social development for adolescence. Five conditional personality types of young people are identified: «Normally socialized», «Aggressive», «Destructive and self-destructive», «Passive and dependent», «Regressive and addictive». In analyzing it was found that the probability of destructive and selfdestructive tendencies in rural youth is higher than in urban youth.
From the scientific point of view, the research confirms and completes the existing scientific information about the processes and regularities of personality development in adolescence. Scientific novelty of the research is given by the revealed and described in-depth psychological processes and peculiarities of personal and age development of young people.

Foi partindo desta obra que foi iniciado o estudo, procurando sintetizar os pontos chaves de cada tópico a qual o autor se debruça. Outro material de suporte utilizado por o Léxico do drama moderno e contemporâneo, escrito pelo grupo de estudos do qual Sarrazac frequenta e organizado por ele próprio. Em seguida, procuramos contextualizar o conceito, procurando entender sua origem e suas relações com outros estudiosos da temática do drama moderno como Peter Szondi e Jean-Pierre Ryngaert.

Many parents of gifted, talented and high-ability children seek counseling in the belief that a diagnosis of their child as ‘gifted’ will solve the problems they and their child are encountering. In Israel, most children are screened for giftedness using the Szold examinations in grade 2 or 3 between the ages of 7 and 9 years. The Szold test screens for mathematical–logical and verbal abilities, but it does not screen for creativity. In the letter of ‘acceptance/rejection’, the only information given is whether or not the child is entitled to participate in the local program for the gifted. In this article I will endeavor to explain why it is not always desirable or necessary to seek an additional clinical diagnosis of potential ability because the problems expressed by both parents and children derive from emotional causes, particular learning disabilities or a mismatch between the child’s potential and the level of curricula provision.

Este artigo busca compartilhar a pesquisa de doutorado que desenvolvo atualmente, que, enquanto conteúdo pretende continuar minha pesquisa, iniciada no mestrado (e muito antes dele) em relação a imagens da luta dos povos originários do Brasil, que envolvem algum tipo de representação, contra os processos colonizatórios, em curso há mais de 500 anos, que prevêm sua (nossa) total extinção. Para dar conta de tal conteúdo de pesquisa, é necessário uma certa revisão da forma de fazê-la. Se aprendemos com Hegel (via Peter Szondi) que forma nada mais é que um “conteúdo enformado” pesquisaremos também, então, uma forma de pesquisa e compartilhamento público da mesma que vá de contra a esses mesmos processos colonizadores. Assim, proponho outras formas de apresentação do material a ser pesquisado, uma espécie de “anti-tese” já que, em minha pesquisa de mestrado, notei que a forma “escrita acadêmica” está historicamente intimamente ligada com os violentos processos coloniais, a saber: um pequeno livro de imagens luta dos povos originários compreendida entre 2013-2018, inspirado no modelo de ação proposto por Bertolt Brecht em seu livro ABC da guerra; um documentário com o ponto-de-vista sobre o corpo, o simbólico, a luta das lideranças dos povos originários do Brasil que aparecem nas imagens que coletei no mestrado e que formarão o ABC da luta dos povos originários; confecção e publicação de textos em periódicos na área das artes cênicas; perfo-palestras apresentadas por mim durante o processo e também um processo artístico-pedagógico baseado nesses materiais, em escolas estaduais indígenas aonde os riscos de aniquilamento desses povos originários são altos e também junto a não-indígenas, principalmente estudantes de cursos de Artes Cênicas no Brasil. Parte da “anti-tese” também se dá com a criação de estratégias de fortalecimento financeiro da luta dos povos originários com a utilização da arte para tal fim.

This study aimed to test the hypothesis that the postactivation effect (PAE, involuntary normal muscle tone) is modified by dopaminergic mechanisms. The PAE was tested with surface electromyography (sEMG) in the “off medication” phase in participants with Parkinson’s disease (PDoff) and in the “on medication” state in participants with schizophrenia (SZon), which modeled hypodopaminegic conditions, and in participants with PD “on medication” (PDon) and in participants with SZ “off medication” (SZoff) state which modeled the hyperdopaminergic conditions. Healthy age-matched participants constituted the control group (HC, n = 11). In hyperdopaminergic models, PAE was triggered in 71.3% of participants in SZoff and in 35.7% in PDon conditions. In the hypodopaminergic models, PAE was triggered in 12% in SZon and in 21.4% in PDoff conditions. In the HC group, PAE was present in 91% of participants. In the HC and PD groups, the mean frequency and correlation dimension of sEMG at PAE was higher than that during voluntary isometric contraction. In conclusion, in hypodopaminergic models, PAE triggering was inhibited. The manifestations and EMG characteristics of PAE in people with PD or SZ may indicate dopaminergic dysfunction.

The article presents a conceptual model explaining the genesis of person judgments about the others as mediated by motivation regulation. The model is drawn from knowledge theory which has been designed by Losskiy and Frank at the first half of the twentieth century and pertains to phenomenological branch of Non Marxism epistemology. They consider a person body as an external object implicitly existing along with the other objects in person’s cognition without awareness. Self –regulation of Big Two motives makes sensory and insensible mental person’s motives on the one hand and external to him on the other hand to be organized into representation’s structure. The self appears to be the structure of motives’ representation “I-not I” to the person. Self-structure is expected to define perspective-taking of another person and judgment regarding him. The present research checks whether participant’s judgments regarding himself and of the others are related to his motivation strategy. The strategy of innate Big Two motivation was revealed by Szondy test, the test of incomplete utterances was used for discovering of the judgments about itself and of the others. Correspondence analysis (Greenacre) confirms that unconscious taking perspective by the participant regarding himself and of the others is depended upon his motivation strategy. Taking the perspective "not I, the others" is conditioned by impersonal strategy; the perspective "I and the others" is related by self-determined strategy. The focus "I, not the others" relates to self-centered strategy while communicative one takes “not I, not the others" perspective. In addition the significant positive correlation was discovered between participant’s motivation strategy and judgment’s preference in the aggregate of all utterances about others, and also it was proved natural the absence of this in the aggregate of all utterances about itself. Participant’s motivation strategy by default provides two perspectives of utterance about others. However both impersonal and self-determined strategy significant correlates with only one judgment about the others respectively with “the estimate” and with adequate “about the others” while communicative and self-centered strategy correlates with expected two judgments. Impact of agential motives or another’s action/utterances on choice of judgment about the others is conditioned by person’s motivation strategy. Összefoglaló. 61 éves nőbeteg anamnéziséből 3 évvel korábbi, morbid obezitás miatti bariátriai műtét (Roux Y gastric bypass, műtét előtti BMI 42, aktuális BMI 22), hysterectomia, hypertonia említendő. Négy napja tartó diffúz hasi fájdalom, hányás, hányinger, székletkimaradás miatt került SBO érintésével sebészeti osztályunkra. Felvételkor mérsékelt hasi distenzió, diffúz felhasi 3-5/10 fájdalom volt, defensus nélkül, NG szonda jelentős tartalmat nem hozott. Ileusra jellemző auscultációt, rectalis vizsgálattal üres ampullát találtunk. Álló natív hasi felvételen jobb oldalon L II–III. csigolya mellett kissé gázos, nem tágabb vékonybélkacs került leírásra, benne 2-3 cm-es nívóval. Hasi UH-vizsgálaton folyadékkal telt, tág, 30–35 mm átmérőjű vékonybeleket írtak le. CT-vizsgálat során a duodenum, jejunum és néhány proximalis ileumkacs kóros distensióját igazolták, nívókkal, innen aboralisan összeesett vékonybeleket. Tekintettel a kliniko-radiológiai képre, urgens műtét során Hasson-technikával laparoszkópos inspekciót végeztünk, azonban a masszív ileus okozta térhiány miatt kp medián laparotómiára konvertáltunk. Az exploráció során a Petersen-hernián át a jobb hasfélbe herniálódott alimentáris, biliopancreatikus és közös vékonybélszakaszt észleltünk a terminális ileum közepéig. A bél életképesnek bizonyult. A Petersen-hernián át a kizáródott szakaszt a bal hasfél felé visszahelyeztük, majd a Petersen-herniát nem felszívódó fonallal a colon transversum és az alimentáris kacs mezentériuma közt tovafutó varrattal zártuk. A beteg az ötödik postoperatív napon gyógyultan távozott. Summary. 61 years old female with previous surgical history of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (3 years ago) and earlier hysterectomy admitted to our surgical department with clinical and radiological signs of small intestinal obstruction. Urgent intervention had been performed with following findings: Petersen herniation of alimentary tract including the – biliopancreatic tract and the small bowel extending to the midpart of the terminal ileum. Viability of herniated intestinal tract had been confirmed, and reposition of herniated parts through the Petersen hernia had been done. Closure with non-absorbable running suture of the gap between the transverse colon and the mesenteriun of the alimentary limb had been performed. Patient was fit for discharge on the fifth postoperative day.

Összefoglaló. Az appendectomia szövődményei a leggyakrabban a korai posztoperatív időszakban jelentkeznek. A műtét után évekkel megjelenő szövődmény ritka. Egy 11 éves kislányt vizsgáltunk 2 hete fennálló hasi panaszok miatt. Anamnézisében 8 évvel ezelőtt hagyományos módon elvégzett appendectomia szerepel. Az Ausztriában készült első hasi ultrahangvizsgálat eltérést nem talált. Az intézetünkben elvégzett képalkotó vizsgálatok – hasi ultrahang, MR-vizsgálat – ileocoecalisan elhelyezkedő szolid terimét igazoltak, és felvetették a folyamat gyulladásos eredetét. A szerteágazó klinikai tünetek, a laboratóriumi és a képalkotó diagnosztikai eltérések kapcsán differenciáldiagnosztikai szempontból a gyulladásos bélbetegség lehetősége is felmerült, és biztonsággal a tumoros folyamatot sem sikerült kizárni. A rosszabbodó status miatt műtét történt. Ennek során a colon ascendenssel összefüggő, makroszkóposan tumoros megjelenésű elváltozást távolítottak el. A szövettani vizsgálat malignitást nem igazolt, a folyamat idegen test okozta – varróanyag-granuloma – krónikus gyulladásos jellegét erősítette meg. A vizsgálatok kapcsán coeliakia is igazolódott. A hasi műtétek ritka szövődménye a Schloffer-tumor, melyet idegen test típusú – gyakran sebészi varróanyag-maradvány körüli – granulomatosus gyulladásos folyamat jellemez. Az entitás ismerete differenciáldiagnosztikai szempontból fontos. Nehezítette a diagnózist az első hasi ultrahangvizsgálat negatív eredménye és az egyidejűleg manifesztálódó coeliakia. Orv Hetil. 2021; 162(3): 112–115. Summary. Generally, complications with appendectomy occur during the early postoperative stage and are quite rare years after the operation. In case of late manifestation of complications, the clinical signs are generally unspecific. We report a case of an 11-year-old girl – who underwent an appendectomy 8 years ago – with abdominal pain during the last 2 weeks. The first ultrasound examinations were carried out in Austria with normal results. In our department, the ultrasonography and the MR examinations showed an inhomogeneous abdominal mass which was connected to the abdominal wall and with the suspicion of inflammation. Because of the diversified results of radiology imaging and laboratory test, inflammatory bowel disease and tumor were considered in the differential diagnosis. During the operation, a tumor-like lesion related to the ascending colon was found. The histopathological examination revealed a foreign body type suture granuloma with a central abscess. Malignancy was not found. The clinical investigation proved celiac disease, too. The Schloffer tumor is a rare complication after abdominal surgery. This is a foreign body type inflammatory granuloma mainly around a surgical thread. The knowledge of the entity is important in differential diagnostic aspect. The presence of celiac disease in combination with the negative result of the first ultrasound examination made the exact diagnosis more difficult. Orv Hetil. 2021; 162(3): 112–115.

The aim of the study — to establish the severity of cognitive, psychoemotional, motivational and behavioral disorders in patients after acute period of ischemic stroke.Materials and methods. The study included 60 patients with a diagnosis of ischemic stroke. Depending on severity of neurological deficit according to the national stroke scale (NIHSS), patients were divided into two groups: group 1 — 30 patients with an NIHSS score of 0 to 8, associated with mild neurological deficit, group 2 — 30 patients with an NIHSS score of 9 to 15, associated with moderate neurological deficits. The study was conducted on the 7th day of treatment and included: assessment of the cognitive status according to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale; assessment of the level of distress, depression, anxiety and somatization using the Four Dimensional Symptom Questionnaire; assessment of mental and physical asthenia according to the MFI-20 scale, level of self-control using the Rotter’s Locus of Control Scale and assessment of the personality and the familial unconscious in Szondi’s test. Results. The study established the prevalence of depression and cognitive impairment in patients with moderate neurological deficits. Patients with mild neurological deficits are characterized by a moderate level of somatization, mental and physical asthenia, a low level of self-control in relation to health, low adherence to treatment and poor motivation to recover.Conclusion. The results of the study indicate the need inclusion of assessment of psychoemotional factors and personal resources of the patient in relation to illness and recovery in early diagnosis of patients with stroke. Along with neurological deficits, it is necessary to assess the cognitive, emotional and motivational levels of the “internal picture of the disease”. This can help determine the patient’s basic compensatory and adaptive capabilities and develop individual rehabilitation strategies.

Abstract Background. Immune-checkpoint inhibitors can be administered in multiple solid tumor types. Currently available biomarkers, like the expression of PD-L1 or tumor mutational burden, miss a significant proportion of patients who could benefit from the therapy. Our goal was to set up a database consisting of both gene expression and clinical response data and to uncover the most significant biomarkers of response to anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, and anti-CTLA-4 immunotherapies. Methods. The GEO repository was screened to identify datasets with simultaneously available transcriptomic and clinical response data across different solid tumor types. The screening focused on studies involving the administration of nivolumab (anti-PD-1), pembrolizumab (anti-PD-1), atezolizumab (anti-PD-L1), durvalumab (anti-PD-L1), and ipilimumab (anti-CTLA-4). Mann-Whitney U-test and receiver operating characteristic analysis were performed across all genes to identify features related to therapy response. False discovery rate was computed to correct for multiple hypothesis testing. Results. The database that we established consists of 1,439 unique tumor samples from nineteen datasets with gastric-, lung-, esophageal-, head, neck-, and urothelial cancers, and malignant melanoma. The strongest upregulated candidates linked to resistance in anti-PD-1 treated tumors were PRXL2A (AUC=0.771), ODR4 (AUC=0.734), and RBM15B (AUC=0.734). The most robust hits in the anti-PD-L1 treated cohort were NOTCH3 (AUC=0.639), NECTIN1 (AUC=0.631) and ITGAV (AUC=0.63). In the anti-CTLA-4 treatment cohort C5orf24 (AUC=0.76) was the most promising candidate. We have also established a portal for additional analysis and ranking of further biomarker candidates by extending our previously established ROC plotter. The immunotherapy-treated transcriptomic database is accessible at the website www.rocplot.com/immune. Discussion. An integrated database and an online platform were set up to validate potential biomarkers of immunotherapy response in a sizeable cohort of cancer samples from multiple tumor types. Napjainkban konszenzus alakult ki abban, hogy a jóga minden korosztály számára művelhető testgyakorlatokkal képes hozzájárulni az életminőség javulásához. Az idősebb korosztályok gyakorló jógázói az aktivitásuk fenntartása mellett, jelentősen javíthatják egyensúlyérzéküket, ami csökkenti az egyensúlyvesztés és ezáltal az elesések kockázatát.
Többéves jógaoktatói segítő tevékenységem során számos korosztály képviselője megfordult jógaóráimon. Tartottam gyermekjógát óvodásoknak, dinamikus flow órákat edzett jógagyakorlóknak, de voltak olyan 70 éven felüli tanítványaim is, akik súlyos betegségükből felépülve, műtétekkel a hátuk mögött ragaszkodtak hozzá, hogy részt vehessenek egy közepes nehézségi szintű jógaórán, még akkor is, ha nem tudtak minden gyakorlatsort (ászanákat) kivitelezni.
Megtapasztaltam, mennyire hálásak az idősebb korosztály tagjai azért az élményért, gyógyulásért, amit a jóga nyújt nekik, illetve a gondos odafigyelésért, amellyel az oktató az egyes gyakorló testi kondícióihoz, egészségi állapotához, lehetőségeihez szabja a pózokat, kivitelezendő feladatsorokat.
A jógaoktatók képzésében nagy hangsúlyt fektetnek az ellenjavallatokra, a különböző sérülések anatómiai és élettani hátterének és az adott személyek terhelhetőségének meghatározására. A körültekintő felkészülés, és a folyamatos monitorozás szavatolja a biztonságot. Az oktató a gyakorlatban, a jógaórákon szembesül a testi-lelki elváltozásokkal, az egyensúly felbomlásával. Gyakorlat teszi a mestert! Ez a jógában hatványozottan érvényes. A gyakorlat megszerzésével párhuzamosan az oktató egyre magabiztosabban tudja kezelni a speciális igényeket jógaeszközök (például heveder, tégla, szék) használatával, az ászanák módosításával, illetve a szavak erejével, a tanítványok lelkesítésével.
Barátaim bíztatására áprilisban indítottam el a The Force Yoga Group Facebook oldalt, ahol azóta is jógaórákat tartok. Nagyszerű hely jógagyakorló barátaimmal, családtagjaimmal, idős szüleimmel összejönni az online térben és dacolva a karanténnal, a lezárással, együtt, egy időben jógázni. A jógaszőnyeg egy békés sziget, ahová elmenekülhetünk a járvány tombolása idején, itt kezdjük meg belső utazásunkat a külső mozdulatlanság időszakában.
Az online gyakorló csoportnak már több, mint 100 tagja van. Interkulturális és intergenerációs csoport. Tudtam, hogy mivel nem ismerem minden egyes csoporttag egészségi állapotát, jógázásban való jártasságát és sokan közülük soha nem gyakoroltak velem személyesen (offline), fokozottan és folyamatosan kell felhívnom a figyelmüket a biztonságos gyakorlás (jógázás) szabályaira. Az online órák elején és végén néhány mondatot ennek szentelek, gyakorlás alatt pedig a lehető legpontosabban instruálok a sérülések elkerülése érdekében. Nagyon fontos szerephez jut tehát a verbális igazítás. Online tanítványaim tájékozódhatnak e témában azokból a tudományos cikkekből is, amelyeket időről időre megosztok az oldalon.
Tisztában vagyok vele, hogy a legtöbb ember otthona nem felszerelt jógastúdió, ezért bemutatom, hogyan használhatóak a szobai berendezési és egyéb tárgyak jógaeszközként.
Rövidebb, 30-45 perces székes jóga órákat is beiktattam a heti programba, kifejezetten azok kedvéért, akik számára kihívás az egyensúly megtartása, vagy gyorsan elgyengülnek.
Tanítványaim privát üzenetben írják meg észrevételeiket, tapasztalataikat, kérdéseiket-kéréseiket. Vannak, akik arról kérdeznek, hogy bizonyos ászanákban, miért éreznek fájdalmat egy adott területen. Ilyen esetekben megpróbálunk együtt rájönni a titok nyitjára és korrigálni a testhelyzetet. Olyan 75 éves tanítványom is van, aki arra kért, állítsak össze egy egyszerű, légzőgyakorlatokból és nyújtó ászanákból álló programot, amelyet bárki el tud végezni. Sokan arról írnak, mennyire inspiráló, hogy minden nap látnak gyakorolni és ez a lelkesedés a jógamatracra „löki őket”. Vannak idősebb tagok, akik széken ülve végzik a légzőgyakorlatokat és a bemelegítést, hiszen már ez is 15-20 perc testmozgást jelent.
Heti 4-5 alkalommal tartok online órát karantén idején, a videók pedig visszanézhetők. A rendszeres gyakorlás biztos ponttá válik a tagok életében, van mire várni akkor is, amikor a külvilágból nem sok inger érkezik. Az online térben is lehet ismerkedni, barátkozni, kommentek formájában eszmét cserélni, egy közösséghez tartozni.
A lazító órákat jóga álom relaxációval zárom, ami egy legalább 20 perces képzeletbeli utazás, vizualizáció, megtűzdelve pozitív megerősítésekkel, miközben a test és az elme elcsendesedik. Egy ilyen mini meditáción való részvétel semmilyen testi aktivitást nem igényel a légzésen kívül.
Sokáig sorolhatnám még azokat pozitívumot, amelyeket a The Force Yoga Group (Az Erő Jógacsoport) életre hívása hozott, de ahogy a nagy jógamester B.K.S. Iyengar mondta:
“A szavak nem elegendőek a jóga felbecsülhetetlen értékének kifejezésére. Meg kell tapasztalni.”

This article aims to provide a historical overview of the relationship between epilepsy and religiosity. Although the link between epilepsy and religiosity has been observed since ancient times, empirical research has not supported the direct relationship between epilepsy and religiosity in any unequivocal way. The rich reference to the historical relationship between epilepsy and religiosity often served as a kind of evidence in itself, even though observations of epileptic religiosity were far less detailed as modern scholars referred to them. A detailed analysis of the connection between epilepsy and religiosity only emerged in the 20th century. By introducing a symbolic level of interpretation, psychoanalysis significantly contributed to the psychological theory of the epileptic personality in general and epileptic religiosity in particular. The older concept of the epileptic personality (and religiosity) mixed with psychoanalytic interpretation was preserved in the Szondi Test. Based on the present historical analysis, the author concludes that the connection between epilepsy and increased religiosity was overstated in the 20th century.

This article touches upon the problem of Person-centered psychotherapy in the treatment of specific psycho-emotional problems caused by chronic physical illnesses. The study involved the patients with chronic diseases of gastroenterological spectrum on the exacerbation stage. Total sample size was 144 people: 85 females (59.09%) and 59 males (40.01%) at the age from 24 to 59 y. The average duration of therapy ranged from 15 to 20 hours. A separate group of patients (15 people) were treated with medications prescribed by a psychiatrist in accordance with psychopathological report taking into account the basic diagnosis (anxiolytic, sedative, nootropic, anti-depressants). Methods. At the sample selection and the final stages the MMPI, M. Luscher Colour Test and L. Szondi Test were applied. Before and after each therapeutic session express-diagnostics via SAM- techniques (self-esteem, activity, mood), in form of personal semantic differential was applied. Results and conclusions. The most significant results in terms of clinical features (health, strengthening, stress reduction, reduction of scales’ peaks, indicating the severity of the reactive state, positive dynamics of the lab tests, etc.) have been observed in the group of patients receiving concomitant (psychological, pharmacological and nosology-oriented) therapy. It may be assumed that various psychotherapeutic approaches should be considered as subsidiary, rather than principal, means of chronic illness treatment. Psychological methods proper would be useful for emotional abreaction, switching attention from the dominant physical suffering to the patient's personal resources, as well as self-presentation processes.
