La thèse est consacrée à la conscience poétique du XXe siècle vue à travers deux poétiques modernes, celles de Bolesław Leśmian (1877-1937) et de Tadeusz Peiper (1891-1969). Ces deux poètes représentent deux courants complémentaires, anti-symbolistes et antimimétiques mais radicalement différents en eux-mêmes qui permettent d’assister à la naissance de deux visions de la modernité en tant que résultat de la crise de la poésie classique. Głównym przedmiotem analiz podjętych w tej pracy są poglądy aksjologiczne Henryka Elzenberga i Tadeusza Czeżowskiego, filozofów zaliczanych do najwybitniejszych polskich myślicieli XX wieku. Ich prace stanowią istotny wkład w dorobek polskiej filozofii, także na płaszczyźnie teorii wartości. Znaczenie rozważań zarówno Tadeusza Czeżowskiego, jak i Henryka Elzenberga niewątpliwie podnosi fakt, że liczne grono filozofów w Polsce nawiązuje do ich dorobku naukowego i rezultatów filozoficznych. This thesis explores ways in which the reality of Kantor’s existence at a key moment in occupied Kraków may be read as directly informing the genesis and development of his artistic strategies. Abstract:

Tadeusz Kassern was born in Lviv in 1904 and from 1922 lived in Poznan. Since his early youth he was drawn to music, especially composition, but began making his living as a lawyer. As a composer he had his first notable success in 1928. His impressionistic Concerto for Voice and Orchestra won second prize in a competition organized by the Association of Young Polish Musicians Society in Paris, for which the judges included Ravel, Roussel, Honegger and Schmitt. After a two-month stay in Paris in 1930, Kassern began composing pieces in neoclassical style, also venturing into other neo-styles.
