This article is the result of library research. This research is included in the category of normative legal research. This research discussion aims to explain the istiḥān argument against the draft criminal sanctions law for perpetrators of illegal marriages. The researcher analyzed the data using istihsān bi al-maqāsid sharī'ah theory. The findings of this study are that the draft law regarding the provision of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of illegal marriages is not effectively implemented. This argument is based on the reading of legal material data with the theory of Istiḥsān bi maṣlaḥat al-mursalah. The legal reasoning put forward by Toeri istihsan is first, there are still many inadequate facilities in serving the implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974; second, less than optimal bureaucracy and background problems or motivation in carrying out marriages outside the institution of marriage registrar officials as well as conflicting government regulations with one another. The research data is read with the istiḥsān theory and results in the absence of mashlahah if the rules of criminal sanctions are applied.

This research is the result of historical research with the title " Kyai Abd. Rachman Bin Sopa Hamid: Palembang Darussalam Sultanate Family in Tulung Selapan Ogan Komering ". This research was conducted to determine the journey and role of Kyai Abd. Rachman Bin Sopa Hamid in Tulung Selapan through the historical evidence left behind. In this research, Levinson's Role Theory is used. Through this theory, the traces, role and position of Kyai Abd can be analyzed. Rachman Bin Sopa Hamid in the Tulung Selapan village community, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency during the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate era until its current influence on the local community. Apart from that, the research method used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of his research, it is known that the fall of the Palembang sultanate into Dutch hands was marked by the capture of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II and his family who were then exiled to Ternate (North Maluku). At the same time, several imperial families and other Mujahid figures also fled to other areas, including Kyai Abdurachman bin Sopa Hamid, who at the time also fled to the Ogan Komering Ilir area, precisely in Tulung Selapan, until he died. The whereabouts of Kyai Abd. Rachman Bin Sopa Hamid in Tulung Selapan is marked by the presence of several relics in the form of a collection of swords and tenongs as well as the existence of Kyai Abd's food. Tuan Haji Mohamed Taib bin Ibrahim, chairman of Muhibbah Engineering Bhd (MEB), called a meeting of the board of directors to discuss the issue of Asia Petroleum Hub (APH) project on 27 July 2012. Muhibbah board decided to pay net debt exposure of RM 245 million certified claims from APH keeping Muhibbah’s right to pursue recovery. Mac Ngan Boon, the managing director, suggested drastic changes in the company’s structure, roles, responsibilities and organizational culture to put the company on a path to sustainable profits. Datuk Zakaria bin Abdul Hamid, vice chairman and independent non-executive director, and Abd Hamid bin Ibrahim, another independent non-executive director, endorsed Mac Ngan Boon’s suggestions. The board has to decide the way forward.

Tafseer Maraghi by Ahmad bin Mustafa Almaraghi (1883-1952) is well known classical commentary of the Quran written in Arabic .The researcher has selected Ten Ahadith in sura Albaqara which are quoted by Ahmad bin Mustafa Almaraghi in Tafseer-e-Maraghi. The main objective of the research is to analyze the ahadith to analyses the sahih (authentic), hasan (good) and dha،if (weak). Therefore it is necessary to examine both elements of hadith, sanad (،chain، of the narrators) and matn (the wording of hadith). Early religious scholars stressed the importance of the sanad (chain of the narrators). Abd Allah ibn al-Mubarak said, "The isnad is from the religion; were it not for the isnad anyone could say anything they wanted. This article is to bring in the knowledge of the student, teachers and religious clerics, the authentic proof regarding the ahadith of sura Al baqara .The study is qualitative in nature and it needed extensive desk study.The reliance of the hadith specialists upon isnad in determining the sahih (authentic, hasan (good) and dha،if (weak). The conclusion of this article based upon the research and finding of the wellknown classical researchers (aima jarrah wa Ta’deel) in field.

Currently, many academics and researchers are worried about the condition of education in Indonesia, due to the increasing burden of education costs and the increasing number of educational institutions that are managed with a commercial system. Where the system causes discrimination in the provision of services to students. However, on the other hand, it turns out that the economic need to maximize services continues to increase along with the development of science and technology. So it is deemed necessary to read educational institutions that are able to provide maximum service at a relatively affordable cost. In this article, it is described that the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Islamic Boarding School which was founded by Kiai Abd. Majid bin Abd. Hamid since its inception until now can be categorized as an economically independent pesantren. The management system from the beginning was based on the thoughts of Kiai Abd. Majid that the founder or owner has the main responsibility for meeting the needs of the educational institution he founded. Therefore, when establishing the pesantren, Kiai Abd. Majid also opened several shops. The thoughts of Kiai Abd. Majid was continued and perfected by his successors to this day. Currently, the Finance Bureau and Muba Group have been formed which support and manage the economy of the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Islamic Boarding School

Our scholars paid great attention to the heritage of their predecessors and sheikhs, and for this, they were interested in listing their names, and seizing some of their lives and dates of their deaths, so they worked on writing books and letters in this field, and among these efforts is the present study, which is what the second martyr copied from the copy of (Rejal, i.e. Narrotors) for Ali bin Abd al-Hamid al-Nili, which he is the grandson of al-Alama al-Hilli’s sister. In order to add to his book the names of the scholars who lived after al-Alama al-Hilli and Ibn Dawood and whose names are mentioned in this study.

The Friday sermon in terms of legal terminology is (the sermon delivered on the pulpits on Friday with the intention of encouraging people to do good, encouraging them to do it, distracting them from evil and its motives, and making them aware of their conditions and the reality of their affairs, as required by the law.
 In this research, the researcher presented an important matter, which is the method of expressing the present tense verb in the Friday sermon of Sheikh Abdul Majeed bin Abdul Hamid, and the research method of this research is some of the types of library research. types of books.
 After the researcher looked at the Friday sermon, he found twenty-two in it, which consisted of 8 present tense parsing with a pronounced vowel, and from 1 parsing of the present tense with a vowel estimated in a thousand, and from 1 parsing of the present tense with a vowel estimated by wu, and from 10 parsing of the present tense verb with a vowel, And from 1 the parsing of the present verb is compounded by the sukoon estimated by a thousand, and from 1 the expression of the present tense verb is compounded by the sukoon estimated by ya. And from 2 the articulation of the present verb if it is called by a nominative plural pronoun, and from 1 the articulation of the present verb if it is called by a plural pronoun that is plural.
