Abstract:
This paper describes a dynamics proletarian literature and its relationship with Kanikosen novel by Kobayashi Takiji, including; the institution, ideology, production, and figures associated to narration used by Marxism theory posed by the author as one of the Japan "wild literatures" in the 1920s. This paper aims to usher the readers to the narrative of the Japanese proletarian literature and illustrates the Japanese proletarian literary map development. The form of “wildness” obtained by author is a social class conflict in literary texts such as in the Kanikosen story. Like an empirical reality, text construction, especially characterizations, background, and language style reflecting a dynamics of everyday social life. Intimidation, exploitation, deception, torture, suffering labor on one side and on the other side, the accumulation of profits, accumulating capital individually, and the arbitrariness of employers conducted by the owners of capital, reflected brightly by Kobayashi Takiji.

Abstract:
Policymakers are faced with a vexing problem: how to increase competition in a tech sector dominated by a few giants. One answer proposed and adopted by regulators in the United States and abroad is to require large platforms to allow consumers to move their data from one platform to another, an approach known as data portability. Facebook, Google, Apple, and other major tech companies have enthusiastically supported data portability through their own technical and political initiatives. Today, data portability has taken hold as one of the go-to solutions to address the tech industry’s competition concerns. This Article argues that despite the regulatory and industry alliance around data portability, today’s public and private data portability efforts are unlikely to meaningfully improve competition. This is because current portability efforts focus solely on mitigating switching costs, ignoring other barriers to entry that may preclude new platforms from entering the market. The technical implementations of data portability encouraged by existing regulation—namely one-off exports and API interoperability—address switching costs but not the barriers of network effects, unique data access, and economies of scale. This Article proposes a new approach to better alleviate these other barriers called collective portability, which would allow groups of users to coordinate to transfer data they share to a new platform, all at once. Although not a panacea, collective portability would provide a meaningful alternative to existing approaches while avoiding both the privacy/competitive utility trade off of one-off exports and the hard-to regulate power dynamics of APIs.

Abstract:
Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of family medicine in the detection of pregnancies, the status of pregnant women being registered to family medicine, the time of first contact with the family physician, and the rate of monitoring by family physicians. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out at the pregnant follow-up polyclinic of a university hospital. The pilot study of the study was conducted with 15 participants. Data of 139 participants were analyzed. Results: The median of pregnancy detection week was 5.00 (IQR:4.00-6.00). For the first blood test 23.7% (n=33) of the pregnant women had applied to the family physicians. It was determined that all pregnant women received prenatal care from healthcare workers within the first 14 weeks. The rate of pregnant women who received prenatal care from family medicine at any time of pregnancy was 89.9% (n=125). Conclusion: It is seen that family medicine is not used effectively enough for pregnancy detection. The fact that knowing family medicine by almost all of the individuals, and informing the community will increase the rate and quality of application to family medicine. Improvement of family medicine pregnancy diagnosis and follow-up rates can be ensured by giving the necessary importance to the 15-49 age group follow-up and with the applicability of the referral chain. Abstract:
The proteomic studies are simultaneously developed in several directions and significantly influence our notions on the capabilities of biological sciences. The need for proteomics research is necessary as there are certain genes in a cell that encode proteins with specific functions. Using a variety of techniques, proteomics can be used to study how proteins interact within a system or how the protein expression changes in different parts of the body, in different stages of its life cycle and in different environmental conditions as every individual has one genome and many proteomes. Besides the qualitative and quantitative description of the expressed proteins, proteomics also deals with the analysis of mutual interactions of proteins. Thereby, candidate proteins can be identified which may be used as starting-points for diagnostic or even therapeutic approaches.

Abstract:
The authors investigate the question of whet her qualitative characteristics are likely to explain the survival of family firms in case of financial distress and whether these variables improve the explanatory power of quantitative variables in clarifying the different probability of distress between family and non-family firms. They focus their attention on the impact of the controlling owner and, using the Socioemotional Wealth theory (SEW), study the role of the family involvement in mitigating or accentuating the likelihood of distress. Using a dataset of 1,137 Italian family and non-family firms during 2004–2013, the authors found that family firms are significantly less likely to incur distress than non-family firms. The board dimension and the number of family members on board affect the probability of distress even controlling for some firm risk characteristics such as beta and ROA volatility, and there is also evidence of a gender mitigating effect in case of a female CEO.

Abstract:
The banking industry plays a significant role in both the financial system and economy as a whole. By 2012, the US banking system owned US $14.45 trillion in assets. However, the importance of the banking system stretches beyond its mere size. Numerous studies have indicated that the health of this sector has significant effects on overall economic activity, as well as the size and persistence of economic cycles. For the purposes of this paper, the researchers measured the correlation between current legislation, risk-taking, market value, and reputation. This was performed by calcula-ting Z-scores to determine bank risk-taking. The Z-scores were correlated to market value to determine its impact. Reputable firm behavior was used to determine the correlation between market value and reputation. The statistical package for Social Sciences was used to perform ANOVA analysis of share value and Z-scores. A literature review was conducted to determine the reputational impact. It was determined that current legislation might have a desired result on risk-taking, that risk-taking might not have an impact on market value, and that reputation might have an impact on market value. Keywords: reputation, banking industry, financial system, economic activity, Z-scores, legislation, risk-taking. JEL Classification: C21, G18, G21, G32, G38, K23
