Full textThe “Programa Nacional de Tambos” (PNT) has meant an important achievement of the Peruvian state to have an effective presence in the rural populations furthest from the national territory. The PNT, since its creation in 2013, intervenes in the rural territory through the massive implementation of buildings called “tambos” that act as multisectoral platforms that allow the provision of access to basic services such as civil identification, health or emergency assistance. However, over the years, the tambo, has also gradually hosted in-person actions of state ministries linked to rural productivity. This means that, initially, the tambo’s architectural approach was carried out under a welfare bias, however, now it faces heterogeneous demands according to the population dimension, natural region, and productive capacities of its population centers. To this is added that, the intention of the Peruvian state with a view to 2021 is to implement a total of 1,600 dairy farms to cover the target population (5 million Peruvians). In this context, this thesis aims to propose a system of location and implementation strategies for future dairy farms so that they are optimally linked to the qualities of the Peruvian territory to contribute to the empowerment of the most vulnerable and dispersed population from Perú. This results in a localization manual based on multi-scale indicators, and a catalog of project intentions of a modular nature that gives us a systematic view of the potential of the NTP in future dynamic and remote scenarios of the Peruvian territory. Finally, this project thesis, states that the proximity to the bicentennial of the independence of Perú is the ideal juncture for the country to rethink the performance of the state in its most remote populations, so that their national social infrastructure programs really perform a Catalytic effect as a consequence of the relevant and relevant architectural operation in the national territory.

Full textAfter the country independence proclaimed in 1821 and the first decades of political anarchy and instability, Peruvian governing leaders set themselves to building a modern state. Through this process, they aimed at building public facilities, diversifying means of communication and especially in adopting and implementing the new technologies created by the Industrial Revolution (railroads and steam engines) now affordable to exploit the guano deposits. Besides its rich subsoil raw material that underpinned the colonial economy, Peru has a less lenient topography because of its geographical contrasts combining deserts, mountains, and forests. This study suggests doing a historical review of the Republican Peru transportation means by examining the various mechanisms set up by political authorities to connect the country to the world, and by examining the existing situation of the communication networks back in the colonial era. The thesis defines not only the types of trades and transportation developed in different regions of Peru, but also examines the transition from traditional means of transportation (walking, mules, horses, and carriages) and modernity represented by steam engines traction. The interaction issue of these new technologies along with artisanal and traditional peasant economy is raised by comparing several administrative sets or those derived from travelogues

I hope that my imagery will turn in to a creative dialogue between me and viewer…All twelve pictures done in silkscreen technology. I think that this technology gives picture unusual feeling and unexpectedness... All my pictures done using CMYK colour palette. CMYK short for cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, and often referred to as process color or four color is a subtractive color model, used in color printing, also used to describe the printing process itself. The CMYK model works by partially or entirely masking certain colors on the typically white background (that is, absorbing particular wavelengths of light). Such a model is called subtractive because inks “subtract” brightness from white.

CAPES
This thesis aims to develop an analysis of dialogic languageoftambor de crioula linked to the concept of musical performance, which are at stake both “musical” elements as “extramusical”. The tambor de crioula is a popular manifestation very diverse and contextual predominantly held by blacks, with profiles of participants, motivations, forms of organization, musical and choreographic structures that have similarities and differences which are expected commune in the collective practice. This communion of feelings is achieved in times when the musical performance reach the summit and, as they say, the tambor „esquenta' and „pega fogo', expressions that I adopt as a phenomenon of collective euphoria. Through ethnography of musical performance, I intend to demonstrate an interpretation of how the dialogic language is manifested in 'marchas de tambor‟in different musical performances, as well as some elements that influence the „pega fogo do tambor‟.
