<p>Collisions between FPSO and shuttle tanker in tandem offloading operation have caused a growing concern in the North Sea. Several recent contact incidents between FPSO/FSU and shuttle tanker have clearly demonstrated a high likelihood of contact between vessels in tandem offloading. The large masses involved, i.e. the high potential impact energy, make the collision risk large. Denna uppsats handlar om eskortbogsering och hur lotsars inställning är till att använda sig av detta. Den metod som använts är kvalitativ och ansatsen hypotetiskt deduktiv. Utifrån intervjuerna med lotsar som genomfördes i Göteborgs hamn märktes generellt att lotsarna är positivt inställda till att använda sig av eskortbogsering även om deras åsikter i vissa fall går isär om vilka fartyg som reglerna skall omfatta. Mobbing er vanskelig å oppdage, og vi vet lite om bakgrunnen til mobberenes handlinger. Formålet med denne studien var å få en innsikt i hvorfor mobbere handler som de gjør. Fokuset har vært på barn i grunnskolen. Problemstilling er som følger; ”Hva ligger bak en mobbers handlinger?”. Gjennom kvalitativ tilnærming ble tre tidligere mobbere intervjuet om handlingene de de har vært en del av i løpet av grunnskolen.
