Abstract:

This article is an essay that provides a cultural analysis of the movie "Tanda Tanya" by director HanungBramantyo with a linguistic anthropological perspective. Through the theory of Bourdieu (1992), the film is studied and dissected through symbolic capital that is played in every plot, scene, and picture contested in the film. On the basis of plot analysis, the film promotes an idea, multiculturalism which not only allowed at an idealistic level but also into a material practice.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan penggunaan tanda baca pada paragraf deskriptif siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu metode yang melibatkan peneliti secara langsung untuk mengamati objek yang sedang diteliti. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis kemudian dideskripsikan dalam bentuk kata-kata. Adapun pengolahan data yang dilakukan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, pengkodean dan yang terakhir penyajian data. Jumlah siswa di kelas tersebut adalah 13 orang. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan pada kesalahan penggunaan tanda baca, kesalahan terbesar terdapat pada penggunan tanda koma diantara unsur-unsur dalam suatu perincian atau pembilang yang berjumlah 6 orang dengan 17 kali kesalahan. Kesalahan tersebut sering terlihat pada pertengahan kalimat. Penyebab pertama dari kesalahan penggunaan tanda baca yaitu karena pembiasaan siswa untuk menulis tanpa menggunakan tanda baca yang baik dan benar. Kedua, karena ketidaktahuan dan ketidaktelitian siswa dalam menggunakan tanda koma disetiap menulis. Kesalahan terkecil terdapat pada penggunaan tanda titik untuk memisahkan angka jam, menit, dan detik yang menunjukkan waktu dan juga tanda tanya yang digunakan pada akhir kalimat tanya. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pada paragraf deskriptif jarang sekali menggunakan tanda koma untuk memisahkan angka jam, menit, dan detik dan juga jarang sekali menggunakan tanda tanya. Faktor lain dari kesalahan penggunaan tanda baca siswa yaitu kurangnya penekanan guru dalam membiasakan siswa menulis menggunakan tanda baca yang baik dan benar, motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah, sikap siswa yang kurang baik selama proses pembelajaran, dan juga metode dan media yang digunakan guru kurang menarik sehingga siswa sulit memahami materi ajar yang disampaikan guru. Abstract:

In modern times, technology is increasingly sophisticated, one of which is the development of film at this time which has developed more rapidly. Various kinds of films as a means of entertainment on television screens, computers, laptops, and others that always convey messages in films. This study aims to describe the message contained in the film “Tanda Tanya (?), this film aired in 2011 directed by Hanung Bramantyo. When this film was relased, there ware pros and cons because this film was quite sensitive. The film Tanda Tanya (?) has told the story of various tribes, religions, races, cultures, with conflicts such as berating one religionand even each other’s race. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the film by Hanung Bramantyo functionally has multiculturalism, pluralism, and religious values. Then there is a human relationship with God, their respective beliefs, example, and the value of jihad as the closing of the film.

Abstract:

Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan analisis terhadap penggunaan tanda baca, khususnya bentuk penggunaan tanda baca titik, tanda baca koma, tanda baca tanya, dan tanda baca seru. Bentuk penggunaan tanda baca tersebut di analisis dari lembar penugasan siswa melengkapi teks narasi dengan tanda baca yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk penggunaan tanda baca titik, tanda baca koma, tanda baca tanya, dan tanda baca seru pada teks narasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selain sebagai salah satu syarat untuk memperoleh gelar sarjana, juga merupakan suatu bentuk penggambaran kemampuan siswa kelas V dalam penggunaan tanda baca titik, tanda baca koma, tanda baca tanya, dan tanda baca seru pada teks narasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Setelah semua tahap penelitian dilaksanakan, hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: pertama, berdasarkan hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa tingkat keterampilan tertinggi pada tes pertama diperoleh skor 27 dan terendah di peroleh skor 5, untuk tes kedua tertinggi diperoleh skor 28 dan terendah diperoleh skor 13. Kedua, bentuk penggunaan tanda baca titik yang ditemukan dalam lembar penugasan melengkapi teks narasi adalah (1) dipakai di akhir kalimat pernyataan, (2) dipakai di pertengahan kalimat (3) dipakai di akhir kalimat tanya, (4) dipakai di akhir kalimat seruan. Ketiga, bentuk penggunaan tanda baca koma yaitu : (1) dipakai di akhir kalimat pernyataan, (2) dipakai di pertengahan kalimat. Keempat, bentuk penggunaan tanda baca tanya yaitu : (1) dipakai di akhir kalimat pernyataan. Kelima, bentuk penggunaan tanda baca seru yaitu : (1) dipakai di akhir kalimat seruan.

Abstract:

This paper aims to find out the discourse of tolerance among religious people featured in the film “?” (Tanda Tanya) and Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2. Both are viewed from the level of the text, the level of social cognition, and the level of social context. The research method used is qualitative analysis with Teun van Dijk's theoretical approach, namely data analysis at the level of text, social cognition and social context. The results showed that; First, the discourse of tolerance at the text level in the film “?” (Tanda Tanya) is related to various themes, both about harmony among religious communities, cultural diversity and about tolerance. Likewise the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 also tells the story of religious life in European countries. Second, the discourse of tolerance between religious communities is seen from the level of social cognition. In the film “?” (Tanda Tanya), both the screenwriter and director want to explain the reality of the diversity of religions, cultures and customs that exist in Indonesia. He wants to explain the relationship between religious people in a vulgar way. In contrast to the more refined Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 movie. Third, the discourse of tolerance between religious communities in terms of the level of social context. The film “?” (Tanda Tanya) is motivated by the number of bombings that occurred at the house of worship three or four years before. At the level of the social context of this film as a sequel to the previous Ayat-Ayat Cinta movie. The background of making this film is because it wants to illustrate that Islam can be used as a way of life wherever we live, including life in the West though.  Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wacana toleransi antar umat beragama yang ditampilkan dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) dan Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2. Keduanya ditinjau dari level teks, level kognisi sosial, dan level konteks sosial. Metode riset yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori Teun van Dijk, yaitu analisis data pada level teks, kognisi sosial dan konteks sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, wacana toleransi pada level teks dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) berkaitan dengan tema yang beragam, baik itu tentang kerukunan antar umat beragama, keragaman budaya maupun tentang toleransi. Demikian halnya film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 juga mengkisahkan tentang kehidupan umat beragama di negara Eropa. Kedua, wacana toleransi antar umat beragama ditinjau dari level kognisi sosial. Dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) sang penulis skenario maupun sutradara ingin memaparkan realitas tentang keragaman agama, budaya, adat istiadat yang ada di Indonesia. Ia ingin memaparkan hubungan antar umat beragama secara vulgar. Berbeda dengan film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 yang lebih halus. Ketiga, wacana toleransi antar umat beragama ditinjau dari level konteks sosial. Film “?” (Tanda Tanya) dilatarbelakangi banyaknya kejadian bom yang melanda rumah ibadah pada tiga atau empat tahun sebelumnya. Pada level konteks sosial film ini sebagai sekuel film Ayat-Ayat Cinta sebelumnya. Latar belakang pembuatan film ini karena ingin menggambarkan bahwa Islam dapat dijadikan pedoman hidup dimanapun kita tinggal, termasuk hidup di negeri Barat sekalipun.

Abstract:

Abstract: Film can convey ideas in a visual form and its function is as entertainment. It influence and shape its communicants through messages and construct information through dialogue or scenes. This study examines the subject of framing employed by film creators in constructing a message through film by using the Gamson and Mondigliani model framing analysis method. It deals with the framing of messages and it analyzed the meaning of tolerance in the film "?" (Question mark). The results of the study showed that framing the tolerance message in the film "?" (Question Mark) is related to all framing analysis devices proposed by the Gamson and Mondigliani models. Then, the meaning of tolerance in the film "?" (Question Mark) is that every person has interfaith attitude respects, and supported each other with the teachings of other religions. Furthermore, the fellow religious people are not fanatic and they play an active role in creating safety in several events held by other religions. In the film "?" (Question Mark) the attitude of adherents of one religion to another religion is parallelism. They believe that every religion has its own way of salvation, and therefore the claim of an exclusive attitude of the inclusive one must be rejected for the sake of theological and phenomenological reasons.ملخص:فيلم هو فن مصنوع يعكس أراء وأفكارا بواسطة مرئية ويقدم به تسلية، بالإضافة إلى أنه فن مؤثر ومثير مخاطبه إلى مضمون الخبر ومركب المعلومات بواسطة الحوار أو عرض التمثيل. وتتناول هذه الدراسة عن مضمون الخطاب الذي يركبه مصمم فيلم بواسطة مرئية مصنوعة ومركبة من نظرية تحليلية على أساس تأطير لغمسون ومونديغليان، ويقوم الباحث بتحليل فيلم "تنا تانيا" كاشفا عما فيه من نظرية تأطير ومعنى تسامح. وتظهر نتيجة الدراسة من خلال هذا البحث بأن انعكاس خطاب "التسامح" في فيلم تندا تانيا يظهر في كل أدوات الدراسة التحليلية لغمسون وموندغيان. وأما خطاب تسامح الذي ينكشف في هذا فيلم فإنه يشير إلى أن صفة الإكرام والاحترام والمساهمة بعضه بعض لابد أن يتحلى به كل مرء مع جواره. علاوة إلى ذلك، إن المتدينين لابد لهم أن يلعبوا دورهم دورا إيجابيا في إنشاء ظروف أمن وانسجام ويبتعدوا الإطرف والتطرف في معاملتهم مع الدين. ويتضح في فيلم تندا تنيا خطاب التسامح باعتبار أن تصرفات المتدينين بعضهم بعض إنما هي تصرفات متوازية، فهي عبارة عن فكرة ترى كل دين له إشارات أوطرقات توصل أهله إلى سلامة، ومن ثم أن فكرة التطرف الديني بالنسبة لنظرية التسامح فكرة مردودة لابد من طرحها على أساس الاعتقادي والوضعي.أساس الاعتقادي والوضعي.Abstrak: Film merupakan hasil karya yang dapat menyampaikan gagasan dalam bentuk visual dan disajikan sebagai hiburan. Selain itu, film dapat mempengaruhi, membentuk, dan mengkonstruk suatu informasi melalui dialog ataupun adegan yang yang di sajikan. Film “?” (Tanda Tanya) merupakan film layar lebar yang bertema pluralisme agama. Film ini dimaksudkan untuk melawan doktrin agama Islam sebagai agama radikal dan untuk meluruskan segala anggapan yang salah melalui media film. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pesan toleransi di konstruksi dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) dan bagaimmana makna toleransi yang terkandung dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya). Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis framing model Gamson dan Mondigliani. Dari analisis data ditemukan bahwa pembingkaian pesan toleransi dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) terdapat pada semua perangkat analisis framing model Gamson dan Mondigliani. Sedangkan dalam analisis makna toleransi dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) bahwa sikap antar umat beragama saling menghormati, menghargai, dan saling mendukung dengan ajaran-ajaran agama lain yang di anut oleh orang yang ada di sekitarnya. Selain itu sesama umat beragama tidak fanatik serta berperan aktif untuk menciptakan keamanan dan kelancaran dalam acara yang diadakan oleh agama lain. Dalam film “?” (Tanda Tanya) sikap natar umat beragama mencerminkan sikap paralelisme, yaitu gugusan pemikiran yang berpandangan bahwa setiap agama mempunyai jalan keselamatannya sendiri, dan karena itu klaim terhadap sikap eksklusif sikap inklusif haruslah ditolak, demi alasan teologis dan fenomenologis.

Abstract:

A cemetery section comprising 35 burials was excavated at the site of Tiszakürt-Zsilke-tanya. The burial rites suggest that the community who interred their dead here was of East European steppe origin, settled primarily east of the Tisza River. The graves were poorly furnished; the main chronological indicators are melon seed-shaped beads and two pairs of earrings with big bead pendants. Based on these, the cemetery section can be dated between the 640s and the 680s. The archaeological analysis is complemented by an anthropological, archaeozoological, and pottery analysis, as well as a study of metal and glass composition.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan gambaran-gambaran interaksi antar agama dan antar budaya, bentuk-bentuk konflik yang saling terkait, dan unsur-unsur yang mendorong dan menghambat terciptanya kerukunan. Tujuan keseluruhan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menjelaskan perilaku komunikasi interpersonal secara menyeluruh. perwakilan dari berbagai agama untuk memupuk toleransi antar umat beragama. Skrip verbal dan visual dalam film tanda tanya ini diteliti sebagai bagian dari teknik semiotika penelitian ini. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, baik komunikasi individu maupun kolektif merupakan bentuk baru dari dialog antaragama. Dalam film tersebut, orang-orang dari berbagai budaya dan kepercayaan bekerja sama untuk saling mendukung dalam pertemuan keagamaan. Hal ini terjadi karena masyarakat dan budaya beragama saling berkomunikasi dengan baik, membina hubungan yang bersahabat dan toleransi tanpa meninggikan ego satu sama lain.Kata Kunci: Budaya, Film, Komunikasi beragama, Semiotika, Toleransi

Abstract:

The information needed for any law related research problem ultimately must be found in the law as expressed in the primary sources inter alia in statutes and cases. In addition secondary sources, for example textbooks, law journals, digests, indexes, dictionaries, encyclopaedias and loose-leaf publications are used to provide citations to relevant statutes and cases. In the past jurists were bound to make use of the basically chronological publication of statutes and cases and secondary resources in library holdings which were mainly in printed format. Nowadays the Internet can be used as additional source of information to find federal and state cases, statutes and regulations of countries worldwide as well as various other legal and non-legal information commonly in demand by jurists. Expert witness information, public and company information as well as trademark and copyright information are some of the resources available to the legal profession on the Internet (Adkins, 1997a:2). The question is whether jurists are aware of this additional information source and whether they are skilled in search techniques in order to efficiently and effectively retrieve relevant documents. According to Adkins (1997b:1) a problem most researchers face when using any new research tool is the "comfort factor". That is, researchers are comfortable using research tools with which they are familiar. It is very difficult to venture out of that mode, especially when computers and technology come into play. The Internet though, can be a boon in certain areas of the law and according to Bekker (1997:70) legal research is in some cases not completely done if the Internet was not used during the research. Research procedures and methodology A study of literature was done in order to determine the special skills legal researchers need when conducting legal research on the Internet. Steps in the legal research process were studied and the role of the library in the process of information retrieval, researched. Recent criteria for the rating of legal information on the Internet were identified and discussed. A qualitative study has been performed as to ascertain the state of awareness and the use of Internet resources by legal researchers. A questionnaire was used to investigate the information needs and research activities of a group of legal researchers at three South African academic institutions. The aim of the study This study is aimed at analysing the informational needs of jurists, in particular that of the academic legal researcher and to determine the information sources of law needed during the legal research process. To scout the existence of authoritative legal information on the Internet and if there is, to determine whether academic legal researchers are aware of the availability of Internet resources as additional information to be accessed and whether they dispose of the skills needed to retrieve the information. To further examine academic legal researchers' present use of the Internet and the extent to which it facilitates the research process as well as to determine whether the information retrieved from the Internet is considered of high quality and substance with regard to academic legal researchers' needs. Conclusion In conclusion the library's contribution in making Internet legal information more accessible was investigated in an attempt to answer to legal researchers' information needs. Though often described as the "information super highway", the Internet however, has a long way to go before it becomes an electronic replacement for the thousands of old cases and law review articles found in law libraries. As any sort of information can be made available via the Internet, organised knowledge could easily get damaged or lost in the vast amounts of other data (Floridi, 1996:51). Standardised methods of organising Internet resources and developing effective methods of information retrieval has become part of the task of the librarian as network navigator. In the light of the core findings it is infered that legal researchers do to a certain extent need some of the information resources the Internet potentially holds, but that various problems are experienced during information retrieval. Using the Internet requires certain skills, for example the use of search engines, Web directories and ListServ lists in retrieving relevant information and the knowledge as to evaluating the relevance, authenticity and quality of the retrieved information. Consequently this study is an endeavour to emphasise the importance of information retrieval skills in order to assure the retrieval of accurate and relevant information and to make an appeal on libraries to further the use of the Internet by developing and implementing ways to make the Internet more accessible.<br>Thesis (M.Bibl.)--Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education, 2000.

Emphasis has been placed on the development of parenting plans by including the concept of parenting plans in section 33 of the Children’s Act 38 of 2005. Professionals are now confronted with formulating adequate parenting plans which are focussed on the best interest standard of the child(ren) and that will assist the family with its functioning post–divorce. The aim of this research was to develop substantive guidelines that can assist the professional in drafting parenting plans. To achieve this aim, the following objectives guided the study: * To provide the legal context of parenting plans in South Africa. A legal context of parenting plans in South Africa is discussed by way of a literature study through an intensive analysis and critical discussion on a number of legal instruments pertaining to children, such as the Children’s Act 38 of 2005; the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996; the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACRWC). * To ascertain the views of mental health professionals (social workers and psychologists) and legal professionals (attorneys and family advocates) with regard to the divorcing family and parenting plans. The views of mental health professionals and legal professionals with regard to the divorcing family in respect of parenting plans were established. Professionals completed an electronic questionnaire that consisted of open questions to establish their views. Further telephonic interviews with the professionals were facilitated to gain further insight into the professional view points on the issue of divorcing families and parenting plans. * To ascertain the needs of the divorcing family (parents and child(ren)) and to present these needs in the structuring of a parenting plan. The needs of the divorcing family (parents and child(ren)) were established through an explorative approach by means of a document study and electronic questionnaires that were completed by the family members. Through this exploration the researcher obtained an understanding of the needs of the divorcing family related to parenting plans. * To provide professionals with comprehensive and clear guidelines on the basic structure and general content of a parenting plan. Comprehensive and clear guidelines on the basic structure and general content of a parenting plan were constructed for professionals working in this area, based on findings of articles 1, 2 and 3 of this research. The researcher also relied on her background and training as a qualified social worker to construct these guidelines. It was concluded that professionals are not necessarily well equipped to structure high quality parenting plans. Guidelines ought to assist the professionals to structure plans that are well organised, practical, child–centred, developmentally appropriate, and representative of the divorcing family needs. The researcher believes that as parenting plans are obligatory for parents that divorce, there is a need for South African research on this subject matter. This study is a contribution in the research field as to assist the professionals with the task of compiling parenting plans for the divorcing family. Abstract:

Poverty is a reality facing farm workers in South Africa. These communities are characterized by extreme poverty with the women facing the worst conditions. One of the main causes of poverty in these communities is illiteracy and the lack of skills to generate an income to provide in their basic needs. The general objective of this study was to use an educational intervention program to develop the practical skills of female farm dwellers and to make them aware of how the skills could possibly be used to generate a second income which could lead to an improvement in their living conditions. The specific objectives were to plan and develop an educational intervention program, to implement the program to develop the female farm dwellers' practical skills and to make recommendations on how the female farm dwellers can possibly use their acquired skills to generate a second income. The research strategy included an in depth literature study on poverty, farm workers, adult education, community development, capacity building, income generation and intervention research. A conceptual framework was developed from the obtained literature. Data was obtained using both qualitative and quantitative methods: the development in skills of the respondents was measured using nine practical pre-and post-tests. The products of the respondents were evaluated by two assessors to determine if the quality was satisfactory to possibly sell. Structured focus group discussions were conducted to evaluate the presentation of the program. The conclusion can be made that the practical skills of the women were developed, but the products were not of sufficient quality to sell for income generation purposes. A sír körárkos, halmos, férfitemetkezés, mely rablottsága ellenére újabb adatokkal szolgál a fa sírkamrák szerkezetére vonatkozóan. Az M6-os autópálya építése során Dunaszentgyörgy-Kaszás-tanya lelőhelyen egy avar kori temető került feltárására, melyek nagy része a közép és késő avar korra keltezhető temetkezés. Az egyik férfi gazdag mellékletű sírjából, a medence tájékáról szőlőmagok kerültek napvilágra. Az avarok növénytermesztéséről nagyon keveset tudunk, éppen ezért az elmélyültebb, magasabb termesztéstechnológiai fejlettséget igénylő szőlő maradványainak előkerülése nagy jelentőséggel bír a hazai archaeobotanikai kutatás számára. A feltárt magokat részletes és precíz archeometriai (morfometriai) vizsgálatoknak vetettük alá a növénytani maradványok minél pontosabb meghatározása végett. A szőlőmaradványok szerencsés előkerülése számos információt közvetít az egykori temetkezési- és kulturális szokásokkal kapcsolatban.

A tanulmány egy 19 sírból álló temetkezési hely embertani leleteinek vizsgálatáról számol be. A leletek közül 17 egyén maradványain (13 avar kori, három 10–11. századi, valamint egy ismeretlen korú) volt lehetőség megfigyeléseket végezni. Az adatok összegyűjtéséhez és elemzéséhez a történeti embertanban szokásos makromorfológiai módszereket alkalmaztam. A 7–8. századi maradványok mind morfológiai, mind metrikus, mind patológiai jellegzetességeiket tekintve illeszkednek a korszakról eddig összegyűjtött ismereteink rendszerébe. A patológiai jellegek közül a 10. sír gyermekmaradványain láthatók fertőző vagy hiánybetegség nyomai, a 12. sír férfi maradványain megfigyelhető fertőzéses eredetű csigolya osteomyelitis és gerincsérv, a 14. sír női maradványainak feltehetően fertőzéses tünetei, illetve a 15. sír női koponyáján található jelképes trepanáció és a fertőzéses tünetek együttes előfordulása érdemel említést.

Abstract:

The study describes the finds uncovered in Grave 33 of the burial ground investigated at Sárbogárd-Tringer-tanya and offers a new assessment of the grave goods, with a particular focus on the remains of a leather belt and leather purse as well as the remnants of a leather garment, whose 10th-century use could thus be conclusively demonstrated in the period’s archaeological legacy. The examination of the archaeological finds by a conservator specialising in leather provides many new insights into the leatherworking of the ancient Hungarians of the 10th century. 10th-century leatherworking was practiced on a much higher level than earlier believed. The finds from Sárbogárd provide evidence that the tanners of the 10th century were familiar with alum tawing and, also, that the various leather articles whose workmanship surpassed the more simple objects made as part of a home craft industry were created by highly skilled leatherworkers.

Nagyszénás közelében, a Vaskapunak nevezett kelet–nyugati dombvonulat egyik kiemelkedésén fekvő lelőhelyen az első leleteket 1948 vagy 1949 augusztusában találták. A rendelkezésre álló adatok alapján 2004. szeptember 17. – október 8. között az orosházi Szántó Kovács János Múzeum ásatást végzett, és három sírt, két felnőtt férfi és egy gyermek temetkezését tárták fel. Az első sírból egy 45–55 éves férfi koponyája és vázcsontjai kerültek elő. A koponyán többszörös vágás nyoma figyelhető meg, ezeket valószínűleg balta okozta.

Este estudio aborda la cuestión del homicidio en América Latina a través de un enfoque comparativo y actualizado. Se destaca que el fenómeno del homicidio ha experimentado un aumento en los últimos años, ha adquirido nuevas manifestaciones y se ha extendido a todos los países de la región, aunque con variaciones en su intensidad. Se basa en una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura especializada para analizar y proponer un conjunto de factores multidimensionales y multifactoriales que contribuyen a explicar la evolución de este delito, priorizando las explicaciones respaldadas por consenso entre expertos. Además, el documento sugiere la exploración de enfoques menos convencionales pero cruciales para comprender mejor el comportamiento del homicidio y desarrollar soluciones más adecuadas y eficaces. Se pone énfasis en la posibilidad de incluir de manera más contundente aspectos como las dinámicas generadas por los mercados ilegales y la fragilidad institucional de los Estados, especialmente la corrupción. Estos elementos se plantean como factores determinantes clave en la evolución del fenómeno en América Latina, subrayando la importancia de integrarlos de manera más directa en la reflexión y la investigación científica sobre el tema.

Abstract:

Dans le contexte de la pandémie de COVID-19, la pratique du télétravail s’est répandue partout sur la planète. Cette étude internationale sur le télétravail en contexte de pandémie, dirigée par Tania Saba, professeure titulaire à l’École de relations industrielles, Université de Montréal et Titulaire de la Chaire BMO en diversité et gouvernance, a permis d’évaluer la pratique du télétravail, ses bénéfices et inconvénients ainsi que le niveau d’adaptation des travailleurs canadiens au travail à domicile, et ce, selon plusieurs caractéristiques et en comparaison avec leurs pairs en France, en Australie et aux États-Unis. Cette étude révèle qu’au Québec l’adoption du télétravail ainsi que l’adaptation à ce nouveau mode de vie sont positivement influencées par la pratique et avec le temps. Cette étude a été réalisée par la Chaire BMO – Diversité et gouvernance avec le soutien de l’Observatoire international sur les impacts sociétaux de l’IA et du numérique (OBVIA) dans le cadre des travaux sur les effets des systèmes d’intelligence artificielle et des outils numériques déployés pour lutter contre la propagation de la COVID-19 sur les sociétés soutenues par les Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ).
