The expression of the Bacillus subtilis W23 tar genes specifying the biosynthesis of the major wall teichoic acid, the poly(ribitol phosphate), was studied under phosphate limitation using lacZ reporter fusions. N deshita/datta, which is the past-tense form of n desu/da, has not been explored in depth in studies of Japanese Linguistics. The present study examines a large corpus, and explores the cases of n deshita/datta used for past events and situations. Food business requires efficient resource management to achieve optimal production and maximum profit. This research aims to optimize the production combination at TARA Taro Chips Factory by utilizing simplex-based linear programming method. This method is used to maximize company profits through proper resource allocation.
