Les glutathion transférases (GSTs) constituent une famille multigénique d’enzymes ubiquitaires impliquées notamment dans la détoxication des xénobiotiques et le métabolisme secondaire. Les GSTs canoniques sont constituées d’un domaine N-terminal de type thiorédoxine et d’un domaine C-terminal formé d’hélices α.
