Abstract:
One of the Japanese traditional cultures that had been well known since the 16th century was chanoyu, the tea ceremony presented for the guests and carried out in chasitsu. Tea was introduced in Japan in the 16th century by bhiksu Zen. Formerly, the tea was used for a light stimulation for meditation, drug ingredients, media for Buddha Zen dissemination, dan developing chanoyu spiritual basic. One of the tea ceremony masters, Sen no Rikyu, used four basic principles in chanoyu, those were harmony (wa), respect (kei), purity (sei), silence (jaku). Article elaborated the four basic principles of Buddha Zen in tea ceremony applied in Urasenke chanoyu. Library research and descriptive analysis were applied in this research. The research results indicate that there are wa-keisei-jaku principles and wabi sabi concepts in the Japanese tea ceremony.

Abstract:
Abstract This paper explores the potential of Japanese tea ceremony to be an aesthetic space for inter-religious dialogue. Through a study of historical encounters that took place between European Jesuit missionaries and Japanese tea masters in the late 16th century, this paper elucidates the missionaries’ experiences of tea ceremonies and discusses the validity and limitation of a tea house as a space for cross-cultural and interreligious dialogue. The fruit of tea ceremony in terms of interreligious dialogue includes a shared sense of aesthetic communion that is attained through communal enjoyment of the beauty of nature and drinking a cup of tea in an isolated tea house, where guests are invited to cast away worries of everyday business, as well as their social and religious differences; whereas its limitation pertains to marked indifference toward verbal communication that is characteristic to the way of tea, and thus the historical missionaries’ experience was limited to aesthetic paradigm and did not lead to logical understanding of doctrinal differences between Buddhists and Christians.

Abstract:
Withering is an important process step in black tea production, and the degree of withering directly determines the quality and flavor of black tea. Presently, the judgment of the degree of the withering of black tea at home and abroad mainly depends on the experience of tea masters, which is highly subjective and quickly leads to the inconsistent quality of finished tea. Based on these reasons, this thesis takes Ying Hong No. 9 black tea as the research object, extracts the spectral information of 50 tea leaves in four time periods using hyperspectral imaging technology and an image processing algorithm, and classifies them using a support vector machine, K-value proximity, random forest algorithm, and BP neural network, and the experimental results show that the spectral information of tea leaves in different periods has some variability. The BP neural network in The classification accuracy on the test set reached 73.3%, which was significantly better than the other three algorithms. Therefore, it is feasible to use hyperspectral imaging technology and related classification algorithms to nondestructively identify and classify the water content of black tea leaves during the tail-withering process.

Abstract:
Tea forms a part of food and beverage services in hospitality settings and thus has potential for delivering culinary and gastronomic tourism experiences. In particular, tea presentations and services can play a role for tea tourism as a niche within food and beverage operations. Furthermore, tea and food pairings as well as tea cocktails and tea cookies or tea-flavored sweets in hospitality settings while providing the visitor with tea experiences could be profitable for hospitality operations. These specialized tea products and services may serve to brand hotel offerings as different from that of others. In addition, international hotel chains as well as family-owned hotels by embracing national and regional tea traditions can deliver on the authentic beverage services that visitors expect to receive at local destinations. Also, tea culture and traditions can affect the design of hotel facilities and services. Special trainings as tea masters or sommeliers are offered by a few hotel-related tea companies in order to set quality standards and to allow tea sommeliers to rise to a similar recognition as wine sommeliers. Teatime services can be used a signature food and beverage service in hotels, showing the variety of high-quality services and excellence of food and beverage knowledge. Hotels can take this offer as an embracing attraction to guide guests, making them familiar with cozy interior design and a light meal in order to present the abilities of cuisines and gastronomy outlets, too. Creating tea experiences becomes an important instrument contributing to tea-related tourism highlighted by the case of teatime services in international hotels.

Abstract:
Jeda(製茶) is a rational process for prolonged preservation by maximizing active ingredients of tea. The government designated Jeda(製茶) as the national intangible cultural heritage as of July 14th in 2016. This study suggests the enforcement measures of Jeda transmission. First, it is support measures through legislation on tea. Active support is necessary for Jeda masters designated by Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs as well as providing tea manufacturing transmission system based on 「Cultural Heritage Protection Act」, 「Act on the Preservation and Promotion of Intangible Cultural Properties」, 「Act on Tea Industry Development and Tea Culture Promotion」. Second, recreational·eduational·academic·regional·economic activities are necessary to reinforce the value of Jeda. Third, it is necessary to construct a transmission institution, reinforce the support of government and local government and provide outreach educational programs for Jeda activation as national intangible cultural heritage. Fourth, Jeda should be established based on a local culture. It is necessary to work on archiving, reinforce community self-sustaining power of intangible culture and establish recreational foundation for local residents. Furthermore, it takes comprehensive effort to enhance the efficiency of Jeda cultural contents, have a multiple complex function and develop creative cultural contents.

Abstract:
This study examined the major contents of some 70 kinds of tea rites and eight kinds of tea books from Song Dynasty based on A Collection of Chinese Historical Materials on Tea Leaves (中國茶葉歷史資料選集) compiled by Jin Jo Gyu and Ju Ja Jin. In China, the writing of books on tea started with Tea Classic(茶經) by Yuku in Tang. In Song Dynasty, a hefty 30% of Chinese ancient books on tea were published, including Cheonmyeongrok by Dogok, Darok by Chaeyang, Yongcharokhuseo by Gu Yang Su, Pumchayorok by Hwang Yu, Donggyesidarok by Song Ja An, Daegwandaron by Emperor Huizong Zhao Ji, SeonhwaBukwonGongChaRok written by Woongbeon(熊蕃), and Bukwonbyeolrok by Jo Yeo Ryeo. In Song, some 70 kinds of tea rites were further enriched by literati s literary talent and emotion such as the writing of poems or literary commentaries. In those times in Song, many literati, scholars, and government officials were the very masters of teas, and they created the harmonious beauty and deep mental world into poems, calligraphies and paintings, from their tea life. In particular, most of books on tea published in Dynasty feature many contents of tribute tea. Nearly all authors of tea books were government officials in charge of tea rites in Bukwon, including officials responsible for transporting grains as taxes in Bukwon, Geonan. The books recorded the authors first-hand experience, detailing the entire process of making tea from cultivation to collection to drying, as well as kinds of tribute tea. Books on tea published in Song are important historical materials for researching Song s tea industry and tea culture. Song s tea culture reached the loftiest level in the history of China. Considering the times publication circumstances and expansive geographical scope, however, the distribution of books on tea and exchange of knowledge presumably were not facilitated. Due to such circumstances, Song s books on tea were generally written based on compilers experience, observation and knowledge.

Abstract:
The operational duration of shaking tea leaves is a critical factor in the manufacture of oolong tea; this duration influences the formation of its flavor and fragrance. The current method to control the duration of fermentation relies on the olfactory sense of tea masters; they monitor the entire process through their olfactory sense, and their experience decides the duration of shaking and setting. Because of this human factor and olfactory fatigue, it is difficult to define an optimum duration of shaking and setting; an inappropriate duration of shaking and setting deteriorates the quality of the tea. In this study, we used metal-oxide-semiconductor gas sensors to establish an electronic nose (E-nose) system and tested its feasibility. This research was divided into two experiments: distinguishing samples at various stages and an on-line experiment. The samples of tea leaves at various stages exhibited large differences in the level of grassy smell. From the experience of practitioners and from previous research, the samples could be categorized into three groups: before the first shaking (BS1), before the shaking group, and after the shaking group. We input the experimental results into a linear discriminant analysis to decrease the dimensions and to classify the samples into various groups. The results show that the smell can also be categorized into three groups. After distinguishing the samples with large differences, we conducted an on-line experiment in a tea factory and tried to monitor the smell variation during the manufacturing process. The results from the E-nose were similar to those of the sense of practitioners, which means that an E-nose has the possibility to replace the sensory function of practitioners in the future.

The dominant forces, the torchbearers of civilizations in America, have always silenced marginal voices.Thereligious books have always been the instrumental foundationsfor the whites to retaindominance across the world. Ruthlesswhites like the Aryansdefeated the nativesand enslaved them in their trap. They enforced slavery and imbibed the superstitious notions and outdated religious rituals that never allowed the oppressed to question its authorityon the base of reason and science. In the twentieth century, the emergence of revolutions and the movements for the human rights of the African Americans forced the imperialists to accept democratic values, implement, and administer them in the countries. Under the influence of the dominant oppressive forces, thewhiteskept the downtrodden and oppressed people ignorant about it. The pains and problems of the people did not end with the abolition of slavery and untouchability in both the countries but continuedhorribly in racist, classist, and sexist society. The vintages of slavery resulted from the race and caste are still on display in the slums. The humble dwellers in the slumsstruggle never ending problems caused by the elite dominated industrialism and capitalism in the metropolitan citieswhere there is hardly any room and scope for their growth and emancipation. Abstract:
Although the pathway and transcription factor regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in tea plants [Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Ktze] are known, post-transcriptional regulation mechanisms involved in anthocyanin accumulation have not been comprehensively studied. We obtained the full-length transcriptome of a purple cultivar (‘Zijuan’) and a normal green cultivar (‘Yunkang 10#) of C. sinensis var. asssamica (Masters) showing different accumulation of anthocyanins and catechins through PacBio isoform sequencing (Iso-Seq). In total, 577,557 mapped full-length cDNAs were obtained, and 2,600 average-length gene isoforms were identified in both cultivars. After gene annotations and pathway predictions, we found that 98 key genes in anthocyanin biosynthesis pathways could have undergone alternative splicing (AS) events, and identified a total of 238 isoforms involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis. We verified expression of the C4H, CHS, FLS, CCOM, F3′5’H, LAR, PAL, CCR, CYP73A13, UDP75L12, UDP78A15/UFGT, UDP94P1, GL3, MYB113, ANR, ANS, F3H, 4CL1, CYP98A3/C3H, CHI, DFR genes and their AS transcripts using qRT-PCR. Correlation analysis of anthocyanin biosynthesis and gene expression results revealed that C4H1, FLS1, PAL2, CCR2, UDP75L122 and MYB113-1 are crucial AS transcripts for regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis in C. sinensis var. assamica. Our results reveal post-transcriptional regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in tea plants, and provide more new insights into the regulation of secondary metabolism.

Abstract:
The article discusses foods, dishes, and drinks used by the Russians of the Perm region in rituals related to the spirits-‘masters’ of loci (a spirit of the banya, house spirit, leshy (forest spirit), and mermaid). The research material included mythological texts recorded in various parts of the region and containing descriptions of these rituals. As shown by the analysis, it is more often that traditional dishes ofSlavic cuisine become part of the subject code of rituals associated with the spirits of loci, while dishes and drinks that were incorporated into the culture later (candies, port wine, tea) are used less often. Only those dishes that possess certain characteristics having a symbolic meaning in Slavic culture become ritual. Such characteristics include smell, taste, color, structure, place and method of preparing/obtaining a product/dish, cooking sequence, ingredients for cooking the dish, shelf life of the food, frequency of eating the food product, the effect caused by eating the food, the use of the food product/dish in other ceremonies (primarily in funeral and memorial rituals). Dishes that were not traditionally Slavic and came to Russian cuisine later, but have one or more of the culturally significant features, were integrated into the existing system (candies found their place among sweet products, port wine – among alcoholic beverages of red color) and also became ceremonial. The study established that the main function of ritual food in the ritual tradition of the Russians inhabiting the Perm region is protective: dishes act as intermediaries between man and spirits as representatives of two different worlds – ‘human’ and ‘non-human’, and are supposed to protect people from possibly harmful effects produced by demons.

Abstract:
The article deals with the content and meaning of the Chinoiserie art style, which appeared in Europe in the 17th century and is based on traditional Chinese culture. It has distinct Chinese features and reflects a lot of Chinese elements. Chinoiserie still has a great influence on world culture in various spheres of art. The main focus is on the formation and spread of chinoiserie in Russia, which was related to the beginning of the Enlightenment era, the development of Chinese-Russian trade, and the published works on sinology that appeared at that time. In addition, the geographical proximity of the two countries is also considered a major factor in the spread of chinoiserie in Russia. There are several stages in the existence and evolution of chinoiserie in Russia: the era of Emperor Peter the Great (18th century), when elements of Chinese architecture, sculpture, art, clothing, decor and ornaments, household items and utensils appeared. At the same time there also appeared imitations of Russian masters of Chinese decorative and applied arts. During this period of time, ordinary people are also introduced to Chinese items and products, such as cotton cloth, silk, porcelain, tea, rhubarb, etc., which are now an integral part of life in Russia. The next era of introducing Chinese culture is the 19th century. It is connected with the spread of international relations and political ties. But chinoiserie evolution at this time was no longer as rapid and multifaceted as it had been a century earlier. The author concludes that chinoiserie reached its peak in Russia in the XVIII century, gradually began to decline in the XIX century, but in the XX century and nowadays it is becoming popular again.

Learning outcomes The learning outcomes are as follows: decision-making in the areas of business plan, business strategy, financial management, profit planning and marketing, learning from outer business environment, succession planning for first-generation entrepreneur and choosing appropriate source of financing and drivers for diversification. Case overview/synopsis Immersed in sipping green tea in his capacious office lounge, the octogenarian Arjun Mehta introspected on the trials and tribulations of his journey as an entrepreneur, the voyage which started four decades ago. From 1976 to 2018, the business has now traversed three generations. Starting with Spice Mart (Sole Proprietor) to Hindware and Lament Construction (partnership firms) to Starlite Homes Pvt. Ltd. (corporate entity), Mr Mehta witnessed transformation and restructuring in organization with every new generation which characterized the evolution of family business. Handholding children to take up the reins of Spice Mart was not a calculated choice. Yet it is remarkable to study the growth in organizational structure of the regional family business. As a self-made entrepreneur, morals, ethics and value system are vital ingredients steering the organic growth story. Third-generation Mehta’s are enterprising, aspiring and visionary. With the incorporation of a corporate entity, they convinced themselves to bring inorganic growth in their business. Arjun Mehta gleamed with pride as Spice Mart partakes an organized structure which had lost prominence with the second-generation entrepreneurs. But he is equally hammered with juxtaposed thoughts. He contemplates whether the integration of retail business with real estate corroborates sustainable innovation. Will independent businesses create the brand’s footprints perpetually? Should the millennial confine business natively or should they grow internationally and become a conglomerate? Complexity academic level The case can be exclusively taught to masters and executive education class of students pursuing entrepreneurship and business management courses. The case will supplement understanding of theories of entrepreneurship and dimensions of family businesses in emerging economies. Abstract:
Purpose – Recent discussions of value-in-use from the perspective of service dominant logic have focused on the customer’s determination of value and control of the value creation process. The purpose of this paper is to extend these discussions by exploring the value creation process in the Japanese tea ceremony and in the kaiseki ryori style of Japanese cuisine, which is based on the Japanese tea ceremony. Design/methodology/approach – A historical analysis is used to describe the history of the Japanese tea ceremony in Japan and its influence on Japanese culture. key principles underlying the Japanese tea ceremony and their relationship to Zen Buddhism are summarized and the ways in which these principles are reflected in the service provided by Japanese restaurants are explored. Findings – The two elite restaurants examined in this analysis have designed their service experience to reflect four principles of the tea ceremony: the expression of seasonal feelings, the use of everyday items, ritualized social interactions, and the equality of host and guest. Given these principles, we argue that the tea ceremony and restaurants based on this ceremony imply a co-creation process that is different in three important ways from the process discussed in the co-creation literature. First, the tea ceremony involves dual experiential-value-creation processes. Both the master and the customer experience value-in-use during the delivery of kaiseki cuisine, and the value-in-use each receives is critically dependent on that received by the other. Second, the degree to which value-in-use is created for both parties (the customer and the master) depends on the master’s customization of the service experience based on his knowledge of the customer and that customer’s with the tea ceremony, kaiseki ryori cuisine and Japanese culture. Research limitations/implications – We hypothesize that the dual experiential-value-creation model is potentially relevant whenever the service process contains an element of artistic creation. Potential examples include concerts, recitals, theatre performances and art exhibitions, as well as more mundane situations in which the service provider derives value-in-use from aesthetic appreciations of the service provider’s art. Originality/value – Recent discussions of value co-creation argue that the customer controls the value creation process and the determination of value. The authors argue that the tea ceremony can serve as a metaphor for value co-creation in service contexts where the customer’s value creation process depends on the creation of value-in-use by the service provider.

Abstract:
The imagery of wine and tea is important in classical and modern Chinese poetry, with an intricate relationship between the two especially evident in the work of Taixu 太虛 (1890–1947), a prominent poet–monk in 20th-century China. Taixu’s attitude toward wine—a drink that is deeply rooted in Chinese culture—evolves significantly over time, from initial approval to eventual condemnation due to its detrimental effects on both personal health and society. Nevertheless, it continues to feature prominently in his poetry. The same is true of tea, which Taixu often uses to evoke either Buddhist study or his own healthy lifestyle. This article explores this and other complex meanings in Taixu’s poems, such as his association of wine with knights and tea with hermits. It also discusses how he achieves a delicate balance between the two beverages, sometimes employing both types of imagery in a single poem—a literary innovation that helped to establish his reputation as a central figure in modern Chinese poetry.

Abstract:
An artist, tea master, gardener, calligrapher and poet Kobori Enshu left a great creative legacy. During his life, he had worked on the construction of numerous castles, buildings, gardens. Based on the example of the most representative architectural designs and gardens which reflect the sign of the master’s bright individuality, we can judge the role of art in the creation of the atmosphere of the Zen temple and Zen outlook. Kohoan was the last residence of Kobori Enshu. At the age of 64 he built this garden on the Westside of Daitokuji, where he learned Zen-Buddhism when he was young and spent his last two years here before he passed away in 1647. Throughout his life, Enshu built castles, palaces, tearooms and gardens for the shogun or the Emperor, however Kohoan was at last in a place he created for himself and to his own taste. He must have tried to create what he considered to be the ideal space – spiritualized by beauty, saturated by symbols, deep meaning, with a Zen undertone. Every detail in this space speaks of the master’s artistic taste, the way of thinking of the person who perceives the religious and philosophic ideas without separation from its artistic expression. Behind each garden of Kobori Enshu is a well-developed concept and theme. The true value of his gardens can only be assessed when they are viewed as dramatic spaces that have been skillfully integrated into architectural settings. Although Kobori Enshu is one of the most significant figures in the history of Japanese culture, there is no scientific research devoted to the creative works of this master. This certain fact identifies the urgency and practical value of the article.

Abstract:
The Anxi Tieguanyin Tea Culture System, as the proposed location of a globally important agricultural heritage system (GIAHS), has demonstrated the great significance of a network of heritage settlements and landscapes and supported rural revitalization and the participation and empowerment of women, based on agricultural heritage. Through fieldwork, participant observation, and in-depth interviews, this study attempts to analyze the experience of rural revitalization in Xiping. Firstly, the unique cultural heritage found within the agricultural landscape, formed by the multi-party linkage and dynamic adaptation of the surrounding natural environment by local residents, has shaped the Anxi Tieguanyin tea culture system of Xiping. Secondly, local residents actively participate in tea competitions and tea associations, so that the implementation process of agricultural cultural heritage preservation and development can be from the perspective of a shared experience. Thirdly, intangible cultural heritage features, such as the Female Tea Master Training Institute, have played a vital role in the development of tea towns and have proved conducive to women’s participation and empowerment. The results show that the agricultural heritage of the area, based on the Tea Manor and its multi-functional resources, has helped Xiping to move toward a more sustainable future, while eventually supporting a local society with a more distinctive rural landscape of which people can be proud. This system meets the need for local socio-economic and cultural development, and the promotion of the sustainable development of the entire region.

Abstract:
Jolsujae (拙修齋) Cho Tae-jing was a respected figure who studied under Myungjae Yoon Jeung pursuing sincere learning and devout practice. Both his poems and Mansi (挽詩) and ritual texts written by his acquaintances to express condolences after his death were published as 『Jolsujaejip』 consisting of six volumes and three books. Later generations evaluated Jolsujae as a person who strived for virtuous deeds rather than writing. like the evaluation, the poems he left are plain, instructive, and sincere instead of being literature full of splendid rhetoric or unique ideas. From the perspective of literature, it is difficult to say that he made noteworthy achievements in his works in terms of the quantity and quality, but <Shinbyeon Myeongjae Seonsaeng Pimuso (伸卞明齋先生被誣疏)> contained in Volume 3 seems remarkable in the aspects of Cho Tae-jing’s own devotion to the master (師門; Samun), the full account of destructing 『Rhoseoyugo』, and the logic of responding to Hoenisibi (懷尼是非). Since Cho Tae-jing has not been noted in the academic world, this paper first introduces his life and studies, considers the full story of Samun Byeonmu (師門 辨誣 ), and then examines the significance of Jolsujae’s petition. Hoenisibi ended officially in 1716 through King Sukjong’s Disposition of Byeongsin (丙申處分). Pointing out the deeds of Yun Seon-geo including the father and son’s and the problems of 『Rhoseoyugo』, Shin Gu filed a petition, which led to the Disposition of Byeongsin after all. When Oh Myeong-jun (吳命峻), Eom Gyeong-su (嚴慶遂), and Lee Hong-je (李弘濟) supported Shin-gu’s raising of the issue, King Sukjong defined his position to agree with Oh Myung-jun and so on. Later, when Kim Chang-jip (金昌集) raised an objection again, King Sukjong changed his position and ordered them to destroy 『Rhoseoyugo』. Accordingly, Cho Tae-jing wrote a petition with his Samun to defend them; however, it was not delivered to King Sukjong, and Cho Tae-jing was imprisoned in Uigeumbu instead. Cho Tae-jing who failed to make a defense passed away the following year, and the resentment of his failure was included not only in his poems but in the writings of his acquaintances, too. Cho Tae-jing’s logic of defense is similar to that of those who defended Yoon Seon-geo and the father and son. However, he made more precise logic by securing richer evidence. His logic was not only influenced by the arguments of the predecessors but had influence over the advocacy of the latter generations for Samun. One evidence is that Yun Gwang-so (尹光紹) quoted Cho Tae-jing’s phrases just as they were in his petition. Meanwhile, Cho Tae-jing argued that those who attacked Yoon Seon-geo and the father and son ignored the overall context of the article and drew up the report by selecting only the sentences they needed. However, he showed that limitation, too, as he used the same means.

Abstract:
This paper reviews several examples of Japanese tea architecture in order to identify its specific features in the context of its historical development. Based on this, the main principles of the formation of tea architecture in Japan are defined. The analysis is conducted in relation to three main factors that influenced the formation of tea architecture: vernacular architecture, noble architecture and the philosophical ideas of Zen Buddhism. As an example, three tea houses of the master Sen no Rikyu (1522-1591) were used, namely: Kasa-tei, Shigure-tei (Todaiji Monastery, Kyoto) and Tai-an (Myoki-an Monastery, Kyoto), and the palace of Villa Katsura (1620-1658), commissioned by Prince Toshihito. The Kasa-tei and Shigure-tei houses are characterised by active inheriting of the structural elements and forms of vernacular housing. The Tai-an is a vivid reflection of aristocratic and Zen traditions. In the architecture of villa Katsura there is an influence of several directions of aristocratic and vernacular architectural styles. In each example, the influence of these three factors was detected at several levels: in the formation of the environment of the tea house (tea garden), in the structure and composition of the buildings, in the internal space of the buildings and at the level of semantics of the complexes. Among the variety of teahouses, at each determined level the preference may be given to one or another stylistic direction. For example, the traditions of vernacular architecture in the Kasa-tei and Shigure-tei houses are increasingly expressed in the exterior of the buildings and in the overall character of the complex. The aristocratic and ascetic spirit of the Tai-an house is mainly expressed in the interior of the building. In the architecture of Villa Katsura – similar to the examples mentioned above – the tradition of vernacular architecture is mainly present in the exterior and surroundings of the building, while the interior stays within the aristocratic tradition. The basic principles of tea architecture identified in the paper are arranged according to their origin and localization of application in the final table.

Abstract:
The art works take tea as the theme of painting elements, and depict the content of Chinese traditional culture by showing the connotation of tea culture painting elements. For example, Wen Zhiming, a painter and calligrapher in Ming Dynasty, is best at painting landscape figures. He often uses tea as the theme in his art works, adding the elegant, natural, and simple painting elements of tea into his works, and has created many famous art works that are spread around the world. In recent years, with the deepening of the research on image processing technology, image perception technology has attracted more and more researchers’ attention, which has made great achievements and progress in image perception algorithms. This paper studies the tea culture elements of art works based on image perception algorithm. The accuracy of similar image pairs is the ratio that similar image pairs are correctly recognized. When the number of experiments reaches 25, the image sensing algorithm in this paper has the highest accuracy rate, with the accuracy rate of 99.8%, when the number of experiments reaches 20, the ant colony algorithm with the accuracy rate of 96.5%, when the number of experiments reaches 20, and finally the artificial intelligence algorithm with the accuracy rate of 96.0%. The correct rate of similar image pairs is the correct recognition rate of tampered image pairs. When the number of experiments reaches 10 times, the correct rate of image perception algorithm in this paper still ranks first, with the correct rate of 99.8%, when the number of experiments reaches 25 times, the artificial intelligence algorithm with the correct rate of 98.2%, and finally when the number of experiments reaches 10 times, the ant colony algorithm with the correct rate of 96.2%. It can be seen that the numerical values in this column show the robustness of this algorithm. Through the cultivation of students’ image perception ability, it can promote students’ appreciation ability of tea culture painting elements, learn the knowledge of tea culture painting elements beauty in a deeper level, master the skills of beauty, and improve their artistic temperament and artistic accomplishment.

Abstract:
The aim of the article is to point out that the numerous cultural behaviours — usually those of secular nature — which in Japanese culture fall into the category of chadō (its sense seems to be best conveyed precisely by the notion of the “Way of Tea”) are largely a manifestation of putting the Buddhist philosophy into practice. In this tale of Buddhism through a symbol, that is tea, an important element is also the notion of “Zen,” which should be linked to the form of Buddhism rooted in Japan and known as Zen Buddhism. The strategy used to illustrate the problem in question is to introduce and discuss successive concepts, figures or cultural texts that are inextricably linked to Japanese tea culture and that clearly correspond to the many dimensions of Buddhist thought, which originated in India around the 6th century BC. One of the dimensions of this thought is the law of interdependent emergence, which, finding its expression in chadō, not only serves to celebrate culturally established behaviours, but sensitises those following the Way of Tea to their cognitive capacities, which — according to this law — never depend solely on the subject or the method used. The article is divided into two parts. The first contains an introduction, information about the literature and discussion of categories associated with chadō and described by means of terms like “master,” “roji,” “emptiness” and “tokonoma.” In the second part, the categories discussed are those of “host and guest,” “four noble truths” and “suchness.” The second part of the article also includes a conclusion.

Abstract:
Plant mitochondria have a fully operational tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle that plays a central role in generating ATP and providing carbon skeletons for a range of biosynthetic processes in both heterotrophic and photosynthetic tissues. The cycle enzyme-encoding genes have been well characterized in terms of transcriptional and effector-mediated regulation and have also been subjected to reverse genetic analysis. However, despite this wealth of attention, a central question remains unanswered: “What regulates flux through this pathway in vivo?” Previous proteomic experiments withArabidopsisdiscussed below have revealed that a number of mitochondrial enzymes, including members of the TCA cycle and affiliated pathways, harbor thioredoxin (TRX)-binding sites and are potentially redox-regulated. We have followed up on this possibility and found TRX to be a redox-sensitive mediator of TCA cycle flux. In this investigation, we first characterized, at the enzyme and metabolite levels, mutants of the mitochondrial TRX pathway inArabidopsis: theNADP-TRX reductasea and b double mutant (ntra ntrb) and the mitochondrially locatedthioredoxin o1(trxo1) mutant. These studies were followed by a comparative evaluation of the redistribution of isotopes when13C-glucose,13C-malate, or13C-pyruvate was provided as a substrate to leaves of mutant or WT plants. In a complementary approach, we evaluated the in vitro activities of a range of TCA cycle and associated enzymes under varying redox states. The combined dataset suggests that TRX may deactivate both mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase and fumarase and activate the cytosolic ATP-citrate lyase in vivo, acting as a direct regulator of carbon flow through the TCA cycle and providing a mechanism for the coordination of cellular function.

Abstract:
The term ‘traditional Japanese architecture’ often causes confusionbecause people want the architecture of a certain period to eithercontinue endlessly, or to be substituted by some kind of facsimile. This paper maintains that the roots of Japanese architecture continueand that these roots make themselves evident at times of upheavaland renewal.Japan consists of a number islands which have had periods ofisolation both internationally, and nationally from ‘political lockdown’within. And yet these periods of isolation have often produceda veritable zenith in the houses of what Bruno Taut called “thepeasants”, and the author has chosen to call ‘commoners (minka)’.One example this is the Japanese tea house, which came about at atime of heightened military dominance. Castles were the strongholdsof power complete with large rooms in which the rituals of statedemanded order by rank. Beside this show of power came the humbletea house, used for the simple tea ceremony, sometimes between as few as two people. The roots of this humble hut, if we can call itsuch, carried with it the same structural principles as the minka, orcommoner’s house. A non-loadbearing structure of post and lintelconstruction for the sole purpose of concentrating on “the sound ofboiling water”. Out of the dream of power came the need for humility. The warrior’s power lay in the control of space; the tea master’s in thecontrol of time. The architecture responds. The building is an event

The method used in this study is a descriptive correlational method, which is a method or research technique that reveals clear facts about the symptoms and relationships that exist in an object of research. Data collection tools used are objective and subjective tests. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Product Moment correlation formula. From the results of correlation analysis between the ability to master effective sentences (X) by analyzing letters with a letter (Y), the coefficient price is 0.531 and after consultation with the r table at a significant level of 95% (0.361) and at a significant level 99% (0.463). Thus rh> rt (0.588> 0.361) and (0.588> 0.463), so the hypothesis states that there is a significant relationship between the ability to master effective sentences with the ability to analyze letters with a proven subject matter and work hypotheses accepted. This can be proven from the average ability of effective sentence mastery, namely 13 people (44%) are in the medium category and 17 people (56%) are in the high category while the ability to analyze the subject matter is high with 14 people (46%) are in the medium category and 16 people (54%) are in the high category. Based on the results of the correlation test it was found that the relationship between the ability to use conjunctions has sufficient correlation (by 0.588). So, there is a significant relationship between the ability to master effective sentences with the ability to analyze the subject matter by students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program 2018/2019. Keywords: Relationship, Ability, Effective Sentences, Official Letter of Subject Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Hubungan Kemampuan Penguasaan Kalimat Efektif terhadap Kemampuan Menganalisis Surat Resmi Berperihal oleh Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Semester V T.A. 2018/2019. Abstract:
Green tea is a beverage that is widely consumed worldwide and is believed to exert effects on different diseases, including cancer. The major components of green tea are catechins, a family of polyphenols. Among them, epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG) is the most abundant and biologically active. EGCG is widely studied for its anti-cancer properties. However, the cellular and molecular mechanisms explaining its action have not been completely understood, yet. EGCG is effective in vivo at micromolar concentrations, suggesting that its action is mediated by interaction with specific targets that are involved in the regulation of crucial steps of cell proliferation, survival, and metastatic spread. Recently, several proteins have been identified as EGCG direct interactors. Among them, the trans-membrane receptor 67LR has been identified as a high affinity EGCG receptor. 67LR is a master regulator of many pathways affecting cell proliferation or apoptosis, also regulating cancer stem cells (CSCs) activity. EGCG was also found to be interacting directly with Pin1, TGFR-II, and metalloproteinases (MMPs) (mainly MMP2 and MMP9), which respectively regulate EGCG-dependent inhibition of NF-kB, epithelial-mesenchimal transaction (EMT) and cellular invasion. EGCG interacts with DNA methyltransferases (DNMTs) and histone deacetylases (HDACs), which modulates epigenetic changes. The bulk of this novel knowledge provides information about the mechanisms of action of EGCG and may explain its onco-suppressive function. The identification of crucial signalling pathways that are related to cancer onset and progression whose master regulators interacts with EGCG may disclose intriguing pharmacological targets, and eventually lead to novel combined treatments in which EGCG acts synergistically with known drugs.
