Some interaction between technical - tactical and speed - power training is revealed. The expediency of such training for girls and juniors who are engaged in boxing is substantiated. The purpose of the research is to study the influence of the combination of technical - tactical with speed - strength preparation in the training of girls and juniors. The task of the research is to determine the feasibility of using this method in the training of girls and juniors in boxing. Material and research methods: theoretical analysis of special and scientific literature, generalization of data, material of the Internet. Research results: the author analyzes innovative methods of improving technical and tactical training in boxing, such as the method of combining technical and tactical training with speed and strength training. The necessity of application of this method in training of girls of these age groups is revealed. The effectiveness of these trainings in combination with wave periodization in women and girls is proved. Data from studies on women, adolescent females, strength training of Western European and American specialists, as well as data from domestic scientists on strength training of gymnasts, wrestlers and other widows of sports have been observed. The author has identified the optimal loads for the simultaneous increase of technical - tactical and strength training. The advantage of such training in the wave-shaped speed - power load, which is adjusted from 30% - 85% of weight and different rest intervals of 1-8 minutes, depending on the training tasks, which can take place up to 5 times a week with daily change of muscle groups , with a progressive load of 5-10% for 8-24 weeks. Conclusions, such universal methods of combining technical and tactical training with speed and strength training in one training session, with which it is possible to simultaneously increase the level of TTP and speed - strength qualities depending on the stages of long - term training of girls boxers, will be relevant in this age group.

Abstract:
Purpose: To analyze the technical and tactical training load in professional volleyball players, using subjective internal training load (session rating of perceived exertion [SRPE]) and objective internal training load (training impulse of the heart rate [HR]) and the relationship between them. Methods: The sample was composed of 15 male professional volleyball players. They were monitored during 37 training sessions that included both technical (n = 23) and tactical (n = 14) training. Technical and training load was calculated using SRPE and training impulse of the HR. Results: Significant correlations were found between the methods in tactical (r = .616) and technical training (r = −.414). Furthermore, it was noted that technical training occurs up to 80% of HRmax (zone 3) and tactical training between 70% and 90% of HRmax (zones 3–4). Conclusions: The training impulse of the HR method has proved to be effective for training-load control during tactical training. However, it was limited compared with technical training. Thus, the use of SRPE is presented as a more reliable method in the different types of technical training in volleyball.

Abstract:
The article explores individual technical and tactical actions in the training system for junior martial artists, which are the main components of an athlete’s arsenal. It is proved that one of the most effective methods of increasing the reaction rate is to increase the information capacity of the signals and the emphasis in them of the so-called preparatory signals The modern theory and methodology of technical and tactical training of young athletes does not take into account changes that have occurred in the content and conditions of competitive activity. Therefore, the technical and tactical teachings of young athletes in their development somewhat deviate from the selected differences in the test order, but do not quite meet the requirements of competitive work and the general theoretical concept of using tools and methods in technical and tactical training is not sufficiently developed. It is worth noting that in situational sports, indicators change in accordance with the conditions, so an individual style is created. In martial arts, battle tactics are important as a qualitative characteristic of an athlete’s individual style. Training of wrestlers should be based on the manner of conducting a fight, that is, depending on the tendency to pace, power conducting a fight or a technical and tactical justification. It often happens that a trainer imposes a training program that does not correspond to his individual properties.

Abstract:
In sport, the technical-tactical component is part of the training process of athletes and has a different degree of involvement, depending on the sports branch in question. Ice hockey is a game in which technical-tactical training strategies are decisive in achieving the proposed performance goal. The effectiveness of the implementation of technical-tactical strategies depends mainly on the level of physical training of the team, as this ensures the necessary energy support for the use of tactical elements with higher efficiency indices.During the study conducted by us, we intend to highlight, for the Romanian national ice hockey team - senior level, the incidence of the technical-tactical strategies that we have designed in achieving the performance objective already set - advancing in a superior Group within the World Ice Hockey Championship. The research methods we used were the following: analysis of the literature of specialty, the observation method, the pedagogical experiment method and the statistical method. The independent variable that we have used consists in the implementation of technical-tactical strategies to Romania's national ice hockey team. The results of the research showed the weight of training components during a competitive year. In the pedagogical experiment that we have conducted, the technical-tactical training has an important place in the training process, the individual and collective technical-tactical training weighing the most. After the final evaluation the technical-tactical training strategies were proven effective and led, along with other components of the training, to the achievement of the targeted objective.

Abstract:
Context The ability to demonstrate sound clinical reasoning is needed for a practicing athletic trainer. However, instruction on how to make a correct clinical decision may be deficient in many athletic training programs. Objective To provide an overview of how to teach technical and tactical skills, using both a tradition and a nontraditional approach, and to apply this teaching method to athletic training education. Background The teaching of technical skills involves four steps: (1) introduction, (2) demonstration and explanation, (3) practice, and (4) error correction. The teaching of tactical skills takes technical skills a step further by putting them into action. To teach a tactical skill, coaches (1) identify the decision to be made, (2) determine knowledge needed to make a good decision, (3) identify cues that should or should not be attended to, and help to ensure the cues are interpreted correctly, (4) determine appropriate tactical options, and (5) design an opportunity to practice reading the situation and choosing appropriate tactics. Applying this approach to athletic training, students may be better prepared to make good decisions when placed in a situation to do so. Description This paper discusses how applying a methodology for teaching technical and tactical skills will help athletic training students to become better at clinical decision making. It also provides an application example that can be adapted to other situations aiding in the implementation of this approach. Clinical Advantage(s) This approach can be applied to numerous situations and scenarios, preparing athletic training students to be better clinicians through proper clinical reasoning and decision making. Conclusion(s) The ability to reason clinically is a foundational skill that needs to be taught in athletic training programs. Teaching technical and tactical skills is a viable method to help athletic training students develop this skill.

Abstract:
Background: Technical-tactical training has been shown to be relevant to performance in a competition. In this regard, several studies have analysed the efficiency of technical-tactical dynamics in combat sports. However, these researchers have mainly focused on technical efficiency, and therefore more research is needed regarding tactical efficiency. Furthermore, to the best of our knowledge, there are no published experiential studies on Ultimate Full Contact. Objective: This brief review will analyse the theoretical basis of technical-tactical behaviour for training application in Ultimate Full Contact, characterising the modality under cognitive and dynamic-ecological approaches. This knowledge can be transferred and applied to similar modalities, such as Pankration, Free Fight, Shooto, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Conclusion: The theoretical technical-tactical knowledge created through competition is essential because it is the only way that improvement in the training process can occur. Ultimate Full Contact is characterised as a combat sport of special complexity and intermitent intensity, where the technical-tactical factors are decisive for the performance while the physical component can be a conditioning factor. A careful regulation between technical-tactical training load and physiological load is essential to obtain adjustable adaptations. Both cognitive and dynamic-ecological approaches should be considered based on the respective training models.

Abstract:
This paper investigates the theoretical, tactical and physical training level specific to the fencer of 8 to 10 years old. The study was conducted in Bucharest Technical Applied Sports Club (foil fencing), in the gym of the Secondary School no 167, with a group of 10 athletes aged 8 to10 years. The study results show the improvement of the specific technical and physical indicators and also of the performance level reached in direct competition. The high values of these indicators reveal a closed connection between the physical training and the technical-tactical one during the fencing sessions. The technicaltactical tests and the competition have values that improved differently for each athlete. This is due to the physical and technical training exercises but especially to the temperamental type of the athletes. The technique, tactics and competition results are influenced by the workouts and particularly by the genetic endowment of each athlete.

The increase in players' performance due to the development of effort capacity has become more and more dominant in recent years, because of the ever-increasing contribution of science. The maximization of the connection between the physical, technical and tactical aspects of the soccer game focuses on designing the training session and on the clear justifications of the specific methods used in the modern game. To comply with a particular technical or tactical game system or plan, players must be able to physically carry out the requirements of this approach. If traditional football training used to focus primarily on player's technical and tactical development, to the detriment of physical training, the people involved in the educational processes have changed this with the intention of giving physical training a greater time span.

The article reveals modern approaches to the study of technical and tactical actions in judo. The proposed approaches help to increase the technical and tactical training of young athletes. The author's systematic analysis of the theory and methodological features of technical and tactical training of judokas will increase the professional and pedagogical level of specialists. The article describes the approaches to the development of innovative approaches to teaching motor techniques for judokas. On their basis it is possible to develop various methods of training of technical and tactical actions that allows to improve process of preparation and to develop creative abilities of experts. Most judokas who take part in international competitions show a very high level of technical, tactical and physical training. Practice shows that the most effective techniques in tournaments among young men are throws through the back, hooks from the inside, cuts. The time of the fight on the ground floor has significantly increased. This is facilitated by refereeing, which allows you to continue attacks in the rack, using restraint and pain techniques. Rational use of attacking techniques in the ground floor is the most important component of judoists' sportsmanship. He drew attention to the various research approaches used in modern general scientific methodology, specifically focused on the integrative knowledge of complex-organized objects or phenomena. In this case, the object is the technique of attacking actions of judokas.

Purpose: to reveal the features of the use of tactical actions by boxers of highly qualified women. Materials and methods: Theoretical analysis of information from the scientific and methodological literature and communication with the leading trainers of women in boxing made it possible to analyze the history of the development of women's boxing in the World, to determine the importance of tactical training for boxers and its content. Also during this research, we watched videos of the competitive activity of highly qualified female boxers in weight categories up to 51 kg. and up to 75 kg. Using the methods of pedagogical observation, chronometric observation and mathematical statistics made it possible to identify the peculiarities of tactics of competitive battle tactics in women boxers of high qualification. Results: At the present stage of the development of women's boxing, the world leader is the Russian team, the second is China, the third is India. Ukraine is not one of the top ten women's boxing teams in the World. Tactical training in women's boxing should be significantly different from the tactical training of male boxers. Women boxers of high qualification of lightweights can be related to tempo men, and women boxers of high qualification of heavyweights to gamers. However, it is difficult to related some women boxers of high qualification to any one of the listed types, since they are able to rearrange tactics during the match itself, if necessary. Conclusions: Modern tactical training in women's boxing is aimed at universalization, which is characterized by a variety of applied techniques and their frequent change. Abstract:
This paper presents the progress recorded during the technical-tactical drills after applying the operational objective-based athletic training programme on the junior II male handball players at the Bacau School Sports Club. The purpose of this research was to test the subjects throughout the competition season by applying a series of technical-tactical tests. It was presumed that after applying the operational objective-based athletic training programme in the junior II male handball players, progress in the technical-tactical drills would be ascending, recording superior final results, these being conditioned by an optimal training programmme. Data were gathered from three control drills and from the assessment of the players’ actions during the game. Generally, an uneven evolution was noticed, with some stagnation, and even some regress in certain parts, but with an obvious progress in the final tests, in all drills and regarding the assessment of the players’ actions during the game. Keywords: Junior II, handball, training, male players.

AbstractIntroduction:It is important to know which level of tactical preparedness is reached after completing lectures and training included in a medical curriculum. A computer-based interactive programme aimed for tactical training of emergency care tactics at the scene (Matimed,™ Matimed Ltd, Kuopio, Finland) was used in testing the skills of 20 medical students. Methods:In this standardised test, every student first received guided introduction on the technical use of the programme. The test included four severely injured victims. The traumas used were hepatic rupture, flail chest, haemothorax, and femoral fracture. The students were tested in making decisions on the priority of care and transportation and in keeping the patients alive with appropriate emergency care until they were transported to a trauma centre. Results:Only five of20 (25%) succeeded in this task, 50% lost one victim and 25% lost two. The results show that the tactical preparedness of medical students is far from what is presumed. A more detailed analysis shows serious deficiencies in decision-making, priority order of actions, and in the use of available resources. Conclusion:This type of interactive computer-aided training of tactics appropriately supplements theoretical lectures, and partially fills the need for practical training.

To enhance the Romanian climbers’ performance, an intervention on the tactical and psychological components of the training is needed. We believe that this intervention should be made from a young age. The objective of this paper is to highlight the current training models for sports climbing in the literature and provide a critical analysis on them, so that we can define some project-programmes for the training of young climbers. The systematic review of the literature has identified that the variables most correlated with climbing performance are: mental characteristics (personality traits, temperament, locus of control and tactics), technical characteristics (coordination and technical abilities) and physical characteristics (flexibility, fitness and efficiency). We have also observed how efficient some practical and methodological approaches are in climbing training.

Abstract:
The conducted studies indicate various quantitative indicators of technical and tactical actions of players of different game roles. So, for goalkeepers, the largest percentage of technical and tactical actions is in long (29.8%), short (27.2%) and medium transfers (21.5%). Extreme and central defenders are more likely to perform short (29.3; 28.4%), medium (26.2; 30.8%) and long-range transfers (12.6 and 17.0%) with a relatively small amount of reference the ball (8.1 and 7.6%). Midfielders (extreme and central), in addition to a large number of transfers (short - 28.6 and 29.4%; medium - 25.7 and 26.6%; long - 12.5 and 13.2%) stroke (9.8 and 7.8%), dribbling the ball (8.0 and 8.2%) and stopping the ball for further playing action (9.2 and 9.4%). Forwards mainly use short (28.8%) and medium (25.0%) assists, as well as stroke (16.2%) and dribbling (9.8%). The results obtained indicate that for most indicators of technical and tactical actions, there is a significant difference, which requires the study of the predominant use of some of them by players of different game roles. Improving the technical and tactical training of young footballers at the present stage requires the implementation of new, scientifically sound approaches to the construction of the training process, starting with the initial stages of many years of training. The process of training young players covers a considerable time span of several years, and this period is marked by significant physiological changes in the body of athletes associated with growth and development. According to many authors, real training of a young athlete is impossible without taking into account the patterns of the developing organism. Much attention has been paid to the development of the concept of age-related dynamics of physical qualities in the theory of child-youth sports. Modern research in the field of children's youth football draws the attention of scientists including technical and tactical.

Abstract:
With the development of China’s sports industry, the technical and tactical level of the team is required to be higher and higher. This study mainly discusses the diagnostic model of volleyball technique and tactics based on artificial neural network. With the help of the correlation function in Matlab neural network toolbox, in the training process of volleyball technical and tactical evaluation neural network, the sample data of volleyball technical evaluation index is repeatedly simulated and studied, and finally the network parameters with the minimum error and the highest accuracy are saved as the network model for subsequent verification and evaluation. The middle layer is the hidden layer, which makes the network approach the result of volleyball experts’ evaluation of the technology by adjusting the weights of neurons. The last layer is the output layer, which outputs the actual evaluation results of volleyball experts on the technology. Through repeated training and comparison of input samples, the maximum number of training times of BP network for volleyball technical and tactical evaluation is determined to be 32. Some common experience of estimating hidden node number is provided by trial-and-error method. On this basis, the number of hidden nodes to minimize the network error is finally determined to be 4 through repeated training and comparison. In the process of network diagnosis, the average difference between the evaluation score of network output and the score of actual experts is less than 1%, which reaches a very high precision. It shows that the volleyball skill evaluation model based on BP neural network is feasible in technology and the result is relatively reliable.

The article analyzes the peculiarities of teaching technical and tactical actions in section judo classes among student youth. It is determined that increasing demands and increasing the intensity of clashes for the reliability of both technical and tactical actions and special knowledge in the fight of judo is today a characteristic feature of competitive activity. In the current context, the urgency of this problem is due to socio-cultural, scientific-pedagogical and organizational-managerial factors. The modern lifestyle encourages young people to physical excellence, the healthy lifestyle is important, the formation of a good athletic physique. Judo is a good motivational factor and a means of physical development. It is proved that the achievements in competitive training are achieved by those athletes-judo players who are able to optimally combine a high level of physical fitness and specialized knowledge in the fight of judo. Special knowledge is one of the components in the training and competitive activities of student-athletes. They are the level of information by which a conscious attitude to the training process is promoted, which promotes the physical development and learning of the technical and tactical actions of judo. In addition, physical exercises have an important role in the training and competitive activities and in the improvement of technical and tactical actions, which have an important impact on the whole organism and make all organs and systems active, as well as mastering special knowledge. Also, during technical training, it is necessary to develop deep and stable sports interests in competitive activities in judo students, and to develop socially significant needs.

The function of the breathing apparatus is to protect the health of firefighters in a harmful and non-respirable environment. Closed-circuit breathing apparatus provides members of the Fire and Rescue Service with respiratory protection in the elimination of adverse events in tunnels and underground spaces. The MSA 4h Air Elite is a four-hour self-contained breathing apparatus that operates on the principle of generating oxygen by an exothermic reaction of potassium hyperoxide. Each breathing apparatus has its tactical technical parameters. We verified the tactical and technical data of the MSA AIRE ELITE by the experiment they participated in the firefighter. Each firefighter was equally coupled. An MSA Air Elite was used during the experiment. Tactical-technical data reported by the manufacturer varies in some points with the practical results that we have managed to obtain. The manufacturer's largest deviations in tactical and technical data and practical results are mainly in the length of work activity, temperature in use in intervention, and air consumption. According to our experiment, the MSA 4h Air Elite breathing apparatus does not last in the working activity 240 minutes as it discloses a manufacturer, but on the other hand, this time-inconsistency may be caused by the intensity of training and demanding of the training track.

AbstractConceptual small-sided games (CSSGs) may be interesting as a methodology for training soccer players given its connection to the unpredictability that is inherent to soccer. Our aim was investigate, through videogrammetry, if the technical and tactical principles promoted through the adoption of distinct rules from two distinct CSSGs (maintaining ball possession; and progression to the target) would actually be achieved. The study included 24 athletes assigned to 6-player teams. Our data showed that the CSSGs' organising principles create situations with differing levels of difficulty that obey the propositions of maintaining ball possession and progression to the target, i.e., CSSGs permit systematic training on technical and tactical components in order to emphasize the concepts adopted in this study in games context. Our data credit the CSSGs for teaching technical and tactical lessons that, when coupled with adequate physical conditioning, can facilitate a player's capacity to merge thoughts and events in different situations.

The main methods for mastering and improving the interaction of partners in group tactical attack actions in a relatively short time are disclosed, which is essential in the training of qualified volleyball players. The urgency of this issue is caused by the need to improve the system of sports training of students-volleyball players in connection with changes in state-administrative, structural, logistical and economic conditions of work, the need to educate healthy lifestyles in young people, one of the main factors of which should be daily occupation еxercise. A specific feature of the game is that any technique is closely linked to other, executable teammates; players' individual tactical actions are a private expression of team tactics. The levels of physical and technical fitness of players and teams are gradually converging. Nowadays, both in the international sports arena and in domestic competitions the sports competition is sharply sharpened. Volleyball teams fights are becoming more intense. The levels of physical and technical preparedness of players and teams are gradually approaching, and the scientific development of training methods in these sections of player training is widely known and allows to quickly eliminate the differences or lag behind the leaders of the world volleyball. In order to achieve victory in such conditions, the use of effective tactical means of conducting the game with active opposition of the opponent, which is characteristic of the modern stage of the development of volleyball, becomes of paramount importance. Abstract:
The purpose is to elaborate the technology for the development of tactical and technical skills of tennis and badminton players with the use of augmented reality devices. Methods. In our research, we used the following methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, video analysis, optical coding of the playing field. Results. The research resulted in the elaboration of the innovative technology for the development of tactical and technical skills of tennis and badminton players, which includes the use of an interactive training complex with an augmented reality device. The peculiarity of our technology is that the coach can suggest the optimal zone of attack for the player with a light pointer, using an augmented reality device, in real time at any period of the game. In this case, one or several players can participate in the training process with the use of augmented reality devices at the same time. According to the accuracy of the coach's prompts (via light signals), the ball's delivery to a particular area of the opponent's court and the player's optimal movement on the court after the attack, it is possible to assess the athlete's readiness to perform the most complex and, consequently, more effective technical and tactical actions in a specific game situation and in the game as a whole. Conclusion. The proposed innovative technology provides the development of necessary playing skills of tennis or badminton players. It increases technical and tactical readiness of players and individualizes the training process through the simulation of different game situations. This is a brand new and effective training tool. We received confirmation of a decision to grant a patent of the Russian Federation for this method of training. This training tool will facilitate the obtainment of qualitative and quantitative data that were previously unavailable for sport professionals.

This study aimed to verify the validity of session-RPE method to monitor the internal training load (ITL) in beach volleyball players by considering sessions related to different genders, competition levels (elite or amateur), and types of session (conditioning, technical, or tactical/game). Session-RPE and Edwards’ methods were applied to quantify the ITLs of 12 elite (18 players; 197 individual sessions) and 12 amateur (18 players; 189 individual sessions) training sessions. Very large relationships between the two methods emerged for both competition level (Elite: r=.77; Amateur: r=.75) and gender (male: r=.76; female: r=.75) subgroups, and conditioning sessions (r=.75). Large relationships emerged for technical (r=.61) sessions, whereas tactical/game sessions resulted only in moderate relationships (r=.36). Beach volleyball coaches could adequately use session-RPE method to monitor training for players of different genders, competition levels, and types of session, although tactical/game sessions should be considered with some caution.

Abstract:
<p>In order to know how the technical-tactical and physical condition training has been carried out during the process of sports training of Spanish Olympic judokas, a semi-structured interview was conducted to 20 judokas – 12 women (60%) and 8 men (40%). The results show that the Olympic judokas consider that tactical aspects have not been training adequately during their sports career, besides there is no unanimity regarding the age in which the technical aspects should be worked intensively. On the other hand, all of the interviewees give great importance to physical training. Most of them believe that this training should be done in an integrated way, completing it with specific physical training sessions. They consider strength as the most important physical capacity at early age categories, while endurance and strength were considered the most important at the elite level.</p>

Abstract:
The performance of image classification technology based on deep network has been greatly improved, making computer vision enter the stage of industrialization and be gradually applied to many aspects of human work and life. As a typical classification task in computer vision, human behavior recognition has immeasurable potential value in medical, family, transportation, and other scenarios. At the same time, in the field of competitive sports, the integration of artificial intelligence technology and sports technical and tactical analysis is undoubtedly an important way to innovate and improve the technical and tactical level. Taking karate as an example, the study of athletes’ training and competition videos is an important means and method for technical and tactical analysis in competitive sports. Traditional tactical intelligence analysis methods have many shortcomings, such as high labor cost, serious data loss, long delay, and low accuracy. Therefore, based on the convolutional neural network, this paper establishes a new graph convolution model for automatic intelligent analysis of karate athletes’ technical action recognition, action frequency statistics, and trajectory tracking. The technology effectively makes up for the disadvantages of traditional tactical intelligence analysis methods. The research results show that the new topology map construction method has a significant effect on improving the accuracy of behavior recognition and also lays a foundation for technical and tactical analysis.

Abstract:
Tennis is a very explosive, continuous, and intense sport, including many continuous short-term explosive actions. It has the characteristics of short-term, high-intensity, high-density training, and it belongs to the category of purely competitive skills. In the competition, athletes must maintain good physical condition, physical fitness, and long-term endurance in order to demonstrate outstanding technical and tactical skills. Therefore, this paper proposes a mobile processor performance data mining framework MobilePerfMiner, which uses hardware counters and iteratively uses the XGBoost algorithm to build a performance model, ranks the importance of the microarchitecture events of the big data task, and reduces the performance big data dimension, so as to optimize the big data algorithm according to the performance characteristics described. Undoubtedly, the comprehensive monitoring of the sports training process is complex system engineering. The main monitoring includes three aspects: physical condition, technical and tactical skills, and intelligence. Sports technology is reflected in the ultimate load. According to the convenience and actual needs of the research, this article will discuss the methods of evaluating tennis training load and the actual technical and tactical parameter characteristics that can be obtained by studying the characteristics of tennis, namely, kinematics. Parameters for noncontact testing, the next step is to discuss the appropriateness and necessity of the load, as well as the technical and routine monitoring of tennis training ability. The final experimental results show that it can improve the physical energy of tennis players by more than 17%.

Abstract:
The title of the article. Management of the training process includes a set of measures that allows the coach to purposefully translate the state of the athlete's body from the original to the planned. As a criterion for the effectiveness of the volleyball player's game activity, the accuracy of spatial, temporal and force parameters is considered, the appropriate combination of which is a source of increasing the result. Achieving high sports results by volleyball players is possible provided that a single system is used in training, aimed at the integrity of the development of all the qualities necessary for competitive activities. The effectiveness of the main game actions is based on the close relationship between the level of development of speed and power qualities, technical and tactical equipment and is the basis of high motor activity of volleyball players. Realization of tactical potential is based on speed of reaction and speed of actions and movements. In order to study the general and special physical fitness of students of non-core institutions of higher education, an analysis of the results of the annual assessment of physical youth aged 17-18 after the first and second years of study. Training in volleyball according to the developed program contributed to a high level of development of speed and strength qualities. The use of speed-strength exercises as the main means of technical and tactical training of students - volleyball players, allows to increase the level of their speed and strength qualities, technical and tactical potential and efficiency of the whole training process and as a result - the quality of competitive activities.
