Abstract:
Diploma thesis analyzes documentation recieved from city magistrates,insurance companies or directly from police,concerning minor accidents. Documentation consists of a road accident reports,photodocumentation and plans of a real life collision sites,filed by the police and its experts. Analysis of this documentation and its consequent evaluation shows the extend of the damage occuring to an actual vehicles involved in a minor road accidents and what evidence left on site by these collisions. Informations gained from the analysis could be used as a guide when processing an insurance claim.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the photographic documentation of vehicle damage in traffic accidents. A systematic overview of the current documentation and included inspection is carried out in the analysis. Police records are compared with records made during the crash tests. Further, the documentation in this thesis is divided into two groups of conflicts. The representative of the accidents are described in detail and then evaluated. Similarly, this procedure is practiced on other car accident that reflect the mutual deformation. The result of this thesis is to determine the optimal location of the lens for the acquisition of documentation and establishing a baseline number of photos to document damage to the vehicle after the traffic accident.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with the analysis of small accidents. Its attention is focused on the estimated amount of money needed to repair a vehicle immediately after the accident and later on the real amount that is actually necessary to fix the vehicle. In practice, it often happens that an accident may seem minor at first glance. Only after dismantling of a damaged vehicle and its parts it is found that the damage is much greater than initially predicted. Attention is focused as well on constantly growing insurance frauds. Nowadays, there is no literature concerning this issue.

Abstract:
The dissertation explores the work with harvester technology with a mobile traction winch in sloping terrains. It deals with the efficiency of these machines in their technological varieties. A time measurement study was undertaken in the dissertation which studied the work of a harvester with a mobile traction winch and without a mobile traction winch during the toll logging of a centennial spruce stand. The time study was performed in eastern Slovakia to establish the differences in time consumption during the work cycles. Some minor differences had been detected during work tasks, however, these did not exhibit any effect on the mobile traction winch in the work cycles of logging one tree. Furthermore, the time study measured the effect on any changes in work productivity, which is required during the operation of the mobile traction winch. Besides the harvester, a time study of a forwarder with a mobile traction winch has been compiled. To establish the effect on the forrest environment of the harvester technology and the mobile traction winch, an evalution of damage to the soil in two technological varieties was performed in Slovakia and the Czech republic. The technological variety with a mobile traction winch was less damaging to the soil surface due to the prevention of wheel slipping destpite the fact that the overall results of soil damage were negative. An operating cost analysis has been worked out to complete the study, which has shown the technological variety with the mobile traction winch to be more costly due to the purchase price of the winch and the higher fuel consumption. The main advantage, however, is safety, not cost savings.

Abstract:
The ability of the metal ions to form a covalent bond with the nucleic acids (DNA or RNA) is critical for their structural properties and functions. In the 60s of the last century the potential of platinum complexes in anticancer therapy was revealed. The success of these complexes in anticancer treatment is given by their ability to bind to the DNA bases to form different types of coordination covalent bonds. The formation of these bonds results in an interference of the DNA secondary structure and thereby blocking of important cellular processes such as replication or transcription. Presented thesis examines the ability of metal and semimetal ions (Zn(III), As(III) and As(V)), platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) and cadmium-based quantum dots (QDs-CdS) to influence the DNA secondary structure. In this work the interactions of metal ions with DNA were firstly investigated due to the implementation and verification of instrumental methods. Results of these studies served as the basis for subsequent experiments dealing with the effects of nanoparticles on eukaryotic cells with regard to DNA damage. In this work we demonstrated that PtNPs show higher affinity for DNA polymerases than to DNA. For this reason, PtNPs can arrest the cell cycle and trigger apoptosis. The affinity rate of nanoparticle binding to DNA is determined by its size, as was shown by the experiments with variously sized CdS-QDs.
