Abstract:
Die Arbeit untersucht das Neue in der Technik, wobei Beobachter zweiter Ornung(Luhmann) den Ausgangspunkt bilden. Die Verbindung der Stellungnahmen der Beobachter zweiter Ordnung in der Geschichte führt zu einer Beschreibung des technischen Systems mit Möglichkeiten. Das technische System erweist sich als expansiv, funktionsorientiert und weltoffen seitens eines historischen Akteurs, der das technisch Neue durch schöpferisches Handeln konstruiert. Die Techniksoziologie sieht sich hier mit einem Unbestimmten konfrontiert, da das Neue weitgehend unprognostizierbar bleibt.

Abstract:
Die Forschungsprofillinie 5 “Kommunikation, Medien, Technik” entstand im Jahr 2005 aus der ursprünglichen Profillinie “Medien, Kommunikation und Informationstechnologien”. Sie zeigt heute eine deutlich stärkere Vernetzung über die verschiedenen Fakultäten hinweg, als das die bisherige Ausrichtung des Profils leisten konnte. Der wesentliche Unterschied zu den anderen Forschungsprofillinien der Technischen Universität Chemnitz besteht darin, dass hier der Mensch als der Nutzer technischer Systeme im Zentrum steht. Dies bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass vor allem sozial-, verhaltens- und kulturwissenschaftlich orientierte Professuren die Forschungsprofillinie tragen. Ganz im Gegenteil ist gerade in diesem Themenbereich eine enge Kooperation von naturwissenschaftlichen und technischen Disziplinen auf der einen Seite und sozialwissenschaftlichen Fächern auf der anderen Seite gefordert.

Abstract:
This thesis demonstrates advanced techniques using OpenGL. The work is conceived as a demo without any size restrictions. It focuses on creating 3D world, which consists of inner rooms complex. Some additional interesting objects, lighting and shadows enrich the rooms. Particle systems, which were used to create explosions, smokes and some other particle effects are described in the thesis, too. 3D machine models fight between themselves using laser beams and form the story of the demo. Important part of the work is a movement model which is applied to both models and avatar. Sound track completes the demo.

The MA Thesis makes a brief survey about one of interesting trends in museology - the interactivity. First part of the Thesis is devoted to the definition of interactivity in the relation with museums. Interactivity is understanded as a possibility for the visitors to be active and creative at the museum, to use more senses than only their eyes, the possibility to touch the exhibited objects. From all types of museums two are considered to be completely interactive or hands-on - Science Centers and Children's museums. The next part of the thesis is dedicated to the fundamental aspects of Arts Marketing and interactivity is assigned to the Product of museums as one of its aspects. An analyzis of some foreign and Czech interactive museums is also an important part of the Thesis.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe in detail the current ways of optimizing websites for search engines (SEO) and to apply them in a broader marketing strategy of italian restaurant La Casa Degli Amici. The thesis presents evidence about the importance of SEO for marketing and can be used as a template for optimizing you own website. This thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the concepts used in the design and implementation of the practical part. The theoretical part considers 3 main subjects - search engine, users and SEO which represents website creation and optimization. This thesis describes the history of search engines and the way search engines analyze and evaluate a website. It also describes user search strategies and the way users read the search results. In the SEO section we show its advantages, brief history, SEO strategies and description of techniques and tools that can be used for SEO. In the practical part we put together a marketing strategy which consists of website creation, implementation of selected SEO techniques and social network marketing. Implementation of the marketing strategy is evaluated on data obtained during the period between 1. 8. 2016 and 31. 11. 2016. Owner of the restaurant has provided data on sales which were used for overall evaluation of implemented marketing strategy.

Aus der Einleitung: "Am späten Nachmittag des 14. März 1931 versammelten sich in Groß-Kühnau bei Dessau zahlreiche deutsche und amerikanische Wissenschaftler, um einem spektakulären Ereignis beizuwohnen. Geladen hatten der ehemalige Junkers- Ingenieur Johannes Winkler und dessen Mäzen, der böhmische Hutfabrikant Hugo Hückel, denen vor den Augen eines staunenden Publikums der erste Start einer Flüssigkeitsrakete in Europa glückte. Der Flugkörper, eine Konstruktion von 70 Zentimetern Höhe und 30 Zentimetern Durchmesser, hob mit dumpfem Zischen vom Erdboden ab, stieg etwa 100 Meter in die Höhe und stürzte nach einer horizontalen Drehung wieder zu Boden. Nach diesem erfolgreichen Versuch überschlugen sich die Sensationsmeldungen in der Presse, die verkündete, dass der Vorstoß in den Weltraum nur noch eine Frage der Zeit sei. Denn nach dem Zweck seiner Rakete befragt gab Hückel an, sie solle in erster Linie der „Erschließung des luftleeren und luftverdünnten Raumes in der Stratosphäre dienen“. Zur gleichen Zeit, in der Winkler und Hückel den ersten erfolgreichen Start ihrer Rakete vollführten, arbeitete ein kleiner Stab von Ingenieuren in den nicht weit entfernten Junkerswerken in Dessau an dem streng geheimen Projekt eines Stratosphären-Flugzeugs, mit dem man ebenfalls anstrebte, in größte Höhen vorzudringen. Gerüchte über dieses Flugzeug kursierten schon seit längerer Zeit, doch hatte die Presse bis dahin vergeblich versucht, darüber Informationen von Junkers zu erhalten. Als dieser nun im Frühjahr 1931 auf das gesteigerte öffentliche Interesse reagierte und erste Details über seine Neuentwicklung preisgab, prognostizierten nicht wenige das Ende der noch jungen Raketen-Träume, schien doch mit der von Junkers gebauten Maschine nicht nur der bemannte, sondern vor allem der kontrollierte und somit sichere Flug in bis dahin unbekannte Höhen nun unmittelbar bevorzustehen." This paper describes information about current most widespread methods, which are used by rootkits. It contains basic information connected with development of rootkits, such as process registers, memory protection and native API of Windows operation system. The primary objective of this paper is to provide overview of techniques, such as hooking, code patching and direct kernel object modification, which are used by rootkits and present methods to detect them. These methods will be then implemented by detection and removal tools of rootkits based on these techniques.

Abstract:
The aim of this master’s thesis was focused on characterization of carotenogenic yeast using molecular techniques. For this usage, interspecific variables of strongly conserved sequences of genomic DNA, especially rDNA D1/D2 large ribosomal subunit and ITS1 and 5,8-ITS2 rDNA regions were amplified. These sequences were subjected analysed by DGGE method, which approved differences of S. roseus in all analyzed rDNA sequencies compared to the other analyzed carotenogenic yeasts. Parameters of PFGE and isolation procedure of the intact DNA were optimized for caryotypic yeast characterization. At all, nine of carotenogenic yeast strains Rhodotorula, Sporobolomy-ces, Cystofilobasidium a Phaffia were analyzed by this techniques. Further part of this thesis was focused to application of molecular methods to analysis of region D1/D2 of large ribosomal subunit in mutant carotenogenic yeast strains. Mutant strains were pre-viously adapted to waste substrates - pasta and glycerol, and stability of their production properties was verified.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with DCE-MRI (Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging) thus one of the contrast magnetic resonance imaging methods. It describes the principle of conventional continuous DCE-MRI, which uses single bolus of contrast agent and further it focuses on the dual bolus contrast agent techniques, especially the interleaved acquisition. The graphical interface for processing Bruker systems data was made. Synthetic data were used to evaluate the influence of this method on the perfusion parameters estimation. Simulations proved that the further the second bolus is from the first one, the better results are. Simulations of acquisition interruption did not lead to the clear result. However, two statements, which are expected to lead to as good estimation of perfusion parameters as possible, were formulated

Projekte im Kontext wissensintensiver Dienstleistungen, die in Netzwerken durchgeführt werden, zeichnen sich häufig durch eine heterogene Zusammensetzung bezüglich Qualifikation und Beschäftigungsform aus. Als Beteiligte eines Projektes werden hier der Auftraggeber, die Projektleitung, die Projektgruppe, ein Beratungs- und / oder Lenkungsausschuss sowie externe Berater angesehen. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass Projekte nicht nur als interne Projekte innerhalb eines Unternehmens durchgeführt werden, sondern auch als Projekte in Netzwerken, können Freelancer als Prototyp eines Mitarbeiters in Projektnetzwerken angesehen werden. Im Folgenden soll von Freelancern als Personen gesprochen werden, die mindestens einen Teil ihres Lebensunterhalts ohne Arbeitsvertrag verdienen und dabei keine eigenen Angestellten führen. Eine bestimmte Rechtsform, in der sie ihrer Erwerbstätigkeit nachgehen, muss nicht gegeben sein.

Projekte im Kontext wissensintensiver Dienstleistungen, die in Netzwerken durchgeführt werden, zeichnen sich häufig durch eine heterogene Zusammensetzung bezüglich Qualifikation und Beschäftigungsform aus. Als Beteiligte eines Projektes werden hier der Auftraggeber, die Projektleitung, die Projektgruppe, ein Beratungs- und / oder Lenkungsausschuss sowie externe Berater angesehen. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass Projekte nicht nur als interne Projekte innerhalb eines Unternehmens durchgeführt werden, sondern auch als Projekte in Netzwerken, können Freelancer als Prototyp eines Mitarbeiters in Projektnetzwerken angesehen werden. Im Folgenden soll von Freelancern als Personen gesprochen werden, die mindestens einen Teil ihres Lebensunterhalts ohne Arbeitsvertrag verdienen und dabei keine eigenen Angestellten führen. The main aim of this thesis is the utilization of simple diffusion techniques for the study on transport properties of copper ions in the systems containing humic acids with respect to the other parameters, which can affect the process (the structure of diffusion environment, the interactions between transported specie and diffusion matrices, selective blocking of binding sites of humic acids). The first part of experimental works was focused on characterization of studied materials (humic acids, humic sol and humic hydrogel). The main part of the thesis was dealing with the optimization of simple diffusion techniques, which were suitable for the study on transport of copper ions in matrices containing humic acids, taking into account the mutual interactions between studied components in the system. The obtained diffusion characteristics were compared to the data determined using sorption experiments. Consequently, the minor goal of the experimental works of this thesis was also the assessment of the influence of basic physico-chemical parameters of studied materials on transport phenomenon.

Získávání informací a jiné techniky dolování dat z webových stránek získávají na důležitosti s tím, jak se rozvíjí webové technologie a jak roste množství informací uložených na webu, jakožto jediném nosiči těchto informací. Spolu s tímto množství informací také ale roste množství obsahu, který není v kontextu prezentovaných informací ničím důležitý. To je jedním z důvodů, proč je důležité se intenzivně věnovat předzpracování informací uložených na webu. Segmentační algoritmy jsou jedním z možných způsobů předzpracování. Tato práce se věnuje využití shlukovacích technik pro zefektivnění existujících, ale i nalezení zcela nových algoritmů použitelných pro segmentaci webových stránek.

The diploma thesis is focused on the basic properties of network protocols. The main task is to create laboratory tasks that deal with the basic features of network protocols and communication techniques, along with detailed instructions for students of communication technologies. The theoretical part of thesis acquaints the reader with the topic of computer networks and the basic network protocols of the TCP/IP architecture, which occur within the created lab. The practical part contains a selection of testing environment and subsequent description of installation and preparation of selected GNS3 environment. Finally are presented labs, which have been created. First lab deals with the basic differences between TCP and UDP. The second lab is focused on the issue of multicast and the third deals with the basics of penetration testing.

Abstract:
The thesis analyses the differences that result from using of specific data collection method, computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) and computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI). The main findings are based on election model built by research agency TNS Aisa for elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2013. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the chosen method of data collection influences the results of the estimated electoral preferences, to determine in which sociodemographic categories it is happening and whether the differences in the obtained data are related to the ideological orientation of the political parties. The dependence of the results on the data collection method is assessed by the chi-quadrate independence test. Further, through personal interviews with researchers, it is determined at what stage of the research process the data may be distorted and what its possible causes are. The benefit of the thesis is the finding that the chosen method of collection influences the established preferences among voters aged 30-44, university graduates and voters living in Prague. In these groups, the left-hand side ČSSD is preferred more by personal interviewing and right-handed TOP 09 through telephone interviewing. The collection of data itself was evaluated by the most risky phase of the research process, in which possible distortion could occur. While the accuracy of personal interviewing depends largely on the interviewer's personality, the sources of distortion of the telephone inquiry result more from the nature of the use of the phone itself.

Durch die zunehmende Automatisierung der Tierhaltung gewinnt die Tier-Technik-Beziehung zunehmend an Bedeutung. Es besteht ein wachsendes Interesse am Tierverhalten, den Möglichkeiten des Lernens der Tiere und den Anpassungsstrategien. In der Dissertation untersuchte ich die Melk-, und Milchparameter und das Tierverhalten bei der automatischen Milchgewinnung. Die Messungen haben gezeigt, dass auf die Milchabgabe einzelner Individuen und insbesondere auf deren Euterviertel sehr differenziert einzugehen ist. Das Automatische Melksystem (AMS) vermag auf die speziellen Unterschiede der einzelnen Viertel, im Sinne einer verbesserten Tiergerechtheit, Rücksicht zu nehmen. Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt die Tiergerechtheit zu verbessern ist es, eine zuverlässige Prozesskontrolle durchzuführen. Dazu muss zunächst einmal festgestellt werden, wie sich die natürliche Variationsbreite der einzelnen Parameter darstellt, um pathologisch bedingte Abweichungen signifikant erkennen zu können. Die Gewinnung von verlässlichen Aussagen über den Gesundheitszustand von Kühen im AMS setzen voraus, dass verschiedene interdependente Parameter so verknüpft oder deren Messungen sooft wiederholt werden, bis ein intelligentes Entscheidungssystem seine Schlüsse ziehen kann. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass stark auffällige Werte ein hohes Maß an Information haben, aber eine entsprechend geringe Verlässlichkeit aufweisen. Sich wiederholende Werte haben hingegen einen geringen Informationsgehalt, dafür aber ein hohes Maß an Redundanz bzw. Verlässlichkeit, soweit sie nicht durch systematische Fehler entstehen. Für eine zuverlässige Prozesskontrolle kann es manchmal vorteilhafter sein, eine automatisierte Datengewinnung zu installieren, auch wenn der einzelne Parameter (z. B. die Leitfähigkeit) zwar wenig aussagekräftig, dafür aber die Durchführung deutlich zuverlässiger ist als bei Tests, die von Menschen manuell durchgeführt werden. Ähnliches gilt für die Haltungsumwelt von Tieren. Eine durch Automation dominierte Umwelt kann für Tiere deutlich berechenbarer und damit zuverlässiger gestaltet werden. Das bedeutet, dass für die Individuen weniger Stresssituationen mit den für sie unabsehbaren Folgen entstehen. Es sollte aber dabei beachtet werden, dass es zwingend ist, auf die Lerngeschwindigkeit der einzelnen Tiere, in Abhängigkeit von ihrer jeweiligen Lernsituation, einzugehen, um zuverlässige Umweltbedingungen für die Kühe mit einem AMS bereitzustellen. Es konnte weiterhin festgestellt werden, dass das Melken in einem AMS bei den Kühen nicht als belastender Stressfaktor identifiziert werden kann, wenn man die Herzfrequenz als Indikator heranzieht und diese über eine längere Zeit analysiert. Der zunehmende Einsatz von Technik in der Milchviehhaltung kann einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu leisten, die Haltungsumwelt der Kühe human und tiergerecht zu gestalten.<br>Relationship between animal and technology in automatic milk production: Due to the fact of the increasing automation in husbandry systems becomes the relationship between the animal and the technology more and more important. There is a growing interest to know more about animal behaviour, the ability of learning and the coping strategies in such systems. In the thesis I investigated the parameter of milking, of milk and of animal behaviour in an Automatic Milking System (AMS). The measurement has shown that the milk yield differs very much between the quarters of the udder. An AMS has the possibility to take such differences into consideration. This is one step towards more animal welfare. Another improvement of animal welfare is a better control of the process. For that, it is important to have a certain knowledge about the natural variation of different parameters, such as electrical conductivity of the milk, milk ingredients or milk yield. This makes the basis of the identification of anomalies depending on pathological problems. To get a reliable declaration about the state of health one has to connect different interdependent parameters and/or the measurement has to be repeated so often until an intelligent decision system can draw conclusions. Besides it is important to know, that a conspicuous value is highly informative, but it is less reliable, otherwise is an often repeatable value less informative but highly redundant, if there is no systematic failure. For a control of the process it is important to get reliable information, so it is sometimes better to automat the tests, instead of using human knowledge, which is often more informative, but less reliable (i.e. electrical conductivity). There is a similarity in husbandry systems because an automated system can be much more reliable and calculable for animals. That means less stressing situations because of incalculable reactions. For such a reliable environment in an AMS it is necessary to give every cow their individual time to learn the facts about the AMS. The milking in an AMS cannot be identified as a negative stress factor, if one uses the measurement of heart rate for identification. The increasing automation in the dairy husbandry can be an important contribution to create a humane environment for dairy cows and improve animal welfare.

Abstract:
Several experiments were designed for utilization of fluorescence spectroscopy as a method of aerosol particle detection in a model of lungs. One of the experiments was to arranged use luminescent properties of DEHS (bis(2-ethylhexyl)decandioate) for calculating aerosol deposition. The outcome of this experiment was confirmation of clusters existence, which causes luminescence of DEHS. But the luminescence is not enough dependent on concentration and as such is not suitable for calculation of aerosol deposition. As the next experiment DEHS-fluorescein particles were generated by condensation monodisperse aerosol generator (CMAG), where water was used instead of isopropyl alcohol as a solvent. By this alteration the negative influence of DEHS was eliminated, which caused results refinements of aerosol deposition. Generation of fluorescein sodium salt particles by small-scale powder disperser (SSPD) was designed as a last experiment. The lower deposition efficiency measured by this method was caused by particles polydispersion. Photo records were used for documentation of Hot-spots. Outcomes of this study are new knowledge of fluorescence spectroscopy utilization for study of aerosol deposition and possibilities of fluorescent aerosol particles generation. Acquired data can serve for knowledge extension of possible detection methods for aerosol particles in the model of lung and can serve for validation of numerical simulations.
