Abstract:
Entrepreneurial intention (EI) has been widely cited as one of the foremost predecessors of entrepreneurship which fosters business opportunities to minimize the dependence on employment. Since it is worth noticing how one’s EI is formed; therefore, the prime purpose of this paper is to estimate the underlying concepts of proactive personality (PP) in establishing potential entrepreneurs’ EI through the mediating role of both specific self-efficacy and broader self-efficacy. This research investigates the parallel mediation and the role of mediators in the form of a series between PP and EI via broader self-efficacy and specific self-efficacy. The extant research employed a quantitative methodology by using a self-administered questionnaire technique. Data were collected using the cluster sampling technique from a sample size of 700 respondents in the higher education sector. To test the measurement and structural modeling, the PLS-SEM technique was deployed using Smart PLS 2.0 M3 software. Regarding the direct relationships, findings infer that PP is positively associated with three broader forms of self-efficacy, which determine specific self-efficacy. Findings indicated that broader forms of self-efficacy and specific self-efficacy play the role of the serial mediators in the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intentions. The research carries important implications for the university policymakers in Pakistan to develop their self-reliant “business incubation centers”, initiate experiential learning-based projects, improvise competency-based curriculum, design innovative projection techniques, and follow open innovation dynamics to establish an entrepreneurial culture.

Abstract:
Purpose Although customer satisfaction (CS) has been evaluated through using statistical and decision-making techniques so far, no research, to the best of the authors’ knowledge, has been conducted for implementing both groups simultaneously and clarifying the different or similar aspects of the results given by these techniques. The purpose of this paper is to compare the techniques and clarify these unknown aspects. Design/methodology/approach First, the effect of the elements related to service marketing mix on CS was examined by using structural equation model (SEM). Then, the statistical methods such as Friedman test (FT) and SEM, and decision-making technique such as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) were systematically compared for prioritizing the elements of service marketing mix. The sample included 159 special customers of an anonymous bank in Bojnurd, Iran. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by using Cronbach’s α (r=0.934). In addition, SPSS, Expert Choice and Smart PLS software were used. Findings Based on the results, FT and AHP method had exactly the same ranking for the elements of the marketing mix, as well as almost identical relative weights. The ranking included people, process, product, physical evidence, place, price and promotion, respectively, while the SEM technique had very different outcomes. Finally, none of the methods could assure the marketer to come to a reliable decision separately. Originality/value In this study, the authors’ contribution is the understanding of the role of an effective marketing mix evaluation technique selection on marketing strategy. Different techniques had different and in some cases even contradicting outcomes.

This paper presents an instrument to measure the learning that occurs in social networks sites. In the scientific literature there are few measures that allow knowing the learning processes in these digital environments. The design of the scale is based on the application of the Theory of Activity to social networks sites (Heo and Lee, 2013). The validation of the proposed scale is based on a descriptive survey-type study in which 1340 Spanish women participate, selected according to a stratified sampling by quotas, according to age. Abstract:
This research aims to investigate the predictors of mobile addiction. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach supported by Smart-PLS 2.0 to assess the hypothesis in the research model. The PLS-SEM technique revealed that there was a strong correlation between social networking sites (SNS) intensity and mobile addiction. Users have positively expressed that visiting SNS is part of their everyday activity as they tend to check their SNS almost every day. They have this perception that they will feel out of touch when they do not log into their SNS for a day. In addition, they feel as if they are part of the community of SNS on campus. Those with many SNS accounts have a strong tendency to install and use mobile social networking apps on their mobile phones to connect and communicate with others. These heavy users frequently use their mobile phone to log into their social network via preferred social networking apps and actively use it to check the SNS. The direction for future research is also presented.

Abstract:
Digital Twin-based Cyber-Physical Quality System (DT-CPQS) concept involves automated quality checking, simulation, and prediction of manufacturing operations to improve production efficiency and flexibility as part of Industrie4.0 initiatives. DT-CPQS will provide the basis for the manufacturing process to march towards an autonomous quality platform for zero defect manufacturing in the future. Analysing sensor data from the CNC machine and vision monitoring system it was concluded that there was enough signal data to detect quality issues in a part being machined in advance using statistical/mathematical models (Smart PLS) and using machine learning algorithms. This allows the operator to take corrective actions before the resultant part ends in a quality failure and reduces the inspection time. The proposed approach forms the basis in expanding this concept to a large machine shop wherein by monitoring various parameters of the machines and state variables of the tools we can detect quality issues and develop an automated quality system using machine learning techniques.

Abstract:
Quality of public service is one of the criteria that can be used as a tool to measure the success of good governance in carrying out its duties. On the contrary, the public satisfaction with the service given by the apparatus has influenced the empowerment policy and the performance of the administrative village itself. It means that the level of community satisfaction has an impact on the empowerment of community groups and neighborhood groups (known as RT/RW) and village apparatus performance in carrying out its duties and functions in West Bandung Regency government. This research aims to determine the influence of: (1) Empowerment of RT/RW apparatus (X1), (2) Village apparatus performance (X2), (3) Satisfaction of public service (X3) on Community service satisfaction (Y). This research categorized as a descriptive research applying the explanatory survey method and structural equation model (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) alternative technique equipped Smart PLS 3.0 software to test the hypothesis. The results suggest that the empowerment of RT/RW apparatus and village apparatus performance is an important factor in the satisfaction of public services. In other words, the satisfaction of public service cannot be separated from the empowerment of RT/RW and village apparatus performances, either partially or wholly.

Abstract:
This research explores the roles of social status and parental influence on student's attitudes to choose careers in agriculture with the moderating role of career prospects among Malaysian students. The survey method was adopted to collect the data from 183 students who enrolled in agricultural related courses. Data of five major sections such as demographic profiles, attitude, social status, parental influence and career prospect were collected by questionnaire. The PLS-SEM technique was used to analyze the data using Smart PLS 3.0. The average age of the respondent is 21 years old with females 66.1% and male 33.9%. The majority are Malay (89.6%), followed by Chinese (6.6%) and Indian (3.8%). This study suggested that social status has significant influenced the student attitude towards careers in agricultural sectors, but not parental status. Furthermore, career prospects moderated the positive relationship between social status and student's attitudes towards an agricultural career. Implications of the findings and suggestions for future research are also discussed.

Abstract:
This research aims to examine Auditor Switching and Financial Distress's effect on the possibility of Financial Statement Fraud occurrence, which is proxied by using the F-Score formula, and Audit Report Lag Intervening variable. This study's subjects are companies engaged in manufacturing and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a research period in 2014-2018. The sample in this study used a non-probabilistic purposive sampling technique with a total of 27 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with smart PLS 3.0 tools. Results indicate that financial distress and audit report lag directly affect Financial Statement fraud. Auditor report lag as an intervening variable does not influence the relationship between auditor switching, financial distress, and Financial Statement fraud. These results imply that investors must be more careful in investing in the company with a lag in their audit reports. It is also suggested that management must continue to be cautious with the opportunity to do fraud in the financial statement.
