Abstract:
The article explains the improvement of Tanzanian public primary schools facilities planning in the dynamic environment. The main contribution is that School Facilities Planning (SFP) in the dynamic environment to enhance adequate and quality school facilities is determined by the presence of vision and mission statements, positive school culture, technological environment and monitoring and evaluation. This article looks not beyond the planning but rather at the dynamics of planning discourse itself. It explains how dynamic environment in Tanzania facilitates, and sometimes constrains, the mobilization of resources to implement school facilities plans. It draws from the discursive construction of social actors in SFP from 2010 to 2019. Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) was used as a theory, methodology, and data analysis strategy. Major findings indicate that, in order to improve planning in the dynamic environment, vision and mission statements should be established in schools and emphasize SFP; there should be a culture of facilities planning in schools; technological environment should be emphasized to facilitate durable and quality school facilities; and monitoring and evaluation should be emphasized to facilitate SFP.

The analysis of incidents in rail transport shows that the main reason for this is erroneous human actions. In the system "a person - a technical system - a production environment" a person is the "weakest link", determining the reliability and safety of the system functioning. Most incidents on the railway infrastructure occur at the stage of its facilities operation because of relevant technological processes poor-quality implementation. The article presents a method for upgrading technological processes of railway infrastructure facilities operation, the implementation of which allows to identify the most critical technological processes and to reduce the influence of the human factor, thereby increasing the reliability and safety of the transportation process.

Abstract:
Determination of the change in the amount of wells required to ensure the gas production when the project development of gas (gas-condensate) fields for depletion is considered one of the most important issues. Until now, it is believed that the productivity of wells decreases significantly when gas (gas-condensate) fields are worked out until exhaustion. There as fore, in the final stage of development, it is necessary to drill additional wells and put them into operation in order to maintain the copy of production. In the absence of a gas storage tank, the power of the gas transportation system is used by 80 - 85%. The utilization factor of the installed capacity of the unit is close to one during the equal operation of the gas source and main gas pipeline. The number of production wells in the gas field, the total number of compressors in the compressor station can be reduced by 15. It is of great scientific and practical importance to determine the mode of injection of gas into underground gas reservoirs (UGS) depending on the parameters of the well and layer. In world practice, the technical-technological and economic efficiency of the creation of underground gas storage (UGS) facilities in depleted oil and gas fields is scientifically, technically and theoretically justified. Abstract:
The article describes the stage of construction - one of the main compulsory periods of the life cycle in the formation of construction end-products. It is at this particular stage that actual reliability and safety indicators of capital construction projects (specified at the design stage) are formed determining the parameters of operational, functional and economic efficiency. The compulsory assessment of conformity of buildings and structures, as well as design (including survey), construction, installation, setting up, and recycling (demolition) processes associated with buildings and structures is conducted in different countries in the form of state construction supervision. An assessment results in a document certifying conformity of the actual indicators with the requirements of design, normative (industrial) and legislative documents. Conformity is assessed in accordance with procedural rules depending on the functional purpose of the capital construction project. There are two conformity assessment forms that appear to be similar (at first glance): “construction inspection” and “state construction supervision”. Similarity of these terms lies in the fact that they both characterize a resulted approach used to assess the conformity of activities of participants in the construction operations (customers, developers, contractors) on the formation of construction end-products — construction projects.

Abstract:
The paper addresses a range of issues related to the development of mathematical models for a Digital Twin of an oil and gas production company, aimed at managing technological processes at its gas field facilities within the framework of the fourth industrial revolution, based on the Industry 4.0 concept.Considering the specific characteristics of gas field facilities, the primary purpose of the Digital Twin from the perspective of technological process management is formulated. The most preferred tool — predictive analytics—is presented for data analysis and interpretation, enabling the forecasting of parameters for technological processes occurring at gas field facilities.A six-layer structure of the Digital Twin is proposed, including: regulatory and reference information, electronic design and estimate documentation, a graphical representation layer of objects, engineering data, mathematical models, and real-time data obtained from information management systems and automated process control systems integrated with telemetry systems that manage the operation of production wells.A structural diagram of the management system for an oil and gas production company is presented. The applicability of known modeling methods for describing technological processes at gas field facilities is analyzed, and the choice of modeling methods for each management level is justified, taking into account the purpose and technological characteristics of the facility. It is demonstrated that this modeling ideology, applied in practice, has led and continues to lead to the development of specific technical and technological solutions for managing technological processes at various stages and modes of hydrocarbon field development, protected by Russian invention patents. The proposed ideas and solutions for creating the Digital Twin serve as a foundation for defining requirements for the development and implementation of design solutions for information management systems. These systems ensure the most efficient management of technological processes across all aspects of the integrated operations of oil and gas production companies.

Abstract:
The increasing demand for sustainability in sports facilities has driven the adoption of green technologies aimed at reducing energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation. These technologies not only contribute to environmental conservation but also improve operational efficiency and reduce long-term costs for facility management. This article reviews the implementation of green technologies in sports facilities and assesses their impact on operational efficiency and sustainability. A comprehensive review of existing literature was conducted, focusing on renewable energy technologies, smart energy management systems, water conservation technologies, waste management innovations, and the use of sustainable materials in the construction and retrofitting of sports facilities. The review also explores the economic, technological, and operational challenges that affect the adoption of these technologies, as well as potential future directions for innovation and policy support. Green technologies, such as solar panels, smart HVAC systems, rainwater harvesting, and waste-to-energy solutions, have been shown to significantly reduce energy and water consumption while minimizing waste output. Despite the high initial costs, the long-term financial savings from reduced utility bills and maintenance costs make these technologies a valuable investment for sports facilities. However, barriers such as the high cost of installation, technological limitations in certain regions, and operational resistance present challenges to widespread adoption. The article highlights the importance of adopting green technologies in sports facilities to achieve both sustainability and operational efficiency. It calls for more research on scalable solutions and policy initiatives to encourage broader implementation, emphasizing the need for collaboration between facility managers, policymakers, and technology providers.

Abstract:
Construction work in the conditions of existing health facilities requires compliance with increased requirements, which imposes additional restrictions on the application of known organizational and technological solutions, which in turn create a need to develop new or improve existing methods of organizational and technological design in the reconstruction of health facilities. In the development of organizational and technological documentation, it is necessary to take into account the fact that medical facilities are not classified as production facilities, although the restrictions for this type of facilities are very significant. The aim of the work is to improve the accuracy of calculations when planning the finishing (plaster) work in terms of labor costs. As a result of the study, based on the initial data, factors describing the limited workplace were identified, which will allow in subsequent studies to justify an increase in labor costs (reduced productivity) for working conditions in a limited space during the reconstruction of health facilities.

More people have been considering the quality of design of public toilets and the issue of how closely this relates to the quality of the daily lives. However, the fact is that many so-called modern cities are still not equipped with public toilets of quality that matches their technological and economical development. Since the late 1990s, studies of public toilet environments and facilities have been conducted in Hong Kong — a densely populated metropolitan city and well-known tourist spot. Taking Hong Kong as a case, this paper argues that, when people in general put their focus and expectation on technological advancement, another significant way of ensuring and improving the design quality of facilities (that is, facilities with a high degree of userfitness) is to conduct serious, on-going, and in-depth studies on human-product interactions.

Abstract:
Introduction. In agricultural production during transportation of goods it is accepted to allocate transport and transport-technological processes with the corresponding methods of rationing works. The peculiarity of the processes is the sequential execution of cyclic operations, providing transportation of technological material to the destination directly or with preliminary collection (subsequent distribution) on the field. At the same time, if the goods are moved directly between points, excluding technological (field) operations, this process can be considered a purely transport one, a special case of the transport and technological process. In this regard, it is proposed to consider this process as a component of the transport and technological process, which in turn requires correcting the applied methods for setting performance standards. The aim of the study is to develop a mathematical model and algorithm for standardizing the calculation of the performance of different vehicles and transport and technological facilities through formulating the dependence of the performance components on the power of the said facilities as their main classifier. Materials and Methods. The performance standards were identified by the extrapolation, interpolation or approximation methods based on their estimated performance. The classical method of differentiating functions was used to find the extrema. Результаты исследования.At length of fertilizer transportation by direct-flow technology LГ = 9 km and application dose U = 0.06 kg/m2, the following values of transport and technological facilities performance have been obtained: a) for vehicles to deliver fertilizers to fertilizer storehouses by Ural-432065 truck (body) W = 9.1 t/h, W = 6.3 t/h for tractor with MTZ-82 trailer. 1+2PTS-6; b) for transport and technological facilities to transport and distribute fertilizers by Ural-432065 (Amazone spreader) W = 5.5 t/h, W = 3.9 t/h for tractor with MTZ-82.1+RUM-6 trailer. Discussion and Conclusion. Based on the analysis of methods, the authors have made the case for the unification of calculating the standardized volumes of works, choice of composition, and comparison of the effectiveness of using vehicles, if they are used as transport and transport-technological facilities. A mathematical model and algorithm for a uniform calculation of the performance of different transport and technological facilities are presented. The way to determine the approximate rate of generation of funds that do not have standard indicators of work. The explanation of the innovations is accompanied by a formula device, which is based on the conclusion of the dependencies of out- and in-cycle components of the shift time balance on the engine power of the mobile device. The block diagram of the algorithm to calculate performance standards for vehicles is illustrated. The implementation of the algorithm is given by the example of using a specialized vehicle for transport and transport-technological operations.

Abstract:
Concrete floors are among the elements in construction facilities whose design requires engineering experience, workmanship requires the maintenance of a technological regime, while during their operation it is necessary to conduct periodic repairs. Concrete floors are most often used as working and communication space in industrial facilities, and very often they are also a functional element in objects that are immovable monuments. Regardless of the place of installation, concrete floors require periodic maintenance works whose scope should each time be individually adapted to the current use of the object. Improper selection of maintenance work technology and incorrect application of technological solutions related to the renovation of floors can cause rapid deterioration of their technical condition, which may lead to the need to take them out of service, which in turn may result in the need to interrupt the use of the building facility, including production facilities of industrial facilities. The paper presents a collection of practical information related to conducting periodic repair work on concrete industrial floors The article is a case study and addresses specific situations related to the loss of serviceability of concrete industrial floors.

Abstract Barrento, S., Marques, A., Pedro, S., Vaz-Pires, P., and Nunes, M. L. 2008. The trade of live crustaceans in Portugal: space for technological improvements. – ICES Journal of Marine Science, 65: 551–559. In Portuguese coastal areas, crabs and lobsters maintained alive until prepared for the table are commercially and economically very important. The trade in live crustaceans, mostly imported animals, is an interlinked and complex chain, from fishing, collection, holding facilities, and transportation, to the end-consumer, the various facilities playing a key role. Along the chain, animals can be affected by several stressors, inducing high mortality with consequent economic loss, and contributing to unsustainable exploitation of the resource. A survey was developed to characterize storage, transportation, and handling issues affecting various crustaceans at Portuguese holding facilities. In all, 22 facilities were identified and categorized by activity and water supply system. Despite the wide variation in their infrastructure, there were no major differences in mortality rate of crustaceans between importers, wholesalers, and exclusively retailers. At all facilities, Necora puber, Cancer pagurus, and Carcinus maenas had higher rates of mortality and shorter duration of captivity than Maja spp., Homarus sp., Panulirus regius, or Palinurus sp. Overall, the main problems identified were technical issues related to careless handling, high animal density, and the varying physiological needs of each species.

In 2020-2021, the digitalization of medical institutions and their management systems is one of them during the coronavirus pandemic. This research reveals that the healthcare system crisis due to the spread of the pandemic not only revealed weaknesses but was an engine for accelerating technological change even in the face of limited financial resources. In Germany, Italy and France the crisis provided: 1) the development of telemedicine and online tools (to assist departments of medical institutions and doctors, assess the health of patients, remotely provide recommendations for further action (doctor's appointment or testing), provide contact information for medical institutions), creating technologies for screening the spread of the virus in the country; 2) strengthening collaboration with international partner companies, non-profit organizations, and local healthcare departments to implement practical solutions to provide remote support based on telemedicine technologies needed by patients under the isolation; 3) the adoption of regulations for the development of digital infrastructure of hospitals in order to digitalize the organization of processes, documents and communication. The pandemic spread was the impetus for the introduction of technological solutions in other areas of medicine to meet the healthcare needs of diabetology, cardiology, oncology, neurology, and psychology.

Abstract:
As a result of the technical re-equipment of machine and tractor parks of agricultural enterprises, recently technological units of a new generation appear on the fields. The principal difference of such units is not only in their constructive modular design, but also in the aggregation of their mobile power tools or universal energy facilities with replaceable adapter modules. The classification of composite elements for the construction of such modular aggregates based on mobile power tools and universal power facilities - as their carrier systems and a set of replaceable adapter modules - as technological systems has been performed. Objects of the classification of load-bearing systems are subdivided according to their type, a number of the main distinctive features associated with the principle of aggregate formation, the performance of their running chassis, the integration of technological systems with bearing systems, the design features of location or the presence of separate composite units and mechanisms - power plant, control cabin , mechanism for replacing the plug-in adapters and others. For the objects of technological systems, distinctive features are identified that are associated with the processes performed and the purpose of the replaceable adapter modules, their design execution, and also with the ways of their aggregation with mobile power facilities and universal energy resources. Given the brand commercially cultivated machines, prototypes of promising conceptual designs. In the course of the patent studies, a number of security documents (patents) used in the designs of developed models and advanced units developed relating to technical and technological solutions were identified. The technical and economic assessment of the functioning of machine and tractor parks using the example of models of agricultural enterprises in the subareas of the regions of southern Russia predicted that the use of machine and tractor parks based on new generation units (mobile energy facilities with sets of plug-in adapters) will reduce the need for power machines, levels of costs for the recruitment of new equipment of machine and tractor parks and their operation.

Abstract:
Special conditions of implementation of construction projects of transport facilities show that cost management requires appropriate optimization of organizational and technological solutions. The computer model and method for selecting optimal management by the criterion of construction cost minimization are developed. The model shows the organizational and technological variability of the enterprise, characteristic of transport construction. The method allows to carry out variant modeling, according to which the patterns of changes in the construction cost, the ratio of direct and general production costs are compiled under the influence of the following factors: average complexity of the project totality, average relocation distance, attribution of resources, industrialization of applied solutions. The numerical experimental studies quantitatively proved that organizational and technological solutions characteristic of the enterprise as a whole affect the solutions of individual construction projects of transport facilities. In particular, it was found that with a decrease in the average complexity of the project totality, the influence of industrialization of applied solutions is reversed and begins to increase the cost of works. The lowest value of cost change (–13.6 %) was found, characterized by the most effective organizational and technological solutions: the average complexity of the project totality X1=2.2 thousand hours, the average relocation distance Х2=100 km, using only own equipment and labor resources (Х3=0 %), minimal industrialization of applied solutions (Х4=0 %). It was revealed that contracting organizations building relatively small transport facilities should use traditional methods of work. The cost efficiency of solutions, according to which enterprises constructing geographically dispersed facilities should use contracted resources with local material and technical base was also determined
