Abstract:
The training of lighting installations for electrical engineering students is intended to provide an understanding of the electricity dangers and skills in terms of installing lighting installations that comply with PUIL standards. With the training of this lighting installation, it can help electrical engineering students to install and repair electrical installations independently even with having these skills can make those students open business opportunities so that employment opportunities will be open and at least they will have income for themselves. This training is given in two stages, namely the stage of supply material and the material testing phase, both theoretically and practically. With this training, the trainees are expected to understand well about the electricity dangers and how to secure it, read installation drawings, measure voltage, detect broken connections, and can make lighting installations using various switches and sockets that comply with the standards and conditions in PUIL and SPLN. In designing and installing electrical installations systems must be considered about human safety, other living things and the security of property from harm and damage that can be caused by the use of electrical installations. Through the Community Partnership Program, electrical engineering lecturer team of IT–PLN felt to need to conduct community training which is currently only focused on electrical engineering students of Pertamina University, by providing knowledge about lighting installation engineering skills. By utilizing experts in the electrical engineering department of IT–PLN, it is expected to be able to add skills and knowledge to electrical engineering students of Pertamina University. The trainees are expected to have an understanding of the electricity theory, the dangers of electricity and how to deal with it and have a strong desire to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge about electrical lighting installation techniques.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat khususnya warga RT 26 Kelurahan Trimurjo Kecamatan Trimurjo akan standar keamanan yang perlu diterapkan dalam instalasi listrik rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan demistrasi. Hasil dari kegitan ini antara lain, 1) Kegiatan sosialisasi ini telah memberikan dampak terhadap warga bahwa pentingnya pengetahuan akan standarisasi instalasi listrik sesuai dengan PUIL 2011. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan baik dan tertib. Warga RT 26 Kelurahan Trimurjo Kecamatan Trimurjo antusias dalam menyimak, dan berdiskusi terhadap materi-materi sosialisasi yang disajikan. Warga memberikan feedback yang baik terhadap kegiatan sosialisasi dasar teknik instalasi listrik. Dan merasa bahwa perlu adanya peningkatan kehandalan, dan keamanan pada instalasi listrik khususnya kelistrikan rumah tangga kedepannya. Basic Socialization of Household Electrical Installation Techniques in Trimurjo Sub-District This service aims to increase the knowledge, awareness, and skills of the community, especially the residents of RT 26 Trimurjo Subdistrict, Trimurjo District on safety standards that need to be applied in household electrical installations. The method used is discussion and demonstration. The results of this activity include 1) This socialization activity has had an impact on the residents that it is important to know about the standardization of electrical installations in accordance with PUIL 2011. The activity took place well and in an orderly manner. Residents of RT 26 Trimurjo Subdistrict, Trimurjo Subdistrict, were enthusiastic in listening and discussing the socialization materials presented. Residents gave good feedback on the basic socialization of electrical installation techniques. And feel that there is a need to increase reliability and security in electrical installations, especially household electricity in the future.

In this industry 4.0 era, Indonesian people have been replaced by machines or computers, so researchers have created an SI-TekO-based application. As if when electronic goods, IT, or damaged installations want to repair or install tools at home, it will be easier to use online services. Services are often seen as a complicated phenomenon. The word service itself has many meanings, from personal service to service as a product. Production of services may be related to physical products or not. Very often the problem is when we are bothered at work so we lack the time to look for repair services for our electronic devices, and install the installation that we expect. Therefore the researchers created an android-based application called SI-TekO. The results of this study are Android-based applications that are SI-TekO.

ABSTRACT Electricity is an important part of human life. The need for electrical energy increases directly proportional to the increase in population growth. Manokwari Regency as the capital of West Papua province continues to carry out the construction of offices, housing and other public facilities from year to year that require electrical energy. Electrical installation demands professionalism and standards in accordance with the general electrical installation regulations (PUIL). This community service activity aims to train people who cannot continue their education to a higher level due to limited costs. Participants are trained to be able to carry out installation, repair installations, and open their own jobs. Community service activities are carried out in the form of training with the lecture method regarding the introduction of electrical installation tools and materials, installation practices and electrical installation wiring diagrams according to PUIL standards and direct practice in the laboratory of the Electrical engineering department of the Engineering Faculty, University of Papua. Keywords: Training; Lighting Installation, Society, PUIL. ABSTRAK Listrik merupakan bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Kebutuhan energi listrik meningkat berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan pertumbuhan penduduk. Kabupaten Manokwari sebagai ibukota provinsi Papua Barat terus melaksanakan pembangunan perkantoran, perumahan dan fasilitas publik lainnya di dari tahun ke tahun yang membutuhkan energi listrik. Pemasangan instalasi listrik menuntut profesionalisme dan standar yang sesuai dengan peraturan umum instalasi listrik (PUIL). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih masyarakat yang tidak bisa melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang lebih tinggi oleh karena keterbatasan biaya. Peserta dilatih agar dapat melakukan pemasangan, perbaikan instalasi, dan membuka lapangan kerja sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan metode ceramah mengenai pengenalan alat dan bahan instalasi listrik, praktik pemasangan dan diagram pengawatan instalasi listrik sesuai standar PUIL serta praktik langsung di laboratorium jurusan teknik Elektro Fakultas teknik Universitas Papua. Abstract:
This program is a service for the Tasikmalaya home industry community in implementing technology for Community Development (IbBM) presented by LPPM-PMP of Siliwangi University. The partner in this program is a home industry that produces typical Tasikmalaya footwear made from wood waste known as “kelom geulis”. This home industry is located in Tasikmalaya, West Java province. The problem of partners found in the field is the high electricity consumption caused by lack of electrical installation protection systems skill and knowledge. The solution offered in this program is training of protection installation of electrical sistem. The target of the trainning is employee and owners of partmer. The results of this program, through training and focus group discussions, after testing with 15 questions from the training participants, it was found that the partners had very little understanding in understanding electricity protection for small industries. After the training, there is 60% progress increasing rate of knowledge and skill of participants from the initial ability before the partners attend training and coaching.

Meeting the need for clean water is very necessary, especially in remote areas, or areas that are difficult to get water that is suitable for consumption. Clean water treatment, in order to meet the needs of customers where the installed capacity is often used in rural areas or small cities, namely WTP 20 L / sec. To plan a 20 L / sec IPA it is necessary to calculate first, which is usually prepared by the government through the Indonesian National Standard, its function after calculating so that an IPA 20 L / sec unit is obtained, and can determine the budget plan. This study aims to make a picture of the operating units of the IPA capacity of 20 L / sec with the calculation standard of SNI SNI 7507-concerning Complementary Building Specifications for Water Treatment Installation Units, and SNI 19-6774-2002 for planning procedures for water treatment installation package units. Includes calculation of intake, pre-sedimentation facilities, coagulation treatment processes, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration, disinfectants and reservoirs, so that later they can be applied especially in rural areas or small cities in order to obtain clean water that is suitable for consumption.

Abstract:
This research aims to know the feasibility and the effectiveness of media equipment installation of car audio system use of props to students in Mechanical engineering Department of Semarang State University. This research is a type of research R & D. The subject of this study is a student with a total of 60 people divided into 2 classes namely the control class and the experimental class. The object of this research is the medium of audio system installation props. The results of the media test percentage assessment amounted to 88% and the presentation of the material test amounted to 78%, both obtained very decent criteria. The average increase of experimental class learning results was 77.33, while the control class was only 71.47. T test result for post-test value obtained 3.40. The results of the N-gain test calculation obtained an average gain of 0.298 for the control class with a low increase and 0.404 for the experimental class with a moderate increase. The results proved that the installation equipment Media Car audio system is an effective medium to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract:
This study aimed to describe the correlation between electrical drawing learning outcomes and student motivation to work with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes of class XI TITL of SMKN 55 Jakarta with a sample of 92 students using the ex-post facto research method. The data analysis were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Based on the result of the analysis of these data, there is a linear and normal distribution. This research using method of hypothesis is Product Moment Correlation. Based on the result, the correlation value are ryx1=0,400, ryx2=0,334, ryx1x2=0,513, rtable=0,205 (rcount > rtable 5%) means (1) There is a positive correlation of engineering draw learning outcomes with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes. (2) There is positive correlation of student work motivation with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes (3) There is positive correlation of engineering draw learning outcomes and student work motivation with electrical lighting installation learning outcomes. Based on result, the higher electrical drawing learning outcomes and student motivation to work are then electrical lighting installation learning outcomes of class XI TITL of SMKN 55 Jakarta as well. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan hasil belajar gambar teknik dan motivasi kerja siswa dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik kelas XI TITL di SMKN 55 Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 92 siswa yang menggunakan metode penelitian ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengujian prasyarat analisis menyatakan bahwa data penelitian bersifat linier dan berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunaka n uji korelasi product moment. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini terlihat dari nilai korelasi ryx1=0,400, ryx2=0,334, ryx1x2=0,513 dengan rtabel=0,205 (rhitung > rtabel 5%) yang artinya (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara hasil belajar gambar teknik dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi kerja siswa dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara hasil belajar gambar teknik dan motivasi kerja siswa dengan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik kelas XI TITL di SMKN 55 Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi hasil belajar gambar teknik dan motivasi kerja siswa maka akan meningkat pula hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Penerangan Listrik di SMK Negeri 55 Jakarta.

AbstractCibeet Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) Bandung Regency is one of the wastewater treatment infrastructures in Bandung Regency. The purpose of this research is to see the performance of Cibee FSTP assets based on three measurement dimensions which include: technical, economic, and environmental dimensions. This type of research method is a descriptive method. Qualitative approach analysis techniques and quantitative approaches. The results of the performance evaluation from the technical dimension explain that the technical performance is poor. The evaluation results from the economic dimension show that economic performance is poor. AbstrakInstalasi Pengolahan Lumpur Tinja (IPLT) Cibeet Kabupaten Bandung merupakan salah satu infrastruktur pengolahan air limbah di Kabupaten Bandung. Background: Radiotherapy is a radiation therapy action using ionizing radiation. To obtain the maximum dose of radiation in the tumour and the lowest possible dose on critical organs required a technique of radiation technique 3 Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy (3DCRT). Radiotherapy Unit Radiology Installation Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta using 3DCRT technique. This research aims to know the radiotherapy procedure on paranasal sinus cancer using 3DCRT technique, to know the implementation of bolus beam modifier and dose optimization with the addition of electron radiation.Methods: The type of research in this thesis is qualitative research with case study approach. The research was conducted at Radiotherapy Unit Radiology Installation Dr Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta after published Ethical Clearance. Methods of data collection in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation.Result: The results of this study indicate that the radiotherapy procedure in paranasal sinus cancer using 3DCRT technique can produce a homogeneous dose distribution, the implementation of bolus beam modifier is capable of generating dosage homogeneity on uneven target surfaces, and the distribution of doses with electron radiation on the target in the surface area can be optimal.Conclusion: With these techniques, the goal of radiotherapy can be achieved is to give the maximum dose in the tumour and the minimum dose possible in healthy tissue located in the vicinity.

Abstract:
Electrical energy is one of the vital needs that cannot be separated from the needs of everyday life. In energy use, a protection in the electrical installation system is needed for safety related to electricity, among others, to avoid the danger of touch voltage. Protection intended in this electricity system is to provide a protection system to realize reliable and safe conditions, both for workers and the general public, in accordance with General Standard of Electrical Instalation PUIL 2011 and the Electricity Law of 2002. Activities are carried out in Semparu Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency, through counseling, training and direct measurement of detainee detention. With the aim of providing installation techniques according to standards and grounding systems for security of installation of touch stresses that are harmful to human safety. Based on the results of the evaluation, the mean pretest score of 39.375 was 65.3 in the posttest mean or there was an increase in basic understanding and further participants by 72%. The results of the grounding resistance test at the village office in Semparu with the earth tester obtained a mean yield of 4.2 Ω with a post depth of 1.5 m with the wet soil type of the former rice field already in accordance with the PUIL 2011 standard which is smaller than 5 Ω

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap akuisisi kompetensi keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik pada siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan untuk memperoleh kompetensi melalui kegiatan praktik kerja industri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pembimbing industri, pembimbing siswa dari sekolah, dan siswa peserta praktik kerja industri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman, meliputi pengumpulan data, data condensation, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) proses yang dilalui siswa dalam memperoleh kompetensi dapat dilihat dari tiga aspek, yaitu: aspek pengetahuan (mengamati, diskusi, dan mencoba), aspek keterampilan (siswa mengamati, pembimbing memberikan contoh, siswa mendiagnosis permasalahan, siswa mengerjakan, siswa bertanya, dan pembimbing mengecek hasil pekerjaan) dan aspek sikap (tuntutan, adopsi, dan terbiasa); dan (2) kompetensi yang diperoleh siswa dapat dilihat dari tiga aspek, yaitu: aspek pengetahuan (dunia kerja, bersosialisasi, melayani pelanggan, bekerja dalam tim, dan pengetahuan di bidang ketenagalistrikan), aspek keterampilan (bersosialisasi, melayani pelanggan, bekerja dalam tim, dan keterampilan dibidang keahlian ketenagalistrikan), dan aspek sikap (disiplin, bekerja keras, tanggung jawab, minat bekerja, dan minat berwirausaha). The research used the qualitative case study approach. The informants of this research were industrial mentors, school mentors, and students who participated in the industrial job practice. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and observation. The data analysis technique adopted the interactive analysis model of Miles & Huberman which included data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The result of this research showed that: (1) the process through which the students acquired competence could be seen from three aspects: aspect of knowledge (observing, discussing, and practicing); aspect of skills (students observed, supervisor gave examples, students diagnosed problems, students began working, students asked questions, and mentors checked the results of the work); and aspect of attitude (demand, adoption, and habit); and (2) the competence the students obtained could be seen from three aspects: aspects of knowledge (the world of work, socializing, serving customers, working in teams, and knowledge in the field of electric power), aspects of skills (socializing, serve customers, work in teams, and expertise in the field of electric power), and aspects of attitude (disciplined, hard-working, responsible, interested in working, and interested in entrepreneurship). Dalam penelitian ini bangunan apung yang ditinjau adalah SPAR dengan diameter 25m x tinggi 100 m dan 5m sarat air yang akan ditempatkan pada lokasi tertentu dengan tinggi gelombang signifikan (Hs) mencapai 3 meter, periode gelombang (Tp) bervariasi antara 6s sampai 10s, kecepatan arus 0.4 m/s, dan kecepatan angin 26 knots. Dengan pendekatan teknis secara benar maka konsep instalasi floatover dapat dilakukan daripada menggunakan metode instalasi heavy lift. Analisa floatover telah dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak MOSES dan hasilnya menunjukkan jenis instalasi ini dapat dikerjakan sebagai alternatif yang bagus untuk instalasi topside pada fasilitas terapung lepas pantai. Hasil untuk kondisi ekstrem saat instalasi menunjukkan nilai maksimum RMS roll, pitch, dan heave adalah 1.11 degree, 1.13 degree, dan 0.057g secara berurutan. Nilai maksimum tersubut terjadi saat tahap instalasi docking stage.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Life Skill untuk siswa SMK Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi dari model ADDIE. Selanjutnya dilakukan validasi pada media yang telah dirancang. hasil penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan media pembelajaran berada dalam kategori Sangat Baik, berdasarkan penilaian dan validasi dari ahli media, ahli materi dan respon siswa. Hasil validasi dari ahli Media memperoleh rata-rata 93,33%, ahli materi 88,33% dan respon siswa sebagai pengguna adalah 90%. Dengan hasil ini, media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan materi dan kompetensi yang akan dicapai. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Life Skill, SMK, Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Abstract: Learning media is an option to support a fun and interesting learning process for students and also strengthen motivation, and to instill understanding in students about the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to develop Life Skill-based interactive learning media for Vocational High School Electrical Power Installation Engineering students. This study uses a research and development model. The learning media development procedure used in this study adapted from the ADDIE model. Furthermore, validation is carried out on the media that has been designed. The results of this study are the development of learning media in the Very Good category, based on the assessment and validation of media experts, material experts and student responses. The results of the validation of the media expert obtained an average of 93.33%, the material expert was 88.33% and the student response as a user was 90%. With these results, the learning media developed can be applied in the teaching and learning process in accordance with the material and competencies to be achieved.. Motivation to study is the change of energy in an individual that can be signed with the emergence of feelings and reaction to reach goals. While self-discipline is a circumstance which form through a process that shows the values of self-confession, obedience, regularity, and orderliness to the applicable regulation, and to support good learning outcome should have motivation to study and also a good self-discipline. This study aim to find out the relation between motivation to study and self-discipline with the learning outcome in electrical motor installation subject. The population of this study is the whole electrical installation expertise program’s student in SMK Kapin. While the used sample is all the student who already got electrical motor installation subject as many as 60 students. The used method in this research is expost facto which used quantitative approach. The primary data is the motivation to study and self-discipline data, while the secondary data is the learning outcome data. The data analysis technique that used is hypothesis test and F-test that previously done prerequisite analysis test using normality test and linearity test. The calculation result shows that the hypothesis test with 5% of significant level obtained rcount = 0,6 and rtable = 0,254, because rcount > rtable , then the Fcount =16,03 and Ftable = 3,15 which mean Fcount > Ftable so it can be concluded that there is a significant relation between the motivation to study and self- discipline with the learning outcome of electrical motor installation practice in electrical installation expertise SMK Kapin Jakarta. ABTRAK Motivasi belajar aSdalah perubahan energi dalam diri seseorang yang ditandai dengan timbulnya perasaan dan reaksi untuk mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan disiplin diri adalah suatu kondisi yang terbentuk melalui proses yang menunjukan nilai-nilai pengakuan diri sendiri, ketaatan , kepatuhan, keteraturan, dan ketertiban kepada peraturan yang berlaku, dan untuk mendukung hasil belajar yang baik harus memiliki motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri yang baik juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum siswa dalam mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa program keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik SMK Kapin, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik sebanyak 60 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian primer adalah data motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri, sedangkan data sekunder adalah data hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-F yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,6 dan nilai rtabel = 0,254, karena nilai rhitung > rtabel , kemudian nilai Fhitung sebesar 16,03 dan nilai Ftabel = 3,15 yang berarti Fhitung > Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum instalasi motor listrik Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Kapin Jakarta .

This condition gives an indication that the regional concession (sub-district) of Segorotambak Village has strategic function and role. While seen from the boundaries of the administrative area of Segorotambak Village are: North side: Tambakoso Village / Sungai Buntung, East: Madura Strait, South side: Banjar Kemuning Village and Juanda Airport, West: Pranti Village and Tambak Sawah Village. The problem is access to technology in this village is still lacking with the lack of facilities such as cafe, hotspot, place of printing and others. In addition, the majority of the villagers' education is only graduated from elementary school, where they prefer to work after graduating from primary school and do not continue to the higher level. As an evaluation, we lecturers from the Department of Electrical Engineering, FTI, ITATS held a community service activity as a form of dharma of three universities, packaged in real work college activities (KKN) - community empowerment learning (PPM) to Karang Taruna as the target audience community by holding "Services To The Community, Knowledge Based Electrical And Computer Engineering".The final result shows that the villagers of Segoro Tambak who are not familiar with the basic electronics knowledge of the participants of Karang Taruna have started to be trained and develop skills in basic electronics. In the field of computer through this training, they are able to understand and operate Microsoft Excel and Microsft Word, properly and correctly. In the knowledge dissemination of electric power installations, Segoro Tambak villagers have had the awareness to apply and pay attention to the safety, safety in installation and usage of electricity in their own homes. Residents are expected to install the correct electrical halcyon for safety.

One of the problems faced by PLN is the high non-technical shrinkage of potential AMR customers due to installation and maintenance errors. This problem certainly has a solution that can be used so that non-technical losses can be suppressed. Based on the theory of electric energy calculation, from the voltage, current and power factor, it can be seen that the energy consumption is calculated or paid every month. Then done using the AMR application to monitor and analyze the use of electrical energy to potential customers with known data sources. Monitoring with this AMR application can make it easier to determine electrical energy deviations that have not been measured by the kWh meter, so as to accelerate normalization in case of errors or anomalies in the kWh meter. The results of the study explained that an abnormality was found due to the reverse polarity of the CT causing losses to the PLN which resulted in a subsequent bill of PT. The object of this research is the learning media in the form of software electrical control techniquessimulator subjects electrical motor installation. The subjects in this study were students of grade XI Electrical Installation Engineering at SMKN 1Percut Sei Tuan, with a sample of Class XI TITL 2 research. The results showed that in general, the learning media of Electrical Control Techniques Simulator simulation software has a significant influence on students' learning outcomes. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi. seluruh yang di infus di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon pada bulan April 2013. Teknik sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus minimal sample size kemudian pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random, berjumlah sampel 78 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, sebelum digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisa data terdiri dari analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gambaran pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik berada kategori cukup berjumlah 33 orang (42,3%). Gambaran kepuasan pasien berada pada kategori Puas berjumlah 40 orang (51,3%). Ada hubungan pelaksanaan komunikasi terapeutik pada pemasangan infus dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang UGD Rumah Sakit Tentara Ciremai Kota Cirebon tahun 2013 dengan χ2hitung (18,545)>χ2tabel (12,6) dan ρ value = 0,005(ρ<0,050).Kata Kunci : komunikasi terapeutik, kepuasan, pemasangan infus ABSTRACTNurse communications with the patient in several health services especially in hospital are just focusing in their job descriptions; it makes informational incompleteness care to be provided. This research is study about the relationship between the therapeutic communications of infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon in 2013. The purpose of this research is to know about the relationship between the therapeutic communications of infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon This research using descriptive correlation analytic method from all the patients in the emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon who had infusion installation, within April 2013. Sampling technique taken by minimizes sampling size and randomly taken, total samples are 78 persons. Questioners were used as a research instrument, which has passed validity and reliability test before. Univariate and bivariate data analysis were used as a data analytic technique. From this research comes a results that the implementation of therapeutic communications is in “enough” level for 33 person or 42.3% and in “satisfied” level for 40 persons or 51.3%. There are found relationship between the implementation of therapeutic communication in infusion installation with the patient satisfaction in emergency room of RST Ciremai Cirebon in 2013 with χ2count (18,545)>χ2tabel (12,6) and ρ value = 0,005(ρ<0,050).Keyword : therapeutic communication, satisfaction, infusion installation

ABSTRACT This research aims to evaluate the completeness level of equipments standard of engineering elevtrical power’s installation in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School, which was ruled in the Ministry of Education’s rules No. 1 2019 and The National Standardization Agency of Indonesia No. 1103-P2-18/19 about the Verification Instruments of Vocational High School, The Organizer of Vocational Practice Exam 2018/2019.This is an evaluative research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The evaluative model used was a discrepancy evaluation model, which was developed by M. Provus. The variable in this research is the equipment of electricity power’s installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi. The methods of collecting the data were three types: observation method, documentation, and interviews. The instrument used was collecting the data using observation paper and list of matched documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is rating scale.The result shows that the reaching of equipment of elecrical power installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi in academic year of 2018/2019 was categorized as complete with the 89,36%. percentages. The completeness was reviewed from the equipments in practice room as complete (88.5%), the equipments of learning media room is complete (100%), the main equipment of practice is complete (93%), and for the main substance of practice room is complete (88.2%),also for the equipment support is compelete (77.1%). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kelengkapan standar peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi yang diatur dalam Permendiknas No. 1 tahun 2019 dan Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan No. 1103-P2-18/19 mengenai Instrumen Verifikasi SMK Tentang Penyelenggara Ujian Praktik Kejuruan Tahun 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi kesenjangan (discrepancy evaluation model) yang dikembangkan oleh M. Provus. Variabel penelitian ini adalah peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga macam, yaitu metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan daftar cocok dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rating scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian kelengkapan peralatan praktik teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dikategorikan sangat lengkap dengan persentase 89,36%. Kelengkapan di tinjau dari perabotan ruang praktik yaitu 88.5% (sangat lengkap), media pembelajaran ruang praktik 100% (sangat lengkap), peralatan utama praktik 93% (sangat lengkap), bahan utama ruang praktik 88.2% (sangat lengkap) dan peralatan pendukung ruang praktik 77.1% (lengkap).

Abstract The Relationship Between Experiences of Industrial Work Practices and Learning Achievement with Work Readiness of Greade XI Students of Electrical Power Installation Techniques in SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta. The research method used in this study uses a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in the study were 55 students of class X Electric Power Installation Engineering.The results showed that the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between the experience of industrial work practices with work readiness, the results of tcount test (3.02)> ttable (2.00) with a contribution of 14.64%; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning achievement and student work readiness, test results of tcount (2.16)> ttable (2.00) with a contribution of 8,45%; (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between industry work practice experience and learning achievement with student work readiness, the results of tcount (4,92.92)> ttable (3.16) with a contribution of 15.20%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja, hasil pengujian thitung (3,02) > ttabel (2,00) dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,64%; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar dengan hasil belajar rangkaian listrik, hasil pengujian thitung (2,16) > ttabel (2,00) dengan kontribusi sebesar 8,45%; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalalam praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar dengankesiapan kerja siswa, hasil pengujian thitung (4,92) > ttabel (3,16) dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,20%.

ABSTRACT This research was to aimed at finding out the relationships between environment of study and discipline of study towards student study results of electricity lighting installation subject an expertise program of electricity power installation technique class XII at SMK Karya Guna Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class XII TITL at SMK Karya Guna Jakarta as many as 31 people. Data collection methods for family environment variables and learning independence using questionnaire models with Likert Scale, while for the variable learning achievement of productive subjects using the method of documentation in the form of pure value Mid-Term Exams. The results showed that the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% obtained rcount = 0,780 and value of rtable = 0,355 where rcount > rtable shows that there is a relationship between variables, then the value of Fcount = 21,75 and Ftable = 3.33 where Fcount > Ftable shows that there is a significance between variables and a determination value of 0,505 which shows the environment of study and discipline of study that have the same relationship to student study results. Metode pengambilan data untuk variabel lingkungan belajar dan disiplin belajar menggunakan kuesioner model angket dengan Skala Likert, sedangkan untuk variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa nilai Ujian Tengah Semester. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,780 dan nilai rtabel = 0,355 dimana rhitung > rtabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antar variabel, kemudian nilai Fhitung = 21,75 dan Ftabel = 3,33 dimana Fhitung > Ftabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat signifikansi antar variabel dan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,505 yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh sebesar 61% terhadap hasil belajar.

Safety Culture Assesment Review Team (SCART) adalah metode untuk memberikan penilaian mandiri yang valid pada budaya keselamatan dalam organisasi yang mengelola instalasi yang memiliki potensi bahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat budaya keselamatan pada organisasi yang mengelola instalasi nuklir di Indonesia dengan menggunakan SCART, dan mengidentifikasi atribut atribut budaya keselamatan yang memerlukan perbaikan. SCART terdiri atas lima karakteristik budaya keselamatan yang dibentuk dari 37 atribut. Tiap atribut memiliki bobot kepentingan yang ditentukan dengan teknik AHP perbandingan berpasangan. Penilaian kondisi atribut oleh responden yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Kuisioner disusun pada penilaian skala likert 1 sampai 5. Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi budaya keselamatan meraih skor 626.77 menduduki peringkat C yang berarti “kinerja keselamatan di bawah ketentuan yang disyaratkan dan akan menyebabkan risiko pelanggaran terhadap kepatuhan persyaratan keselamatan”. Atribut budaya keselamatan yang memiliki nilai rendah diantaranya kurangnya kepercayaan antar bagian dalam organisasi, kurangnya kompetensi individu dan kurangnya kepatuhan terhadap peraturan. Maka perlu dilakukan upaya upaya untuk meningkatkan kondisi dari ketiga atribut tersebut dalam organisasi. Abstract The Safety Culture Assessment Review Team (SCART) is a method to provide independent assessments that apply to safety culture within organizations that operate potentially hazardous installations. This study aims to determine the level of safety culture in organization that operate nuclear installation in Indonesia by using SCART method, and identification of safety culture attributes that require improvement. SCART consists of five safety culture characteristics that are formed from 37 attributes. Each attribute has a weight of importance determined by pairwise comparison using AHP techniques. Respondents selected by purposive sampling. Questionnaire prepared on the likert scale 1 to 5. The results research conclude that the implementation of safety culture reached a score of 626.77 was ranked C class which means “Safety performance under the conditions required and will cause the risk of violation of compliance with safety requirements”. Safety culture attribute that has low value are lack of trust between the parts of the organization, lack of individual competence and lack of regulatory compliance. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan asesmen instalatur listrik (AILIS) berbasis industri jasa konstruksi ketenagalistrikan. Penelitian AILIS dikembangkan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu: desain atau perencanaan, uji coba terbatas, dan uji coba diperluas. Tahap desain meliputi: kegiatan prasurvei, studi hasil-hasil penelitian, analisis masalah, dan analisis kinerja instalatur listrik. Kegiatan tahap uji coba terbatas meliputi: validasi pakar dan pengguna, analisis dan revisi. Uji coba diperluas meliputi: pengumpulan data, analisis, revisi, dan diseminasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Subjek uji coba berjumlah 210 responden para manajer perusahaan industri usaha jasa konstruksi ketenagalistrikan di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Teknik analisis data untuk memvalidasi bahwa AILIS yang dihasilkan fit digunakan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan AILIS sangat baik untuk mengakses kinerja instalatur listrik industi usaha jasa konstruksi ketenagalistrikan, dengan indikator perancangan instalasi listrik, pengkonstruksian instalasi listrik, komisioning instalasi listrik, pengoperasian, dan pemeliharaan instalasi listrik.Kata kunci: asesmen, confirmatory factor analysis, instalatur listrik AN ASSESSMENT OF ELECTRICITY CONSTRUCTION BASED ON THE NEED OF SERVICE INDUSTRY OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLER Abstract The aim of this research was to produces an assessment of electricity construction service industrial needs-based electrical installer (AILIS). The research was developed through three stages, namely: the design, the limited trial, and expanded trials. The design consists of: pre-survey, studies on the research findings, problem analysis and analysis of electric installer performance. The limited trial included: validation of the AILIS through expert judgment and the user, analysis and revision. The expanded trial included: data collecting, analysis, revision, and dissemination. The research instruments consisting of a questionnaire and observation sheets were distributed to capture the data needed for the analysis. The subjects for the implementation were 210 respondents as the managers of electricity construction service industrial companies in West Sumatra Province. The CFA was used to verify that the developed model fit the AILIS. The finding shows that AILIS is excellent at assessing electrical installer performance in the electricity construction service industry, with indicator the design of electrical installation, the construction of electrical installation, the commissioning of electrical installation, the operation, and the maintenance of electrical installation. Abstract: This study aims to identify the hygiene and sanitation of food processing in the Installation Nutrition Regional General Hospital Gambiran Kediri. This type of research is descriptive observational. The study population was food handlers in the Installation Nutrition totaling 29 respondents composed of 20 food processors and renderers 9 lodging in Graha Wijaya Kusuma. By using sampling techniques was obtained total number of samples, namely 29 respondents. Installation of Nutrition showed that in hospitals Gambiran of Kediri in the category qualify yet because there are still 20.7% handlers who had suffered from typhoid and tuberculosis suspect 3.4%, 100% handlers do not have a course certificate hygiene and sanitation, 3.4% handlers who did not have a medical examination and medical examination of books and 44.8% handlers have never been vaccinated, 91.4% food management in the category qualify, as well as 95% of food processing equipment in the category qualify. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the project based learning (PJBL) learning model on the learning outcomes of electric power installation in class XI TITL at SMK. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a Posttest Only Control Group Design model. The number of research subjects was 62 students, consisting of 32 students of class XI TITL 1 as the experimental class and 32 students of class XI TITL 2 as the control class. The data collection technique used was a multiple choice written test which had been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and differentiation power. The results showed that the learning outcomes of the project based learning model showed that the students' average score in the experimental class was 77.33 while the control class was 71.16. From the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test, it is obtained tcount 3.261 and ttable is 1.670, then tcount> ttable or 3.261> 1.670, so it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted while rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho) in other words the learning outcomes of class XI students. System Management K3 (SMK3) to create a safety and health system by involving elements of management, labor, conditions and an integrated work environment in order to prevent and reduce accidents and occupational diseases. One of the causes of work accidents of the many causes that should be a concern is the danger that can be caused by the leaking gas LPG installation. Such hazards may cause explosions to fire that may threaten the safety of workers in companies using LPG gas for their production processes. The system in this study was designed to monitor and provide gas leak warnings to leaked LPG gas installations and promptly take prompt and automatic precautions. With the development of warning gas monitoring via android raspberry-based pi is expected to improve the security system and reduce therisk of work accident caused by LPG gas. <span>The installation of small-scale solar photovoltaic system has recently gaining popularity in Malaysia mainly driven by the Feed-in Tariff scheme. Given its relatively small generation capacity, the single-phase solar inverters are not required to comply with power quality standard. Neverthelss, the impact of small-scale solar system on the grid could become significant when the penetration is increasing over the years. In this regard, this paper presents a case study on the influence of single-phase grid-connected solar photovoltaic systems on the total harmonic distortion for current at the point of common coupling. Field measurements have been carried out for a total of 12 single-phase solar systems which were installed at three different locations at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. Detailed analyses have been performed to characterize the aggregated current harmonic performance for the overall system. The findings from the presented case study suggest that the current quality from the inverter is highly dependent on the level of inverter output. Untuk itu perlu studi analisa kelayakan untuk pembangunan biodigester dari segi teknis, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Proses pekerjaan teknik pada analisa teknik digunakan untuk menentukan jenis digester dan penempatan yang sesuai dan efisien diperoleh dari biaya operasional, luas lahan dan kapasitas produksi. Dari survei analisa teknik didapatkan jenis instalasi reaktor yang dipilih yaitu Cover Lagoon Anaerobic Reactor (Colar) termodifikasi dengan model portable kapasitas 200 liter. Pada studi analisa ekonomi digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pembangunan Biodigester dalam menentukan rincian anggaran biaya dan didapatkan harga Rencana anggaran biaya senilai Rp. 2.301.000,- dan investasi dalam jangka 5 tahun ke depan dengan parameter Net Present Value (NPV)= Rp 7.512.000,- (bernilai positif), Probality Indeks (PI)= 3,2 ≥ 1 dalam jangka investasi, Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) pada suku bunga yang berlaku secara umum NPV bernilai positif dan tidak ditemukan IRR dan Payback Periode (PP) = 1,3 Tahun (≤ jangka investasi 5 tahun) usaha kembali modal. Analisa kelayakan lingkungan didapatkan hasil bahwa outer biodigester aman dan bau sedikit menyengat serta berkurangnya limbah cair pabrik tahu, penanganan dari outer tersebut adalah di jalur khusus ke drainase tertutup atau pipa ke tempat pembuangan akhir atau tangki septik tertutup. ABSTRACTThe impact of the tofu processing industry is their liquid waste which mostly causes problems. Tofu liquid waste can be used as biogas. For that, we need a feasibility study for the development of a Biodigester from a technical, economic, and environmental perspective. The process of technical analysis is used to determine the type of digester and the suitable and efficient place, obtained from operational costs, land area, and production capacity. From the technical analysis study, the selected type of reactor installation was obtained, namely the modified Cover Lagoon Anaerobic Reactor (Colar) with a portable model with a capacity of 200 liters. The economic analysis study is used to determine the feasibility of the Biodigester development in determining the detail of cost budget and it reached Rp. 2.301.000.00, - and the investment in the next 5 years with the parameter Net Present Value (NPV) = Rp. 7.512.000.00 (positive value), the probability Index (PI) = 3.2 ≥ 1 in the investment term, the internal Rate Of Return (IRR) is generally positive at the applicable interest rate, and there is no IRR and Payback Period (PP) = 1.3 years (≤ 5 years investment) of the return on investment. The environmental analysis study resulted that the outer biodigester is safe and smells a bit sting to reduce the liquid waste from the tofu factory. Those handling of the outer is located in a special route pipe to the final landfills site or closed septic tank.

However, not all industries or electricity users can enjoy three-phase resources because the installation is quite expensive. So that the use of a single phase to three phase electric converter is needed. One alternative that can be done is by making an inverter. The inverter is a hardware device that functions to convert direct current (DC) voltage into alternating current (AC) voltage. From the 220 VAC voltage enter the step up transformer then to the rectifier circuit so that the voltage generated is 380V. Then IC 555 is used as a box wave generator with a frequency output of 322.7 Hz. Then the output goes into the IC 74175 flip-flop circuit as a phase shift that produces three outputs, where each output has a high and low value with a frequency of 53.8 Hz. The purpose of this research is to design, to build, and to test vibration, sound and temperature control devices on Motor on 3-phases motor for damage to a arduino based 3-phase induction motor. The research is conducted in the Motor Installation Lab. 1st floor Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. At June 2019 until December 2019.This research uses engineering methods. The research subjects used are AC motors. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques namely laboratory observation using testing instruments.The results showed that the device can measure the level of vibration and sound (noise) of the motor through the LOW and HIGH conditions of the vibration sensor and sound sensor, while the device can measure the level of the motor temperature through data from the LM35 temperature sensor. So it can be concluded that the vibration, sound and temperature gauges can function well in motor damage indications. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan membuat alat pengatur getaran, suara dan suhu motor induksi 3-phasa sebagai indikasi kerusakan pada motor induksi 3-phasa berbasis arduino. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Instalasi Motor Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada Bulan Juni 2019 sampai Desember 2019.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa teknik. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu motor AC induksi 3-phasa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi laboratorium menggunakan instrumen pengujian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat dapat mengukur tingkat getaran dan suara (noise) motor melalui kondisi LOW dan HIGH dari sensor getaran dan sensor suara, sedangkan alat dapat mengukur tingkat suhu motor melalui data dari sensor suhu LM35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat pengukur getaran, suara dan suhu dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mengindikasi kerusakan motor.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat permasalahan persepsi siswa tentang kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dengan rendahnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Penerangan Listrik (IPL), yang dibatasi di Kompetensi Dasar memahami instalasi penerangan 1 fasa sesuai dengan PUIL. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 orang dari siswa kelas XI TITL SMK N 1 Sumbar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Uji coba instrument dilakukan kepada 32 orang siswa kelas XI TITL di SMK N 5 Padang. Hasil analisis data didapatkan persepsi siswa tentang kemapuan guru dalam mengelola kelas kelas XI TITL di SMK N 1 Sumbar berada pada kategori cukup. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefesien korelasi persepsi siswa tentang kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,818, dimana harga rtabel = 0,344, karena rhitung > rtabel dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI TITL SMK N 1 Sumbar. This study aims to see the problem of students' perceptions of the teacher's ability to manage the classroom with low learning outcomes in the subject of Electric Lighting Installation (IPL), which is limited in Basic Competency to understand the one phase lighting installation in accordance with PUIL. The research used is quantitative research that is correlational population in this study were 33 people from class XI students of TITL SMK N 1 West Sumatra. Sampling technique with total sampling technique. Instrument testing was conducted for 32 students of TITL class XI in SMK N 5 Padang. The results of the data analysis showed that students' perceptions of the teacher's ability to manage class XI TITL classes in SMK N 1 West Sumatra were in the sufficient category. The results obtained by the correlation coefficient value of students 'perceptions about the ability of teachers to manage classes with student learning outcomes of 0.818, where the price of rtable = 0.344, because r count> r table can be concluded there is a relationship between students' perceptions of the teacher's ability to manage classes with student learning outcomes of class XI TITL SMK N 1 West Sumatra.

ABSTRAKKualitas asuhan keperawatan menjadi elemen kunci mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Fenomena yang terjadi di instalasi rawat jalan ialah pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang sangat minim. Tujuan penelitian: mengoptimalkan pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan di instalasi rawat jalan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan studi pilot, identifikasi masalah dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan pengisian kuesioner kepada 28 perawat. Analisis masalah dilakukan dengan metode fish bone, pemecahan masalah menggunakan metode plan, do, check, action. Hasil: Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan perawat terhadap proses asuhan keperawatan sebelum (17,80%), sesudah implementasi (82,3%), dan didapati empat faktor yang memengaruhi pemberian asuhan di instalasi rawat jalan, yaitu sumber daya manusia, sistem kerja yang jelas antarbagian, dokumentasi manual di luar keperawatan, dan fasilitas dan sarana yang kurang memadai. Diskusi: pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan membutuhkan dukungan manajemen. Kesimpulan: sebaiknya manajer melakukan perencanaan untuk peningkatan kualitas asuhan keperawatan melalui pengarahan pelayanan kepada visi rumah sakit, peningkatan pendidikan, peningkatan motivasi, dan berkoordinasi dalam pengadaan fasilitas dan sistem layanan guna optimalisasi pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan.Kata kunci: asuhan keperawatan, pengelolaan, rawat jalan.OPTIMIZATION OF NURSING CARE MANAGEMENT AT OUTPATIENT INSTALLATION OF X HOSPITALAbstractThe quality of nursing care is a key element of hospital service quality. A phenomenon that occurs in outpatient care is providing nursing care at the minimum. Objective: To optimize the nursing care management t outpatient installation. Methods: This study employed pilot study, identifying problem using structured interview technique, observation, and filling out questionnaires to 28 nurses. Problems were analyzed using fish bone and solved using plan, do, check, action method. Results: There was an increase in nurses’ knowledge about the process of nursing care before (17.80%) and after the implementation (82.3%), and there were 4 factors that affected the provision of care in outpatient installation, namely human resources, a clear job system between departments, manual documentation beyond nursing, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Discussion: Nursing care management requires support from the management. Conclusion: Managers should plan on increasing the quality ofnursing care by directing services to the vision of the hospital, improving education, increasing motivation, and coordinating in the procurement of facilities and service systems in order to optimize the nursing care management.Keywords: nursing care, management, outpatient

The decrease in the performance of the vehicle is influenced by several factors such as low air pressure entering the throttle body . The purpose of this research is to improve vehicle performance again. This study used an experimental method conducted at the UNP Automotive Engineering Vehicle Testing Workshop using a Toyota Avanza 1300 CC vehicle, power and torque research was carried out by adding a turbo cyclone. Research data collection was carried out three times in each test. The results of research that has been carried out on the Toyota Avanza 1300 CC vehicle. 1) Installation of a turbo cyclone at a slope of 55o is the biggest increase in power, which is 3.3 Kw / 4.422 Hp. 2) Installation of a turbo cyclone at a slope of 65o, the largest increase in torque, which is 7.3 Nm. From the use of a turbo cylone so as to make air pressure increase, it affects torque and power. Penurunan kinerja dari kendaraan dipengaruhi beberapa faktor seperti rendahnya tekanan udara yang masuk kedalam throttle body . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kembali performa kendaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dilakukan di Workshop Pengujian Kendaraan Teknik Otomotif UNP dengan menggunakan kendaraan Toyota Avanza 1300 CC, penelitian daya dan torsi dilakukan dengan menambahkan turbo cyclone. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan tiga kali pada tiap pengujian. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada kendaraan Toyota Avanza 1300 CC. 1) Pemasangan turbo cyclone pada kemiringan 55o, menjadi peningkatan daya paling besar yaitu sebesar 3,3 Kw / 4,422 Hp. 2) Pemasangan turbo cyclone pada kemiringan 65o, menjadi peningkatan torsi paling besar yaitu sebesar 7,3 Nm. Dari penggunaan turbo cylone sehingga membuat tekanan udara meningkat mempengaruhi torsi dan daya.

Spinal adalah lokasi yang paling umum untuk metastasis tulang. Metastasis spine dapat menyebabkan nyeri, ketidakstabilan tulang belakang dan cedera neurologis lainnya. Pada operasi tumor spinal metastasis pendekatan pembedahan menjadi hal penting baik bagi ahli bedah saraf maupun neuroanestesi. Pada kasus ini laki-laki 60 tahun dengan tumor ekstradura metastasis torakal akan menjalani operasi pengangkatan tumor dan stabilisasi dengan pendekatan posterolateralextracavity untuk mendapat akses yang optimal ke bagian ventral spinal bagian torakal atas. Pasien di induksi dengan fentanil 200 mcg dan propofol 100 mg, fasilitasi intubasi dengan rocuronium 50 mg dan pemasangan double lumen tube kiri, posisi lateral dekubitus. Ketika dilakukan ventilasi satu paru pasien mengalami kejadian desaturasi oksigen sampai 93%, dilakukan penyesuaian mode ventilator sebagai penanganannya. Pascaoperasi pasien tidak diekstubasi dan menjalani perawatan diruangan intensif selama dua hari dan dipulangkan pada hari ke 13. Tatakelola kasus ini difokuskan pada penilaian preoperatif, pengaruh posisi lateral dekubitus dan teknik anestesi satu paru terhadap fungsi respirasi dan kardiovaskular. Risiko hipoksemia akibat ketidaksesuaian ventilasi / perfusi yang menyebabkan gangguan oksigenisasi dan perfusi terhadap otak dan medulla spinalis, sehingga diperlukan tatakelola ventilasi mekanik, monitoring intraoperasi yang berhubungan dengan kaidah-kaidah neuroproteksi terhadap otak dan medulla spinalis. Management of Mechanical Ventilation in the Removal of Thoracal Extradura Metastatic Tumors with One Lung Anesthesia Technique in Decubitus Lateral PositionAbstractThe spine is the most common location for bone metastases. Spine metastases can cause pain, spinal instability and other neurological injuries. In spinal metastatic tumor surgery a surgical approach is important for both neurosurgeons and neuroanesthesiologists. In this case, a 60-year-old man with a thoracic metastatic extradura tumor would undergo tumor removal and stabilization with the posterolateralextracavity approach to obtain optimal access to the ventral spinal ventral region. Patients were induced with 200 mcg fentanyl and propofol 100 mg, facilitation of intubation with 50 mg rocuronium and installation of the left double lumen tube, lateral decubitus position. When one lung is ventilated, the patient experiences an oxygen desaturation event of up to 93%, adjusting the ventilator mode as a treatment. Postoperatively the patient was not extubated and underwent intensive care for two days and was discharged on day 13. The case management focused on preoperative assessment, the influence of lateral decubitus position and one-pulmonary anesthetic technique on respiration and cardiovascular function. The risk of hypoxemia due to ventilation / perfusion mismatches that cause oxygenisation and perfusion disorders of the brain and spinal cord, so that management of mechanical ventilation, intraoperative monitoring associated with neuroprotection rules of the brain and spinal cord.

The aims of this study are to : (1) find the necessity of electronic module, (2) find the process of the development module, (3) find the expediency, and (4) find the effectiveness of the electronic module based on Lectora Inspire on the subject Electric Motor Installation. The research method used is Research and Development method, while the product development model uses the ADDIE (Analysis,Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This study uses questionnaire and questions test as the technique of collection data. The results of the study find that : (1) the analysis of the necessity of electronic module shows that as many 100% of the students have not used the electronic module yet, (2) the process of developing the learning as module is done in fivemain stages, which are Analysis,Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, (3) feasibility testing is obtained on average 3,5 with the criteria “Very feasible” and concludes that the electronic module based on Lectora Inspire on teh subject Electric Motor Installation is feasible for learning., and (4) the effectiveness test is done by comparing the posttest grade of the experimental class with the posttest grade of the control class has the result of Tcount = 5,74 with the conlusion that the effectiveness of the use of Electronic Module based Lectora Inspire is higher or equal to the students that do not use the module in improving the learning outcomes of Electronic Motor Installation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) sedangkan model pengembangan produk yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation, dan Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) analisis kebutuhan mengatakan sebanyak 100% siswa belum menggunakan modul elektronik (2) proses pengembangan modul pembelajaran dilakukan dalam lima tahapan utama yaitu Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation, dan Evaluation; (3) pengujian kelayakan didapatkan rata-rata 3,5 dengan kriteria “sangat layak” dan modul elektronik berbasis Lectora Inspire pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran; dan (4) pengujian keefektifan dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai posttest kelas eksperimen dengan nilai posttest kelas kontrol didapatkan hasil nilai

ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung sebagai rumah sakit yang sudah menerapkan Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan mutu pelayanan, terutama mutu pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan petugas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan Penunjang Pelayanan Kegawatdaruratan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan penunjang pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 94 petugas dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas petugas memiliki pengetahuan baik mengenai SPM yaitu sebesar 86,17% sedangkan 13,83% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Dilihat dari tingkat pengetahuan berdasarkan karakteristik, pengetahuan baik sebagian besar pada umur umur ?30 (88,14%), jenis kelamin perempuan (96,23%), pendidikan DIII (87,93%) dan masa kerja >10 tahun (88,46%). Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung, sebaiknya rumah sakit memberikan sosialisasi kepada seluruh petugas mengenai SPM dengan rutin dan terjadwal sehingga petugas mendapatkan informasi mengenai SPM merata. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of officers in the Emergency Installation and Supporting Emergency Services of the Klungkung Regency General Hospital on Minimum Service Standards. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all officers who worked in the Emergency Installation and supporting emergency services. The number of samples in this study were 94 officers with total sample collection techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are by distributing questionnaires and data analysis used is univariate analysis. The results of this study were that the majority of officers had good knowledge of MSS, amounting to 86.17% while 13.83% had poor knowledge. Judging from the level of knowledge based on characteristics, good knowledge is mostly at the age of ?30 (88.14%), female gender (96.23%), DIII education (87.93%) and years of service> 10 years (88, 46%). Suggestions that can be given to the Klungkung Regency Regional General Hospital, the hospital should provide information to all officers on MSS routinely and on a regular basis so that officials get information about SPM evenly. ENGLISHAccessibility to clean water is the right for all citizens. However some parts of the study area have less access to clean water, especially in the dry season. The objectives of the research are: (1) To analyze the performance of policy implementation for PAMSIMAS in the study area; and (2) To analyze the role of PAMSIMAS in providing clean water for community in the study area. This research uses quantitative approach. The data consist of primary and secondary data. The data collection is conducted by observation and interview. The data analysis uses descriptive one. There are five main findings in the research. First, the coverage of PAMSIMAS includes 109 of 406 villages (26.85%). Second, the performance in managing PAMSIMAS is fairly good with score 77.37. Third, output of PAMSIMAS programme in 109 villages includes 14,711 installations for clean water of household. Fourth, PAMSIMAS has a capacity 2,850,040 litre per day. Fifth, cash-flow of PAMSIMAS is Rp729,219,937. INDONESIAAkses air bersih merupakan hak setiap warga negara tetapi sebagian kawasan di area studi mengalami kesulitan akses air bersih, khususnya di musim kemarau. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan: (1) Menganalisa kinerja implementasi kebijakan PAMSIMAS di area studi; dan (2) Menganalisa peran PAMSIMAS dalam penyediaan air bersih bagi masyarakat di area studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dokumen instansi terkait. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Ada beberapa temuan utama dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, coverage PAMSIMAS 109 desa (26,85%) dari total 406 desa/kelurahan di area studi. Kedua, kinerja tata kelola PAMSIMAS masuk kategori relatif baik dengan skor 77,37. Ketiga, output PAMSIMAS di 109 desa memiliki 14.711 sambungan rumah untuk penyediaan air bersih. Keempat, kapasitas pelayanan air bersih PAMSIMAS di area studi sebanyak 2.850.040 liter per hari yang tersebar di 109 desa. Kelima, BP-PAMS memiliki cash-flow sebanyak Rp729.219.937 dalam pengelolaan PAMSIMAS.

Anestesi spinal adalah teknik yang sering dilakukan dalam tindakan operasi, meskipun banyak dilaporkan kejadian komplikasi setelah menjalani anestesi. Komplikasiyang sering terjadi diantaranya adalah hipotermi. Dampak negatif hipotermi terhadap pasien, antara lain risiko perdarahan meningkat, iskemia miokardium, pemulihan paska anestesi yang lebih lama, gangguan penyembuhan luka, serta meningkatnya risiko infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia dan lama operasi dengan hipotermi paska anestesi spinal di Instalasi Bedah Sentral. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 53 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden paska anestesi spinal berusia lansia sebanyak 22 orang (41,8%) dan lama operasi responden paska anestesi spinal tergolong cepat yaitu sebanyak 33 orang (62,3%). Ada hubungan antara faktor usia (p=0,028) dan lama operasi (p=0,005) dengan hipotermi paska anestesi spinal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yakni adanya hubungan antara usia dan lama operasi dengan hipotermi pada pasien paska anestesi spinalSpinal anesthesia is a technique that is often performed in surgery, although many reported the incidence of complications after undergoing anesthesia. Complications that often occur include hypothermia. The negative effects of hypothermia on patients include the risk of increased bleeding, myocardial ischemia, longer post-anesthesia recovery, impaired wound healing, and increased risk of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship of age and duration of surgery with hypothermia after spinal anesthesia at the Central Surgical Installation. This research uses descriptive correlational with cross sectional design. A sample of 53 people with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using the Chi-Square test. The results showed majority of respondents who after taking spinal anesthesia is elderly were 22 people (41.8%). The duration of operation of post spinal anesthesia was relatively fast as many as 33 people (62.3%). There is a relationship between age (p=0.028) and duration of surgery(p=0.005) with hypothermia after spinal anesthesia. The conclusion of the study is any significant relationship between age and duration of surgery with hypothermia after spinal anesthesia.

Saat ini komposit serat alam (green material) patut dipertimbangkan menjadi material yang sangat berpotensi untuk mensubstitusi komposit serat sintetis sebagai material teknik. Serat alam mempunyai kekurangan karena mempunyai scatter sifat mekanik yang sangat besar. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut adalah melalui pemilihan proses manufaktur (fabrikasi) komposit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat prototype komposit plastik berpenguat serat abaca (AFRP) menggunakan metode Vakum (Vacum Assested Resin Infusion (VARI)). Semua spesimen dilakukan postcure pada suhu 800 C selama 2 jam. Sifat mekanik dari komposit dievaluasi uji tariknya. Komposit AFRP difabrikasi dengan fraksi volume (Vf) : 20%, 30% , 40%, serta ukuran spesimen uji (140x5x1) mm. Dengan proses fabrikasi sebagai berikut: 1) Serat abaca disusun dalam cetakan kaca yang memanjang sejajar (00) kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam kantong plastik vakum. 2) Resin dicampur hardener dialirkan kedalam cetakan yang sudah kondisi vakum. Metode cetakan ini dapat menghilangkan gelembung udara di dalam komposit sehingga diharapkan kekuatan tarik komposit menjadi lebih tinggi. Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Serat abaca, Resin BTQN 157-EX, Hardener MEKPO dan Wax. Peralatan yang diperlukan adalah: Instalasi cetak vakum, Alat uji tarik, Kamera digital, dan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Penampang patahan diselidiki untuk mengidentifikasi mekanisme perpatahannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan dan regangan tarik komposit memiliki harga optimum untuk (Vf) 40%, yaitu 257 Mpa dan 0.44%. Penampang patahan komposit diklasifikasikan sebagai jenis patah slitting in multiple area sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa komposit plastik berpenguat serat abaca memiliki potensi yang cukup besar untuk diaplikasikan sebagai material struktural. Natural fibers have disadvantages because they have a very large mechanical properties scatter. One way to overcome these shortcomings is through the selection of a composite manufacturing (fabrication) process. The purpose of this research is to make prototype of plastic composite with abaca fiber (AFRP) using Vacuum Assured Resin Infusion (VARI)). All specimens were performed postcure at 800 C for 2 hours. The mechanical properties of the composites are evaluated by the tensile test. The AFRP composite is fabricated by volume fraction (Vf): 20%, 30%, 40%, as well as test specimen size (140x5x1) mm. With the fabrication process as follows: 1) Abaca fiber is arranged in a parallel laminated glass mold (00) then put in a vacuum plastic bag. 2) The resin in the mixed hardener flowed into a mold that has a vacuum condition. This mold method can remove air bubbles inside the composite so that the expected composite tensile strength becomes higher. The materials needed in this research are: Abaca fiber, BTQN 157-EX Resin, MEKPO and Wax Hardener. The necessary equipment are: Vacuum printing installation, Tensile test equipment, Digital camera, and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Fault cross sections were investigated to identify the fracture mechanism. The results showed that the strength and composite tensile strain had the optimum price for (Vf) 40%, ie 257 Mpa and 0.44%. The composite fault cross section is classified as a type of broken slitting in multiple areas so it can be concluded that the plastic composite of abaca fibers has considerable potential to be applied as a structural material. Abstract This study aims to find out the results of basic electrical and electronic learning taught using think pair share learning model and expository learning strategy in students of grade X SMKS Imelda Medan. The method of selecting research samples uses random sampling. The process of collecting data using the test method, namely the collection of final test data (posttest) after treatment. The number of samples per class as many as 60 people. The results of the data analysis with an acceptance rate of 5% significance showed that the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the think pair share learning model were higher than the learning outcomes of students taught using the expository learning model, where thitung > ttabel, which is 4,050 > 1,677. From the calculation obtained so that the conclusion that the basic learning results of Electricity and Electronics students are taught using the learning model Think Pair Share higher than students who are taught by using the model of expository learning class X Electrical Installation Techniques Private Vocational School Imelda Medan. Latar Belakang: Radiografer Rumah Sakit berisiko terpapar dengan radiasi sinar-X yang dihasilkan oleh alat penunjang diagnostik dan terapi di Instalasi Radiologi. Paparan radiasi sinar-X yang diterima radiografer secara terus-menerus dapat meningkatkan risiko paparan radiasi kumulatif selama bekerja sehingga mempengaruhi kesehatan jangka panjang. Efek paparan radiasi pada tubuh bervariasi tergantung pada tingkat radiosensitivitas sel. Sel yang paling sensitif adalah sel limfosit. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan paparan sinar-X dengan jumlah limfosit pada radiografer di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (RSUD Provinsi NTB). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu radiografer di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Provinsi NTB tahun 2020 sebanyak 12 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik total sampling dan diperoleh 9 responden sesuai kriteria yang ditentukan. Paparan radiasi sinar-X didapat melalui hasil pemantauan dosis radiasi radiografer tahun 2018-2020 dan jumlah limfosit didapat melalui pemeriksaan laboratorium. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson melalui SPSS 23.0. Hasil: Rerata dosis radiasi yang diterima radiografer tahun 2018-2020 sebesar 0,076 mSv, rerata jumlah limfosit sebesar 29,489%. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan paparan sinar-X tidak berhubungan dengan jumlah limfosit pada radiografer di RSUD Provinsi NTB dengan hubungan sangat lemah dan berpola negatif (p-value 0,704; r −0,148). Kesimpulan: Paparan sinar-X tidak berhubungan dengan jumlah limfosit pada radiografer di RSUD Provinsi NTB.Kata kunci: Paparan sinar-X, jumlah limfosit, radiografer. ABSTRACTBackground: Radiographers are at risk of being exposed to X-ray radiation produced by diagnostic and therapeutic support devices in radiology installations. Continuous exposure of X-ray radiation that received by radiographers can increase the risk of cumulative radiation exposure during work that can affect long-term health. The effects of radiation exposure on the body vary depending on the level of radiosensitivity of the cells. The most sensitive cells are lymphocytes. Objective: To analyze X-ray exposure with lymphocyte count in radiographers at the Regional Public Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara Province (RSUD Provinsi NTB). Methods: This research use observational cross sectional analytic study. Population in this research was 12 radiographers who worked in Radiology Installation of the Regional Public Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The sample was determined by total sampling and obtained 9 respondents according to the specified criteria. X-ray radiation exposure was obtained from the results of monitoring doses from 2018-2020 and the lympgocyte count obtained through laboratory tests. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation test through Statistic Product and Service Solution version 23.0. Results: The results showed that the average radiation dose received by radiographers in 2018-2020 was 0.076 mSv and the average lymphocytes count was 29.489%. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed that there was no correlation between X-ray exposure and lymphocyte count in radiographers at RSUD Provinsi NTB with a very weak correlation and a negative pattern (p-value 0.704; r −0.148). Conclusion: There was no correlation between X-ray exposure and lymphocyte count in radiographers at RSUD Provinsi NTB.Key words: X-ray exposure, lymphocyte count, radiographer.

The purpose of this research is to know the differences of learning outcomes for X Grade Electrical Engineering Installation skill Students in basic electrical measurement subjects between active learning model with discovery learning model with formulation are there differences of learning outcomes between use both of models in learning. This research was conducted at Bunda Kandung Senior High School in November 2016- February 2017. This research method is quantitative method with experiment model. Population in this research are all X grade students of Electrical Engineering Installation skill program at Bunda Kandung Senior High School which is the total are 108 students. This research is given to the sample, where the sample is taken randomly using the sampling formula so the sample used for two classes of X grade Electrical Engineering Installation programof Bunda Kandung with the total sample are 52 students for two treatments, they are class A and class B with total are 26 students. Class A is given the active learning model of the power of two model while class B is treated with discovery learning model. Instruments in this research that is a matter of multiple choice with 3 basic competence of basic subjects electrical measurement as much as 40 item about instrument test for 30 respondent XI grade. Based on the results using validity test, different power and reliability test obtained as many as 30 items of valid question that is used for the final learning result of basic electrical measurement. Problems are given to two treatment classes which are then assessed and tested, then the data is processed using frequency distribution, normality test and t-test. Hypothesis testing using t-test obtained tcount = 1.711 with degrees of freedom 50 at the level of significance α = 0.05 and obtained ttable = 1.675, then the value of H1 thitung accepted and H0 rejected. This shows that the average learning outcomes by using discovery learning model is higher than using active learning model . discovery learning model got 81,03 compared with mean of learning result by using active learning model got 62,07. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X TITL pada mata pelajaran dasar pengukuran listrik antara model pembelajaran active learning dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan rumusan masalah apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswaantar penggunaan kedua model tersebut dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Bunda Kandung Jakarta pada bulan November 2016-Februari 2017. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan model eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh siswa kelas X program keahlian Teknik Instalasi Listrik di SMK Bunda Kandung yang berjumlah 108 siswa. Kelas A diberi perlakuan model active learningthe power of two sedangkan kelas B diberi perlakuan model discovery learning.Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yakni berupa soal pilihan ganda dengan 3 kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran dasar pengukuran listrik sebanyak 40 butir soal uji coba instrumen terhadap 30 responden kelas XI. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba menggunakan uji validitas, daya beda serta uji realibilitas diperoleh sebanyak 30 butir soal yang valid yang digunakan untuk hasil belajar akhir dasar pengukuran listrik. Soal diberikan kepada dua kelas perlakuan yang kemudian diberi penilaian dan dilakukan uji, lalu data diolah menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, uji normalitas dan uji t-test.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh thitung = 1.711 dengan derajat kebebasan 50 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0.05 dan diperoleh ttabel = 1.675, maka nilai thitung H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa rata – rata hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery lebih tinggi yakni sebesar 81,03 dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran active learning sebesar 62,07.

Hospital procedures, such as infusions, are often associated with pain. Preschool-aged children who are hospitalized for infusions will often exhibit a strong fearful response because their concept of body integrity has not fully developed. One way to reduce the fear of infusion pain is by using stories as a distraction technique. The purpose of this study was to identify differences in the scale of pain between members of an intervention group, to which the distraction technique was applied, and a control group, to which it was not applied. The study used quasi-experimental methods, with intervention and control groups. The study was conducted on 46 preschool aged respondents (3-6 years old), divided into a 34 member intervention group and a 12 member control group and ran from September to December 2017 in one of the private hospitals in the East Bekasi. The research employed a questionnaire to collect demographic data and used the Wong-Baker Faces Pain Scale to assess pain levels. The data analysis technique used was the independent t-test. The results showed there was a difference of pain response between the intervention and control groups with P value < 0.05. Pediatric nurses are advised to use storytelling therapy as an option for providing atraumatic care intervention. Reaksi anak prasekolah yang dipasang infus menunjukkan ketakutan yang luar biasa, hal itu disebabkan karena konsep integritas tubuhnya belum berkembang dengan baik. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi ketakutan akibat nyeri pemasangan infus pada prasekolah adalah teknik distraksi bercerita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan skala nyeri antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasy eksperimen, yang menggunakan kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 46 responden usia prasekolah (3-6 tahun) yang terdiri dari 34 kelompok intervensi dan 12 kelompok kontrol dari bulan September-Desember 2017 di salah satu Rumah Sakit Swasta di wilayah Bekasi Timur. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner data demografi dan lembar observasi skala nyeri Wong Baker Faces Pain. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Independent T test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan respon nyeri antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai p= 0,012 (< 0.05). Abstract The existence of a roof in a building is very important considering its function to protect the entire space below it against the influence of temperature and weather. Along with the development of science and technology, the use of wood construction specifically as the structure of the roof frame has begun to be replaced by cold-formed steel construction because the need for wood as the base of roof truss is increasing and the scarcity of trees with good wood quality makes the wood difficult to obtain and the price too become relatively expensive. Comparison of the structure of cold-formed steel roof truss and wooden roof truss is carried out with the load calculation stages in accordance with SKBI 1987 with a combination of loading in accordance with SNI 1729-2002 regulations and SNI 03-2000. Then analyzed using methode of joint to produce rod forces and from these results planned dimensions for the compressive rod and pull rod. Cost calculation is used with SNI analysis method. The results of the calculation of the structure of cold-formed steel roof truss are obtained by the profile of C. 75.75, while the structure of the wooden roof truss is obtained wood dimensions of the size of 7/10. The cost of a cold-formed steel roof frame is Rp. 91,316,000.00, while the cost of wooden roof truss is Rp. 52,972,000. This fee has a disagreement of Rp. 38,164,000.00. Although relatively more expensive, the use of cold-formed steel material has several advantages that are not worshiped by wood material, this material can be made with a variety of stretches, stronger, safer, more durable, not eaten by termites, fire resistant, lightweight and easily assembled material, and the installation is faster when compared to using wood. Abstrak Keberadaan atap pada bangunan sangat penting mengingat fungsinya untuk melindungi seluruh ruangan yang ada di bawahnya terhadap pengaruh suhu dan cuaca. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, penggunaan konstruksi kayu khususnya sebagai struktur rangka atap sudah mulai digantikan dengan konstruksi baja ringan karena kebutuhan akan kayu sebagai bahan dasar rangka atap semakin meningkat dan semakin langkanya pohon dengan kualitas kayu yang baik menyebabkan kayu susah didapat dan harganya pun menjadi relatif mahal. Perbandingan struktur rangka atap baja ringan dan rangka atap kayu dilakukan dengan tahapan perhitungan beban sesuai dengan SKBI 1987 dengan kombinasi pembebanan sesuai dengan peraturan SNI 1729-2002 dan SNI 03-2000. Kemudian dianslisis dengan menggunakan metode titik buhul untuk menghasilkan gaya-gaya batang dan dari hasil tersebut direncanakan dimensi untuk batang tekan dan batang tarik. Perhitungan biaya yang digunakan dengan metode analisa SNI. Hasil perhitungan struktur rangka atap baja ringan diperoleh profil C. 75.75, sedangkan struktur rangka atap kayu diperoleh dimensi kayu ukuran 7/10. Biaya pada rangka atap baja ringan yaitu Rp. 91.316.000,00, sedangkan biaya pada rangka atap kayu yaitu Rp. 52.972.000. Biaya ini berselisih Rp. 38.164.000,00. Meskipun relatif lebih mahal, pemakaian material baja ringan memiliki beberapa kelebihan yang tidak dipuyai oleh material kayu yaitu bahan ini dapat dibuat dengan bermacam bentangan, lebih kuat, lebih aman, lebih awet, tidak dimakan rayap, tahan terhadap api, materialnya ringan dan mudah dirakit, dan pemasangannya lebih cepat bila dibandingakan menggunakan bahan kayu.

ABSTRACT The quality of health services is classified as good if the health services provided could cause satisfaction to each patient in accordance with the level of satisfaction of the average population who are the main target of the health service. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients with the quality of pharmacy services at the Pharmacy Installation at Budi Setia Langowan Hospital. This research is a cross-sectional study with the study sample determined using the accidental sampling method, which is a sampling technique by taking samples randomly. Data were taken by prospective way then analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS analysis program, using bivariate analysis to test the relationship between independent variables, namely the level of outpatient satisfaction with the dependent variable namely Outpatient Service Quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) given by the hospital to outpatients. The results showed that the value of outpatient patient satisfaction was at a positive index with a value of 0.07 with a CSI value of 87.74, which was in the very satisfied range, thus stating overall of the patients receiving pharmaceutical services at the Budi Setia Langowan Pharmacy Installation, had felt very satisfied. ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan digolongkan baik jika pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan dapat menimbulkan rasa puas pada setiap pasien yang sesuai dengan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata penduduk yang menjadi target utama dari pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Budi Setia Langowan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional dengan sampel penelitian ditetapkan menggunakan metode accidental sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil sampel secara bebas. Data yang diambil secara prospektif kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik dengan program analisis SPSS, dengan menggunakan Analisis bivariat untuk melakukan uji hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan variabel terikat yaitu Mutu Pelayanan Rawat Jalan (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty) yang diberikan Rumah Sakit kepada pasien tawat jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Ikj kepuasan pasien rawat jalan berada pada indeks positif dengan nilai 0,07 dengan nilai CSI sebesar 87,74 yang berada pada rentang sangat puas, sehingga menyatakan secara keseluruhan pasien yang menerima pelayanan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Budi Setia Langowan sudah merasa sanggat puas. ABSTRACT Companies in the food sector have 8 production process lines including: receiving raw materials, storing, making dough, baking, frying, cooling, packaging, and distributing. Potential hazards can include: slipping, stuck in a mixer machine, crushed in a dough press machine, crushed in a packing machine, head hit by an elevator, short circuit, fire, explosion, leak, hot oil splash, the potential danger of ergonomics, heat stress, and respiratory disorders. This study aimed to design a risk assessment to minimize the incidence of workplace accidents. This type of research is research and development with a semi-quantitative approach. The informants were determined as many as 2 people with a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used observation sheets, interview sheets, and FMEA worksheets. Product design is validated by an expert team. The results show 23 potential hazards in 8 production processes. The highest hazard potential is slip (RPN = 140) and the lowest is explosion (RPN = 10). So that it requires administrative control, engineering, inspection, repairs to electrical installations and gas pipes, and using personal protective equipment. ABSTRAK Perusahaan di bidang makanan terdapat 8 alur proses produksi antara lain: Penerimaan bahan baku, penyimpanan, pembuatan adonan, pemanggangan, penggorengan, pendinginan, pengemasan, dan pendistribusian. Potensi bahaya dapat berupa: terpeleset, terjepit mesin mixer, terjepit mesin penggiling, terjepit mesin packing, kepala terbentur lift, arus pendek listrik, kebakaran, ledakan, kebocoran, percikan minyak panas,bahaya ergonomi, heat stress, dan gangguan saluran pernapasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perancangan penilaian risiko untuk meminimalisir kejadian kecelakaan kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and develompent dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Informan yang ditetapkan sebanyak 2 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, dan FMEA worksheet. Desain produk dilakukan validasi oleh tim pakar. Hasil menunjukkan 23 potensi bahaya tersebar di 8 proses produksi. Potensi bahaya tertinggi adalah terpeleset (RPN=140) dan terendah adalah ledakan (RPN=10). Sehingga diperlukan pengendalian administratif, rekayasa teknik, inspeksi secara ruitn, perbaikan terhadap instalasi listrik dan pipa gas, serta menggunakan alat pelindung diri. Pendahuluan:Prosedur pemasangan infus pada anak usia sekolah merupakan prosedur invasifyang mengakibatkan nyeri. Nyeri yang tidak ditangani dapat menimbulkan kesulitan tidur, ansietas, ketidakberdayaan dan keputusasaan. Kompres dingin merupakan salah satu tindakan keperawatan yang mampu mengurangi nyeri dengan memberikan efek anestesi lokal pada area yang akan dipasang infus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompres dingin terhadap tingkat nyeri saat pemasangan infus pada anak usia sekolah. Metode:Desain penelitian menggunakan true eksperimental, dengan rancangan posttest-only control design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 20 responden terbagi menjadi dua kelompok (10 responden kelompok kontrol dan 10 responden kelompok perlakuan).Kompres dingin dilakukan selama 3 menit sebelum pemasangan infus dilakukan.Hasil:Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat nyeri anak pada kelompok kontrol 6,4 termasuk nyeri sedang. Rata-rata tingkat nyeri pada kelompok perlakuan 2,7 termasuk nyeri ringan. Beda rata-rata tingkat nyeri pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 3,7. Diskusi:Hasil uji Independent T Test didapatkan p value 0,000, menunjukkan ada pengaruh kompres dinginterhadap tingkat nyeri saat pemasangan infus pada anak usia sekolah di RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. Kompres dingin saat pemasangan infus pada pasien anak diharapkan dapat dijadikan standar, sehingga dapat menurunkan nyeri pada pasien anak. Pain that is not treated may cause anxiety, insomnia, powerlessness and hopelessness. Cold compress is one of the nursing interventions that are able toreduce pain by providing local anesthetic effect on the area where the infusion will be installed. The aim of the study to identify the effects of cold compress on levels of pain in school-age children during infusion installation.Method:Design of study was true experimental, with a posttest-only control design, by using consecutive sampling with 20 respondents consisted of two groups (10 control group and 10 intervention group). Cold compress was performed for 3 minutes prior infusion installation. Result:Results indicated that mean level of child pain in control group of 6,4 included moderate pain, mean level in intervention group of 2,7 included mild pain. Discussion:Bivariate analysis using Independent T Test.Mean difference of pain level in treatment and control group was 3,7 (p value 0,000), there are effects of cold compress on levels of pain during infusion installation in school-age children at Sanjiwani Gianyar hospital.
