Abstract:
Integration of students with disabilities (DD) in mainstream education is becoming a reality in a number of mainstream schools. However, the success can be very variable. Most of the school subjects are supported by special educational needs advice centres. Unfortunately, integration in Physical Education (PE) is very often overlooked. In general, disabled children are often released from PE. The most common reasons are barriers (not only architectural), concerns of parents, lack of teachersʼ competence, lack of equipment, etc. Properly conducted Physical Education can significantly help to form positive interpersonal relationships, develop a range of social skills, self-confidence, and communication skills. It can also help to participate in successful ontogenesis psychomotor functions. Furthermore, interaction with disabled students can help intact students to develop positive qualities. In this paper, we present selected perceived limits of integrated PE and offer solutions based on experience in dealing with projects of the APA Centre, FTK UP in Olomouc.

Abstract:
This work deals with the phenomenon of tattoo in hardcore subculture. In the theoretical part it reflects the transformation of the concept of subcultures in his historical progress, with an emphasis on the concept of style in the connection of the Center of contemporary culture Studies and post subcultural theory, especially the writing of David Muggleton. The diachronic perspective, this work also deals with the phenomenon of tattoo and its functions and meanings to it in today's society ascribed. An integral part of the theoretical part is to describe hardcore only in terms of its progress in the USA and in Czechoslovakia or Czech Republic, but also in terms of the side of music and shared ideology, which is the main key featuring to this subculture. Concepts described in the theoretical part are then used in actual research, which is conducted by using qualitative methodology. Exploration aims to describe the meanings and functions of the hardcore subculture and determine whether they are content and motivation ascribed to tattoo influenced subcultural ideologies, or whether it is primarily an expression of the contemporary individualistic discourse. Abstract:
Title: External motivation of students in physical education at elementary school Objective: The objective of my thesis was to determine the problems of external motivation of students in school physical education at elementary school. I have focused on pubescence period and also on first school and on lower secondary school to compare both of them. My primary focus was on sports projects for schools and grading. Methodology: The character of my thesis was active research. Methods used during my research were observation, description, analysis of pedagogical situation and pedagogical documentation. The research was performed at elementary school Bitovska during 6- year period. Results: The adequate motivation for first school pupils are rewards and positive impact of teacher. The competitions, racings and games can be used for lower secondary school students. The sports project "Sazka Olympijsky viceboj" is the best choice as a support for both degrees of elementary school. Key words: motivation, sports project, adolescent, grading.

Title: Influence of completion the introductory course in the study of Faculty of physical education and sport students Objectives: Evaluation of potencional conection between completing voluntary introductory course at Máchovo jezero and study succes of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague students. Description of mentioned event and selection of respondents. Definiton of connection words succes and studying, and provision of recommendation for board of faculty based on gained informations, if there is connection between course between course and studying and how to edit course to be more effective. Methods: Main research methods in this thesis are used kvantify questionnaire and in-depth interview with main organizer of event. Research file is made by students, who were hired for studying at faculty in years 2014-2018, beacuse examined course took same place and activites during these years. Gained informations were examined by descriptive, factor and correlation analysis. Results: Based on description of event were determined goals of course., which were based on descriptive analysis achieved. All these goals had influence on research file and theirs advance to second year of studying, so course structure even after verification by factor analysis was made...

Title: Body composition of patients with systemic sclerosis Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare selected parameters of body composition in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) with a group of age- and sex-matched healthy individuals (CG). Another objective was to evaluate the effect of selected clinical parameters in patients with SSc on the detected variability of the parameters of body composition and on physical activity of patients. Methods: The research group N = 95, group SSc (n = 59), control group (n = 36). Anthropometry (body height [cm], weight [kg], BMI [kg/m2 ]), bioelectrical impedance analysis - BIA 2000 (body fat - BF [%], total body water - TBW [%], lean body mass - LBM [kg], body cell mass - BCM [kg], BCM of FFM [%], the ECM / BCM); DEXA - Lunar Series iDXA (bone mineral density - BMD [g/m3 ], lean body mass - LBM [kg] body fat - BF [%], visceral fat - VF [kg] questionnaire on physical activity Human Activity Profile. Statistics: T test/Mann-Whitney U test, Cohen's d/partial eta squared (η2 ). Abstract:
This work is a collection of solved problems in descriptive geometry, supplemented by elementary theory needed for their solution. The theory includes definitions and elementary properties of polygons and their constructions. Theory about solids, mostly prisms and pyramids, is also included. The second chapter introduces theory of projection, including definitions of projection methods (Monge, center, etc.) and corresponding terms. The second part contains a collection of problems, where each problem is solved in four projection methods (there are problems of construction of a point, line, plane, prism and pyramid). For each problem there is an animation for Lisa Viewer program attached, which makes an integral part of the work. These animations allow to look at figures of the problems interactively and even in three dimensions. Abstract:
The present thesis deals with geometric lighting and methods of its construction. In particular, it is aimed at parallel and central lighting of objects and groups of objects. The work includes a theoretical part, in which you can learn about the properties, methods and basic concepts related to geometric lighting. Afterwards, there is a practical part, which contains a set of examples in different projections with their solutions and visual pictures. Last chapter is about using computer for modeling of geometric lighting; mainly it is about possibilities of software Rhinoceros. In addition, the chapter contains modeled lighting of the charming Taj Mahal. The project is filled up with a number of pictures to enhance the reader's imagination about the principles and methods of lighting. In the work I emphasized intelligibility and usability of the methods listed there. In general, thesis Geometry of shadows is devoted to everybody who wants to learn more about the geometry of shadows. The thesis could be a useful study material for students and teachers of descriptive geometry. The work also includes the DVD, which contained Rhinoceros files of images, worksheets with examples solved at the work and the thesis in electronic form.
