Abstract:
This research aims to see the extent to which Self efficacy and emotional intelligence affect employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. The sample selection technique used random sampling and a sample of 42 respondents was obtained. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression analysis and path analysis. From the results of the hypothesis test it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Emotional Intelligence does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Abstract:
The aim of this research is to analyze effect of emotional intelligence and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatera. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 105 employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatera. All employees were used as samples, which means there were 105 employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatera is the research sample. The data collection methods used in this research used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis and hypothesis testing methods use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The research results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatera. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the early retirement program policy at PT Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative research, triangulation (combined) collection techniques, qualitative inductive data analysis and research results. Research results obtained by researchers that the Implementation of Early Pension Program Policies at PT. Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra through Activities carried out in the early retirement program including socialization, registration, selection, counseling and briefing, and the stages are divided into two parts and in assessing the successful implementation of the George Edward III model there are 4 (four) variables that affect the success or failure of policy implementation, among others, are the factors of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The four variables are interconnected with each other. Based on the results of research and discussion, researchers can conclude that the Implementation of Early Pension Program Policies at PT. Telkom has not been maximized in carrying out an early retirement program, This Can Be Seen From The Stages Passed In Implementing Early Pension Program Policies at PT. Telkom. The conclusion from this study that researchers can conclude that the Implementation of Early Pension Program Policies at PT. Telkom has not been maximized in running an early retirement program.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the world of education. Telkom 1 Medan Vocational School, as one of the leading vocational schools in the city of Medan, needs to formulate appropriate promotional strategies to attract the interest of prospective students in the digital era. This research aims to identify appropriate social media content visualizations to attract prospective students at Telkom 1 Medan Vocational School, especially in the city of Medan. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation of Telkom Medan Vocational School's social media, in-depth interviews with prospective students, visual analysis of social media content at other vocational schools, and focus group discussions with social media and education experts. The data analysis techniques used are content analysis and thematic analysis. The research results show that the right visualization of social media content to attract prospective Telkom Medan Vocational School students in the city of Medan must have several characteristics, namely Informative, Interesting, Interactive, Relevant and Building a positive image. Visualization of social media content made capable effective promotional strategy to attract prospective students at SMK Telkom 1 Medan in the digital era.

Telkom Pekanbaru dengan usaha kecil ikan patin di Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar melalui Mitra Binaan, Dampak pembiayaan pinjaman lunak yang dilakukan PT. Telkom Pekanbaru dengan Mitra Binaan usaha kecil ikan patin di Desa Koto Masjid, Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar, Kabupaten Kampar, serta untuk mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap Kemitraan PT. Telkom Pekanbaru dalam membina Usaha Kecil ikan patin di Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling yang mana populasi dan sampel berjumlah 31 orang dimana 1 (satu) orang dari pihak PKBL PT. Telkom dan 30 Orang dari pengusaha ikan patin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan pembiayaan pinjaman lunak yang dilakukan PT. Telkom Pekanbaru dengan Mitra Binaan usaha kecil ikan patin di Desa Koto Masjid, Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar, Kabupaten Kampar adalah dalam bentuk pemberian modal, melakukan pengawasan, pengarahan, dan pembinaan. Dampak dari pembiayaan pinjaman lunak yang dilakukan antara PT. Telkom Pekanbaru dengan Pengusaha Kecil Ikan Patin berdampak positif, dimana pengusaha kecil ikan patin dapat terbantu dalam pengembangan usahanya. Hal ini diketahui dari jumlah pendapatan dan kondisi usaha ikan patin yang semakin berkembang dengan adanya kerjasama dari PT. Telkom Pekanbaru. (2) What is the description of the students' motivation to learn mathematics at Telkom Elementary School Makassar? (3) Is there an effect between parental participation on students' motivation to learn mathematics at Telkom Elementary School Makassar? The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the description of parental participation in Telkom Elementary School Makassar, (2) To determine the description of students' motivation to learn mathematics at Telkom Elementary School Makassar, (3) To determine whether or not parental participation affects mathematics learning motivation. students at Telkom Elementary School Makassar. The research approach is quantitative research with the type of ex-post facto research. The population in this study were all students of Telkom Elementary School Makassar using the sampling method, namely simple random sampling at each grade level (all students in class 1 Telkom C, 2 Telkom C, 3 Telkom A, 4 Telkom A, 5 Telkom A, and 6 Telkom. B). The sample size is 172 students. The data were collected using a research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire regarding the participation of parents and students' motivation to learn mathematics which consisted of 35 statements each. Research instruments are validated by experts in their fields. The data analysis technique used was regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic Version 26 application. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that 59 students had parental participation in the high category, 62 students had parental participation in the medium category, and 51 students were in the low category. As well as students who have the motivation to learn mathematics with a high category of 34 students, 123 students in the moderate category, and 15 students in the low category. The results of the regression analysis showed that there was an effect of parental participation of 31.2% on students' motivation to learn mathematics, with a significance value of 0.03. From the research results it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between parental participation on students' motivation to learn mathematics at Telkom Elementary School Makassar in 2020. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy at PT. Telkom North Surabaya. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The techniques used by researchers to collect data were in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out when writing the report using interactive analysis techniques. The communication process carried out by PT Telkom North Surabaya, namely in the outbound call section, there is a customer offering process offering additional service products, then the input (1-3 × 24 hour process) which will process through the system to be forwarded to the technician to carry out the installation that has been ordered to the customer via outbon call (OBC). Communication is carried out by giving greetings, conveying information and finally closing in offering additional product services. In offering additional services to OBC customers using social media such as Whatsapp, carring by phone and promotions via Instagram, and through certain pages that can only be accessed by the OBC team for additional ADD ON services. PT Telkom's OBC Telemarketing Marketing communication strategy has been effective, this is proven by the year 2022 according to Annas Kharisma (Manager Customer care PT.Telkom) PT. Telkom also obtained the first highest percentage for marketing reaching 117% ADD ON installation in Regional 5 (East Java) with the installation of more than 400 SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

This study aims to understand that the talent mobility program in the Telkom group is a strategy, process and practice of human resources. This qualitative study evaluates the talent mobility program with the 2017-2019 CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model in the Telkom Group. Data were collected through document studies, observations, questionnaires, FGDs from former program participants, program participants, and in-depth interviews with Telkom Group Human Capital Management Director, TELKOMSEL Vice President People Development, Telkom Indonesia International Finance & Human Capital Director, and Chair of the Trade Unions Telkom Group. Analysis and interpretation of data shows that (1) the program contributes to assessing the effects of the human resource strategy on the Telkom Group's business strategy; (2) The program has dynamic planning and human resource control so that it is integrated with the business strategy and critical position in the Telkom Group; (3) The program is a method of accounting for human resources, namely the calculation of investments made to recruit, evaluate and train the potential of top talent to create a sustainable competitive advantage of the Telkom Group; and (4) The talent pool system in the program serves to accommodate the recognition of the needs, goals, and achievements of the top talent in the Telkom Group. The findings lead to a recommendation that the long-term organization availability of the Telkom Group depends on this talent mobility program. This is because the talent mobility program is a diagnostic process and facilitates systemic change in the Telkom Group through human capital.

Abstract:
As competition increases, delivering better service becomes more important; it is not with the expception of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (PT TELKOM), which is the only state-owned enterprise as well as the largest telecommunication and network service provider in Indonesia. This is because service quality is considered as an important aspect for the success of the service provider. This study aims to assess the service quality of PT. TELKOM for IndiHome products. A preliminary study showed that there are many customers complaining about IndiHome's service quality. In addition, the tight competition and the emergence of several similar service providers as well as attractive promotion will inevitably attract customers not to be loyal if PT. TELKOM does not immediately improve the quality of the service. This research was conducted not only to assess the service quality of IndiHome (using SERVQUAL), but also to give some recommendations to PT. TELKOM especially Regional 1 Sumatra in order to attain customer satisfaction. There were 153 respondents who participated in this study. The results show that on average, customers are not satisfied (the gap value is −1.539). This negative value means that the customers have high expectations of the services that should be delivered by PT. TELKOM, but in reality the performance of the service is not as high as their expectations. Therefore, some recommendations are given to improve the performance of IndiHome’s service quality so that the customers are satisfied.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Padang. Metode pengumpulan data adalah Penelitian Lapangan dan Penelitian Kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Telkom Padang yang berjumlah 32 orang dan sampel yang digunakan total sampling sebanyak 32 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis t dan f. Hasil hipotesis penelitian adalah: (1) Komunikasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Padang. (2) Motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Padang. This study uses 3 variables, namely skills and personality characteristics as independent variables, employee performance variables as the dependent variable. This research is a quantitative research using a correlation approach. The population in this study is the Technician Employees of PT Telkom Access Sorong which is limited to the operation division of the technician section. The sample of this study amounted to 49 people. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The results of this study are 1) skills affect employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong, 2) characteristics affect employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong, 3) skills and personality characteristics on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Sorong. In testing the hypothesis, the t-value of skills (X1) is 11.624, and the t-value of personality characteristics is 8.272, then simultaneous testing shows the f-count of 486.854 with a significance value of 0.00, so it can be concluded that skills and personality characteristics on performance employees at PT Telkom Access Sorong

Namun pada praktiknya ketika penyerahan dan pendataan berkas tahap pendaftaran tugas akhir I masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan email dan microsoft excel yang dirasa kurang praktis. Maka dari itu perlu dikembangkan sistem pendaftaran tugas akhir 1guna memberikan kemudahan bagi gugus tugas TA, mahasiswa, dosen pembimbing, dan dosen penguji Fakultas Informatika Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto dalam hal pendaftaran seminar proposal dan mengelola data/berkas tugas akhir I. Telkom University Jakarta Campus obtained a legacy system called IGRACIAS V.1 as an education management software. The IGRACIAS V.1 application raised the question of whether legacy applications in new institutions can accelerate the flow of education management in pursuing competitors. This research provided a deeper exploration of the influence of legacy enterprise system applications implemented in new institutions. The impact of legacy applications requires accurate measurement to serve as a reference for further development. The IT Balanced scorecard was chosen to measure whether the implementation of the legacy IGRACIAS V.1 application has had an impact and development direction that is in line with the goals of the new institution. The results show that two domains based on the IT Balanced scorecard need improvement, namely User Orientation and Future Orientation.

Telkom Kandatel Bekasi are (1) to identify CEM factors of SPEEDY (2) to identify which CEM factors are influencing product image, (3) to indentify dominant CEM factor which influencing product imager (4) to recommend the effective implementation of CEM. The research showed 68,8 percent CEM factors were influencing Telkom Speedy image, which there are three factors e.g. product, promotion and brand were partially influenced Telkom Speedy image. Product was the most dominant factors of CEM which influenced image. The research recommended PT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-experiment dan desain penelitian one shot case study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Telkom Makassar. Sampel ditetapkan melalui teknik purposive sampling sehingga terpilih dua kelas dengan jumlah keseluruhan 35 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kemampuan prosedural. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan pemberian skor tes. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara deskriptif kemampuan prosedural IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP Telkom Makassar setelah dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan TPACK pada materi tekanan dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari memperoleh skor rata-rata yaitu 18,77 yang berada pada kategori sedang. (2) Melalui uji t satu sampel, diperoleh bahwa kemampuan prosedural IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP Telkom Makassar setelah dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan TPACK pada materi tekanan dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah lebih dari skor 10 atau minimal berada pada kategori sedang dan tinggi.

The independent variable in this study is the application of animation media, while the dependent variable is the learning outcomes of students. The population in this study were all grade IV students of SD Telkom Makassar as many as 83 people, while the sample was class IV A as an experimental class with 29 students with purposive sampling technique. The results of the research conducted can be concluded that (1) The description of animation media in class IV A SD Telkom Makassar took place effectively because the percentage category for each meeting increased. (2) The description of the learning outcomes of students in class IV A SD Telkom Makassar has increased. This is evidenced by the posttest scores of students in the high category after treatment while the pretest scores were in the medium category before treatment. (3) Data on the results of the study were obtained by giving a pre test and post test in the form of a multiple choice test. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis obtained Sig. (2-tailed) from the results of the Paired Sample Test of 0.000, this value is smaller than α = 0.05. Telkomunikasi or what we usually know as Telkom is a company operating in the communications sector and is currently the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, not only PT. Telkom is also the sixth largest company in the world. Public Relations is an important part of maintaining a company's image. This thesis discusses the strategy of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta in maintaining the company's image. There are 1 main problems contained in it, namely: what is the public relations strategy of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta in maintaining the company's image? This type of research is descriptive qualitative. With a communication research approach, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results can be concluded as follows: Public relations strategy at PT. Telkom Indonesia in maintaining its corporate image, namely: (1) arranging media relations/media partnership activities. (2) establishing good/harmonious relationships within the company both within the company environment (internal public) and with the environment outside the company (external public) Business carried out by PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk in maintaining the company's image, namely (1) maximizing good and excellent service to consumers, channeling concern through the help of corporate social responsibility (CSR). (2) strengthening employee duties, in order to achieve the company's vision and mission in maintaining the company's image as part of public relations duties. From the results of this research, strategies for activities carried out in a company must understand the importance of the techniques used as strategies, especially public relations strategies to help carry out company activities to achieve goals or vision and mission.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Telkom Divisi Area Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 60 karyawanPT. Telkom Divisi Area Aceh Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh penjelasan bahwa semua variabel yang diteliti yaitu pengembangan karir (x1) dan kepemimpinan (x2) mempunyai korelasi yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Telkom Divisi Area Aceh Tengah; (2) Berdasarkan hasil uji-F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang diteliti mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada Telkom Divisi Area Aceh Tengah dengan nilai Fhitung> Ftabel, pada tingkat signifikansi α = 5%; (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji-t (secara parsial) variabel yang sangat signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Telkom Divisi Area Aceh Tengah adalah variabel pengembangan karir dengan diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel kepemimpinanmempunyai nilai thitungyang lebih kecil

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh job insecurity (dan beban kerja baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Telkom Akses Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyajian secara deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Telkom Akses Gorontalo dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melakukan observasi, wawancara dan menyebarkan kuisioner. Metode analisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa:(1) job insecurity (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y) pada PT. Telkom Akses Gorontalo yaitu sebesar 0.856 atau 85,6%, (2) job insecurity (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y) pada PT. Telkom Akses Gorontalo yakni sebesar 0,343 atau 34,3%, dan (3) beban kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y) pada PT. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the development of human resources had a significant effect on the performance of information and technology directorate of PT Telkom Seluler . Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi yang bergerak dibidang penjualan jasa adalah mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggannya Loyalitas pelanggan perlu diprediksi dengan akurat agar dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan adalah metode K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). Tujuan dari algoritma KNN adalah mengklasifikasikan objek baru berdasarkan atribut dan training data. Prediksi Loyalitas Pelanggan Indihome berdasarkan data Pelanggan algoritma K-NN telah selesai dilakukan. Pada eksperimen algoritma K-NN model terbaik dilihat berdasarkan nilai error terkecil yaitu 0.100, variabel periode 3, validation 10 dan nilai k 9.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan dan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Plasa Telkom Group Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksplorasi. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Plasa Telkom Group Singaraja dan obyek penelitian adalah loyalitas karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 14 faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Plasa Telkom Group Singaraja, namun hanya 4 faktor yang mempegaruhi loyalitas karyawan yang menunjukkan eigenvalue > 1. Keempat faktor tersebut yaitu karakteristik pribadi, karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik perusahaan, dan pengalaman kerja kemudian faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Plasa Telkom Group Singaraja adalah faktor status perkawinan, faktor jati diri tugas, faktor sumber daya organisasi dan faktor penguasaan terhadap pekerjaan.

Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei terhadap 57 karyawan Hasil dari penelitian ini dihitung Fhitung sebesar 5,285 > Ftabel 3,165 peningkatan yang positif antara peningkatan kinerja karyawan melaui kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi, tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,008 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak ini berarti adanya peningkatan yang positif dan signifikan antara peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi PT. Telkom Akses Serang Banten. Besarnya persentase peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 16,4% dan sisanya 83,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Service Quality (SERVQUAL) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pelanggan PT Telkom Kandatel Garut. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan teknik penarikan Sampel menggunakan Slovin adapun sampel yang ditetapkan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan terdapat Kesenjangan (Gap) antar nilai Kinerja (Perceived) dengan Harapan Konsumen (Expected) sebesar -0,24, sehingga karena nilai Gap tidak terlalu besar maka dapat diduga bahwa kualitas pelayanan PT Telkom Kandatel Garut menurut persepsi Konsumen cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan atribut dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius diketahui bahwa terdapat 1 atribut pada kuadran A ( Prioritas Utama), 13 atribut pada kuadran B (Pertahankan Prestasi), 12 Atribut pada kuadran C (Prioritas Rendah) dan 4 Atribut terdapat pada Kuadran D (Berlebihan).

Salah satu upaya negara dalam pemenuhan sumber daya manusia level menengah yang berkualitas adalah pembinaan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan motivasi kerja dan kesiapan kerja Siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Telkom Kendari yang berjumlah 91 orang. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) peningkatan pengalaman praktik kerja industri (prakerin) dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Telkom Kendari. (2) pengalaman praktik kerja industri (prakerin) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Telkom Kendari.  Today's increasingly rapid technological development and competition requires every company to innovate for the sake of its company's existence. The existence of innovation in the company makes the company can grow and be able to compete in the market. The development of technology and information is getting higher and more complex. One of the products that has developed quite rapidly is pay television service products.
 This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of Price on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro.2) To determine the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro 3) To determine the effect of customer service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro. 4) To determine the effect of price, brand image and customer service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
 The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between Price on Indihome product customer satisfaction 2) there was a positive and significant influence between brand image on Indihome product customer satisfaction. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between service on customer satisfaction for Indihome products. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between price, brand image and service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products.

This study aims to (1) describes the religious culture in SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Malang. (2) describes the principal strategies in the development of religious culture in SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Malang. (3) explain citizen support schools in developing religious culture in SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Malang. The results showed that (1) Being religious culture in SMK Telkom) include: (a) The addition of self-development learning the art of reading the Qur’an (SBA), (b) habituation smiles and greetings attitudes, (c) Implementation of Friday congregational prayers, girl’s learning, (d) The use of the hijab (islamic dress) on the day and month of Ramadan Friday, (e) Development of islamic religious activities through the BDI (islamic proselytizing agency), (f) warning the great days of Islam (PHBI). (2) the principal strategies in developing the religious culture include: (a). Program planning, (b) give an example to the citizens of the school, (c) share and support religious activities, (d) Conducting evaluations. (3) citizens support the school has done very well by showing their commitment. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Indihome pada PT Telkom Datel Singaraja. Objek penelitian ini berfokus pada variabel relationship marketing, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, pencatatan dokumen dan kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (1) relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (2) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (3) relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (4) relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan Indihome pada PT Telkom Datel Singaraja

WiFi Indihome merupakan salah satu produk PT. Telkom Group dibidang teknologi jaringan yang popular di masyarakat, salah satunya mahasiswa di STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. Berdasarkan tingkat populernya WiFi Indihome, PT. Telkom Group selalu menjaga kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan agar mahaiswa puas terhadap layanan tersebut. Karena bukan tidak mungkin jika kualitas yang ditawarkan ditanggapi kurang memuaskan mahasiswa yang sudah berlangganan WiFi Indihome.. Tujuan dalan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan mengklasifikasi kepuasan mahasiswa STIKOM Tunas Bangsa yang berlangganan WiFi Indihome dengan data sebanyak 100 data training dan 10 data testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 90% dengan hasil prediksi Puas dengan True Puas terdapat 8 item, sedangkan prediksi Puas dengan True Tidak Puas terdapat 1 item dan prediksi Tidak Puas dengan True Puas terdapat 0 item sedangkan prediksi Tidak Puas dengan True Tidak Puas terdapat 1 item. Dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan keputusan yang akan diambil oleh PT. Telkom Group untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract:
The objectives of this research were (1) to find out the eleventh-grade students’ cognitive styles classification of SMK Telkom Makassar; (2) to find out the eleventh-grade students’ productive skills achievement of SMK Telkom Makassar; (3) to find out whether there is correlation between cognitive style and productive skills at the eleventh-grade students of SMK Telkom in the academic year of 2020/2021. The design of this research was correlational design. The total sample was chosen using quota sampling consisted of 30 tourism students in the eleventh grade at SMK Telkom Makassar in the academic year of 2020/2021. The instruments to collect the data were cognitive style test, speaking test and writing test. Group Embedded Figure Test (GEFT) was used to collect the cognitive style data while the speaking and writing test were used to collect the speaking and writing ability. In analyzing the data, the study used Person Product Moment formula to find the coefficient correlation and simple linear regression to find the significance and linearity of the variables. The findings indicated that (1) there were 16 Field Dependent (FD) students and 14 Field Independent (FI) students; (2) most of the students had poor achievement in speaking and writing test and there were a weak, positive correlation between students’ cognitive style and productive skills; (3) it was showed that the contribution of cognitive style to students’ speaking ability was 14.8%, and the contribution of cognitive style to students’ writing ability was 20.5%. Therefore, the study concluded that there was significant correlation between cognitive style and English productive skills of the eleventh grade students of SMK Telkom Makassar in the academic year of 2020/2021.

The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) what is the form of collaboration between the Open Library Telkom University</em> <em>and UNPAZ 2) What is the impact and effectiveness of the collaboration between Open Library Telkom University</em> <em>and UNPAZ in accessing e-resources 3) What were the obstacles faced when this collaboration was carried out by the Open Library Telkom University</em> <em>and UNPAZ. Apart from that, to find out the impact and effectiveness of this collaboration. Lastly, to find out the problems faced when this collaboration in accessing e-resources takes place. The research method used is qualitative research through interviews, observation, and literature review. The results of the discussion in this research are a collaboration between Open Library Telkom University</em> <em>and UNPAZ in the form of accessing e-resources. Apart from that, this collaboration has a positive impact on both parties, and the obstacles faced when carrying out this collaboration are network constraints, language differences, and very minimal knowledge about how to use e-resources. The suggestion is to learn the languages used by each other, both from the Open Library Telkom</em> <em>University and the UNPAZ. Apart from that, improving internet network facilities for UNPAZ.</em></p>
