Recent efforts to classify off-shell representations of supersymmetry without a central charge have focused upon directed, supermultiplet graphs of hypercubic topology known as Adinkras. This research thesis is a culmination of investigating novel diagrammatic sums of gauge quotients by supersymmetric images of other Adinkras, and the correlated building of field theoretic worldline Lagrangians to accommodate both classical and

We study the motivation and groundwork for the construction of a Light-Shell Effective Theory, an effective field theory for describing the matter emerging from high-energy collisions and the accompanying radiation. We begin in chapter 2 with a simple electrodynamics calculation to motivate the picture of the ``light-shell," in which all electric and magnetic fields lie on a spherical shell that moves outward at the speed of light. The result turns out to do more than motivate, as it also hints at an important feature of the theory, namely the gauge in which we subsequently choose to do cal

We describe work on the construction of an effective field theory on a spherical light shell. The motivation arises from classical electromagnetism: If a collision produces charged particles with zero net charge emerging simultaneously from a point and instantaneously accelerating to the speed of light, then the electromagnetic fields due to these charges lie entirely on a spherical shell expanding at the speed of light. We show that this also applies to classical color radiation from high-energy collisions that produce colored particles. Specifically, the color fields produced in such a proce

For neutron β decay, a fully relativistic analysis at tree level is presented. While this hypothesis has been reportedly validated, the actual efficacy of HTS coils is still debatable as the benchmark setups in the prior art had an unfavorably large coil-to-sample separation which diminished the SNR yield. The theory of the strong interactions is quantum chromodynamics (QCD), but it is nonperturbative in the low-energy region of interest to us. Chiral effective field theory (EFT) pro- vides a systematic framework to derive low-energy few-body interactions and currents, based on, and consistent with all relevant symmetries of QCD. Short-distance physics is not resolved explicitly and gets absorbed in contact terms with so-called low-energy constants (LECs), which

Distinct ρ-T curves of materials were obtained employing different sintering processes, in which microwave sintered specimens exhibit a single Tc at about 380℃, but the specimen sintered by conventional method, on the other hand, shows an intriguing double Tc behavior. Beside the ρ-T properties, conventional sintered specimens possessed high

The most popular ways to accelerate the cooling procedure are increase the contact area for cooling and choose the suitable materials. Aluminum heat plate is widely used for the cooling procedure, because aluminum possesses good heat dissipation, easy processed and low cost. In this study, we implemented experiment by using FLUENT, compare the results with results of temperature field by using wind tunnel testing machine. The proposed method i
