Full textDiffusion MRI (dMRI) is the unique non-invasive technique that allows exploring the cerebral microstructure. Besides a wide use for medical applications, dMRI is also employed in neuroscience to understand the brain organization and connectivity. However, the low spatial resolution and the sensitivity to artefacts limit its application to non-human primates. This work aims to develop a new approach that allows to acquire dMRI at very high spatial resolution on anesthetized macaque brains. This method is based on a 3D sampling of Fourier space with a segmented Echo Planar imaging readout module. This method has been firstly implemented on a 3 Tesla MR scanner (Prisma, Siemens), validated and optimized in-vitro and in-vivo. Compared to the conventional acquisition method, a gain of sensitivity of 3 for the cerebral grey matter and of 4.7 for the white matter was obtained with the proposed approach. This method allowed us to acquire dMRI data on the macaque brain with a spatial isotropic resolution of 0.5 mm ever reached before. The interest to acquire dMRI data with such a spatial resolution to visualize and analyze in-vivo fine structures not detectable with the classical acquisition method, like the sub-fields of hippocampus and the superficial white matter, has also illustrated in this study. Finally, very encouraging preliminary results were also obtained in humans

Abstract This research is aimed to get the further understanding of those excellent professional tennis players whose skill patterns can serve us as a training reference. The following conclusion is drawn from the data analyzed synthetically from the international tennis tournament videotapes or personal viewing records. Although there are still quite a difference among professional tennis players’ technical patterns, they can still be classified based on the observation of those approach net style (whole court style included) and base line style players: On the one hand, the approach net style players often serve the ball with full wind-mill-type, pinpoint stance, front foot landing first, and 4-6 steps approaching net style to service line as a skill pattern set. They usually prefer one-hand and close-stance in backhand groundstroke. On the other hand, base-line style players often serve the ball with half-swing motion, platform stance, front foot landing first, and 3-steps back to service line as a skill pattern set. For two-handed backhand lady players, they prefer close-stance while men take close- and open-stance in turns. This study suggests that a coach be equipped with skill pattern assembling concepts when a player-training program is concerned. In the meantime, he/she should cultivate integrated and specialized programs in his/her mind. As to future research, this study suggests that it put the samples with common characteristics into detailed classification to test the coherence between theory and practice. Key words: tennis singles game, skill pattern.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlations and differences between various rounds of score and tennis record in 2012 Australian Open. Methods: According to contest data of 2012 Australian Open women's singles events, using the Pearson correlation to analysis the technical correlation coefficient between each variables. Results: In the view of Statistical correlation analysis table and the sum of tennis technique, the 1st serves points won and 2nd serves points won、winners、receiving point won、break point won、net point won, presents a significant positive correlation; while the 1st serves points won with ACE、fastest serve、average 1st serve speed、average 2nd serve speed made a significant positive correlation. In the analysis of each round, there is no significant correlation between 1st serves in and 1st serves points won. Instead, we can see the 1st serves in with fastest serve and average 1st serve speed、average 2nd serve speed are negatively correlation. Conclusion: In the serve training, if you put too much emphasis on 1st serves in and sacrifice the power of serving a ball, you can hardly control 1st serves points won, moreover, you would not get the right of service. The results of this study can be used as reference and research basis when coach training a player in the future.

The purpose of study was using Rasch measurement to analyze the women's chopping competition. The subjects were three world’s top twenty women’s chop athletes. These videos were acquired from the ITTF website, using seven-stage Rasch measurement to analyze. The study coordinated the techniques diagnosis of score stagnation in the competition of Lu and Yau, using Big Data to execute chi-square test category difference and related variables. The results were as the following: First, Rasch measurements all got an excellent quality tests in the player, rater and technique faects. Comparing to five-stage technique, the average frequency of seven-stage technique analysis was better. Second, Statistical Analysis of techniques and tactics: 1. both the goodness of fit test (χ2=1528.99) and tactics (χ2=2237.82) reach significant levels. It meant there were differences in the twelve techniques and the nine tactics. 2. The main scoring techniques were attack strokes, chop strokes, and cut speed defensive strokes and the main scoring tactics was cut and speed defensive strokes, chop tactics, and cut-attack. 3. According to skill and tactical correlation analysis, it was found that cut and speed defensive strokes possess quarter on the score, serve-attack and chop tactics possess on the score over one-third. Third, Analysis of players:1. The test of players reached significant at individual skill, tactics, and losing point. The strength of association also had a moderate effect size. 2. Player 1 and player 2 belong to combine attack with chopping style, player 3 belong to combine chopping with attack style. The conclusion: There was an excellent quality on whole reliability and validity by using Rasch measurement to analysis table tennis matches. There was a theoretical basis to support and access to quality test. Based on individual skills, tactics, and score stagnation, it could investigate the performance of players in match.

Advancing to the summit is a belief representing extraordinary significance in the profession of athletics. It means facing the only goal and mounting on the stage of world. Also, it leads to happiness derived from making one’s own dream come true. In 2008 Asian Cup, I attained my best singles result that was incompatible in my experience as a player. Hopefully, I used this report to reconstruct the experience and provided related knowledge to the later generations. This report consists of four chapters: First, an introduction to the development of soft tennis and my self-growth and training history. Second and third chapters narrate about the preparation and the training process and the competition course. Finally, the fourth chapter concludes the whole report including my own self-criticism concerning this Asian Cup Competition and some suggestions to the field.
