Abstract:
Použití superkritické vody v energetice je motivováno zvýšením tepelné účinnosti energetického cyklu. Důsledkem vyšší účinnosti je snížení specifi ckých emisí CO2. Superkritické energetické cykly byly proto zařazeny mezi čisté uhelné technologie (CCT - Clean Coal Technology). Vzhledem ke korozní agresivitě superkritické vody je základním požadavkem volba správného konstrukčního materiálu. Všechny typy ocelí, testovaných v této studii, byly použity při konstrukci komponent superkritického energetického bloku. Vycházelo se z různých konstrukcí především zážehových motorů s rozdílnými zdvihovými objemy, vznětové motory jsou však také zmíněny. This master thesis follows the bachelor thesis with the same name. It is looks into the analyses of the combi-cycle, the advantage of which is high efficiency and easy separation of CO2 for its storage and further usage. It introduces the Graz cycle, its thermal balance a basic arrangement. The calculation is attached in a separate .XLS file. At the end of the thesis, the result of the calculation is interpreted and the conditions under which the project would be realized are outlined.

The scope of this thesis is the Miller engine cycle analysis and its practical application on a turbocharged spark ignited engine. Based on the sensitivity analysis of the limits affecting the ideal Miller cycle thermal efficiency a thermodynamic model of the engine with a prolonged expansion was set up in the GT-POWER software. The results of the analyses were used to evaluate the feasibility of the reference engine conversion for an operation with Miller cycle.
