Abstract:
Kota Banjarmasin merupakan kota yang dikenal dengan Kota Seribu Sungai, tetapi terdapat persoalan yang serius di kawasan tepian sungainya. Hampir setengan dari total sebaran kawasan kumuh Kota Banjarmasin terdapat di area tepian sungai, hal ini memberikan citra yang buruk bagi Kota Banjarmasin. Jika persoalan ini dibiarkan terus menurus, maka keberlangsungan dan fungsi lingkungan sungai akan sangat terganggu. Dari permasalah tersebut, didapatkan sebuah rumusan masalah terkait bagaimana strategi penataan untuk bangunan di kawasan kumuh tepian sungai Kota Banjarmasin. Dengan tujuan, mendapatkan strategi yang tepat untuk menata bangunan di area tepian sungai yang menjadi permasalahan utama bagi kekumuhan kawasan tepian sungai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melihat langsung ke objek penelitian, yaitu permukiman kumuh yang berada di kawasan Sungai Kelayan, Kota Banjarmasin. Hasil dari identifikasi kondisi bangunan dilihat dari aspek keteraturan bangunan, kepadatan bangunan dan kelayakan bangunan masih tergolong cukup tinggi. Dari hasil tersebut, maka didapatkan dua strategi yang tepat dalam upaya menangani permasalahan, yaitu menggunakan strategi peremajaan dengan konsep vertical house dan strategi permukiman kembali dengan pembangunan rusunami sebagai solusi. Dua strategi ini diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan kekumuhan dan juga dapat mengatasi permasalahan terhadap lingkungan sungai yang sudah menurun fungsinya dikarenakan aktifitas masyarakat yang berada pada area sungai.

Sejarah Kota Palangkaraya berawal dari permukiman Kampung Pahandut di kawasan tepian Sungai Kahayan. Peran Sungai Kahayan sebagai orientasi, tempat tinggal/ awal bermukim dan mengembangkan kehidupan manusia/ bekerja bagi masyarakat Dayak. Kini masalah yang terjadi ialah perubahan kawasan tepian Sungai Kahayan berkembang menjadi kota yang dinamis, permukiman tumbuh secara organik dan pola jalan berorientasi ke darat membelakangi sungai, sehingga fungsi sungai berubah dari fungsi awalnya. Sungai sebagai falsafah hidup dan orientasi masyarakat Dayak Ngaju. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengidentifikasi model permukiman di kawasan tepian sungai, kasus kawasan permukiman tepian Sungai Kahayan, Kota Palangkaraya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian ekplorasi kualitatif lapangan (a qualitative exploratory research) berdasarkan ekplorasi data lapangan (field observation) nilai historis kawasan melalui survei, wawancara dan identifikasi potensi kawasan. Hasil penelitian dijabarkan dalam model integrasi permukiman tepian sungai meliputi aspek fisik antara lain : (a) model permukiman; (b) model dermaga; (c) model titian; dan (d) model jembatan. Sedangkan aspek non fisik : (a) ekonomi; dan (b) sosial-budaya dan (c) aktivitas pendukung sepanjang tepian Sungai Kahayan. Hasil penelitian ialah teridentifikasi model permukiman tepian sungai yang relevan yang akan digunakan sebagai pengkayaan model permukiman khususnya di kawasan-kawasan tepian sungai Indonesia di masa mendatang.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita di sebagian besar cerita diposisikan sebagai objek yang tidak memiliki hak atas kehidupannya sendiri. Wanita dalam cerita-cerita tersebut mengalami tindakan represif yang dianggap wajar.

Abstract:
The article considers painted images of Tepsei, which is one of the petroglyphic complexes of the Minusa basin. The images are found on the riverside rocks of Mount Tepsei at the Tepsei I site. The images are hard to see due to their poor preservation. All the discovered panels with painted images have natural cornices that protect the panels from surface water flows and calcite incrustation. The latter make the images hard to see, on the one hand, and make a conservation layer to prevent the images from discoloration, shedding, and pigment washout. These observations, concentration of the images on a confined part of the slope and uninterpreted spots of pigment on some of the panels make us to think that, at some ancient times, there were many more painted figures on the Tepsei cliffs, and they were lost as time went by. During the investigation, we used non-contact methods of documenting based on photography and digital image post-processing. Due to the overlapping of some painted images with ancient carved ones, we are able to attribute some of the painted figures. Similar overlapping cases are rare in the Minusa basin and in South Siberia, which makes them particularly valuable for the replenishment of the source base of earliest rock art images on this territory. Attributing some images is hard for today. The stylistic analysis along with the analysis of pigment maps also gives some basis for the relative chronology of the paintings. Most of the documented images are self-sufficient ochre paintings. There are some animal-style figures: aurochs, a deer, some zoomorphic images that are hard to be taxonomically defined. There is possibly one anthropomorphic figure with a bow in his hands. There is a carved zoomorphic figure with traces of ochre in the carving. On three other panels with the earliest stratum, there are just some relics of pigment. On one of the panels, there is an ochre relic documented only along the contour of the carved image, which tells that the carving was made over the painted image. We consider the findings presented to be an evidence of a broad usage of the painting technique in antiquity that widen the source base of pre-written South Siberian peoples' history.

Resumen de Memorias de Trabajo Se tomó el proyecto de la reapertura de planta Gamesa Tepeyac del cual fui parte como líder del área de Ingeniería Industrial y Almacén, este consistió en la reapertura en 2 fases de las Unidades de Negocio de Gamesa Tepeyac, siendo la primera fase la reapertura de la línea de IQO’s y la segunda la apertura de las 4 líneas de Galleta, Equipo 1, Equipo 2, Equipo 3 y Merengue. Considerándose como reapertura todo el proceso de preparación y planeación, la reapertura en sí y el seguimiento a la operación e Indicadores Clave de Desempeño. Esto se llevó a cabo con un apoyo por parte de todas las áreas soporte, Gerencia, Seguridad, Calidad, Inocuidad, Producción, Mejora Continua, Mantenimiento, Recursos Humanos, Contraloría, Lean Six Sigma, Abastecimientos, Capacitación e Ingeniería Industrial y Almacén, creando una serie de pasos críticos a seguir para garantizar que no hubiera problemas antes, durante y después de la reapertura, así mismo el apoyo y disposición de todo el personal. Esta reapertura se requirió por 2 temas, el primero fue la alta demanda de sobres de avena instantánea y que los maquiladores de este producto no alcanzaron a cumplir con los objetivos de producción necesarios para cumplir con la demanda, el segundo tema, y más crítico, fue que debido al sismo del 19 de septiembre de 2017 la planta de Gamesa Vallejo, la cual es la principal productora de galleta en México para grupo PepsiCo, sufrió graves daños estructurales en su edificio, situación que obligó a la compañía a cerrar la planta hasta que se repararán estos daños y se pudiera afianzar la seguridad de todo el personal que ahí labora. Debido a este cierre de Vallejo Gamesa se decidió reabrir la planta de Gamesa Tepeyac, junto con otras medidas que incluían aumentar el volumen de las demás plantas de galleta de grupo PepsiCo, y así poder disminuir la falta de producto en puntos de venta, sin embargo para Gamesa Tepeyac también se planteó el objetivo de hacer una reapertura limpia y operar con los estándares de desempeño que se manejaron antes del cierre. Desafortunadamente muchas plantas no pudieron alcanzar los nuevos objetivos de volumen que se les plantearon, sin embargo planta Gamesa Tepeyac no solo tuvo una reapertura limpia y sin incidentes mayores, si no que también alcanzó y superó los estándares de operación que manejaba anteriormente volviéndose una planta mucho más eficiente en la administración de la misma debido a la reducción de personal así como el aumento de volumen en galleta como en IQO’s; pasando de un máximo de producción de 2,649 toneladas mensuales a 2,925 toneladas mensuales y de 6.5 toneladas por turno a 7 toneladas por turno en galleta e IQO’s respectivamente.

Abstract:
The subject of this diploma thesis is the creation of a spark ignition thermodynamics model using pressure data measured on the actual engine. The model made in Matlab programming language combines Wiebe function for fuel energy release and Woschni correlation for heat transfer between in-cylinder gasses and cylinder walls. The created model contains compression and expansion stroke only, that's why are conditions at the start of compression and total heat addition calculated by measured pressure data from Skoda 1.0 MPI engine. Creation of transparent model by Matlab scripts enables other users to understand the basics of „zero-dimensional“ thermodynamics models properly, which are used by number of commercial solvers such as GT-Power simulation software. First part of this thesis deals with fundamental laws of heat addition and heat transfer, description of equations for its modelling and application. The major section is devoted to Matlab model, where defined input parameters are mentioned, description of model operation and model parameters influence study. Next parts develops issues of combustion pressure measurement and creation of engine simulation by GT-Power software used for comparison with Matlab model. In the thesis conclusion are simulations and actual engine data differences discussed.

The aim of this labor is to determine heat loss heat distribution kept in non manholed canal and evaluate economic return to build a local source of heat for the office building. For this building is in two variants resolve the reconstruction of the existing heating system. For the first variant is designed the local gas condensing boiler and for second variant existing central heat source. The experimental part of this labor compares the measured and calculated values of boundary conditions of hot-water pipes kept in non manholed canal.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focusing on research of possible damage mechanism of U-tubes in a heat exchanger placed within a gas waste incinerator unit in a factory dealing with chemicals manufacturing. In the first phase of the research, in which a thermo – hydraulic calculation is being made, a specialized software tool HTRI Xchanger Suite® v6.00 is used. Using the software it is possible to simulate certain operational conditions in which the heat exchanger operates. The output from the first phase of the solution is to obtain a set of temperatures of the tube material throughout the length of the tubes. These data are consequently used in the second phase of the analysis. The second phase of the analysis is dealing with thermal lenght dilatation differences assessment between tubes in the tube bundle as a predected reason of oversize tension formed in tube material and damage following afterwards. Conclusions of the calculation made in the second phase of the analysis are then checked by calculation via ANSYS Workbench 11.

The master thesis deals with thermal hydraulic design and strength design of a heat exchanger with “U” tube bundle inside of a shell. The first chapter introduces general design issues of the heat exchangers. The following chapter describes thermal hydraulic design created in software Maple 16.0 by using Kern’s method and the method of Bell-Delaware. HTRI software was used for the control of thermal hydraulic design correctness. To check critical locations of fluid flow in space between the tubes, the CFD model was created at ANSYS Fluent 14.0 software. Accuracy of strength design was verifying by Sant’ Ambrogio software in accordance with ČSN EN 13 445 standards. The last chapter concerns with FEM analysis. According to standards ČSN EN 13 445 the design by analysis namely method based on stress categories were used for the strength analysis of nozzle.

The next section is the strength calculation of selected components of the heat exchanger according to EN 13445 in software Sant'Ambrogio. The following part describes each of the analysis in software Ansys Workbench. The final part contains complete manufacturing documentation of heat exchanger.

This dissertation is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the use of waste heat in the theoretical plane, where methods and possibilities of using this heat are described. Part Two, which is computational, deals with the suggestion of heating industrial halls with an adjacent, mostly office, building in two variants, then it goes on to also deal with the concept of equal pressure forced ventilation, a proposal of air curtains and preparation of hot water, where the heat source is a boiler. In the last part an experiment took place which investigated the conversion efficiency of thermal to electric energy.

Kerja sama keantariksaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting pembangunan kemampuan keantariksaan negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Kerja sama dapat dilakukan secara bilateral maupun multilateral. Indonesia pada tahun 2013 telah mendatangani persetujuan kerja sama di bidang keantariksaan dengan Pemerintah Tiongkok. Tiongkok telah meratifikasi perjanjian tersebut. Di sisi lain, Indonesia sampai saat ini belum meratifikasi perjanjian tersebut. Pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan adalah bagaimana skema kerja sama yang tepat bagi kerja sama bilateral Indonesia-Tiongkok di bidang keantariksaan keantariksaan dan bagaimana seharusnya langkah Pemerintah Indonesia (dhi LAPAN) terhadap kerja sama bilateral keantariksaan dengan Pemerintah Tiongkok? Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis skema kerja sama bilateral Indonesia-Tiongkok di bidang keantariksaan yang tepat dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja yang dikembangkan oleh Broniatowski dkk (2008). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja evaluasi Broniatowski. Setelah dilakukan analisis, dihasilkan kesimpulan bahwa skema yang tepat adalah skema parallel mission dan Pemerintah Indonesia (LAPAN) segera melakukan langkah tindak lanjut yang diperlukan sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan nasional.
