<p>För att kunna upphandla ett elsystem med erforderlig prestanda till en havsbaserad vindkraftpark krävs att köparen ställer krav på säljaren. För att kunna göra detta krävs att ett antal utredningar görs. För detta behöver bl.a. ett internt kabelnät designas.
