The purpose of study was to investigate the short-term and long-term effects of the autogenous training (AT) and to search the evaluation criteria of successfulness of AT mastering. It was carried out a comparative analysis of dynamics of changes of the galvanic skin response (GSR), ECG and infrared irradiation of hands, as during the session, as well as at the initial and final stage of the AT course. 10 patients have been studied: 5 women and 5 men aged 19-21 years. AT training was implemented basing on the classic Schulz method for 20 sessions. On the basis of the dynamics of physiological characteristics it was established that the GSR reduction is the most representative indicator of the short-term adaptation to AT. The ability to voluntarily prolong the R-R interval was determined as a criterion of successfulness of mastering of AT. The ability to voluntarily increase temperature of the hands during the AT session was determined as the most significant parameter of the long-term adaptation to AT. The revealed physiological criteria of dynamics of acquisition of AT can be used in practice; availability of instrumental diagnostics means, including the portable infrared thermometer CEM TermoDiagnostics and the automatic tonometer, can contribute to a more widespread application of AT tech-niques.

This thesis is concerned with thermodiagnostics in industrial practise, which is very important for the assessment of technical condition of object on the basis of temperature, in today's time. It includes summary of contact and contact-free methods and their principle, advantages and disadvantages for aplication in industrial practise. Because of thesis it was carried out measurement in company Daikin Device Czech republic with the use of contact thermometer and two available thermocameras for solving of topical tasks relating to production.

This master thesis deals with the topic of Internet of Things and its use in technical diagnostic. In theoretical part, there is a description of IoT systems and its parts, history of the IoT, communication modules and cloud systems. The second part of the thesis is focused on the description of technical diagnostic, diagnostic signal, and detailed description of two methods, most appropriate for use in IoT systems and that is vibrodiagnostic and thermodiagnostic. The practical part is focused on the application of the IoT system in technical diagnostics, including the measurement of vibrations and temperature, on the description of application in cloud system and analysis of measured results in cloud system. Prior to the end the more actions in this field of IoT systems has been recommended.

This master thesis deals with the proactive diagnostics and monitoring of state of the three phase asynchronnous motors in industrial company Bosch Diesel Jihlava. In master thesis is designed diagnostics system based on the selected suitable diagnostics methods and other appropriate process monitors the status of these technical equipments.

This thesis deals with the temperature-moisture assessment of builgind constructions apartment building. Selected critical details are examined in special programs Area 2015 and Cube3D 2015. The thesis also includes thermal measurement of apartment building using a termovision camera. Theoretical calculations are then compared with measurements which were performed on a real building.

One of the highest levels of maintenance is the proactive maintenance, which is using the technical diagnostics to find out the causes of failures.
