Abstract:
Kur’an-ı Kerim’in tilâvetinde, fonetik unsurların doğru seslendirilmesi, tecvîd kaidelerinin tatbiki ve melodik yapının uygulanması ehemmiyet arz eden hususlardandır. Bununla beraber, Kur’an kıraatinin mühim dinamiklerinden biri de tilâvette ses-mana uyumunun sağlanmasıdır. Kur’an okunuşunda, ses icrasının tekdüze bir tonda devam etmesi suretiyle yeknesak bir yapı sergilememesi, aksine Kur’an metninin semantik ve fonetik boyutlarını dikkate alarak ses perdesinde tezahür eden yükseliş ve alçalışlarla canlı bir prozodik örüntü takip etmesi, fonetik açıdan zaruri addedilmektedir. Bu yaklaşım, tilâvetin ses örgüsünü zenginleştirirken, aynı zamanda metnin anlam katmanlarını daha etkili bir biçimde yansıtma potansiyeli taşımaktadır. Bu çalışma, Kur’an tilâvetinde ses-anlam uyumunu sağlamakta büyük rol oynayan tenğîm (tonlama) olgusunu interdisipliner bir yaklaşımla ele almayı hedeflemektedir. Dilbilim, sesbilim, tecvîd, kıraat ve tefsir ilimleri arasında köprü kurma gayretinde olan bu araştırma, tenğîm olgusunun Kur’an tilâvetindeki yerini, önemini ve manaya etkisini analitik bir perspektifle incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma, başta tenğîm olmak üzere, tatrîz, nebr, teğannî, tecvîd ve tertîl gibi tenğîm ile alakalı prozodik kavramlar üzerine odaklanmıştır. Bu minvalde, her bir kavramın delâleti, işlevsel önemi ve tatbiki boyutları mukayeseli bir yöntem çerçevesinde tahlil edilmiş ve aralarındaki münasebetler haritalandırılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçları, Arap dili prozodik sistemi içerisinde tenğîm olgusunun müstesna bir yer tuttuğunu vurgulamaktadır. Bu olgu, ses tellerinin gerilim derecesiyle doğrudan ilişkili olup, sesin yükseklik ve alçaklığındaki değişimleri ifade etmektedir. Tenğîmin, yeni lafızlar ilave etme ihtiyacı duymaksızın cümle semantiğini değiştirme kabiliyeti, onun sözlü hitaptaki işlevinin yazılı dildeki noktalama işaretleriyle benzerlik gösterdiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bununla birlikte, tenğîmin konuşmacının psikolojik ve duygusal durumunu yansıtan bir cümle prozodisi oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma, tenğîmin dilbilimsel analizlerde genellikle cümle düzeyinde işlevsellik gösterdiğini, ancak spesifik bir lafızda sınırlı kaldığı durumlarda nebr (vurgu) kategorisine dahil edildiğini göstermektedir. Teğannî kavramı ise, Kur’an tilâvetinde sesin güzelleştirilmesi ve melodik bir tarzda seslendirilmesi şeklinde tarif edilmekte olup, tenğîm olgusunun Kur’an tilâvetine özgü geliştirilmiş bir versiyonu olarak değerlendirilebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Başka bir tabirle, tenğîm olgusunun, teğannînin bir alt bileşeni olduğunu açıklamaktadır. Araştırma, ayrıca tertîl kavramının çağdaş fonetik ve dilbilim bakımından yeniden kavramsallaştırılmasını önermektedir. Bu bağlamda tertîl, Kur’an metninin fonetik açıdan en iyi hala getirilmiş ve prozodik özelliklerinin belirginleştirilmiş bir biçimde telaffuz edilmesi sanatı olarak tanımlanmıştır. Tertîlin, başta teğannî olmak üzere, tecvîd, tenğîm, nebr, vakf ve ritim gibi çeşitli prozodik unsurlara riayet ettiğinin altı çizilmiştir. Diğer bir ifadeyle tertîlin, prozodik okuma (tatrîz) olgusunun Kur’an tilâvetindeki muadili olduğu neticesine ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, tenğîm kavramının klasik Arap dilbilimi literatüründeki mevcudiyeti irdelenmiştir. Söz konusu gelenekte mezkûr kavramın varlığına dair tartışmalar süregelse de araştırmalar sonucunda, önde gelen dilbilimcilerin eserlerinde bu olguyu karşılayan terminolojinin kullanıldığı ve ses tonu değişikliklerinin anlam üzerindeki etkisinin incelendiği tespit edilmiştir. Bunu yanı sıra Kur’an’da tenğîm olgusunun işlevsel analizine ışık tutulmuştur. Bu çerçevede, Tenğîmin Kur’an’daki rolü üç ana kategoride değerlendirilmiştir. Bunlar; Duygusal-ifadesel işlev, sözdizimsel-yapısal işlev ve anlamsal işlevdir.

Abstract:
Kenyamanan termal merupakan aspek yang penting dalam bangunan. Kinerja termal bangunan menjadi faktor keberhasilan bangunan dalam mewadahi aktivitas penghuni. Nilai vernakular menjadi salah satu nilai dalam pencapaian kenyamanan termal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap lingkungan termal di rumah vernakular pegunungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengukuran varaibel termal dengan menggunakan alat pengukur termal. Analisis menggunakan grafik yang disertai dengan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah vernakular di Gunung Alang masih mengedepankan nilai vernakular dalam pencapaian kenyamanan termal. Rumah vernakular di Gunung alang mempunyai karakteristik unik yang menjadikan rumah tinggal beserta penghuninya mengandung nilai vernakular.

Abstract:
Kenyamanan termal merupakan persepsi penghuni yang didasarkan pada lingkungannya, sedangkan kinerja termal adalah kinerja panas yang ditimbulkan oleh bangunan. Banyak faktor dalam kinerja termal bangunan diantaranya adalah sinar matahari dan angin. Kedua faktor termasuk faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja termal bangunan untuk mewujudkan kenyamanan termal penghuni bangunan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa sinar matahari dan angin dalam mempengaruhi kinerja termal rumah tinggal. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dengan melakukan pengamatan elemen bangunan yang berhubungan dengan sinar matahari dan angin. Hasil pengamatan dideskripsikan untuk menemukan hasil kinerja termal dari tiga bangunan yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen bangunan seperti material dinding mempengaruhi kinerja termal bangunan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah tinggal dengan dinding plaster lebih dingin dibandingkan dengan rumah tinggal berdinding batu ekspos dan kayu.

Mestrado em Gestão e Desenvolvimento em Turismo<br>O presente trabalho de investigação propõe-se tratar, de forma científica, a problemática da Análise à Procura Termal. Assim, partindo do princípio que o termalismo é uma componente importante e fundamental para a vinda e fixação de turistas numa determinada estância turística, tentamos demonstrar, através da análise à procura, quais são as motivações, ocupações e características dos termalistas e em que medida a oferta, ávida em satisfazer as necessidades dos aquistas, pode mudar a sua postura e dar melhores respostas. Este trabalho de investigação começa por teorizar, através de bibliografia específica, toda a temática envolvente ao termalismo, num fio condutor que nos leva desde a oferta e procura turísticas ao termalismo no mundo e nas estâncias objecto de estudo, aos tratamentos tradicionais e de bem-estar, ao lazer e ao tipo de actividades proporcionadas pelas estâncias. A primeira parte do trabalho é dedicada à teorização conceituada de toda a problemática envolvente à simbiose procura/ termalismo. Esta relação é a base da segunda metade do nosso trabalho, que se propõe determinar as principais características dos aquistas e aferir quais são as suas motivações e actividades enquanto permanecem nas cinco estâncias termais que consideramos mais representativas do universo das termas portuguesas. Conclusões e sugestões são também apresentadas. ABSTRACT: This present research paper, proposes to treat in a scientific manner, the problematic of the Analysis of the Thermal Demand. Therefore, assuming that thermalism has an important role for the tourist incoming and stay in a thermal site, we tried to demonstrate, through the analysis of the demand, occupations and characteristics of thermal users, their motivations and the correspondence between the offer and their expectations. This work begins to theorize, by the specific bibliography, the terms and concepts related to thermalism and well-being, with the line that leads us from the touristic system, touristic offer and demand and traditional and spa treatments to leisure and leisure and recreational activities provided by each thermal centre. The second part puts the core on the field of the five thermal centres, which we considered as representative of the universe of therms in Portugal. Conclusions and suggestions for further works are also presented.

El centro contó con investigación tanto del tema como del terreno, así como investigación medioambiental y ecológica. El diseño se presenta como la mezcla entre urbanismo, paisajismo y arquitectura, junto con conceptos relacionados al hedonismo, el juego y el ocio para los usuarios. A la suite des mutations technologiques et économiques et de la montée de la précarité, la formation professionnelle occupationnelle (FPO), désormais tournée vers l'emploi, est devenue un instrument de régulation de la périphérie. Elle favorise la « professionnalisation » des chômeurs rejetés de la production ou insuffisamment qualifiés, s'inscrit dans une nouvelle citoyenneté liée à l'insertion et à l'égalité des chances et concourt au développement autocentré du territoire. Tandis qu'émerge le modèle de la compétence, l'Etat réorganise la FPO dans le cadre d'un système de formation professionnelle plus intégré et la décentralise, en collaboration avec les instances européennes. Dans la province intérieure de Teruel, dépeuplée, isolée et où les besoins de formation sont importants, il importe, en matière de FPO, de qualifier la main-d'oeuvre périphérique de manière à la fixer sur le territoire et à maintenir la croissance<br>As a result of technological and economic changes and growing hardships, occupational vocational training, with its current focus on the labour market, has become instrumental in the adjustment of the labour force on the fringe. It promotes "higher professional standards" for unemployed workers left out of the production system or insufficiently qualified and falls within the ambit of a new approach to being a partipatory citizen premised on integration and equal opportunity and on the self-focused development of the territory. Tanto detetores de radiação como laseres semicondutores fabricados com estes compostos tem aplicações que vão do controle de atitude de satélites à espectroscopia de alta resolução. Entre os materiais mais importantes do grupo, destaca-se a liga Pb1-xSnxTe devido a possibilidade de sintonização de seu gap de energia direto em todo o espectro infravermelho termal para l ³ 5m m. Detetores fotocondutores e fotovoltaícos, laseres semicondutores e, mais recentemente, redes monolíticas, poços quânticos e estruturas mesoscópicas, foram desenvolvidas com sucesso com este material semicondutor. A primeira parte deste trabalho descreve o processamento e a caracterização destes dispositivos, bem como uma nova variante do método de crescimento VMS (Vapor-Melt-Solid), o qual produziu lingotes monocristalinos de PbTe e PbSnTe com alta homogeneidade axial. Após a orientação, corte e polimento óptico, os cristais foram usados como substratos para a fabricação de sensores fotovoltaícos e laseres semicondutores por LPE (Liquid Phase Epitaxy). A segunda parte apresenta os detalhes da técnica e da construção de um sistema de Hot Wall Epitaxy -HWE, que permitiu um melhor controle sobre o crescimento das camadas epitaxiais. Este sistema foi usado para o crescimento de camadas epitaxiais de PbTe e Pb1-xSnxTe sobre vários substratos, tais como KCl, PbTe, BaF2 e Si (111), bem como para o estudo de novos métodos para otimizar o processo de crescimento. Quanto aos substratos de silício, foi reportada pela primeira vez, a construção de junções p-n que, após o processamento, produziram detetores fotovoltaícos com excelentes características de detetividade. A principal motivação para produzir detetores de compostos IV-VI sobre substratos de silício é a possibilidade de obter redes de sensores monolíticas com vários detetores e sua eletrônica associada de processamento de sinal, integrados num mesmo substrato<br>Abstract: The IV-VI materiais semiconducting devices are important due to their several applications in the thermal infrared spectral region (5 mm £ l £ 14 mm). Radiation detectors as well as semiconductor lasers made out with those compounds have several uses, ranging from satellite's attitude control to high resolution spectroscopy. Among the important materiais of this group the Pb1-xSnxTe alloy highlights itself because the tunability of its direct gap in the whole thermal infrared region for l ³ 5 mm. Photoconductors and photovoltaic detectors, semiconductor lasers and, more recently, monolithic arrays, quantum wells and mesoscopic structures, were successful developed with this semiconductor material. The first part of this work describes the processing and characterization of these devices, as well as a new approach to the VMS (Vapor-Melt-Solid) growth method, which produced PbTe and PbSnTe monocrystals with a high axial homogeneity. After being oriented, sliced and optically polished, the crystals were used as substrates to fabricate infrared photovoltaic sensors and semiconductor lasers by LPE (Liquid Phase Epitaxy). The second part presents the details of the technique and of the construction of a Hot Wall Epitaxy -HWE system, which allows a better control over the epitaxiallayers growth. This system was used for the growth of PbTe and Pb1-xSnxTe epitaxiallayers in several substrates, such as KCl, PbTe, BaF2 and Si (111), as well as to study new methods to optimize the growth process. As for the silicon substrates, it was reported for the first time, the construction of p-n junctions that, after processing, had produced photovoltaic detectors with excellent detectivities' characteristics. Perubahan iklim yang terjadi dalam suatu lingkungan terbangun memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kenyamanan termal pada lingkungan dan bangunan yang terdapat pada kawasan tersebut. Terlebih ketika lingkungan dan bangunan tersebut merupakan salah satu aset cagar budaya yang masih berperan fungsinya dalam kegiatan yang bersifat sakral, salah satunya adalah bangunan Pendapa Ageng Mangkunegaran Surakarta. Pendapa merupakan salah satu elemen arsitektural pada tatanan ruang pada Arsitektur Jawa, yang keberadaanya menyatu dan menjadi bagian dari ruang luar, dan seringkali disebut sebagai elemen bangunan semi-tertutup karena bentuk dan kondisi fisiknya yang tanpa dinding. Pendapa Ageng Mangkunegaran merupakan salah satu pendapa terbesar di Indonesia, menjadikan ini sebagai salah satu yang khas untuk dikaji terkait optimasi kenyamanan termal lingkungan yang diperoleh dari kondisi iklim mikro. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan pengaruh kondisi iklim mikro yang terdapat baik di sekitar lingkungan maupun bangunan di dalam pendapa terhadap kondisi termal yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini akan mengarahkan pada optimasi terhadap kondisi iklim mikro supaya dapat diperoleh hasil kenyamanan termal yang ideal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif yang didukung oleh simulasi eksperimental melalui analisis komputasi ENVI-met. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yakni tahap pertama berupa tahap empiris pengukuran kondisi iklim mikro, tahap kedua berupa simulasi menggunakan ENVI-met untuk mengetahui kondisi termal yang tercipta dari elemen lansekap di sekitar pendapa ageng dan area yang dinaungi oleh atap pendapa, tahap ketiga adalah upaya optimasi berdasarkan hasil simulasi yang diperoleh berupa rekomendasi yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan kondisi iklim mikro yang ideal. Abstract:
O bioma Pampa é foco de profundas alterações nas últimas décadas e os campos nativos têm sido convertidos para culturas de arroz, soja e silvicultura. Neste artigo foi investigada se a adição de banda do termal em classificação supervisionada Maxver com imagens Landsat aumentaria a acurácia dos mapeamentos de cobertura vegetal no Bioma Pampa. Os resultados apontam para moderado aumento na acurácia das classificações com a utilização da banda do termal. A interpretação visual das imagens também é facilitada com dados de temperatura. Para ambas abordagens (digital e manual), é importante imagens temporais de épocas distintas, que contemplem coberturas vegetais em diferentes estágios e condições de vigor.

Especially in health technology, developing an idea into a marketable solution, is a long and winding role. More so in the case of medical devices, that play an essential role in healthcare delivery of today. These devices are solutions that are intended for medical use in “homes and hospitals”. Regulating their development ensures the devices are safe to use, and available to the end-users on global markets. As the regulatory framework expands beyond development to sales, regulatory compliance is of paramount importance for every organization working in the field. To enable the development of medical devices, and other solutions of health technology, we have created a platform called “Terttu” (engl. “Bunch” as in “bunch of grapes”) that brokers and facilitates regional co-creation services to companies in need of them. In our previous article, we created a theoretical framework for the platform. In this one, we take a deep dive into the actual results of our development.In the core, the Terttu service was developed using Service Design as the over-arching design principle. The service is an electronic platform used for matching the end-user (company) co-creation needs with the services available in the regional. “Under the hood”, the service is also used for combining different co-creation services together, in the case that a single service can’t meet the needs of the end-user. And, when there is a match between the need and the co-creation service(s), Terttu provides a way for advancing a contact into an actual agreement between the involved parties, and using a completed co-creation project as a reference in promoting the service.The actual work in developing the platform started with focus group interviews. In these interviews, the end-users’ (9 companies) needs, wishes, and ideas for the Terttu service were investigated. As the services is intended to be used in the healthcare sector, the companies were selected accordingly. In the interviews, the end-users were walked through the intended process of initiating co-creation from their perspective, and after that the users were given the floor; how the process worked, how it should have worked, and what would be an ideal process. On the basis of these interviews, an ideal version of the Terttu service was drafted, and presented to the co-creation service providers. These in turn, had an option to add their insights into the drafted version, that would eventually steer the development of the Terttu service.This collaborative work with the end-users and the service providers resulted in a shared vision of a service – the way it should look, and the way the promises to the end-users should be redeemed. However, it turned out that this was just the icing on the cake. There were still practical, and fundamental, issues to be addressed before the vision would could be done true. The development work brought to light a) problems associated with the ownership and management of the Terttu service, b) ambiguities in the way the service promise was initially formulated, and c) challenges in the marketing and pricing. All these would need hard work and making compromises from all service provider organizations. Future research aspects and practical recommendations will also be issued in the paper.

The p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene and sulfonycalix[4]arene conformers have been obtained by AM1 geometry optimizations. The structural cavities of p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene and sulfonylcalix[4]arene conformers of which phenol groups are bridged by sulfonyl sulfur have been compared to the calix[4]arene and thiacalix[4]arene. The conformational energies of p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene have been compared with the energies of sulfonylcalix[4]arene, calix[4]arene and thiacalix[4]arene. The most stable conformer of sulfonylcalix[4]arene and p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene are 1,2-alternate and 0011-AAAA 1,2-alternate conformers, respectively. Two different types of hydrogen bond presented in the sulfonyl calix[4]arene cone and partial cone conformers and p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene cone conformer have been found. Ab initio energies of the AM1 optimized structures of sulfonylcalix[4]arene and p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene conformers and their complexes with zinc(II) have been computed at HF/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-31G* theoretical levels. The optimized structure of complex species of p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene with zinc(II) is in good agreement with recent x-ray geometry data.

In this paper we evaluate the taxation of sugar-sweetened and edulcorated beverages by using the natural quasi-experiment in Spain: in 2021 an increase in Value Added Tax was introduced in all regions of Spain except for some of them, which do not have VAT. These regions serve as a control group offering a unique opportunity in the literature for two reasons, the guarantee of avoiding cross-border consumer movements due to their geographical location and the opportunity to have a household consumption database with a rich set of characteristics. We find a pass-through of the tax to prices of over 95\% and a fall in soft drink consumption of 15\% among the poorest tertile of households, especially among those with children aged 5-16. In addition, we find a significant reduction in spending on unhealthy complementary goods among the same households in the first tertile. However, the remaining households did not react to the tax by reducing either their consumption of soft drinks or their consumption of complementary goods. Our results show the importance of considering the structure and economic capacity of the household, as well as the response of the consumption of complementary goods, when assessing the effect of this type of tax on consumption.

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อพัฒนาวิธีการสังเคราะห์เอซาคาลิกซารีนที่มีหมู่เอมีนแบบต่างๆ และศึกษาสมบัติในการจับกับแคทไออน แอนไอออน และโมเลกุลอินทรีย์ของสารที่สังเคราะห์ได้ ตลอดจนศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการนำสารที่สังเคราะห์ได้มาประยุกต์ใช้งานในการแยกโลหะไออน และอินทรีย์โมเลกุลออกจากสิ่งแวดล้อม ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย : ปฏิกิริยาคอนแดนเซชันระหว่างอนุพันธ์อัลดีไฮด์ของคาลิก [4] ซารีนและเอมีนที่เหมาะสมจะให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นสารรูปชิฟเบส จากนั้นทำการรีดิวซ์สารชิฟเบสด้วย NaBH[subscript 4] แล้วโปรตอนเนท ด้วย HCI ใน CH[subscript3]OH จะได้ผลิตภัณฑ์รูปแอมโมเนียมออกมา จากนั้นทำปฏิกิริยาสะเทินกับ NaOH จะได้สารประกอบเอซาเบนซินคราวน์อีเธอร์คาลิก[4]ซารีน ส่วนอนุพันธ์พิริดีนของคาลิก[4] ซารีนสังเคราะห์ได้จากปฏิกิริยาแทนที่แบบนิวคลิโอฟิลิกระหว่างคาลิก[4] ซารีนกับ 4-chloromethyl pyridine การศึกษาการจับกับแคทไออน และโมเลกุลอินทรีย์ของสารสังเคราะห์ได้กระทำโดยวิธีโปรตอนเอ็นเอ็มอาร์และโพเทนซิโอเมทริกไทเทรชัน ผลการทดลอง : ได้สังเคราะห์สารต่อไปนี้ คือ 25,26,27-N,N’, N” –tri((2-ethoxy)benzyl)ethylene tetraamine-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene-4HCI (5a) 25,26,27-N,N’,N”- tri((4-ethoxy)benzyl)ethylene tetraamine-p-tert-butyl calyx[4]arene-4HCI (5b) 25,27,-{2,2’-[2,2’-((2,5,8-triaza)nonyl)diphenoxy]diethyl)-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene (7) 25,27-[N,N’ –di-((2-ethoxy)benzl)propylenediamine]-26,28-dimethoxy-p-tert-butykcalix[4]arene dihydrochloride (10) และ 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25-27-bis((4-pyridylmethyl)oxy]-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (11) สาร 5a และ 5b สามารถเกิดสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนแบบ 1:1 กับ NO[subscript 3] Br และ I โดยมีลำดับของความเสถียรของสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนที่เกิดขึ้นเป็น NO[subscript 3] &gt; I&gt; Br เมื่อใช้ Na เป็นเคาน์เตอร์แคทไออน เมื่อเปลี่ยนแคทไอออนเป็น K พบว่าค่าคงที่ของการเกิดสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนของ 5a ต่อ Br และ I จะมีค่าสูงขึ้นกว่าเมื่อใช้ Na อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่า 5b จะเกิดสารประกอบที่เชิงซ้อนที่เสถียรมากกับ I เมื่อใช้แคทไอออนเป็น Bu[subscript 4] N[superscript +] สาร 7 จะเกิดสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนได้กับ Co[superscript 2-] Ni [superscript 2+] และ Zn [superscript 2+] โดยมีลำดับความเสถียรของสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนที่เกิดขึ้นเป็น Cu[superscript 2+] &gt;&gt; Ni [superscript 2+] &gt; Co [superscript 2+] &gt; Zn [superscript 2+] ส่วนสาร 11 จะเกิดจากสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนกับ catechol resorcinol และ phthalic acid อีกทั้งให้โครงสร้างซุปราโมเลคิวลาร์ที่น่าสนใจอีกด้วย อภิปรายและสรุปผลการทดลอง : จากผลการทดลองพบว่า ขนาดของโพรงของลิแกนด์และเคาน์เตอร์แคทไอออนมีผลต่อการจับกับแอนไอออนของทั้ง 5a และ 5b โพรงคราวน์อีเธอร์ใน 5a จะชอบกับ K มากกว่า Na ส่วนโพรงที่จับแอนไอออนของ 5b จะมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าขนาดของ 5a สาร 7 จะเกิดสารประกอบเชิงซ้อนแบบ 1:1 กับ Cu [superscript 2+] Ni [superscript 2+] และ Co[superscript 2+] และแบบ1:2 ในกรณีของ Zn[superscript 2+] ผลของการทดลองแสดงว่าสาร 7 สามารถจับ Cu [superscript 2+] ได้ค่อนข้างจำเพาะเจาะจง ผลของการจับอย่างเลือกจำเพาะของสาร 11 ต่อ catechol resorcinol และ phthalic acid รวมทั้งโครงสร้างซุปราโมเลคิวลาร์ที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นผลมาจากอันตรกิริยาพันธะไฮโดรเจนและแรง van der Waals

Abstract:
El principio de favorabilidad dentro de nuestro sistema jurídico se erige como un componente de orden constitucional que resguarda a las personas que están siendo investigadas por la autoridad penal y las faculta para dar aplicación a las disposiciones que menos afecten sus garantías y derechos fundamentales. No obstante, a ello la norma solo detalla características generales, dejando que la jurisprudencia de las altas cortes desenvuelva su alcance, desarrollo y excepciones del principio. El presente escrito pretende generar una guía práctica para que el estudiante de Derecho pueda analizar el contexto constitucional, jurídico y jurisprudencial que delimita la aplicación del principio de favorabilidad dentro del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano. Para ello, partiremos de las nociones doctrinales del principio y su comparación con fenómenos como la lex tertia, conoceremos su historia y evolución dentro de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y estudiaremos casos en concreto donde se da aplicación al principio y se preceptúan las excepciones al principio dentro del contexto del proceso penal.
