The assessment of stability in emulsion-based topical preparations can be approached through real-time monitoring and/or accelerated methods, drawing predictions from pertinent stability-related physicochemical parameters. Ensuring the robustness and durability of topical products during storage, transport, and application necessitates thorough stability testing. However, due to the diversity of emulsion types and their intended use, there is no universal standard test, placing the liability on formulators/manufacturer to tailor appropriate assessments. Notably, topical emulsions, particularly

Abstract The article deals with monitoring the stability of the geodetic base Skalka. The introduction of the article briefly describes the history and purpose of the geodetic base Skalka, gradually resulting in the current characteristics of the base. The main part of the article deals with monitoring the stability of points of the inner and partly outer part of the base. The result is the evaluation of performed geodetic works with the assessment of the testing base stability. Summary A complex polynomial is called a Hurwitz polynomial, if all its roots have a real part smaller than zero. This kind of polynomial plays an all-dominant role in stability checks of electrical (analog or digital) networks. In this article we prove that a polynomial p can be shown to be Hurwitz by checking whether the rational function e(p)/o(p) can be realized as a reactance of one port, that is as an electrical impedance or admittance consisting of inductors and capacitors. Here e(p) and o(p) denote the even and the odd part of p [25].
