Aktivní mechanický plicní simulátor (iLung) nabízí možnost simulace lidského dýchání. Cílem této práce je implementovat a otestovat řídící a akviziční systém cRIO pracující v reálném čase, jako řídící jednotku simulátoru. Výsledné propojení obou zařízení je zdokumentováno ve formě tabulek a původních osazovacích výkresů, které jsou doplněny o popis funkce každého pinu. Významného zlepšení bylo dosaženo laděním motoru a modifikací proporcionálně-integračního regulátoru v řídícím programu. Tyto modifikace mají za následek významné snížení oscilací v okolí nuly. Pro zvýšení využitelnosti a přístupnosti simulátoru byl vytvořen uživatelský manuál a s ním související laboratorní cvičení. Validace funkce implementované řídící jednotky nebyla omezena pouze na jednoduché testovací rutiny, ale rozšířena na testování funkce simulátoru jako celku. Měření na simulátoru byly porovnány a diskutovány s klidovým spirometrickým vyšetřením 20ti probandů. Měření prokázala velkou míru podobnosti mezi simulovaný dýcháním iLung a klidovým lidským dýcháním.

Aktuální postup testování je příliš zdlouhavý a nepřesný, zároveň není měření některých vlastností motoru vůbec možné. Hlavním úkolem zařízení je zrychlení a zjednodušení procesu testování spolu s možností otestovat všechny vlastnosti motorů. Realizace zařízení začala definováním požadavků zákazníka, dalším krokem byla analýza daných požadavků a návrh zařízení. Následovala výroba a programovaní firmwaru spolu se softwarem. Výsledkem práce je funkční přístroj schopný automatického testování sedmi základních typů motorů, měření všech požadovaných funkcí spolu s novou možností měření počtu tiků enkodéru, periody FG signálu z řídící elektroniky BLDC motorů a napěťové úrovně těchto signálů. Dalšími rozšířeními jsou možnost uložení výsledků z uskutečněných testů pro možné budoucí využití a možnost vizualizace proudu motorem. Uživatel je tedy schopný otestovat velké množství motorů v kratším časovém úseku a zároveň se o testovaných motorech dozvědět mnohem více informací než doposud.

This dissertation thesis is focused on the problem of the noise measurement and construction of the noise test station what was also interest of my employer - company Kollmorgen,sr.o. This testing station should be located directly in the assembly line with target of the noise motor s identification. On base of these measured values and implemented intelligent testing procedures, we should be able to identify real root cause of the noise The noise of electrical machines is actual issue. There is a big pressure for low-noise driving system construction created by many end-customers. We can achieve these requirements with 100% quality of all parts of current product, implementation of noise testing station and also with design optimization of the current product. Basic testing procedures of induction motors were showed in first part of this work (chapter 4.1.). These procedures are able to provide good picture of the motor condition. For the motor noise measurements was constructed a workplace including noise box with acoustical absorption up to 30dB what allowed the workplace implementation directly into the motor assembly line. Testing techniques and frequency analysis procedures were implemented sequentially with the target of the test evaluation improvement. After the detailed analyze of the motor noise root causes was performed check of the current motor design with respect of the “noiselessness” motor construction principles. As next step was created the motor prototype with optimized construction with target of the motor noise reduction. This optimized motor was tested and compared with standard motor design.

The induction machine with a squirrel cage is a workhorse of the industry. The main advantage of an induction machine is the low manufacturing price, simple and robust construction, low maintenance requirements. However, for high-speed applications, induction machine with a squirrel cage requires design modification due to the mechanical restrictions. The objective of this thesis is to show design process, methodology and assembly of the induction machine for high-speed applications. In this thesis, the rotor dimensioning data are presented. The results are demonstrated on the design of the 6 kW, 120 000 rpm solid rotor squirrel cage induction machine. This thesis also contains calculation and design of three different electrical machine topologies for a turbo circulator application. The electrical machines are designed with 6 kW output power at 120 000 rpm. The machines are estimated by using electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical calculations. The drawbacks and advantages of each topology under study are described. For other high-speed applications, a comparative method helps in choosing the suitable electrical machine topology by examinations of discussed criteria. Rotor design effect on the electromagnetic performance of the induction machine is shown. Mechanical stresses are calculated with Finite Element Method analysis. Various assembly technologies to produce solid rotor with squirrel cage are discuss and compare. Describe approach enables high electromagnetic performance and durable construction of the high-speed induction machine. Work is confirmed by measurement on the manufactured prototype.

Compare the selected results in- between the groups and assess whether the training is affecting the level of certain motor assumptions, physical abilities and selected body parameters. Methodology: The research method of this work is comparison. The research group was composed by children from the SK Motorlet Praha (n = 13, mean age 11.5 ± 1.1 years) and children from the modern pentagon Dukla Praha (n = 10, mean age 10.5 ± 0.8 years). Tested objects were participated in motor-fitness tests - Cooper's test (running and swimming test 12 minutes), joint mobility test (shoulder, lumbar spine and hip segment), lower limb dynamics test, absolute upper limb strength, postural stability and body composition test. The aim of this thesis is to compare the results of the motoric test regarding to three tennis players of various performance levels in chosen sport games. Thus define the substantive significance and specificity of each test towards tennis. The assumptions in the theoretical part are based on my Bachelor thesis. In said thesis I am dealing with the characteristics of tennis, the structure of sport performance, the factors which determine the sport efficiency in tennis and most importantly on physical condition. The theoretical part is also widened by newly acquired knowledge. In the result part, based on the comparison of the three tennis players of different performance levels, the substantive significance of the test in tennis was stated. Subsequently we present the results of our test subjects in selected sport games. Using the comparative analysis the differences of motoric assumptions in various sport games are stated. Title: Motor testing of children in elementary stage of swimming training Target: The main goal of the thesis is to determine level of motor skills of swimmers in elementary stage of training by means of UNIFITTEST (6-60) test battery. Findings will be compared with selected results of other groups of sporting and unsporting children age 10 - 12. Methods: Two basic methods were selected to obtain required data. A controlled interview with swimming coach was used in order to select the research group. Consequently selected swimmers were tested for motor condition according to UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) test battery (Měkota, Kovář et al. 2002). Data acquired from the selected tests were processed and graphically expressed using mathematic - statistical method. Comparative method was used to compare results of group unsporting children with selected group of children from modern pentathlon. Results: By evaluating all results from four basic tests UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) 61 % of the swimmers have acquired above average evaluation of motor performance. Comparison of swimming group and unsporting children proved better results of swimmers in 12 minute run and shudder. Title: Testing of motor competencies of 6th grade elementary school students using the MOBAK test Objectives: The aim of this work was to analyze the level of motor competencies of 6th graders using a MOBAK 5-6 test battery. Based on the analysis of the obtained results, the aim was to identify shortcomings and suggest the possibility of positive influence in school practice. At the same time, the aim was to verify the suitability of this test battery in school physical education. Methods: The research group consisted of a total of 144 students in the 6th grade of primary school (81 boys and 63 girls). Test results were obtained using 8 MOBAK motor tests (category 5-6). The first 4 tests form the category Movement with an object and the next 4 tests form the category Self-movement. The test results themselves were supplemented by data obtained by the method of questioning. Students' parents filled in questionnaires about their children's sports activities. Students were divided into groups according to gender, leisure activities and sports activities with their parents, and within this division their results were compared. Ganaxolone is a new potencional antiepileptic drug, synthetic analog of allopregnanolone which is a metabolite of progesterone. Preclinical and clinical studies point out its anticonvulsive effect in the treatment of both partial and generalized seizures including refractory epilepsy. The aim of our research was to investigate changes in the motor performance of the immature rats after administration of ganaxolone. We also focused on the relation between motoric impairment and the age of the rats which correlates with the age of children. 90 immature rats of age 12, 18 and 25 days were tested. Rats were divided in three groups injected with doses of 20 mgGNX/kg or 40 mgGNX/kg and the control group. The tests for assessing motor performance were chosen with respect to the maturation of sensorimotor reflexes from the following batery of tests: righting test, bar holding test, wire mesh test, negative geotaxis test and open field test. There were no significant differences before and after injection of the drug and in comparison with the control group not even in comparison of classes of age. The steroid substances with effect on nervous tissue are plenteously studied in last years. Their biggest benefits are especially anticonvulsant and anxiolytic effects. This thesis inspects the influence of newly discovered neruactive steroid pregnanolone pyroglutamate synthesized in The Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Science (IOCB CAS), which offer potential opportunity of a new therapy of epilepsy from actual pharmacokinetic results. Our goal was to detect, if this substance has any negative effects on locomotor skills of young laboratory rats. In theoretical part of the thesis the development of laboratory rat is briefly descibed, especially its motor skills and sensory functions in comparison with human. The process of the experiments and choice of especially motor skill tests are described in Metogology part. The results of experiment and its comparation with the effect of other neuromediators are introduced and discussed in the practical part of this thesis. There were no serious effects of pregnanolonepyroglutamate applied repeatedly in perinatal period on motor performance. Phenytoin is well-known antiepileptic drug with high anticonvulsant effect but also with proven side effects on motor activities associated with its long-term use. This thesis summarizes side effects of phenytoin on motor skills and coordination of rats after acute phenytoin treatment. Theoretical part includes proven effects of phenytoin on human and animal model. Knowledge about motor skills development of rats and comparison with human motor skills development is also included in the thesis. Apart from locomotion development, swimming development is also described. We compared three groups of rats in the experiment. Each group consisted of ten rats. We compared group with dosage 60 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg, control group and vehicle group. Each group was tested before application for control. We tested animals on postnatal day 12, 18 and 25. Effects of phenytoin were evaluated by motor skills testing and swimming analyses. The results of this thesis have proved impaired motor skills and coordination after phenytoin treatment of 12 and 25 days old rats.

I compared the level of motor abilities with the general population. I also wanted to find out how big the differences will be with the players who are divided by performance. The research section shows that the players have achieved the best results in their strengths tests. Furthermore, it turned out that the worst achievements were obtained by the players in agility tests. Average results were obtained by the players during their speed skills tests. The aim of this graduation thesis is to find out the level of fine and gross motoric skills amongst children of younger school age in a selected elementary school. In total, we tested 44 children (21 boys and 23 girls) from the 1st to 4th grade from the age of 7 to 10 in January 2018. The level of their motoric skills was measured by a standardized Movement Assessment Battery for Children Second Edition, which includes 8 motor tests suitable for both genders. We compared boys and girls with each other in components and test tasks. The total test results have shown that 100% of children have no motor problems (1st range). In spite of that, there were individuals who fell into the 2nd range (risk of motor problems) in components of manual skills, aiming & catching or 3rd band (major motor problems). Research has convinced us that the fine and gross motor skills of most tested children are at a very good standard.

The main subject of this diploma thesis was to find out and compare the motor skills level and the somatic characteristics by standard testing battery Unifittest 6-60. This research was applied on two youth football teams which are U14 category. After all, these aspects were compared with the population average and both teams among them too. Testing was done during the summer preparatory term. All facts were gained and evaluated personally. The teams were chosen deliberately from two different competitive levels and we supposed the better results for the team of the higher competition. This premise was confirmed, apart from some exceptions.

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of how body height, BMI, gender, and leisure-time physical activities affect movement competence of pupils. The theoretical part analyses the younger school age and its characteristics in physical, psychical, movement, and motoric development. We further also analyze how movement activities affect child's organisms. The critical chapter of the theoretical part is a chapter about growth and development. Additionally, we add information about anthropometric and somatic changes in the younger school age. At the end of the theoretical part, we provide an overview of methods that can be used to measure movement competence. We mainly elaborate on MOBAK 3 method, which we chose to use in our research. The research part describes the selected research and statistic methods, research sample, and results. The data showed that there is no significant relationship between body height and movement competence. However, we found significant relationships with the other variables - BMI, gender, and leisure-time physical aktivity. Title: Assessment of fitness preparedness of floorball women Objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out and compare selected motor skills in sixteen women player of floorball team (Czech extraleague). Another goal is to evaluate the adequacy of the selected test battery for identifying fitness readiness in floorball players using Pearson correlation coefficient. Methods: The method of (pre)experiment in the form of an intervention program was used. The research was carried out in the form of testing according to a test battery, which included four types of tests: run 50 m, run 30 m backwards, crunches repeated, bench press max (maximum weight in the individuality of the player) and bench press repeated (50 % body weight). The measured performance values in the tests were then evaluated and compared with each other. Results: The players of the tested group showed a significant improvement in 3 tests out of 5 overall after passing the input and output measurements. These consisted of crunches tests repeatedly (improvement by 10,82 %), bench press max (improvement by 6,1 %) and bench press repeatedly (improvement by 9,73 %). On the other hand, in the 50 m run and the 30 m run backwards test, we see little improvement. The players achieved the most significant improvement in the crunches test...

Adéla Vélová Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Ales Kaplan, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the current level of the fitness of the 5th graders at selected primary schools in the district of Jablonec nad Nisou, which do not focus on sports. These were pupils who fall into the age category of 10 and 11 years. I processed the ascertained results. Subsequently, I made a comparison between the individual primary schools to find out which of the tested schools achieved better results. Methodology: The main method of the research was the practical testing of students by using a test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60), from which I applied four motor tests (two-footed jump, sit- ups repeatedly for 60 seconds, shuttle run 4x10 m and the Cooper's test - 12 minutes run). I compared all the measured data with the relevant UNIFITTEST standards for the given age category (10-11 years).
