Abstract:

Målet med det här arbetet var att implementera och bygga ett komplett testsystem för reglering som efterfrågades av företaget Prevas AB i Karlstad. De önskade ett testsystem som reglerar en vattentemperatur som de kan använda på kontoret för att genomföra egna tester, analyser samt lära nyanställda medarbetare mer om automation. Uppdragsgivaren, Flextronics, är ett företag som utvecklar generell testutrustning inom elektronikproduktion. Rapporten presenterar ett projekt som genomförts i samarbete med företaget Intuitive Aerial AB med syfte att skapa en rörelsesimulator för att kalibrera tröghetssensorer. Med en studie av liknande produkter på marknaden samt krav från uppgiftsbeställaren skapades en kravspecifikation som blev grunden för den fortsatta utvecklingen av simulatorn. The company, ScandiNova Systems, has had a need for a test system that can automate and optimize fault detection of the digitizer circuit in the control system of their klystron modulators. This thesis work is intended for this need with the aim of constructing a test system built in LabVIEW, and a pulse generator to generate stimulation for the digitizer circuit board.
