Abstract:
Each language has its own characteristics, which can be seen by the interrogative construction themselves. Polar interrogative construction in Japanese will be discussed in this research. The research is kind of qualitative reasearch by using descriptive method. The data of the research is the polar interrogative construction consisted in the textbooks minnano nihongo shokyuu I and nameraka nihongo kaiwa. The theory of interrogative construction by Seimund (2011) was used as the theory in this research. The results of the research showed that the finding of polar interrogative construction was formed by the intonation, the addition of interrogative particle, and the interrogative tag. Meanwhile, the polar interrogative construction formed by the change of constituent order, verbal inflection, and disjunction was not found. The finding of polar interrogative construction in the textbook minna no nihongo shokyuu I is dominated by the polar interrogative construction which is formed by the adding of interrogative particle, while in the textbook nameraka nihongo kaiwa is dominated by the polar interrogative construction which is formed by the intonation. Abstrak Setiap bahasa memiliki karakteristik tersendiri. Karakteristik tersebut dapat dilihat dari konstruksi interogatifnya. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai konstruksi interogatif polar dalam bahasa Jepang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruksi interogatif polar yang terdapat dalam bukuMinna No Nihongo Shokyuu I, Nameraka Nihongo Kaiwa,dan komikOremonogatariChapter1karangan Kazune Kawahara danAruko.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori konstruksi interogatif Siemund (2001). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konstruksi interogatif polar yang wujud terbentuk dari intonasi, penambahan partikel interogatif,dan taginterogatif. Sementarakonstruksi interogatif polar yang terbentuk dengan perubahan urutan konstituen, infleksi verbal dan disjungsi tidak ditemukan. Konstruksi interogatif polar yang wujud dalam buku Minna No Nihongo Shokyuu I dankomikOremonogatariChapter 1 didominasi oleh konstruksi interogatif polar yang terbentuk dari penambahan partikel interogatif,sementara pada buku Nameraka Nihongo Kaiwadidominasi oleh konstruksi interogatif polar yang terbentuk dari intonasi.

AbstrakTindakan atau keberadaan discovery learning menekankan kepada penemuan peserta didik. Kombinasi buka ajar berbasis discovery learning akan mampu mengarahkan peserta didik untuk lebih mandiri dan kreatif dalam mencari data dan fakta berkaitan dengan pembelajaran. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasikan buku ajar berbasis discovery learning yang valid dan praktis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (penelitian pengembangan). Disain penelitian menggunakan model 4D yang hanya mengambil 3 langkah dari 4 langkah tahapan pengembangan, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), dan develop (pengembangan). Alat pengumpul data adalah wawancara, lembar validasi dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan perhitungan indeks Aiken v yang nilainya berkisar antara 0-1. Hasil validasi buku ajar PAI berbasis discovery learning untuk kelas VII semester II memperoleh rata-rata 0,709 dengan kategori valid, dan hasil uji praktikalitasnya memperoleh rata-rata 0,784 dengan kategori praktis. Sedangkan rata-rata pendapat peserta didik sebesar 0,845 dengan kategori sangat praktis. Penerapan buku ajar ini akan menimbulkan kreativitas peserta didik dalam menemukan fakta dan data sendiri, di bawah tuntunan pendidik.AbstractDiscovery learning technique emphasizes on discoveries by learners. The discovery learning based textbook enable students to be more independent and creative in finding data and facts related to learning. The aim of this research was to produce a valid and practical discovery learning based textbook. This was research and development (R & D reasearch). The research design used 4D model which took 3 of 4 stages of development, namely define, design, and develop. The instruments used were interview guidance, validation sheets and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using quantitative methods by calculating the Aiken V index whose values ranged from 0-1. The validation results of discovery learning based PAI textbooks for class VII semester II students described that the average was 0.709 in the valid category, and the results of the practicality test obtained an average of 0.784 in the practical category. While the average opinion of students was 0.845 in the very practical category. The application of this textbook will lead to the creativity of students in finding facts and data themselves, under the guidance of teachers.

Abstract:
This a qualitative reasearch with a content analysis approach. The object of research is presenting the contents of books and sentences which contain the values of character education. The purposes of this study are 1) Describing the presentation characteristics of the teaching material for Environmental Education Books for 2nd grade of Sd/MI, 2) Exploring the content of character education values in teaching materials for Environmental Education Books for 2nd grade of SD/MI. The research used see and note techniques for data collection. The researcher using triangulation for data validit testing techniques. The conclusions of this research are 1) the characteristics of presenting environmental educations textbooks for 2nd grade of SD/MI compiled by the Bandung PLH team from aspects of content, language, and graphics feasibility have fulfilled good textbooks according to BSNP. However, charachter values need to be re-develoved in each sub-chapter to support the education program. 2) the values of character education contained in the teaching materials for environmental education for 2nd grade of SD/MI compiled by the Bandung PLH team are 1) religious, 2) discipline, 3) creative, 4) environemntal concern 5) social care, and 6) responsibility.

Abstract:
The background of this study is the lack of understanding of gender equality in elementary school students which raises various attitudes and actions that tend to be discriminatory and unfair to one party, especially felt by female students. The purpose of this study is to build students' understanding of gender equality through the development of citizenship education textbooks for the fifth grade of elementary schools in Indramayu Regency. The research approach used is the Reaserch And Development (R & D) research. The subjects in this study were fifth grade elementary school students in Indramayu Regency who were used as research samples. The number of schools studied were 18 elementary schools from the western part of Indramayu, central part of Indramayu and eastern part of Indramayu. The results of the study show that students understanding of gender equality changes and is better after obtaining Pancasila and Civic Education subject matter by paying attention to the equality of Gender contained in the book on gender Pancasila and Civic Education compiled by researchers.

Abstract:
The purpose of this reaserch is to find out how the teacher's efforts in developing beginning reading and writing skill of first grade students. This study also aims to determine what obstacles faced by teachers in developing beginning reading and writing skill of first grade students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method where data collection using interview technique, observation and documentation. In this study the authors interviewed several sources including: the headmaster of MI Nurul Falah Suradita and two teachers of MI Nurul Falah Suradita. The result of the research shows that the teacher's effort in developing beginning reading and writing skill in the first class is by giving additional tutorial, giving the reading book, using the study time well, dictating the students, using Spell reading method and reading fluently, giving motivation, giving reward, giving guidance and supervision, bringing to the library and assessing. And the obstacles of teachers in developing beginning reading and writing skill are less conducive learning and limited textbooks.

Abstract:
AbstractThis reasearch aims to describe the reconstruction of the worldview of Islamic theology within the Pancasila course textbook used at Islamic institutes of higher education. The authors’ observation, research, and knowledge indicate that the majority of students taking compulsory subjects in both general and Islamic tertiary institutions tend to assume that there is no link between the teachings of Pancasila and the teachings of Islamic theology. On the contrary, according to the formulators of Pancasila and the founding fathers of Indonesia, Pancasila is an essence of religious teachings. For example, Soekarno explained that the reason for naming the nation's philosophy Pancasila was because it was inspired by the five pillars of Islam. This research is qualitative in nature by exploring and examining available data in more depth and detail. This type of research places emphasis on library research. Up to the present time, various findings and discussions seem to indicate that the virtuous theological values of Pancasila, with its many variants of scientific studies, are discussed and studied separately from the ‘life and death’ struggle of its theological concept throughout the history of Pancasila to become the nation’s philosophical foundation. Pancasila education has long been considered as a pure knowledge free from any practical involvement of its initiators. The theological concept of Pancasila, which later evolved to become part of subject material in Pancasila Education, demonstrated that it was, in fact, played a role in the zeitgeist, which caused quite a commotion stir during its formulation days.AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk menggambarkan rekonstruksi pandangan dunia teologi Islam dalam buku ajar kursus Pancasila yang digunakan di lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam. Pengamatan, penelitian, dan pengetahuan penulis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa yang mengambil mata pelajaran wajib di lembaga pendidikan umum dan Islam cenderung berasumsi bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara ajaran Pancasila dan ajaran teologi Islam. Sebaliknya, menurut perumus Pancasila dan para pendiri bangsa Indonesia, Pancasila adalah inti dari ajaran agama. Misalnya, Soekarno menjelaskan bahwa alasan penamaan filsafat bangsa Pancasila adalah karena ia terinspirasi oleh lima rukun Islam. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan mengeksplorasi dan memeriksa data yang tersedia secara lebih mendalam dan terperinci. Jenis penelitian ini menekankan pada penelitian kepustakaan. Hingga saat ini, berbagai temuan dan diskusi tampaknya mengindikasikan bahwa nilai-nilai teologis Pancasila yang saleh, dengan banyak varian studi ilmiahnya, dibahas dan dipelajari secara terpisah dari perjuangan 'hidup dan mati' dari konsep teologisnya sepanjang sejarah Pancasila menjadi landasan filosofis bangsa. Pendidikan Pancasila telah lama dianggap sebagai pengetahuan murni yang bebas dari keterlibatan praktis penggagasnya. Denna uppsats syftar till att analysera hur begreppen genus och etnicitet representeras i läroböcker för grundskoleelever i svensk grundskola. Fokus ligger på åldersgruppen 14-15 år och inriktningen gäller särskilt förhistoria och hur begreppen genus och etnicitet kommer till uttryck både vad gäller text som bild. En jämförelse och utgångspunkt i denna analys är diskussionen om människans ursprung så som den beskrivs i framförallt svensk populärvetenskap samt hur denna diskussion relaterar till genus- och etnicitetsbegreppen. Anledningen till att det är av särskild vikt att diskutera och analysera dessa begrepp är på grund av att den svenska skolans styrdokument är mycket tydliga i sina rekommendationer att implementera dessa båda begrepp för att på så sätt undvika polariseringar och värderingar av personer utifrån t.ex. kön eller härkomst.
This study is to a large extent an explorative search for representations of gender and ethnicity as expressed in teaching books concerning prehistory in compulsory school. The age level is 14-15 and the focus is specially prehistory and the representations of gender and ethnicity. The departure is a discussion of human’s origins as presented in a variety of foremost Swedish writing in popular science regarding issues related to genus and ethnicity. The school and course curriculum is very clear in its guidelines concerning gender and ethnicity which calls for a complete avoidance of stereotype thinking and/or valuation of any person based in belonging to a certain gender or ethnicity.
