Abstract:

WITHDRAWAL NOTICE In our paper entitled ROC and Anova Analysis on Human Macrophage THP 1 Gene, where the corresponding author is Qingqing Li, which was published in Journal of Medical Imaging and Health Informatics, 2019, Volume 9, pp.1246–1253, there is a conflict of interest between the authors of the article. We have found that the results in Figures 1 and 2 of the article may be unreliable under different growth states of the cells. Therefore, after careful consideration, we have decided to withdraw this paper with great regret. After resolution of the problematic results, we will resubmit the manuscript. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the withdrawal of this article from the journal.

Abstract:

A grant is a free agreement in the form of giving part of the property to another person which cannot be withdrawn. Irrevocability is not an absolute provision because Article 1688 of the Civil Code regulates the conditions for withdrawing grants. However, the fact is that the withdrawal of the grant was given without heeding the provisions of the article. As a result, the withdrawal of grants that does not heed Article 1688 of the Civil Code will result in losses for the grantee and fall into the category of unlawful acts. The purpose of this study was to examine the cancellation of the grant granted by the judge in the decision no. 156/Pdt.G/2017/PN.Tjk with the Civil Code and analyze unlawful acts originating from the cancellation of grants that harm the grantee. To achieve this goal, the author uses a juridical-normative research method based on secondary data. Based on the research results the authors conclude that the cancellation of the grant in decision no. 156/Pdt.G/2017/PN.Tjk did not heed the provisions of Article 1688 of the Civil Code and as a result of the cancellation of the grant which harmed the grantee as compensation for fulfilling elements of an unlawful act in Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

For some scientific reasons, my team and I are very sorry to apply to withdraw the manuscript "MicroRNA-539 Inhibits the Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition of Esophageal Cancer Cells By Twist-Related Protein 1-Mediated Modulation of Melanoma Associated Antigen A4 (MAGEA4)". DOI: 10.3727/096504017 x14972679378357 Because of COVID-19, the lab we worked together was no longer functioning and closed. When reviewing the data of the paper completed in cooperation with the original laboratory, we found that some of the data in the above article were not scientific enough, some Western Blot images were not clear enough (as in FIG 1, the band of α-SMA was blurt and do not seem darker than vimentin but lighter than E-adherin), and some of the research data contained excessive standard errors (as in FIG 2B, standard error of vimentin and α-SMA of miR-539 mimic +Pb-TWIST1(IV) were too large , so the average of the expression may be not accurate), which may lead to the researchers' wrong interpretation of the data and misjudgment of its scientific nature. For the sake of rigor, we took the initiative to contact the experimental operator of the original study. Unfortunately, the person who completed the primary operation of the original study has left China to study in the United States. Due to COVID-19 and other reasons, we could not contact this experimenter to confirm the original research data, so we cannot repeat and verify the data for the time being. As the corresponding author, after found the problem, I contacted Dr. Zhili Cao and Xiang Zheng, and the other author, Dr. Lei Cao at the first time. I told them all the thing we found above. After careful discussion, all the author agreed that, based on the need of scientific, rigor, we are deeply sorry to apply to the editorial office for withdraw the paper. My team and I have noticed that your journal has been developing very well in recent years, and its impact factors have been rising all the way. Congratulations to your team! Abstract:

The article discusses problematic aspects of accounting for and involving existing engineering and technical support networks, as well as topical issues of constructing new engineering infrastructure facilities as part of the implementation of integrated territorial development projects. Based on the results of the analysis of law enforcement practice, the article identifies gaps in the legal regulation of the connection of capital construction facilities to engineering networks within the framework of the integrated development of the territory. The author substantiates that within the framework of the integrated development of the territory, when existing engineering networks are withdrawn for state and municipal needs, the purpose of withdrawal declared in the law is absent, which indicates the inadmissibility of such withdrawal. The author comes to the conclusion that the current provisions of the legislation insufficiently regulate the construction of engineering networks outside the boundaries of the territory of integrated development. The article proposes a solution regarding the distribution of obligations for the construction of utilities beyond the borders of the relevant territory. The author also highlights exceptions to the general rule regarding the removal of utility networks for public use.

The author contacted the journal to inform them that PARS, the rightsholder of the Index of Teaching Stress (“ITS”), expressed concern at the author’s unauthorized creation and publication of a short form version of the ITS. Although the author had received permission to validate an Italian version of ITS, the rights holder did not permit the development and publication of the resulting short form, and requested the article be withdrawn from access. If you have any questions about this, please contact SAGE. This study analyses factor structure and psychometric properties of the Italian short version of the Index of Teaching Stress–Short Form (ITS–SF). The original version of the ITS (90 items) was submitted to 567 teachers randomly drawn from a cross-section of school levels. Confirmatory factor analysis to check the factor structure was unsatisfactory, and Cronbach's α (.98) indicated a redundancy of items. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted for each section of the test and cross-loading items were eliminated. The resulting ITS–SF consists of 43 items, tapping eight meaningful and adequately reliable dimensions substantially corresponding to all dimensions measured by the original version of the ITS. The Italian short version of the Index of Teaching Stress constitutes a reliable measure of teacher stress in educative interactions.

The author Antônio Araújo reports that the article is his, but he refused to be published in another newspaper and that he does not know how to inform how the rejected outline was published in the BJIHS. The author Pedro Lemos apparently is fictional. Measures taken: The article in question had already been removed a few months ago and there was already a retraction on this study. The retraction disowned the author Pedro Lemos but new discoveries show that the author in question appears to be fictitious. Measures taken: Updating and reaffirming the retraction to researchers Naomar Almeida-Filho and Joselia Firmo.  6- Authors: Flavia Santos Batista Dias, Priscila Oliveira de Miranda e Alanderson Alves Ramalho. Title: A relação direta entre vitamina D e insuficiência cardíaca: Uma revisão sistemática. Situation: All the authors involved did not recognize their authorship in that article and there was already a previous retraction about what happened. Measures taken: Initially the article was removed from the newspaper, however, we received contact from co-author Irlan Bacelar stating that the article in question was his co-authorship and that the author was Suzane Bacelar and Salomão Alcolumbre. In this specific case, there was no fraud, but BJHIS editorial negligence, as the authors Flavia Santos Batista Dias, Priscila Oliveira de Miranda and Alanderson Alves Ramalho were as names to request the revision of the article, but during the editing process, the names were mistake of the publishing sector. A grant defined as a gift to the possession of goods without remuneration or an agreement by which the grantor in his lifetime freely and irrevocably, delivers something for the purposes of the grantee who accepts the surrender. The issue raised in this study is How the judge considers case number 89./Pdt.G/2019/PA. TALU and what distinguishes the withdrawal of grants according to the compilation of Islamic law (KHI) with the Civil Code. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research using the normative juridical approach method, the intention is to analyze the problem, carried out by reviewing legal materials. The results of the study are in decision number 89./Pdt.G/2019/PA. TALU obtained in this study is that there is a voluntary grant of land to his child and then the grant is withdrawn by the grantor, the withdrawal of the grant that has been given according to article 212 (KHI) that the grant cannot be withdrawn except for the parents' grant to their child. In the compilation of Islamic Law limits the possibility of withdrawal of grants, unless it involves parents giving grants to their children, According to the Civil Code the withdrawal of grants can be made by expressing intention to the grantee and filing demands for the return of the goods that have been granted. These two legal systems provide different bases in the context of grantmaking.

Abstract:

The article discusses the main trends in the illegal trafficking of plants containing psychoactive substances of the hallucinogen class. The author reveals the features of hallucinogens and dissociative anesthetics. The article also provides statistical indicators of the consumption growth of new psychoactive substances, including those contained in plant objects. The main criteria by which plant objects fall under the constructive apparatus of illegal trafficking are identified. The author pays special attention to applying specialized knowledge to expert identification and diagnostics of plants withdrawn from illicit trafficking containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors. To counteract the illegal trafficking of narcotic plants, the author proposes measures to improve the operational algorithms of experts’ actions when investigating herbal narcotic drugs. On the example of plants species Banisteriopsis caapi, the author demonstrates the lack of the study of taxonomic units of tropical plants containing hallucinogens. To solve this problem, the author proposes to change the level of definition of taxonomic affiliation from species to generic in the List of Plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors.
