Support for people with disabilities is a constitutional obligation imposed on the state. The problem of disability is noticed not only at the state level, but also at the international level. This is evidenced by documents adopted by the international community regarding the rights of people with disabilities. The interest of the international community in the problems of people with disabilities has led to the creation of special mechanisms for financing the support of this social group.
