This thesis proposes a new critical perspective on Bach's Collegium musicum and its performances at a Leipzig coffee house. Based on a range of fresh literary, architectural, and administrative sources, I argue that coffee houses in Bach's time were highly prestigious, if often controversial performance-venues. In this thesis I investigate two untapped music book collections that belonged to two women. Elizabeth Sykes Egerton (1777-1853) and Lydia Hoare Acland (1786-1856) lived at Tatton Park, Cheshire, and Killerton House, Devon, respectively. This dissertation provides the first full-scale musicological study of Stuttgart 95, a thirteenth-century song book, formerly thought to be from the abbey of Weingarten. Upon further examination, it is clear that rather than a single unified corpus of Latin songs, the musical portions are composed of three separate layers. Denna uppsats problematiserar hur kollektiva förvaltningsorganisationer fördelar pengar insamlade från offentligt framförd klubbmusik samt undersöker hur etablerade dj’s och producenter ser på dagens system och tror sig påverkas av detta. Med djupintervjuer av fyra personer undersöker uppsatsen även hur dessa ser på rapportering av den spelade musiken, vilka problem som kan uppstå och om det finns tekniska möjligheter att underlätta för korrekt fördelning. Resultaten visar att intervjupersonerna skiljer sig åt i vilken typ av karriär de har och därmed hur man förhåller sig till dagens system.

Tato diplomová práce představuje určenou část projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby (dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění vyhlášky č. 62/2013 Sb.) zabývající se komplexní rekonstrukcí a vytvořením nástavby stávající budovy školního ubytovacího zařízení ve městě Bzenci. Zároveň dojde ke změně užívání stavby na nájemní dům s byty charakteru sociálního bydlení. V souvislosti s touto skutečností se navržená rekonstrukce snaží zachovat a využít stávající konstrukce v co největším rozsahu, s cílem nezbytně tak nenavyšovat náklady rekonstrukce stavby.
