Abstract:
The study of the metaphor in a literary work can be used to find out the author’s creativity in utilizing words to concretize an abstraction through the use of metaphor. Because every human being is essentially unique, each author is assumed to have his/her own style in creating metaphors. The two questions in this article are: 1) how is the typical form of metaphor in Layla Majnun as the embodiment of creativity? ; 2) what is the function of the use of metaphor in Layla Majnun? Based on the analysis of data, a metaphor can be classified into a phrase, clause, and sentence. At the phrasal level, position or location of the image element can be either in the beginning or in the end of the topic. Meanwhile, at the level of the clause and sentence, image elements are always in the end of the topic. This latter sequence is possible because the clause part of the “explained or described” is filled syntactically by the predicate. The predicate in Indonesian is predominantly located after the subject. The study of the use of metaphor in Layla Majnun leads to the conclusion that the creativity of the author in creating metaphor reflected on how human (the author) sees the world. Because human perception is inseparable from the environment in which the author lives, develops, and interacts, the use of metaphor in Layla Majnun reflects an overview of the social life, values of culture, and customs of the Arab people at that time.

Abstract:
<p>The purpose of this study is to describe the syntactic structure in the metaphors in Layla Majnun's translation of the novel. The data was obtained from the novel Layla Majnun published by Navila through listening with simak bebas libat cakap technique. Data analysis was padan using pilah unsur tertentu method, namely by sorting certain elements using referential sorting. The results showed that the metaphorical structure in Layla Majnun's novel was dominated by phrases and clauses. Images in the structure of phrases and clauses are displayed through the categories of nouns and verbs. The form of the verb in the clause is found in the form of action verbs, events and circumstances. The variety of these forms proves that the metaphorical structure is consistent in constructing its construction to form a concrete meaning that is easily understood by the reader.</p>

Abstract:
For comparative analysis, although the authors of both works are known, “Varga and Gulshah," "Leyli and Majnun" were memorized as an epic by folk artists in ancient times. Our goal is not to investigate the origins of these two works, but to compare the language of the images in work with the environment in which they live, their desires, want to realize and to analyze the main points in parallel in by the writing patterns of both centuries - also,  showing similarity  of the works, the linguistic and stylistic features of both Azerbaijani-Turkic poets, the sequence of events in work in terms of plot and composition, etc., such as to convey the literary issues. Yusif Maddah wrote "Varga and Gulshah" in the form of "assemblies," and by his style; at the end of each assembly, he referred to both written and oral examples of folk literature. This tradition was seen in Muhammad Fuzuli's "Leyli and Majnun." No matter how much both the predecessor and the successor refer to sources close to the content, the sequence of events shows that both Azerbaijani-Turkic poets benefited more from Turkic folk art.

Abstract:
After gaining independence, the Republic of Azerbaijan, one might say, has always honored all our writers and poets from our classical heritage. Our President Ilham Aliyev has declared this year the Year of the classic poet Nizami Ganjavi. The main goal is the desire to lead our nation forward, to protect it, to preserve the legacy left to us by our great leader, world politician Heydar Alirza oglu Aliyev. He also pointed out the importance of preserving our classical poets such as Nizami Ganjavi and passing on their works to the younger generation. Female images play a key role in the works of Nizami Ganjavi. In his works, he highlighted the place of a woman, depicting a woman as a mother, an ornament of life. In Sultan Sanjar and the Old Woman Beit from Treasury of Secrets, the first poem in the five-verse Hamsa, Nizami Ganjavi describes a woman as the leading force of society, defending her rights. In the second poem — Khosrov and Shirin, Nizami Ganjavi always wanted to see women free and made it clear that a society without women would become an orphan. In his third poem, Layli and Majnun, he described in detail the image of Layli as a selfless oriental woman, attached to her family and devoted to her love. In fact, Nizami Ganjavi foresaw the role of women in society thousands of years ago. The fourth poem Seven Beauties shows the customs and traditions of Chinese, Russian, Persian, Indian, Arab and Turkish women. The poem describes in detail the maternal care of a woman, regardless of her nationality. In his works, Nizami Ganjavi called for an end to all forms of violence against women and wanted to see women free.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan cinta abadi dan hubungan intertekstual antara novel Laila Majnun karya Nizami dengan novel Romeo Juliet karya William Shakespeare. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan intertekstual yaitu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menemukan aspek-aspek tertentu yang telah ada pada karya-karya sebelumnya pada karya yang muncul kemudian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah menemukan hubungan keabadian cinta dan hubungan intertekstual antara novel Laila Majnun karya Nizami dan novel Romeo Juliet karya William Shakespeare. Objek penelitian ini adalah novel Laila Majunun karya Nizami dan novel Romeo Juliet karya William Shakespeare. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hubungan keabadian cinta antara novel Laila Majnun karya Nizami dengan novel Romeo Juliet karya William Shakespeare yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini meliputi: jatuh cinta pada pandangan pertama di usia remaja, dimabuk cinta, menutupi kisah cinta mereka, harus menderita karena cinta, berjuang untuk bisa bertemu, dan keabadian cinta. Hubungan intertekstual antara novel Laila Majnun karya Nizami dengan novel Romeo Juliet karya William Shakespeare yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini meliputi: gambaran tokoh secara fisik, tokoh Majnun dan tokoh Romeo sama-sama memiliki sahabat yang setia, pertarungan antar dua keluarga, tokoh Laki-Laki yang menyukai tokoh Laila dalam novel Laila Majnun dan tokoh Laki-Laki yang menyukai Juliet dalam novel Romeo Juliet sama-sama meninggal, keluarga Romeo dan Juliet bermusuhan sedangkan keluarga Laila dan Majnun tidak bermusuhan, Laila dan Majnun tidak sempat menikah sedangkan Romeo dan Juliet sempat menikah, tokoh Majnun diceritakan menjadi gila sedangkan tokoh Romeo tidak gila, mengasingkan dan diasingkan, tokoh Laila sempat menikah sedangkan tokoh Juliet tidak jadi menikah, kisah Laila Majnun dari dunia bagian timur sedangkan Romeo Juliet dari dunia bagian barat.
 This research aims to fine the relationship of the eternity of love and relationship intertextual between Laila majnun novel by Nizami masterpiece novel of Willian Shakespeare Romeo Juliet. The approach was conducted in this research is the intertextual approarch that is the approarch used the discover certain aspects which had existed in previous papers on the works that appeared later. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The target of this research is to find the relationship of the eternity of love and relationship intrtextual between Laila Majnun novel work of Nizami and William Shakespeare Romeo Juliet. The object of this research is the work of Nizami Laila Majnun novel and William Shakespeare Romeo Juliet. Data collection techniques using read and write down. Based on the result of the research showed that the relationship between the novels love eternity Laila Majnun novel by Nizami works Romeo Juliet William Shakespeare contained in this studyinclude: fall in love at first sight in their teens, intoxicated of love, cover their love story, should suffer because of love, struggle to meet, and the immortality of love. The relationship amoung intertextual Laila Majnun novel by Nizami works Romeo Juliet William Shakespeare contained in this study include: the description of the character physically, morally and Romeo Majnun both have loyal friends, a fight between two families, the male character who liked the character Laila Majnun Laila and in the novel the character man who liked Juliet in Romeo Juliet alike died the family of Romeo and Juliet, feuding while families Laila and Majnun is not hostile, Laila and Majnun didn’t get married while Romeo and Juliet got married, Majnun is told to go crazy while Romeo character is not mad, alienated and isolated, the character Laila got married while the characters Juliet not so married Laila Majnun, the story of the estern part of the world while Romeo Juliet of the western world.

Abstract:
PurposeThis article aimed to explain the textual changes in adapting Layla Majnun's story to the film Layla Majnun (2021). In addition, this article questioned the textual ideology of both works con-cerning marriage and women's subalternity.MethodThis article was qualitative research using the literature method. The corpus of this article were the novel Layla Majnun by Nizami Ganjavi and the film Layla Majnun (2021) by Monty Tiwa. This article used Linda Hutcheon's adaptation theory, the concept of subaltern initiated by Ga-yatri C. Spivak, and feminist concepts related to marriage.Results/FindingsThe results of this article show significant changes in the form of the adaptation of the story of Layla Majnun to the film. The changes are in the form of narrative structure, the meaning of mar-riage, and women's voices. The story of Layla Majnun focuses more on the storytelling of male characters, while the film focuses more on the storytelling of female characters.ConclusionThe textual shift from novel to film influences changes in the ideology of the text concerning mar-riage and women's subalternity. In the Layla Majnun novel, women are unable to speak out (subaltern) against repression from men concerning marriage. At the same time, the film Layla Majnun attempts to bring out women's voices to articulate their will in marriage.

Kisah Layla Majnun merupakan salah satu kisah yang sangat monumental. Selama lebih dari seribu tahun beragam versi dari kisah tragis ini telah muncul dalam bentuk prosa, puisi, dan lagu dalam hampir semua bahasa di negara-negara Islam Timur. Kisah ini sangat terkenal dan melegenda hingga mampu mempengaruhi banyak karya-karya sastra di seluruh dunia. Salah satu karya yang disinyalir terpengaruh oleh kisah ini adalah novel “Balada Cinta Majenun” karya Geidurrahman El-Mishry. Artikel ini mencoba untuk melihat sejauh mana keterpengaruhan novel “Balada Cinta Majenun” dengan kisah “Layla Majnun”. Artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam memaparkan data-datanya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa sangat jelas terlihat pengaruh kisah Layla Majnun terhadap terciptanya novel “Balada Cinta Majenun” karya Geidurrahman el-Mishry. Hal ini nampak jelas dari penyisipan kata “Majenun” dalam judul novelnya yang dimana kata “Majnun” ini sangat identik dengan kisah “Layla Majnun”. Hal ini juga mengingat bahwa novel ini bukanlah karya pertama yang terpengaruh oleh kisah monumental ini. Selain itu, ketika kita menelisik kepada penulis novel “Balada Cinta Majenun”. Perjalanan karir dan pendidikannya yang pernah ia jalani di Mesir tidak akan bisa membuat ia menjauh dari kesusastraan Arab. Ditambah dengan seringnya ia melakukan penerjemahan-penerjemahan karya sastra Arab ke Indonesia, ataupun sebaliknya. Dan hal yang paling menonjol dari semua itu adalah alur yang disajikan dalam novel ini memiliki beberapa kesamaan dengan kisah Layla Majnun. Sehingga ketika kita membacanya, kita akan tergambarkan kisah Layla Manjun tersebut. Meskipun mesti diakui bahwa novel ini juga memiliki beberapa sisi yang berbeda dari kisah Layla Majnun ini. Abstract:
Dua karya sastra atau lebih yang mengangkat tema yang sama terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan. Persamaan dan perbedaan tersebut menandakan bahwa setiap pengarang mempunyai pesan tersendiri yang disampaikan melalui karyanya. Persamaan dan perbedaan dalam beberapa karya sastra dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan prinsip intertekstualitas. Prinsip ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji teks yang dianggap memiliki hubungan tertentu dengan teks lain sehingga dimungkinkan suatu karya menjadi hipogram bagi karya sastra selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pendeskripsian kajian intertekstualitas pada Novel Siti Nurbaya Karya Marah Rusli dengan Novel LaIla Majnun Karya Syaikh Nizami.
 Penelitian novel “Siti Nurbaya karya Marah Rusli dan Laila Majnun Karya Syaikh Nizami” menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang cenderung menggunakan analisis. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kajian intertekstualitas yaitu membandingkan dua buah teks yang diduga memiliki keterkaitan dan pendekatan intertekstual ini untuk menemukan hipogram dan transformasi dalam novel Siti Nurbaya dan Laila Majnun.
 Kedua cerita Novel LaIla Majnun karya Syaikh Nizami dan Novel Siti Nurbaya Cinta karya Marah Rusli di atas yakni memiliki unsur tema yang hampir sama yaitu tentang perjuangan cinta sejati sepasang kekasih yang mengalami cobaan atau hambatan namun menyatu dalam sebuah keabadian mengunakan sudut pandang yang sama yakni sudut pandang orang ketiga dan lain-lain. Selain persamaan ada juga perbedaan yakni terletak pada struktur gaya bahasa, latar sosial dan lain-lain.
 Novel Siti Nurbaya karya Marah Rusli merupakan hipogram untuk novel Laila Majnun karya Syaikh Nizam. Hal itu terbukti karena adanya persamaan ide dan peristiwa-peristiwa yamg terjadi dalam novel Laila Majnun yang sudah lebih dulu diekspresikan Marah Rusli dalam novelnya yang berjudul Siti Nurbaya, kemudian di transformasikan oleh Syaikh Nizam pada novelnya yang berjudul Laila Majnun.

This research discusses the discourse on power relations contained in the novel Majnun by Anton Kurnia using Michel Foucault's perspective. The focus of the research is the form of power relations found in the novel Majnun. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research which aims to examine the discourse that describes the form of power relations in the novel Majnun. Data was collected through technical literature study. The results of this research provide an overview of the four forms of power relations contained in the Majnun novel, namely religious, cultural, institutional and body power relations. Forms of body power relations are classified into three, namely power relations over individual, social and sexual bodies.

The findings of the research, a novel structure-Majnun Layla Gisymar Sholeh work consisting of plot, setting, characterization, theme and the message, style, and point of view. While the discussion of the psychological aspects of the figure consists of the id, ego, and superego. Based on the results of this study concluded that, aspects of the main character's personality is more likely to attach great importance to the principle of the id ego gratification. Aspects of the ego is not balanced with the character superego aspect, then in the event of self-awareness on the figure, the ego back into play so that the resulting chaos and abnormal action. So the role of the superego in Layla-Majnun novel works Sholeh Gisymar only slightly.

Sumber primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Qays bin Mulawah Majnun Layla atau Layla Majnun. Teknik data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi, yaitu dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan dokumen-dokumen sebagai sumber untuk mendapatkan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis wacana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep mahabbah yang ditunjukkan oleh tokoh Qays sepanjang alur kisah novel tersebut merupakan kecintaan yang cenderung egois, serta pernyataan individu yang sudah liberal jika dilihat dari kajian psikologi sastra.

The Turkish world's opera history gave its first example in 1908 with the opera "Leyli and Majnun" by Azerbaijani composer Üzeyir Hacıbeyli. According to many sources, "Leyli and Majnun" is described as the first opera of the Turkish world and the Islamic world, and the east. The most important feature of this opera is the masterful synthesis of classical western music and folk music. The opera, which was composed for the first time in this way, influenced the east with its staging and ensured that the art of opera was adopted by the public. The great composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli was born in the city of Shusha in Azerbaijan, which was developed in the field of literature and music and called the "natural conservatory." He developed his existing talent here and built it on solid foundations. He was interested in music and literature, wrote many books, articles, and was a writer for newspapers. The subject of the opera Leyli and Majnun is taken from Fuzuli's "Leyli and Majnun" poetry of the same name. At the age of 13, the composer decided to write this opera, influenced by the theater show "At the tomb of Majnun Leyli'' which he watched in Shusha, his home city. He started working on opera in 1907 when he was only 22 years old. By bringing a different perspective to opera, he used the tonal structure of western music with 'mugham,' also known as Azerbaijani folk music. This type of opera is also called "Mugam Opera.'' The opera, which was composed and performed despite the conditions of the period, preserved its originality by combining two cultures and was performed many times in other countries. Operas from the Turkish world are rarely staged in our country, and there is a need for such an article because the opera "Leyli and Majnun" has not been staged much in Turkey and there are very few theses, articles, and books about it. In this study; Different titles have been created such as the history of Azerbaijan opera, the life of Uzeyir Hajibeyli, the composer's process of creating the opera, and the content of the opera Leyli and Majnun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut: (1) bentuk perilaku tidak sadar tokoh utama dalam novel Layla Majnun meliputi perasaan kesendirian, ketiadaan minat dan perasaan bersalah; (2) bentuk perilaku sadar tokoh utama dalam novel Layla Majnun dilakukan dengan melibatkan indera, yakni melihat, mendengar, dan beradaptasi. 
 
 Abstract:
 This research aims to describe conscious and unconscious behavior of main characters in the novel Layla Majnun. The study was based on Hugenhotz phenomenological approach. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: (1) forms of unconscious behavior of the main characters include the feelings of loneliness, disinterest, and guilt; (2) forms of conscious behavior of the main characters involve the senses of seeing, hearing, and adapting.

This research uses a hermeneutic method. The data collection techniques carried out by the author are reading, recording and classifying techniques according to categories. The data analysis technique is that the author conducts in-depth literacy so that he is able to produce research results. The results of the study show that in the novel Majnun by Anton Kurnia there are social problems that occur, these problems include political/government problems, economic, social, cultural, religious, gender inequality, morality and family disorganization. These problems are a reflection of life during the New Era. The novel provides an overview or glimpse of the social situation at that time, there were many social events that could be criticized. In the novel Majnun by Anton Kurnia, it highlights many things that are relevant to today's life. The problems raised in the novel are still very relevant to life today. Relevant things such as bribery and embezzlement are still there, the economic gap in Indonesia is still very high, human morals and behavior at will, the underdevelopment of women who are considered weak by men, the fading of traditional culture, a person's distrust of religion, the existence of ethnic and religious discrimination in Indonesia, environmental damage caused by global warming and industrial activities and the amount of violence against children who are caused by parental pressure. The implications of social criticism in the novel Majnun by Anton Kurnia are awareness of the importance of justice, respect for differences, support freedom of speech, demand transparency from political parties and provide empathy to victims of injustice.

Chronicles from Majnun until Layla is a film project structured in three stages: 1.) The Museum of Modern Iranian History (2011–2013), 2.) Layla and Majnun (in preparation), and 3.) The Film (in preparation). Each stage bears its own approach, format, and mode of presentation. The first two stages are conceived as preparation for the third and final stage: the merging moment, which will be in the form of a feature-length, hybrid fiction/documentary film. The film depicts a couple, lovers, visiting a virtual museum of modern Iranian history. The lovers appear both as themselves and as “Layla and Majnun,” characters adapted from a classical Middle Eastern love tale. As they walk the museum, the couple engages in dialogue about their individual and collective stories, memories, dreams, rages, and desires. The lovers' affairs and conversations interact with the representations of the major historical moments of Iran being documented in the museum. In Stage 1, through the museum's architectural design and references to an official Iranian narrative taken from a high-school textbook, the various historical periods of Iran get transformed into Kairos (the Now), contradicting Chronos and scientific and analytical historiography.

Objectives: This study aimed to show the threads of the intertextuality that bind texts of Nizam Ganjavi’s Leyli o Majnun and the Quran together. Methods: This study used the qualitative approach. The study’s data was collected via identifying and categorizing the texts related to Allah’s love in Leyli o Majnun. Data was analyzed relying on the poetics of Julia Kristeva’s theory of intertextuality. Results: The study results showed that the Islamic values discussed in Leyli o Majnun fall into three different categories: Shari’a, ethics and doctrine. The results also showed that those Islamic values are derived from the Quranic verses. Conclusions: This study implicitly alludes to the notion that the Islamic values integrated in the body of the text are meant to show the greatness of Allah’s love. The study also recommends that the kind of love among humans portrayed in the text is nothing compared to the love that Allah reciprocates with His worshippers

Abstract :&#x0D; Layla Majnun is one of the works of Nizami and Romeo and Juliet is one of the works of William Shakespeare. both novels are romance tradegy novels. Romance tragedy novels usually use a lot of figurative language to beautify the language. This study aims to describe some of the types of figurative language in the novel Layla Majnun, to describe some of the types of figurative language in the novel Romeo and Juliet, to describe the comparison of the types of figurative languages found in novel Layla Majnun and novel Romeo and Juliet. The data obtained for this study are qualitative data. This means, the data are not in the forms of numeric. The data were discourse, such as dialogues, descriptions, ideas or perspectives. The main data of the study are taken from the tragedy novels. The collected data are mostly in the forms of discourse and dialogues taken from the novels as the writers of the novels often apply figurative languages to express their ideas. There are several figurative languages in the discourse and dialogues obtained from the novels which could be interpreted by using Pragmatics theory to identify the meaning behind them. The results of this study indicate that there are similarities and differences in figurative languages in the two novels. The similarities between the two novels are Personification, Metaphore, Hyperbole, and Simile. The differences between the two novels are: Parable, Embodiment, Cynicism, Repetitive, and Irony.&#x0D; Keywords : Figurative Language, Comparative Study, Layla Majnun Novel, Romeo and Juliet Novel.

Abstract:
The story of the unlucky love of Layla and Majnun has stimulated the imagination of artists for almost fifteen hundred years, serving as an inspiration for a growing number of works of art. But it is not merely a simple story of young people who were in love but who were not meant to be together due to the girl’s parents’ objection, which caused the young man to lose himself in his obsessive and self-destructive feelings. The tale of the crazy poet Majnun and his beloved girl also has a deeper meaning to it as it constitutes a pattern for searching one’s own spiritual path resulting from the necessity to renounce simple human desires. The last decades have brought numerous multi-cultural projects based on the story of Layla and Majnun, which proves unflagging interest in this 7th century Bedouin tale; new operas about them have been written as well. This article presents the story of the unlucky poet as the source of inspiration for the creation of the first opera in the world of Islam. It briefly discusses the importance of Bedouin poetry from the first millennium AD, including the story of Layla and Majnun, in the context of the development of classical Arabic poetry, it also signals its impact on the European culture. Apart from that, it presents the composer and the circumstances in which the first operatic work ever created in the Muslim world – the work being part of the mugham trend – was written.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the opera The Song of Majnun by Bright Sheng, the modern American composer of Chinese origin. This one-act opera was composed in 1992 and premiered in Chicago. In Russian musicology, this work is being studied for the first time. The authors analyze the history of the creation of the opera, the plot, composition, dramaturgy, and the specifics of the musical style. They pay special attention to the search for cross-cultural connections - the interaction of elements of Eastern (Persian, Chinese, Tibetan) and Western European cultures. The libretto of the opera is based on the plot of an ancient Persian legend. The composition of the opera was influenced by the art of the Persian book miniature of the 13th century. For the musical themes of the main characters Majnun and Laila, folk songs of ethnic Tibetans from the Chinese province of Qinghai were used. Many opera melodies are composed with the use of pentatonic scale. The orchestration uses techniques typical for Beijing Opera Orchestra. Conclusions are drawn about the peculiarities of combining elements of Chinese folklore and European composing technique of the 20th century. The importance of the opera The Song of Majnun for the further work of Bright Sheng is noted.

Uzeyir Hajibayly worked fruitfully as an outstanding composer, writer, playwright, translator, journalist and public figure. He lived an extremely meaningful life and laid the foundations of opera art in Azerbaijan, as well as in the Islamic world. Uzeyir bey is the author of the operas "Leyli and Majnun", "Shah Abbas and Khurshid Banu", "Asli and Kerem", "Harun and Leyla", "Rustam and Sohrab", "Koroghlu". "Leyli and Majnun" is his first opera, and the opera "Koroghlu" is a masterpiece of the outstanding composer. In addition to valuable operas, Uzeyir bey Hajibayly wrote musical comedies "Not That, but This", "Arshin Mal Alan", "Husband and Wife", as well as many short stories, feuilletons, articles and novellas. The article discusses the stories of Uzeyir Hajibeyli as an educational resource.

Abstract:
Many works of the eastern poets were devoted to love theme. The most spread “Leyla and Majnun” is a love story originated in Arabic, later significantly expanded to Persian and got its fictional peak in Turkic literature. Poets frequently wrote on this theme. The actual reason is “nazira, nazirashylyk” tradition which is the source of love tradition. Poets wrote their poem lines in Arabic aruz style. That nazira tradition took its continuation in Kazakh steppes in the end of XIX century and in the beginning of the XX century but not exactly in its poem style . It is obvious from the Kazakh writers’ works that the object of written literature was love poems and were written in rhymes. Love poems did not leave the Kazakh poems indifferently. That’s why, poets tried to introduce the eastern poem to Kazakh nation. Kazakh poets were good as eastern poets in terms of the above mentioned theme. After that new works with different styles peculiar to poets were coming out in the literature. This article deals with nazira tradition in the Kazakh literature and “Leyla and Majnun” poem which is written in nazira tradition. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan pemakaian diksi dengan efek yang ditimbulkan terhadap pemajasan dan pencitraan serta sudut pandang penceritaan dan alur penceritaan yang digunakan dalam roman Laila dan Majnun karya Nizami Ganjavi saduran Sholeh Gisymar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan roman Laila dan Majnun dalam kajian stilistika. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa pemilihan diksi yang sebenarnya kebanyakan bermakna lugas. Majas yang ditimbulkan adalah majas simile, personifikasi, hiperbola, erotesis, alusi, repetisi, dan metafora, sedangkan pencitraan yang ditimbulkan dari hubungan diksi dan gaya bahasa yang terdapat dalam roman tersebut adalah citraan pengelihatan, pendengaran, penciuman, perasaan, gerak, dan rabaan. Gaya penceritaan yang digunakan dalam roman ini yaitu selalu menggunakan alur maju yang disisipi flash back pada bagian tengah cerita. Untuk penggunaan sudut pandang, roman ini selalu menggunakan sudut pandang orang pertama pelaku utama dan sudut pandang orang ketiga.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan wujud bilingualisme dalam novel Layla Majnun karya Monty Tiwa. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simak, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Dalam penelitian ini keabsahan datanya diperiksa dengan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu wujud bilingualisme berupa tuturan yang dilakukan oleh para tokoh yang ada dalam film tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian Bilingualisme yang ditemukan oleh peneliti dalam film Layla Majnun karya Monty Tiwa terdapat 16 tuturan data.
