The institutional conflict examined in this thesis can be traced back to the successful military coup of 1926, which elevated Marshal Jozef Pilsudski to dictatorship. Given the Marshal's interest in military and foreign policy matters, he was actively involved in the formation of both, ensuring their coherence. Diese Arbeit untersucht, inwieweit sich die Präferenzen polnischer politischer Parteien in der Europapolitik Polens widerspiegeln. Es wird dabei davon ausgegangen, dass die Parteipräferenzen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Gestaltung der politischen Praxis ausüben und so einen Spezialfall der liberalen Theorie der Internationalen Politik darstellen. Abstract:

Mikołaj z Kutna (1430-1493) był synem kasztelana Jana z Kutna i nieznanej z imienia jego żony. W trakcie swego urzędowania pełnił kolejno funkcję wojewody rawskiego (1465-1467), wojewody łęczyckiego (1467-1493) oraz starosty generalnego wielkopolskiego. W swojej karierze posiadał również starostwo gostynińskie i starostwo wieluńskie. W 1461 r. pełnił funkcję hetmana wojsk Księstwa Mazowieckiego. W 1462 r. wydał królowi Kazimierzowi Jagiellończykowi zamek w Gostyninie jako jego starosta. Od tej pory zaczęła się jego kariera na dworze królewskim. W 1471 r. towarzyszył królewiczowi Władysławowi

Abstract:

Podstawowym celem rozprawy była analiza reguł postępowania w ramach działalności Sejmu pod kątem funkcjonowania w nim zwyczajów. Analizie poddane zostały również normy zawarte w ustawach i regulaminie Sejmu. Badania skoncentrowane zostały wyłącznie na jednej izbie parlamentu – Sejmie. Wynika to z dwóch założeń przyjętych w pracy. Po pierwsze polska konstytucja przyjęła model dwuizbowości niesymetrycznej, przyznając Sejmowi rolę izby silniejszej, wyposażonej w więcej kompetencji niż Senat. Po drugie rozległość tematyki zwyczajów parlamentarnych wymagała przyjęcia pewnych ograniczeń zarówno w s

The presented diploma thesis deals with the theme of everydayness of imperial diplomats working in Poland in the second half of the 17th century. Diese Arbeit untersucht, inwieweit sich die Präferenzen polnischer politischer Parteien in der Europapolitik Polens widerspiegeln. Es wird dabei davon ausgegangen, dass die Parteipräferenzen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Gestaltung der politischen Praxis ausüben und so einen Spezialfall der liberalen Theorie der Internationalen Politik darstellen. Diese Abhandlung beschreibt die Überprüfung der genannten Hypothese und fasst die Ergebnisse des Verfahrens zusammen.
