Abstract:
In this work, the Internet Information System is created for the Artists‘ Association. It was planned to meet the specific needs of the Artists who wanted to let the people know about themselves and their works, and finally sell them. It also meets the needs of every Internet user who might be interested in information about the popular or perspective artists and who might purchase their works. The system was developed on the basis of .NET technologies: ADO.NET, ASP.NET and programmed with Visual C#. The data of the information system are stored in MS SQL Server 2000. Finally the information system was implemented and thoroughly tested. It meets all the functional and non-functional requirements of end users: the Administrator, the Artist, the Registered User and Internet User. The system is safe, fast, and comfortable to use, has good look, and may be extended in future when the needs of its users would grow.

Abstract:
Šiame darbe atsispindi A.Schopenhauerio meno filosofijos pamatinės idėjos. Mąstytojas nuodugniai iškristalizuoja estetinės patirties sampratą remdamasis Platoniškosios idėjos pirmavaizdžiu. Kadangi A. Shopenhaueriui meninis patyrimas užima kilniadvasiškiausią gyvenimo pakopą. Jam itin rūpi paneigti, betikslės, voliuntaristinės, iracionalios valios viešpatavimą, ištrūkti iš valios vergystės. Filsofas padaro radikalią perskyrą atribodamas pagrindo principo pažinimą nuo estetinės – kontempliacinės patirties plotmės. Jis kelia klausimą: kas gali pažinti grynąsias pasaulio formas? Ir iš kart nedvejodamas atsako: tik geniali būtybė, pakylanti virš kasdieniškos rutinos persisunkusios praktinių reikmių. Nes paprasto žmogaus kasdieniškas žvilgsnis nuolatos skendi pragmatiškumo ir suinteresuotumo liūne. Tik genijus, A. Schopenhauerio samprotavimais sugeba pamatyti patį daiktą, pažvelgti objektyviai, atsisakydamas pagrindo principo. Šitokiu judesiu genijus paneigia valią ir trumpai akimirkai suranda ramybės užuovėją. Mąstytojas padaro plačią valios objektyvacijos skleistį norėdamas parodyti kokiuose meno kūriniuose ir per kokią materiją ji kyla iki aukščiausios pakopos. A.Schopenhaueris pradėdamas nuo Architektūros remiasi štai tokiomis medžiagomis, kurios atskleidžia žemiausią valios objektyvacijos pakopą: sunkis, kietumas, sankaba. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>The thesis presents fundamental ideas of A. Schopenhauer’s philosophy of art. Following the original Platonic ideas, the thinker developed the concept of aesthetic experience. A. Schopenhauer’s artistic experience is positioned in the noblest level of life; he seeks to deny domination of purposeless, voluntary and irrational will and to escape from slavery of will. Philosopher makes a radical separation between recognition of principle of basis and aesthetical-contemplate experience. Moreover, he raises the question about who is capable of knowing the absolute forms of the world. And he gives the answer namely, that only a genial being which can leave the everyday routine full of practical needs behind is able to do that, because an ordinary human being’s everyday attitude is covered by pragmatism and interests. According to A. Schopenhauer, only genius can see the thing as such, maintain an objective attitude and ignore the principle of basis. In this way the genius denies the will and is able to find the moment of peace. The thinker discusses objectivation of will, seeking to show in which pieces of art and in what substances it reaches the highest level. Starting with architecture, A. Schopenhauer refers to the following substances presenting the lowest stage of objectivation of will: gravity, hardness, adherence. Keliavimo ir judėjimo fenomenas yra svarbus kiekvienam žmogui. Net fiziškai nejudėdamas, jis keliauja mintimis, virtualiai. Žmogus gali pasirinkti kelionės ir keliautojo tipą - nuo paprasto atostogautojo vasaros metu, kelionių agentūros suorganizuotoje poilsinėje kelionėje iki bastūniškų kelionių nežinant galutinio tikslo. Kalbant apie keliavimą autostopu daugeliui kyla viena mintis - keliavimas nemokant už kelionę. Šiame bakalauro darbe analizuojamas ir atskleidžiamas keliautojas autostopu, kurio kelionės yra unikalios, išlaisvinančios ir nepasikartojančios. Darbe atsleidžiami keliautojų tipai sociologiniu ir semantiniu požiūriu. Keliautojas/kelionė gretinama su kultūra/menu. Meno kūrinys dažnai pats tampa kelionės objektu ir keliauja sukurdamas tarpkultūrinį dialogą. Internetui „įsibrovus” į mūsų gyvenimus ir kasdienybę, keliautojas persikelia į virtualią erdvę tampdamas tinklo bastūnu, o tuo tarpu vis daugiau kūrėjų pradeda kurti Interneto meną (Net.art ). Dėl interaktyvumo keliautojas autostopu išlieka nenuspėjamas ir virtualioje aplinkoje. Kūrybinio projekto pagrindinis personažas taip pat keliautojas autostopu. Jis perkeliamas į interaktyvią Korsakow programą ir gautas video projektas į internetą. Kūrinyje daug dienoraštiškumo. Jame gausu rašytinio, video, fotografijų dienoraščio formų. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>The phenomenon of travel and movement is important to everyone. Even physically motionless, human can travel through ideas, virtually. Humans can choose the type of travel and travelers – from a simple summer holidays, travel agencies’ organized till a tripf the vagabond traveling without knowing the final goal. Speaking about travel by hitch-hiking for many there is one idea – traveling without paying for the trip. This bachelor thesis analyzes and reveals hitch- hiker whos’ travels are unique, liberating and recurrent. The paper reveals types of travelers in sociological and semantic point of view. Traveler/ travel is compared with culture/ arts. Work of art itself often becomes the object of the journey and travels creating intercultural dialogue. Because of internet “breaking” into our everyday lives, traveler moves into virtual space becoming net vagabond, while more and more creators begin to create Net.art. The hitch-hiker stays unpredictable in virtual environments through interactivity. The main character in creative project is the hitch-hiker. He is moved to the interactive Korsakow project program and video project on the Internet. The work has a lot of features of diary. It contains lot of written, video, photographs diary forms. The viewer managing an interactive links starts to travel watching a short moments of traveler adventures.

Socialiniai meno projektai Lietuvoje rengiami pakankamai neseniai, tačiau jau sulaukė visuomenės dėmesio. Šio darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti socialinių meno projektų ypatumus, pagrindinius jų vadybos principus. Pateikti realiai įgyvendinamų socialinių meno projektų „Nėra laiko“ ir „Apie Viltį“ aprašai, atskleidžiami šių projektų vadybos ypatumai. Analizuojant socialinius meno projektus buvo prieita prie išvados, kad socialiniai meno projektai iš kitų projektų išsiskiria savo sandara, paskirtimi bei poveikiu žmonių sveikatai, gerovei, socializacijai, integracijai ir pan. Svarbiausi socialinių meno projektų ypatumai – jų siekiami tikslai, paskirtis bei poveikis, susijęs su visuomenės ir žmogaus sveikata bei gerove. Meninių socialinių projektų tikslas – meninės raiškos priemonėmis kurti, reformuoti arba keisti nusistovėjusius socialinius modelius. Ne mažiau svarbus vienas pagrindinių socialinių meno projektų ypatumų – meninės raiškos forma atkreipti visuomenės dėmesį į aktualias socialines problemas. Be to, darbe atskleista, kad norint sėkmingai įgyvendinti socialinio meno projektą būtina vadyba, o vienas svarbiausių jos sėkmės pagrindų – skirtingoms sritims atstovaujančių asmenų – kultūros vadybininkų, menininkų, sveikatos priežiūros ir socialinių paslaugų teikėjų, vartotojų bei rėmėjų – kūrybiškas ir lankstus bendradarbiavimas. The aim of the Master Thesis is to analyse peculiarities of social art projects and the main principles of their management. This research provides detailed descriptions of the already implemented art projects “Nėra laiko” (“No Time”) and “Apie viltį” (“About the Hope”) and reveals peculiarities of the management of these projects. Analysis of the social art projects led to the conclusion that social art projects differ from other projects in their structure, aim, and effect on people’s health, welfare, socialisation, integration, and other issues. The main peculiarities of social art projects are their goals, purpose, and effect related to health and welfare of both - the public and individual. Artistic social projects are aimed at creating, reforming, or changing the already established social models by employing artistic means of expression. In addition, it is of equal importance for social art projects to attract public attention to social problems by employing these artistic means of expressions. Galima teigti, jog ilgą laiką filosofija kino atžvilgiu buvo nusiteikusi priešiškai. Filosofai bei menininkai abejojo kino priklausomybe meno sričiai, nes kinas, anot jų, neturi savitos ir unikalios kalbos, o režisieriai piktinosi, jog filosofai, interpretuodami tam tikrus filmus, jiems primeta savas teorijas, taip atimdami iš kinematografinio meno jo unikalumą. Šio darbo tikslas – pažvelgti į kinematografinį meną iš filosofinės perspektyvos, o, tiksliau, kokias prielaidas interpretuojant kiną gali pasiūlyti filosofija. Aptariant tokius konceptus kaip – laikas, trukmė, kinematografinis mechanizmas, vaizdas, vaizdinys-judėjimas, vaizdinys-laikas, momentinės nuotraukos, montažas ir kt. – nuo filosofinės disciplinos pereinama prie kinematografinio meno, bei bandoma įrodyti, jog kinas, bent jau kartais, turi nemažai bendro su filosfinėmis teorijomis. Kino kuriami vaizdiniai gali tapti iliustracijomis filosofijos kuriamų konceptų.<br>We can say, that for a very long time, philosophy was bad-minded in regard to cinema. Philosophers and artists had doubts about cinema‘s subordination to art, because, in their opinion, cinema doesn‘t have his own, unique language, and film directors were in anger, because philosophers, in their interpretations of certain films, tried to enforce their own theories to cinema, by taking away its unique being. The aim of this work - to look into cinematic art from philosophical perspective, more precise, what assumptions of cinema interpretation can offer philosophy. Discussing concepts like – time, duration, cinematic mechanism, image, image-movement, image-time, snapshot, montage – we move from philosophical discipline to cinematic art, by trying to prove, that cinema has something common with philosophical theories. Images composed by cinema, can become illustrations of philosophical concepts.

Temos aktualumas. Mokymas(is) – visą žmogaus gyvenimą trunkantis procesas, kurio tinkamas organizavimas ir vykdymas, lemia kiekvieno gyvenimo kokybę. Žmogus vystosi ir mokosi nuo pat gimimo, o pagrindinė ir svarbiausia mokymosi vieta – mokykla. Remiantis kadenciją baigusio prezidento V. Adamkaus mintimis: „Tikra mokykla niekada nebuvo ir negali būti vien žinių kalvė“. [32] Pasak jo: „Mokykloje žmonės mokosi bendrauti, gerbti šalia esantį, tikėti juo ir savo tauta, čia prasideda tikrasis žmogiškumas ir tikrasis patriotizmas“. [32] Ypatingo tikėjimo ir pasitikėjimo iš šalia esančio laukia vaikai, turintys specialiųjų poreikių, todėl negalima pamiršti, jog neįgalieji, specialiuosius poreikius turintys žmonės yra mūsų visuomenės nariai, turintys tokias pačias teises kaip ir kiti mūsų visuomenėje. Jiems pagal neįgaliųjų integracijos į visuomenę požiūrį turi būti sudaromos tokios pat ugdymo, darbo, laisvalaikio leidimo, dalyvavimo visuomenės, politiniame ir bendruomenės gyvenime galimybės. Kiekvieno žmogaus integracijos į visuomenę procesas prasideda mokykloje, kurioje, remiantis švietimo memorandumo dokumentu, yra siūloma plačios apimties individuali pagalba organizuotu būdu. Lietuvoje meno terapijos elementai pradėti taikyti palyginti neseniai. Tik po Lietuvos nepriklausomybės atkūrimo pradėjo kurtis pirmosios organizacijos, besirūpinančios neįgaliųjų meniniu, estetiniu ugdymu. Svarbu tai, jog meno terapijoje ne tiek svarbus rezultatas, kiek pats kūrimo procesas, leidžiantis... People with disabilities must have the same education, work, leisure, participation in the social life, political and community options. Art therapy is interpreted differently in different countries and in different scientific literature. Art therapy can be appreciated as one of the integration dimension of the disable people into the society. Art is emerging as the most perfect language for all people to communicate, especially while verbal communication is difficult or impossible. Art therapy is applied recently in Lithuania. Art therapy is an effective and useful. But there is problems how to apply it, how to organize the work, what programs and methodological materials you can use in work, how to evaluate the effectiveness, who is suitable professionals for this job, how to adapt art therapy to the general curriculum? Master's paper objective is to analyze and evaluate the art education process peculiarity in the special needs schools. To implement the objective the following tasks were raised: to analyze the general methodological recommendatory documents of the primary and general education programs; to disclose the peculiarity of organizing art education in special needs schools; evaluate the peculiarity of organizing art education in special needs schools and to do the to do the questionnaire research. Es imposible silenciar el hecho que en el mundo anualmente, mueran cuatro millones de mujeres violentamente por culpa de esta agresión que es estructural e intergeneracional. Para KofI Annan, ex Secretario General de Naciones Unidas, "la violencia contra la mujer es quizá la más vergonzosa violación de los derechos humanos. No conoce límites geográficos, culturales o de riquezas. Mientras continúe, no podremos afirmar que hemos avanzado realmente hacia la igualdad, el desarrollo y la paz".

Darbe nagrinėjama internetizacijos įtaka kultūrinei spaudai: kaip ji buvo priimta, kaip, vykstant internetizacijos procesui, kito kultūrinė spaudos turinys, misija, vizija, auditorija. Norint tai išsiaiškinti darbe analizuojama internetinės spaudos, populiariosios ir elitinės kultūros institucijos. Nors kultūrinė spauda yra savita ir priklauso elitinio meno krypčiai, norėdama išlikti, ji vis dėlto turi vadovautis rinkos dėsniais, ypač, jei esminės paramos nesuteikia valstybė. Dėl šių skirtingų sąlygų susikirtimo, iškyla ambivalencijos, įsikitinimo, transgresijos vyksmo tikimybė. Darbo objektas yra leidinių „Šiaurės Atėnai“, „Literatūra ir menas“, „7 meno dienos“ ir „Nemunas“ ir jų internetinių versijų auditorija, vizija, misija ir turinys. Lediniai pasirinkti dėl turinio, minties ir leidybinių charakteristikų (tiražas, periodiškumas) panašumo. Darbu siekta įvertinti dėl internetizacijos įvykusį „Šiaurės Atėnų“, „Literatūros ir meno“, „7 meno dienų“ ir „Nemuno“ vizijos, misijos, auditorijos ir turinio kismą. Siekiant užsibrėžto tikslo, išsiaiškinta kultūrinės spaudos reikšmė ir specifika, atskleista kultūrinės spaudos raida Lietuvoje, išnagrinėtas interneto poveikis Lietuvos spaudai. Taip pat atlikti du tyrimai: pusiau struktūruotas interviu su „Šiaurės Atėnų“, „Literatūros ir meno“, „7 meno dienų“ ir „Nemuno“ leidinių buvusiais ir esamais redaktoriais bei išanalizuoti šių leidinių internetiniai puslapiai. Atliktos teorinė ir empirinė analizės atskleidė internetizacijos įtaką... [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>It is analysed in this paper the impact of the internetization to the cultural press: how did the cultural press adopt internetization, how the content, mission, vision and audience have changed. In order to achieve it, institutions of the internet press, popular ant elitist culture were analyzed. Although, the cultural press is unique and belongs to elitist art, it also has to behave according to the market laws, especially if no grants from the state are being given. Due to these different operating conditions, there is a great chance of ambivalence, “entering into another“, transgression possibility. The object of this paper is the change of “Siaurės Atenai”, “Literatura ir menas“, “7 meno dienos“ ir “Nemunas“ weeklies‘ content, vision, mission and audience. These particular weeklies were chosen because of their content, thought and publishing characteristics similarities. It was tried to investigate the impact of mutation to content, vision, mission and audience of “Siaures Atenai“, “Literatura ir menas“, “7 meno dienos“ and “Nemunas“ on the terms of internetization. Veliuonos Švč. Mergelės Marijos Ėmimo į dangų bažnyčioje sukaupta didelė dalis miestelio meno paveldo. Tai vertingi dailės, skulptūrinės plastikos, medžio drožybos, smulkiosios architektūros, auksakalystės kūriniai. Nepaisant to, iki šiol nebuvo atliktas nė vienas išsamus tyrimas, apimantis Veliuonos bažnyčios meno paveldą kaip visumą. Šiuo darbu siekiama sistemingai išanalizuoti bažnyčioje esančias meno vertybes ir jų pažinimo, pasitelkiant kultūrinį turizmą ir piligrimystę, galimybes. Magistro diplominis darbas papildo senosios dailės istorijos mokslą nauja medžiaga apie bažnyčios meno kūrinių raidą ir kaitą, datavimą, autorystę. Jame: a) išaiškinta bažnyčios pastatymo data; b) nustatytas didžiojo altoriaus ir atskirų jo sudedamųjų dalių datavimas; c) išaiškinta didžiojo altoriaus paveikslų, o taip pat šv. Jono Nepomuko paveikslo bei Rožinio Švč. Mergelės Marijos paveikslo aptaisų autorystė; d) nustatyti ankstyviausių bažnyčios altorių titulai; e) rekonstruotas ankstyvesnio, 1644 m. konsekruoto titulinio altoriaus vaizdas, atkurti ankstesni visų altorių paveikslų siužetai; f) remiantis šaltinių analize pateikta naujų faktografinių žinių apie XVIII-XIX a. bažnyčioje buvusius iliuzinius altorius; g) pirmą kartą ištirta bažnyčios dailės ikonologija ir apibendrinta ikonografinė programa; h) pirmą kartą atlikta epitafijos J. K. Bžostovskiui teksto semiotinė analizė; i) aptartos stilistinės ir meninės bažnyčios ypatybės; j) pasiūlytos bažnyčios meno paveldo sklaidos visuomenėje... [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>St. Blessed Virgin Mary of the Assumption Church of Veliuona in the town gained a large part of artistic heritage. This is a valuable art, sculpture, wood carving, fine architecture, farrier works. Nevertheless, so far none has been carried out a detailed survey, covering the artistic heritage church as a whole. This work aims to systematically analyze the church's values in art and knowledge through cultural tourism and pilgrimage, the possibilities. Master's thesis complements the old art history education in the new material on church art and the evolution of change, dating, authorship. There are: a) Church of the anniversary of the date; b) the great altar, and its individual components dating; c) the altar of the great paintings, and also St. John Nepomuk and the image of the Blessed Pink. Virgin Mary's picture authorship arch; d) the altar of the church's earliest titles; e) reconstructed earlier, in 1644, consecrated the altar of a cover image, the former altar paintings of scenes; f) based on an analysis of the sources of new knowledge about faktografinių XVIII-XIX centuries shadowy former church altar; g) Performed for the first time in church art iconographic analysis and summary program; h) first performed epitaphs J. Abstract:
Šiame darbe bus nagrinėjama meno rinkodara konkrečiu atveju, t.y. išanalizavus teorines meno rinkodaros prieigas bus tyrinėjamas juvelyrės Jurgos Lago ir jos kūrybos darbų – YURGA juvelyrika – rinkodara. Kokia ji yra dabar, kokios jos problemos bei kaip galima tas problemas išspręsti: ką galima pagerinti ir pasiūlyti. Darbas susideda iš trijų dalių – viena teorinė dalis ir dvi praktinės – analitinės. Pirmoje dalyje yra analizuojama meno rinkodaros teorija, jos apibrėžimas, poreikis, orientacijos. Taip pat nagrinėjamas meninės vertės ir meninio potencialo teorija, kuri leidžia įvertinti kokioje stadijoje menininkas veikia ir kokios iškyla galimybės pasinaudoti rinkodaros pagalba. Išnagrinėjus meno rinkodaros koncepciją bei jos taikymo galimybę, pereinama prie antrosios dalies, kurioje analizuojama ir empyriškai pritaikoma teorija. Čia pateikiami juvelyrės Jurgos Lago meno rinkodaros tyrimo ir bendrinio tyrimo apie juvelyriką rezultatai, kurių analizė leidžia įsivardinti konkrečias Jurgos Lago meno rinkodaros problemas. Paskutinį baigiamojo darbo segmentą sudaro projektinė dalis, kurioje pateikiami pasiūlymai kaip pagerinti esamą Jurgos Lago juvelyrikos rinkodaros situaciją.<br>The object of this case study is an analysis of art marketing regarding jeweler Jurga Lago and her creations – Yurga jewelry. Study discusses current state of matter, problematic and precedents as well as proposed solutions. This paper consists of three parts: one theoretical and two practical analysis. First part talks about theoretical art marketing background: theory, needs and orientations. It also discusses value and theory of art potential, which allow to draw conclusions on artists current state as well as possibilities created by marketing. After we are done analysing the concept of art marketing and its real-life implementation capacities we get to second part of study, where theory is empirically employed. Research engages jewelers Jurga Lagos marketing concept analyzed through prism of generic jewelry market study. Last segment of this paper consists of proposed solutions and ideas on future marketing of YURGA jewelry. The goal of this paper is a clarification of art marketing definitions, theoretical reasons for its evaluation, segmentation and implementation. Research objects was a singleness of art subjects in design specialists’ qualifying process at a college. Research purpose was to reveal the singleness of art subjects in design specialists’ educational process. It was proposed to improve art studies of design specialists by analyzing students’ motivation, prominence of art subjects, as well as its progress, taking into account employers’ and graduates’ indicated aspects of a design specialty. It was also proposed to schoolmasters of tertiary education to refine methodology of art studies by improving art knowledge and skills and adjusting significance of art studies in educational process of design specialists. The research disclosed that singleness of art studies at hairstyle designer’s specialty corresponds to public needs and protects interests of specialists. Designers are being raised as creational personalities. Much attention is given to practical and theoretical techniques and training of skills to look for the best possible art forms. Singleness of art subjects in design specialists’ educational process gives the latter a possibility to present a designer’s profession in appropriate manner. The work develops the idea that improvement of art subject’s singleness capacitates the study of employer’s need’s and promotion of creative possibilities in educational process. For that reason the defining of art studies singleness in teaching process of design specialists is a relevant and promising research field.

Abstract:
The master’s thesis reviews the major problems and concepts of the analysis of creativity. Having analysed the literature of foreign and Lithuanian authors on this subject has shown that in Lithuania the creativity of the future specialists of art has not been researched. In this thesis paper we seek to reveal the essence of creativity and the formation level of self estimation. A psychological problem has been raised in the thesis paper: what are the features of the creativity of the students of arts and their relation to other personality indexes. To determine the students’ creativity, the questionnaire of personality’s creativity by V. Petrulis (1988), consisting of 64 statements, was used, and the one point scale by A. Petrulytė (1995) which was used for the determination of the link between creativity and subjective estimation. The research carried out has shown that the creativity of the students of arts according to the personality questionnaire of V. Petrulis is higher and statistically significant. It was determined that the creativity is linked to subjective self estimation. Therefore, it is very important for young adults to estimate their creative skills; a successful creative process depends upon positive self estimation. The research has shown that creativity does not depend upon gender. It is common to think that the people with higher intellect are more creative. However, the research did not confirm this attitude. Šiuo požiūriu meno kolektyvai svarbūs vertinant ir aplinkos kultūros raidą. Kitaip tariant, meno kolektyve atsispindi aplinkos kultūros ypatybės, tarp jų ir tautiškumo samprata. Tautoje, o multikultūrinėje aplinkoje ypač svarbu išvengti vertybių niveliacijos ir sudaryti palankias sąlygas kultūros savitumo puoselėjimui, išgryninimui. Puoselėjimo galimybės ypač ryškios ir aktualios meno kolektyve, kuris ir atspindi aplinkos kultūrą, ir ją veikia. The collaboration forms between communities and institutions of culture and art. Key words: community, culture, social-cultural work, national minority. In the process of forming democratic and public policy of nation it is extremely important that every member of it completely would feel himself the part of the society. National minorities and their cultural self-expressions, that perform both the role of spiritual movement and strengthening national identity, are analyzed in this work. This work is based on the research of collaboration between national minorities and both culture and art institutions (66 Karaiten, Tartaren, Jews and Romany minorities’ persons were polled). The date of the research illustrates the cultural and social situation of national minorities, the spiritual demands of community members, qualities and weaknesses of their cultural life. Also the importance of this cooperation to the individuals and all the ethnic communities is emphasized as well as that essential changes in the process of cultural and spiritual live determine participation of the numbers of community in the cultural activities. The methodology of this study was divided into three stages: the first stage, we sought to know the reality of the phenomenon at the Federal Institute Catarinanse, Campus Sombrio. At this stage, it was used as a tool for data collection a semistructured questionnaire, applied in 90 students in the classes of 2nd and 3rd year of High School and Technical Course as well as a consultation with individual records of students - administered by the General Coordination Support Educating. In the second stage, held an intervention with an anti-bullying campaign, with development activities with students in order to discuss, understand, think about the consequences, the protagonists and the importance of fighting him at the Institute. In the third stage, was assessed with the project participants with a questionnaire open. The research showed not only the presence of bullying at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina, as well as vertical upwardbullying and cyberbullying. These findings, per si, justify this work and the pursuit of dissertative awareness campaign developed in Federal Institute of Santa Catarina, Campus Sombrio. However, as shown by the results, its efficiency depends on the future continuation of the program for a longer period of time, and by implementing and developing new coping strategies and combating school bullying. Put another way, the program requires adjustments: high temporal amplitude and greater involvement of the school community so that its efficiency is assured and its benefits are enjoyed by all involved in the phenomenon of bullying. Thus, it may contribute to the behavioral and personal enrichment of the members of the school community, and the eradication of school bullying.<br>Partindo-se da premissa de que o bullying encerra uma forma de viol?ncia velada presente na quase totalidade das institui??es de ensino em todo o globo, buscou-se, nesta pesquisa, n?o apenas constatar a presen?a do fen?meno junto ao Instituto Federal Catarinense - Campus Sombrio, como, tamb?m, compreender e analisar o fen?meno do bullying escolar, realizar uma interven??o mediante um trabalho de extens?o atrav?s de uma campanha de conscientiza??o com os alunos da institui??o. The aim of the master paper `Interaction of pedagogical and social functions of the instructor of an art amateur association is to reveal the pedagogical and social factions of the instructor of an art amateurs association. The object of investigation in qualitative evaluation of the interrelation between an art amateur association and it’s instructor. The author of the paper analyses qualitative evaluation of the interrelation between the participants of an art amateur association and their instructor reveals the interaction of pedagogical and social functions of the instructor of an art amateur association. She also analyses the motivation of the existence of an art amateurs association – the activities of an art amateur association – means of education and artistic development. Besides, the author investigates the functions (training, teaching, education) of the instructor of an association, educating the participants. Social functions – developing skills of full value modern social communication – are also analyzed. Investigating pedagogical and social functions of the instructor of an art amateur association and their interrelation, the author interrogated 200 participants of art amateur associations and presented the results in tables and diagrams. Svarbiais, bent jau šio darbo kontekste, laikytume tam tikrus meno kūrinio sampratos kraštutinumus. Romantizme – estetika (atitinkamai ir meno kūrinys), tampa religijos pakaitalu. R. Šerpytytė rašo apie tokią romantinės sąmonės struktūrą, kuri anihiliuoja religiškumą. Romantizuojamas, pasaka tapęs pasaulis ,,aukščiausią prasmę“ pasiekia kaip tik anihiliuodamas religinę dimensiją ir jos vietoje iškeldamas, pakeisdamas ją estetine dimensija [...]. Tik meno kūrinys gali teikti apreiškimą. Tik sapne, tik svajonėse mes patiriame tiesą. Priešinga interpretacija – dvidešimtojo amžiaus neokantizmas. Meno kūrinys praranda bet kokias ontologines šaknis. Estetinė kokybė apibrėžiama negatyviai – kaip netekusi pažintinių bei praktinių nuorodų, ir kaip susijusi su tam tikra stebėtojo priimta išeities pozicija. Pasak G.Vattimo, taip suprasta estetinė sąmonė atitinka muziejų, kaip viešąją instituciją, kuri neatsitiktinai išsivystė pastaraisiais amžiais lygiagrečiai teoriniam estetinio subjektyvizmo subrendimui. Šiame kontekste ir užsimezga nagrinėjamos temos svarstymas – meno kūrinio ir religinės patirties ryšys.<br>Compare the places of intersection of aesthetics and religion, work of art and religion experience. The most important thing is to stay within understanding of each piece of work. So in romanticism – aesthetics, work of art changes religion. However, we can deal with neokantizm of the twenties century, when ontologin origin does not exist in work of art. Aesthetical quality has negative meaning. In this work the connection of art work and religion experience has been researched. Comparison of understanding of work by Heidegger and Florensky. Leading the precondition, that work of art can be kind of frankness. Konception of Florensky is development of Heidegger work. The purpose is to find the answers: 1) Is ,,understanding” only the position of observation? 2) Is there anything unreached for interpretation in a work of art? Is art position opposing to subjectivism and can it liberate from subjective closeness.

Šie procesai analizuojami remiantis aptariamo laikotarpio parodų recenzijomis, pačiomis parodomis, aktyviai meno scenoje veikusių menininkų pasisakymais, jų kūriniais, formavusiais viešąjį dailės gyvenimą. Atskiras dėmesys skiriamas įvairiems meno lauko pjūviams – sociopolitiniam kontekstui, meno kūriniams, institucinėms parodoms ir tekstams kultūros savaitraščiuose. Ideologijų ir vertybių pokyčiai, vykę Lietuvos meno diskurse XX a. paskutiniajame dešimtmetyje, darbe tyrinėjami akcentuojant meninius, institucinius ir sociopolitinius kontekstus, atskleidžiant kintantį simbolinių konstrukcijų turinį bei jų poveikį meno lauko kovoms už legitimaciją. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>Dissertation thesis analyses the ideological processes of art discourse in the last decade of the 20th century – the formation and decline of different value related and ideological orientations, and their correlation, which makes an influence upon the changing conception of art and artist. These processes are analyzed referring to the reviews of the exhibitions of the discussed period, the exhibitions themselves, the declarations by the artists, who actively participated on the art scene, and their works, which were shaping the public art life. A separate attention is devoted to various layers of the artistic field – to the sociopolitical context, the works of art, the institutional exhibitions, and to the texts in cultural periodicals. The main aim of the thesis is to make a thorough analysis of the ideological and value related changes, which took place in the Lithuanian art discourse in the 1990s, and by underlining the artistic, institutional and sociopolitical contexts to reveal the changing content of symbolic constructions and their influence on the struggles for legitimization in the artistic field. We sought to understand the emergence of the concept of ecovillage since its historical origins as an anti-system movement, as well as its contemporary theoretical foundations, emphasizing the understanding of sustainability in the ecological, economic, social and spiritual dimensions. We also verified its presence in society, especially within the academy, conducting a review study of Brazilian works on ecovillages. From these works and other databases, we built up a map of ecovillages and other projects that identify themselves with the concept in the country, and characterized them, in order to obtain an overview of their dispersion and performance on Brazilian territory. We located ecovillages in seventeen states and in the Federal District too. We identified several enterprises, communities and families also, somehow inspired by the ecovillage ideas to make houses, farms, institutions and various businesses sites more sustainable. Despite the fact that almost 80% of the municipalities that host these initiatives are small, they have a greater presence in regions where the Brazilian urban network is better served by infrastructure and services. This added to the educational and tourist activities existing in a wide way in the ecovillages and related projects showed that, unlike alternative communities of previous times, there is currently active interaction between them and the hegemonic system. Although the science about ecovillages is recent, its multidisciplinarity has enabled studies in twenty major areas of knowledge within Brazilian academy, predominantly in Architecture, Urbanism and Design. We point out the need for greater articulation between researchers with different professional backgrounds who are dedicated to ecovillages for their effective consolidation as a theme in scientific context.<br>O trabalho investigou a abrang?ncia cient?fica e geogr?fica do fen?meno socioespacial das ecovilas no Brasil. Buscou-se compreender a emerg?ncia do conceito de ecovila desde suas origens hist?ricas como movimento antissistema, at? seus fundamentos te?ricos contempor?neos, destacando-se o entendimento da sustentabilidade nas dimens?es ecol?gica, econ?mica, social e espiritual. Verificou-se tamb?m a presen?a do tema na sociedade, em especial dentro da academia, realizando um estudo de revis?o dos trabalhos brasileiros sobre ecovilas. Abstract:
This study was designed to explore children visual thinking peculiarities. Participants were 201 children (133 girls and 68 boys). Firstly, two age groups were formed (6-11; 12-18). Within each age group children were assigned by studies (children attending the school of Art and children from the higher grade school ). Children were shown six topics, which they had to represent (using paper and 12 colors) in such a way, that a stranger could recognize the represented topic. Different results occured. Children in the age 6-11 from the higher grade school used less colors in their drawings, the color didn’t introduse any symbolic meaning, as to the content- it was concrete (94,4%), while 12-18 year old higher grade school children and adolescents and 6-11; 12-18 year old children and adolescents from the school of Art introdused quite opposite results: their drawings were mainly abstract (80,4%, 84,4%, 89%) and carried symbolic meaning of color.

In the upbringing practice, the understanding of person’s culture process obtained values and their purpose depends on the way how they are shared and adapted. Personal interests and creative work dominate in the democratic society. It is important to the learner to know the cultural values, orient to them, try to create and in this way to improve individual culture, understanding the activity’s essence to evaluate the significance of the personal requirements. Atlikus architektūrinę ir urbanistinę analizę nuspręsta plėtoti visuomeninės ir komercinės infrastruktūros teritorijoją, integruojant ja į miesto planinę- erdvinę struktūrą. Planuojamą teritoriją siūloma išvalyti, paliekant architektūrinę ir konstrukcinę vertę turinčius pastatus. Šiluminės elektrinės pastatas tampa teritorijos ir miesto dalies akcentu, turintis glaudų ryšį su senamiesčiu. Trijų tūrių kompozicija racionaliai pritaikoma šiuolaikinio meno centro funkcijai, kuriame projektuojamos ekspozicijų erdvės, konferencijų salės, vestibiuliai, viešojo maitinimo, techninės patalpos ir kt. Rengiant projektą naudojamos netradicinės konstrukcinės sistemos. Develop comercial and public infrastructure area by using architectural and urbanistical analysis and integrating it into the target –spacial structure of the city. It is suggested to empty the target area, except the buildings that have architectural and structural value. The Thermopower station is going to be the accent of the teritory and the part of town, and have a close relation with the architecture of the oldtown. Three solids composition is adopted for the function of the modern art center, where exposition spaces, conference halls, lobbies, restaurants, technical rooms are being established. Untraditional constuctive systems were adjusted to prepare this project. The work contains graphic matereal and text part: introduction, analytical part, the summary of the building data, the evaluation of the building‘s architectural and constructive technical condition, processing of the research matereal, architectural and contructive renovation suggestions, bibliography. Tyrimo aktualumas. Apie 80 procentų pacientų su stuburo smegenų pažeidimais yra vyrai, paaugliai ir jauni suaugusieji. Dauguma jų yra aktyvūs, socialūs asmenys, kurių reabilitacijos tikslas po nugaros smegenų pažeidimo – grįžti į normalų gyvenimą pas šeimą, draugus, bendraamžius. Mokslininkai teigia, kad tradicinis vyriškas vaidmuo visuomenėje – tokie bruožai kaip stiprumas, emocijų kontrolė, savarankiškumas, jėga ir dominavimas trukdo vyrams ieškoti pagalbos. Be to, tradicinės vyriškumo savybės, įskaitant nepriklausomumą, sėkmę darbe, yra susijusios su bendru savęs vertinimu, todėl pakitimai gali turėti žymų poveikį. Teorinėje dalyje pristatoma identiteto samprata, tapatumą aiškinančios teorijos, kentėjimo trajektorijos samprata. The Meno has traditionally been viewed as "one of Plato's earliest and most noteworthy forays into epistemology." In this dialogue, and in the course of a discussion between Socrates and his young interlocutor, Meno, about the nature of virtue and whether it can be taught, “Meno raises an epistemological question unprecedented in the Socratic dialogues.” This question - or rather, dilemma - has come to be known in the philosophical literature as Meno’s Paradox of Inquiry, due its apparently containing an easy-to-detect equivocation of the word ‘know’. Immediately after the paradox, and in an apparent response to it, Socrates recounts a myth: a story told by priests and priestesses about the pre-natal existence and immortality of the soul. From this this myth, Socrates concocts the infamous theory of recollection – a theory according to which the soul has acquired knowledge of everything before it was born, while in a disincarnate state. According to the traditional reading of Meno’s paradox, this theory constitutes Plato’s response to it. The traditional reading has come under fire in recent years by advocates of the epistemological reading (ERM), who argue that the theory of recollection is not Plato’s intended response to the paradox. Instead, they suggest, Plato’s distinction between true belief and knowledge – which appears towards the end of the dialogue – is sufficient for solving the paradox; and as such, it ought to be read as Plato’s response to it. In this thesis, I argue against ERM’s claim that a mere epistemological distinction is all it takes to solve the paradox. To do so, I explore the metaphysics of change in Plato’s ontology. From this, I appeal to our everyday notion of ‘memory’ in order to show that Meno’s paradox, in fact, contains a hidden-premise, which when laid bare, reveals two distinct challenges contained within the argument: a superficial one, and a deeper one. I argue that although it appears at first blush as though the former could easily be dismissed as an equivocation, to which the epistemological distinction between belief and knowledge could provide an answer, the latter cannot. This is because the deeper challenge threatens the very preconditions of knowledge itself – that is to say, it renders cognition impossible – and, as such, it cancels out any effort to provide an epistemological response to the superficial challenge. Hence, unless the deeper-level challenge is satisfactorily disarmed, both challenges remain unanswered. I argue that although the major motivation for the theory of recollection in the Meno is indeed to provide an answer to scepticism about knowledge, nevertheless, it ought to be understood, first, as a theory of cognition – i.e. as a theory about the preconditions and atomic building blocks of knowledge – and not a theory of knowledge per se. This answer comes in the form of a radical theory of the mind and cognition – one that stands in stark opposition to our common-sense views about the mind: a view from which, Plato believed, the paradox arises. Drawing on recent debates between Nativists and Empiricists in the Cognitive Sciences, I argue that it was a great achievement of Plato’s to grasp that our common-sense view about the mind, and its concomitant process of learning, language acquisition and knowledge acquisition, might in fact be at the very root of scepticism about our ability to engage in meaningful philosophical practice, and our ability to acquire objective knowledge – especially, objective moral knowledge. The Meno’s paradox, then – so I contend - is not a puzzle whose solution rests upon merely pointing to an epistemological distinction between true belief and knowledge, as advocates of ERM have suggested. Rather, it is a puzzle about cognition. More precisely, it is a puzzle that targets the rudimentary cognitive stages of initial cognition and truth-recognition - one whose solution entails offering an account of the mind that would make these elementary cognitive processes possible. Accordingly, Plato’s theory of recollection in the Meno ought to be read as an attempt to map the structure of the mind, and as such, to provide an account of cognition. In doing so, he intended to put forward a view about the preconditions of knowledge – the sort of preconditions without which language acquisition and knowledge acquisition would simply not be possible. With this theory, Plato has the beginnings of an argument against the kind of relativism and scepticism prevalent at his time. As such, a correct interpretation of the so-called paradox of inquiry (and Plato’s proposed solution to it via the theory of recollection) should approach it as a puzzle about mind and cognition – and not solely as an epistemological one, as it has previously been treated.

This dissertation analyses the epistemology in Plato’s Meno, Phaedo and Theaetetus. It will explain how Plato constructs his thought on knowledge in those three dialogues into a coherent explanation. In the Meno and Phaedo Plato offers an outline of his epistemology. The Meno introduces Meno’s paradox, the theory of recollection and the formula “knowledge is true opinion with an explanation of the reason why”. In the Phaedo, Plato proposes recollection theory as a proof of immortality of soul and introduces the theory of Forms to make the epistemological outline complete. Although this outline of epistemology is systematic, it still has problems, such as knowledge is limited to a narrow sphere and the epistemological function of the body is denied. Theaetetus is an attempt to rethink the definitions of knowledge and to supplement the epistemological outline in the Meno and Phaedo by presenting new theories. In Theaetetus, three definitions of knowledge are discussed, namely, knowledge is perception, knowledge is true opinion, and knowledge is true opinion with an account. During the investigation of the three definitions, Plato successively supplies the detailed explanations of the process of perceiving colours, the wax block analogy, the aviary example and the discussion of the meaning and nature of the concept of account. In the progress of my study, I will also prove that not all of Socrates’ arguments about knowledge are good and strong. Those poor or weak arguments are mainly caused by employing metaphors to illustrate philosophical thought.

Creation and motivation structures, their development and existing correlation has been analyzed in this master’s degree work. It was defined that every creative motion is promoted by inner and outside motivations - sometimes inner, sometimes outside is dominating. Both sorts of motivation stimulate development of creation process. At the same time motivation is promoted by systematic artistic education; artistically prosperous environment; clearly defined creative targets and realization of final results; planning of each creative stage; control over creative process and self-control (latter is of more importance), as well as evaluation of creative process and its results. The research was performed among Vilnius College and Vilnius Pedagogic University exploratory objects (n=165) according to E. P. Torrance creative thinking research methodology and questionnaire compiled using E. Neck’s batching of inner creativity motives. It revealed that both – inner and outside motivations influence the development of creativity. Artistic environment, formation and training of creative skills induce motivation and creativity development (esp. originality and particularity). Such people become more creative and motivated in the future as well as they carry higher self-evaluation of their creative powers. At an institution of higher education this context is manifested by the modernization of studies, which is qualified as a strategy of educational paradigm shift and analyzed in terms of the peculiarities of vocational training theory and practice. The latter two factors are revealed by exploring the peculiarities and relations of the theory and practice of vocational training. This study aims to the elaboration of juridical and administrative terminology in Ladin language, actually on the Ladin idiom spoken in Val Badia. The necessity of this study is strictly connected to the fact that in South Tyrol the Ladin language is not just safeguarded, but the editing of administrative and normative text is guaranteed by law. This means that there is a need for a unique terminology in order to support translators and editors of specialised texts. The starting point of this study are, on one side the need of a unique terminology, and on the other side the translation work done till now from the employees of the public administration in Ladin language. In order to document their efforts a corpus made up of digitalized administrative and normative documents was build. The first two chapters focuses on the state of the art of projects on terminology and corpus linguistics for lesser used languages. The information were collected thanks to the help of institutes, universities and researchers dealing with lesser used languages. The third chapter focuses on the development of administrative language in Ladin language and the fourth chapter focuses on the creation of the trilingual Italian – German – Ladin corpus made up of administrative and normative documents. The last chapter deals with the methodologies applied in order to elaborate the terminology entries in Ladin language though the use of the trilingual corpus. Starting from the terminology entry all steps are described, from term extraction, to the extraction of equivalents, contexts and definitions and of course also of the elaboration of translation proposals for not found equivalences. Finally the problems referring to the elaboration of terminology in Ladin language are illustrated.

It has brought concepts of corruption, and has referred to its highest incidence in the public sphere in the three levels of government (despite its infiltration also in the privative sector) and has called attention to two subjects which intertwine public administration (as a means of ordering social life) and corruption (as a form of denial to the collective welfare). Through literature search whose analysis shows that the phenomenon contains the entire country history, from discovery to present day it was found to be common several dictatorial and democratic political regimes. Finally, it has emphasized the importance and necessity of citizen participation in process, as well as the organization of civil society and media, in addition to highlighting the relevance of autonomy and independence of Powers set for its effective confrontation and fighting<br>O presente trabalho tem por objetivo compreender o fen?meno da corrup??o na esfera p?blica brasileira e suas implica??es para a sociedade. This phenomenon is established from the euphemistic discourse that the socio-educational measure is a good to the adolescent in conflict with the law, a form of guarantee of integral protection to this subject, which tends to hide its coercive nature, justifying and legitimizing the control Social, and naturalizing and abstracting violence resulting from this response, which restricts and deprives fundamental rights. Therefore, the research aimed to analyze the relationship between assistance of the socioeducation and the ideals of punishment and protection historically embedded in the conformation of the objectives of the socio-educational measures, seeking to contribute with subsidies for the improvement of the policy of socio-educational assistance. Thus, from this study it was possible to know how the justificatory discourses of the sanction of the State to the infraction acts practiced by adolescents are expressed historically; To analyze how the question of assisting socio-educational measures crosses the justificatory discourses of the sanction of the State to the infractions committed by adolescents; And analyze how to update the question of the assitencialization of socio-educational measures in SINASE and SUAS times. The study was of the theoretical type, of a qualitative nature and based on the dialectical-critical method, using bibliographic research and documentary research techniques as data collection techniques. The interpretation of the data was performed through Discursive Textual Analysis, based on the studies of Roque Moraes. The results of this research point to the persistence of the discourse of social control over socio-educational measures, which has repercussions on the (re) production of past conceptions and practices that violate the human rights of adolescents in conflict with the law. It is concluded that there is a need to address the ambiguities surrounding the conception and objectives of socio-educational measures, and to implement SINASE as an instrument for affirming the human rights of this subject.<br>Esta tese versa sobre o fen?meno da assistencializa??o da socioeduca??o, o qual se manifesta historicamente sob a ?gide da imbrica??o entre puni??o e prote??o, atravessamentos hist?ricos presentes na conforma??o dos objetivos das medidas socioeducativas. Darbe atlikta teorinė meno terapijos sampratos ir meno terapeuto veiklos sričių bei funkcijų analizė. Hipotezė: Meno terapeutas, teikdamas psichosocialinę pagalbą ir atlikdamas ugdymo bei korekcinę-intervencinę funkcijas, gali tenkinti specialiuosius ugdytinių poreikius. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – nustatyti meno terapeuto veiklos sritis bei funkcijas teikiant psichosocialinę pagalbą specialiųjų poreikių asmenims švietimo, sveikatos ir socialinėse institucijose. Atlikta statistinė (aprašomoji dažnių, vidurkių), faktorinė pagrindinių komponenčių bei turinio duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 114 švietimo, sveikatos ir socialinių institucijų specialistų, savo veikloje taikančių meno terapijos metodus arba administruojančių tokių specialistų veiklą. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjami meno terapeuto paslaugų resursai, meno terapeuto specializacijos, papildomų studijų motyvacija ir poreikis bei vertinamos meno terapeuto veiklos sritys ir funkcijos meno terapijos metodų taikymo veiksmingumo aspektu. Svarbiausios empirinio tyrimo išvados: 1. Meno terapijos metodus dažniausiai taiko ugdymo srities specialistai, dirbantys su 7–18 metų amžiaus asmenimis ne tik ugdymo, bet ir sveikatos priežiūros, socialinės pagalbos ir rekreacijos srityse. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>The theoretical analysis of art therapy comprehension, art therapist’s activity fields and functions, revealed the urgency of an art therapist’s activity in contemporary humanistic development system and health care sphere. Scientific studies prove and substantiate the effectiveness of art therapy process in health care, social and development areas, it presents the art therapy as an effective method for emotional upbringing and dealing with conflicts. Therefore, an assumption can be made, that art therapy offers a new, very different way to give psychosocial support for individuals with special needs and change attitude towards creative self-expression importance in the development process and everyday life. Hypothesis: By applying art therapy methods and fulfilling functions of education, intervention and correction, the art therapist can satisfy the special needs of pupils. The research was made in order to establish the activity fields and functions for an art therapist, who could provide psychosocial help for individuals with special needs in educational, health care and social institutions. The main objective of the document is to analyze the relationship between the truth and the artwork in hermeneutic philosophy and the modes of spreading truth in the artwork. The following are the problems raised: How to recognize and perceive truth in the artwork? What kind of truth lies in the artwork and whether it corresponds to the classic conception of truth? The main philosophers needed for developing and analyzing the problem of the thesis are M. Heidegger and H. G. Gadamer. Other significant philosophers are A. Šliogeris, A. Sverdiolas, V. Daugelyje Lietuvos mokyklų vyrauja tradicinė ugdymo sistema, orientuota į žinių perdavimą. Tačiau šiais spartaus progreso laikais pilnavertis ugdymas negali likti vien tik žinių perdavimu pasyviai jas priimantiems mokiniams. Šiuolaikinis švietimas turi ugdyti proto aktyvumą. Jaunas žmogus privalo išmokti kritiškai mąstyti, žinoti loginio protavimo modelius, išmokti klasifikuoti, gebėti apibendrinti, kelti hipotezes. Pastarieji protavimo ypatumai yra būdingi X – XII klasių mokiniams, kuomet jų mąstymas pereina į formaliųjų operacijų intelekto stadiją. Klasikinės ugdymo sistemos, kurios remiasi žinių perdavimo principu yra taikomos ir meno istorijos pamokose. Pilnaverčiu mokslu ji tampa įgijusi sisteminį, metodinį meno reiškinių aiškinimo ir jų prasmės įžvalgų bei supratimo pavidalą. Meno istorijos X – XII klasių vadovėliai pateikia orientacinių nuorodų į meno istorijos sritį, tačiau nesuteikia informacijos ar pasiūlymų kaip toliau tyrinėti meno kūrinius, neskatina mokinių pasinerti į intelektualinę – kūrybinę veiklą. Būdama aprašomoji ir interpretacinė disciplina meno istorija nuolatos jaučia metodologinių orientyrų stygių. Iš čia kyla tyrimo problema - dailės tyrimų metodai kaip X – XII klasių mokinių meno istorijos pažinimą skatinantis veiksnys bei išskiriamas tyrimo objektas – dailės tyrimų metodų pažinimas, sąlygojantis meno istorijos pažinimą. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>In many Lithuanian schools a traditional educational system which is oriented towards a conveyance of knowledge prevails. However, in the time of a rapid progress completely developed education cannot be just a conveyance of knowledge to school students who accept it passively. Contemporary education must train mind activity. A young individual must learn to think critically, be aware of models of logical cognition, and learn how to classify, to sum up, and to hypothesize. The latter cognition peculiarities are typical of school students of X – XII grades when their contemplation proceeds to the stage of intellect of formal operations. Classical education systems that are supported by the principle of a conveyance of knowledge are applied in the art history lessons as well. It becomes a completely developed study acquiring a systematic and methodical form of explanation of art phenomena and the insight and understanding of their meaning. Art history textbooks for X – XII grades provide leading references to the field of art history, but they do not provide any information or suggestions on how to analyze works of art, they do not stimulate school students to submerge in intellectual – creative activity. Aukštojoje Panemunėje 1859 metais Roko Bučeniausko iniciatyva pastatyta mūrinė, parapijai skirta Švč. Mergelės Marijos Vardo bažnyčia. Šventovė 1907 metais atnaujinta – pristatytos zakristija, koplyčia, apsidė ir pakeistas frontonas. Darbo objektas – bažnyčia ir jos meno paveldas. Tai 1859–1880 metais įrengtas interjeras – neogotikinis altorių ansamblis, kurį sudaro didysis Švč. Mergelės Marijos Vardo ir du šoniniai – šv. Juozapo ir šv. Roko. Neatskiriama jų dalis puošyba – paveikslai, skulptūros, ornamentinė drožyba. Taip pat svarbūs ir kiti vidaus įrenginiai – sakykla, dvi poros neobarokinių formų klausyklų, vargonai. Prie meno paveldo priskirtinas ir šventorius, kuriame yra įrengtos keturios koplyčios. Darbe, remiantis archyviniais šaltiniais, natūros tyrimais, įvairiomis knygomis bei straipsniais, siekiama įgyvendinti pagrindinį tikslą – išnagrinėti šventovės ikonografiją, išanalizuoti, įvertinti bažnyčios, jos interjero ir šventoriaus meninę ikonografinę raišką, bei išskirti vertes. Taip pat aptarti tiriamąjį objektą kaip tinkamą turizmui ir piligrimystei. Viso darbo metu bažnyčia ir jos meno paveldas analizuojamas istoriniu, meniniu, ikonografiniu, ikonologiniu požūriais. Darbą sudaro penki skyriai. Pirmame skyriuje aptariama bažnyčios istorija ir svarbiausi jos istoriniai faktai. Antrame – nagrinėjama šventovės architektūros interjero ir eksterjero raiška. Sanctuary was renewed in 1907 adding a vestry, a chapel, an apse and the new gable. Thesis object – the church itself and its artistic heritage. That is in 1859 – 1880 equipped interior which contains Neo - Gothic ensemble of the altars: the great altar of the Virgin Mary and two sidelong altars – St. Joseph’s and St. Roch’s. Other inside facilities are also very important – a pulpit, two pairs of Neo – Baroque shaped confessionals, the organ. The churchyard with four chapels is also a part of artistic heritage. The main purpose of the thesis is to contextualize iconography of the sanctuary, analyze, evaluate the artistic - iconographic expression of the church, its interior and churchyard, and intercept the values by relying on archival sources, life research, different books and articles. Also, it is important to discuss about tourism and pilgrimage possibilities. The thesis overlooks the church and its cultural heritage from different angles: historical, artistic, iconographic and iconological. The thesis is divided into five chapters. This thesis will argue that Plato's influential philosophical puzzle known as the Meno Paradox and the related Problem of False Belief are a more serious threat to Plato's philosophical programme (and ours) than many interpreters recognize. Furthermore, Plato's most obvious candidate for a solution to these problems, the Theory of Recollection, is not sufficient to explain how the Paradox misunderstands the epistemic processes of learning which it treats. This failure of Plato's account motivates a close consideration of Aristotle's sophisticated attempt to resolve the difficulties Plato raises. I will argue that a proper understanding of Aristotle's philosophy of mind and the forms of cognition through which he thinks humans progress yields the key to a powerful and heretofore unrecognized Aristotelian solution to the Meno Paradox and the Problem of False Belief.

In this sense, the relationship between mind and body is analyzed, presenting this phenomenon as a mental state that receives interferente from chemical reactions that occur in the human body. We also analyze how this interferes in the manifestation of this phenomenon. In addition to this aspect, it is emphasized the role that structuring and training play on the manifestation of conscious perceptual perspectives, in which they are recognized as relevant to the phenomenal adaptation. This dialectical dynamics, which takes place in between the mental events, contributes for the viability of the adaptations of perceptual perspectives, according to which human beings perceive the world and operate in it. Amongst the objectives aimed, the digital street style movement is explored and described from a historical and editorial structure perspective. A systematization through typology is also proposed for the street style blogs genre in this research.We have started the investigation with a study of technical aspects of blogs and the formation of styles from traits traced in modern and postmodern urbanity to better recognize these blogs not only as a strategic communication vehicles but as environments of interaction and projection spaces for individuals and social groups that target acknowledgment and fame. From a Comprehensive Sociology approach to map the street style blogging phenomenon, a quanti-qualitative research was realized, in which included a wide collection of blogs, gathering of data and netnographic observation of the corpus (The Sartorialist, The Face Hunter, Garance Dore, Easy Fashion Paris, RIOetc, My Little Fashion Diary, Art Of The Trench), during the months of May and October 2011, participant observation and a field log updated daily about the dynamics of data gathering on the bloggers and the interviews. In this process, we distinguished five types of blogs: locative street style; street style cool hunters; street style diary (or ego blogs); corporate and mixed, which are blogs that translate a cultural text about fashion, consumption and daily urban life. Street style blogs are a virtual roadway where the street represents the symbolic universe of the runways and it s surroundings. It is noteworthy that any version of a street style blog is edited, therefore, it could represent a personal, structural professional or marketer point of view. In this discussion, the street exceeds the dimensions of physical places. It s all about a relational space, the exuberance of crossing to one sidewalk to another, a laboratory of style construction, a dialogue between persons, the stage of an spectacle and the gateway to stardom for these bloggers and cultural intermediators.<br>A pesquisa investiga, na sociedade narcisista digital, o fen?meno dos blogs street-style, a fim de compreender suas l?gicas e interlocutores, em particular, o imagin?rio coletivo da moda de rua e as din?micas do blogueiro como um fl?neur da contemporaneidade e uma figura de moda emblem?tica. Entre os objetivos, explora-se e descreve-se o movimento do street-style digital do ponto de vista hist?rico e do vi?s estrutural-editorial e prop?e-se uma sistematiza??o para o g?nero blogs street-style por meio de uma tipologia. Tomando o eixo da Sociologia Compreensiva, para dar conta do mapeamento do fen?meno da blogagem street-style, realizou-se uma pesquisa quanti-qualitativa que inclui um conjunto de procedimentos, como amplo levantamento dos blogs, processos de coleta e observa??o netnogr?fica do corpus (The Sartorialist, The Face Hunter, Garance Dore, Easy Fashion Paris, RIOetc, My Little Fashion Diary, Art Of The Trench), em maio e outubro de 2011, observa??o participante e registro em di?rio de campo acerca das din?micas da capta??o dos blogueiros e entrevistas. Nesse processo, diferenciamos cinco tipos de blogs: street-style locativos; street-style cool-hunters; os street-style diary (ou ego-blogs); os corporativos; e os mistos, os quais traduzem um texto cultural da moda, do consumo e do cotidiano urbano. Os blogs street-style s?o a cal?ada virtual onde a rua representa o universo simb?lico das passarelas e seu entorno. Destaca-se que qualquer vers?o de blog street-style ? editado e, portanto, sempre ? um ponto de vista, seja em n?vel pessoal, profissional-estrutural ou mercadol?gico. Nessa discuss?o, a rua ultrapassa a dimens?o do ambiente f?sico. Um Estado que, no cômputo geral, apresenta excelentes indicadores sociais e educacionais, resultantes da implantação de políticas socioeducacionais voltadas à correção de desigualdades sociais e escolares quando comparado a outros Estados. Partiu-se do pressuposto que a incidência dos determinantes do fenômeno fracasso escolar é muito próxima entre os estudantes de diferente raça/cor e sexo, uma vez que, no contexto considerado existem fatores voltados à promoção de formas diversas de igualdade. A partir de uma leitura sociológica da educação, foi possível compreender que, para uma maior eficácia no desenvolvimento de estudos sobre fenômenos educacionais, faz-se necessário desenvolver comparações. Neste sentido, foram selecionadas variáveis preditoras e explicativas extraídas do ?Questionário Aluno? das edições 2007 e 2013 da Prova Brasil e variáveis de nível municipal que pudessem ter correlação com o IDEB. Com auxílio do software SPSS foram produzidos procedimentos estatísticos para sistematizar e ampliar a análise do banco de dados, visando não só identificar quem está em situação de fracasso escolar, mas também perceber quais são os principais fatores que contribuem para a existência desses determinantes e para a produção desigual do índice de desenvolvimento da educação básica em casa município catarinense. No seu conjunto, os indicadores produzidos sinalizam que, embora a indecência de estudantes em situação de fracasso escolar tenha diminuído, os efeitos das políticas compensatórias ainda não foram suficientes para erradicar as desigualdades escolares entre os estudantes.<br><br>Abstract : This study aims to identify racial and gender profile of students that make up the frame distortion (age-grade, repetition and dropout) in public elementary schools of Santa Catarina. A state that, in general, has excellent social and educational indicators, resulting from the implementation of socio-educational policies that aim to correct social inequalities in school. This paper starts from the assumption that the incidence of social determinants of school failure phenomenon is approximated among students of different race / color and gender, since, in the considered context, there are factors aimed to promote different forms of equality. From sociological readings about education, it was possible to understand that for greater efficiency in the development of studies on educational phenomena, it is necessary to develop comparisons. Thus, was selected predictive and explanatory variables extracted from the "Student Questionnaire" in the 2007 and 2013 editions of the "Test Brazil", and also variables at municipal level that could be correlated with the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB). It was produced statistical procedures with SPSS software to systematize and expand the analysis of the database, aimed not only to identify who is in school failure situation, but also see what are the main factors contributing to the existence of these determinants and to the unequal results of IDEB, in each municipality of Santa Catarina. Taken together, the indicators shows that, although the incidence of students in school failure situation has decreased, the effects of compensatory policies were not sufficient to eradicate the inequalities between school students.

PONTIFÍCIA UNIVERSIDADE CATÓLICA DO RIO DE JANEIRO<br>A presente dissertação tem por escopo examinar a noção de reminiscência no Mênon de Platão a partir de estudos matemáticos que, no diálogo em questão, constituem um novo paradigma epistemológico para o pensamento platônico. Assim, em primeiro lugar, contextualizamos a teoria da reminiscência evocando a formulação órfico-pitagórica, para, em segundo lugar, traçarmos a importância das matemáticas para a epistemologia platônica especialmente tal como aparece no Mênon, quando Platão se serve do método da hipótese em sua busca para definir a essência da virtude. Ao final, analisamos o texto platônico para compreendermos a teoria da reminiscência em sua elaboração filosófica e em sua incidência na significação científico-matemática do método hipotético. Em suma: o estudo se concentra no Mênon enquanto configura um modo de pensar filosófico de caráter científico alicerçado em critérios mais precisos e objetivos, como o são precisamente as matemáticas.<br>The aim of the present dissertation is to examine the notion of recollection in Plato`s Meno starting from mathematical studies which, in the dialogue in question, constitute a new epistemological paradigm to the platonic thought. Firstly, we contextualize the theory of recollection evoking the orphicpythagorean formulation. Secondly, we define the importance of mathematics to platonic epistemology, especially as it appears in Meno, when Plato makes use of the hypothesis method in his search to define the essence of virtue. Finally, we analyse the platonic text in order to understand the theory of recollection in its philosophical elaboration and its incidence on the mathematical-scientific signification of the hypothetical method. To sum up: the study concentrates on Meno in as much as it is configurates a way of philosophic thinking of scientific character based on more accurate and objective criteria as precise as mathematics is.
