На всіх посадових осіб державних органів покладені певні обов’язки. Так, і державний реєстратор повинен виконувати певні обов’язки, визначені законодавством. Саме від належного їх виконання залежить можливість реалізації юридичними і фізичними особами гарантованих законом прав.
