Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of intertextuality in native commercial advertising as one of the most modern technologies for promoting goods and services on the market. The types of intertextual inclusions in the international glossy magazine Tatler” is systematized in the paper and their functional potential is described. The choice of the research source is due to the significant influence of transnational media on the process of homogenization of cultural pictures of the world of different ethnic groups and the prototypical nature of the journal as an encyclopedia of the lifestyle of a successful person. It is proved that the native advertising discourse of “Tatler” magazine is characterized by the presence of a complex system of verifiable intertextual units, including quotes from fashion designers, models, actors, etc., transformed and non-transformed text applications from different source areas, precedent names, hashtags with an allusive function. It is noted that the analyzed units are multifunctional and perform informative, attractive, expressive, suggestive, compositional-playing and other functions. The author comes to the conclusion that the whole system of intertextual inclusions of “Tatler” native advertising is aimed at creating and maintaining a myth about the existence of a special “Tatler man” in the visually aesthetic world of luxury, whose image becomes a tool for forming the social status identity of the addressee of the advertising message.

Abstract:
Advertising is an example of persuasive communication, at the beginning of the XXI century it becomes the object of linguistic research in the field of speech suggestion. In the article the author analyzes the proper names as a group of the linguistic signs that ensure the functioning of the program of undocumented influence in the consciousness of the subject and aim to persuade him to buy the advertised object. The material of the study is commercial advertising texts from the magazine «Tatler». The choice of this source of the actual material is due to its prototypicity. This international highly artistic glossy magazine, focused on creating a model of the world of luxury and comfort, is an effective advertising medium. The author comes to the conclusion that in the aspect of suggestive linguistics problems the proper names of three groups are especially important for the advertising text: pragmatonyms, anthroponyms and toponyms. The orientation of the magazine «Tatler» for a specific target audience (people with a high level of the material wealth) affects the selection of the pragmatonyms, anthroponyms and toponyms. For example, pragmatonyms-globalisms, symbolic pragmatonyms, calling cosmetic, jewelry, watch brands, etc., allusive names of the persons with a common background of world fame, the names of the countries and cities that are leaders of the fashion and the beauty industry. These groups of names implement suggestive strategies of idealization of the advertised object and imitation of its exclusivity, high quality, participate in the creation of a psychological effect of the trust, form a positive motivation for the purchase.

Abstract:
Abstract This essay, which is part of a larger book project, reflects my interest in rethinking concepts of Black modernity and speculating on its possible manifestations in different forms at different historical moments. Specifically, I posit the emergence of an urban Black modernity in US northern cities during the antebellum era. I begin by mapping a literary history of urban modernity in periodical culture over a span of 150 years. I examine its origins in Richard Steele’s Tatler (1709–11) and Joseph Addison and Steele’s Spectator (1711–12), which detail the rise of modern London and its new middle-class subjects, whose conspicuous consumption demanded the regulation of taste, deemed a crucial marker of modernity. This urban modernity is then reconfigured across the Atlantic in New York, specifically in Washington Irving’s Letters of Jonathan Oldstyle, Gent (1802) and Salmagundi (1807–08), which anatomize the behaviors of New York’s social elite. I then elucidate how a group of Black New York correspondents to Frederick Douglass’ Paper (1852–55)—notably James McCune Smith, William J. Wilson, and Philip Bell—take up and repurpose such representations of urban modernity to define the taste of the city’s Black urbanites and meet their intellectual, social, and political needs at mid-century.

Синтаксический уровень организации текстов печатной рекламы, функционирование в них определенных структурно-семантических типов предложений все еще является малоизученной областью рекламной коммуникации. Поэтому актуальность исследования бисубстантивных предложений, активизирующих свое присутствие в современных коммерческих рекламных текстах в результате стремления языка рекламы к субстантивности, экономии речевых средств, использования несложных линейных структур, не вызывает сомнений. Источниками исследования послужили российские и международные журналы 2017 - 2020 гг.: «Здоровье», «Золотой квадрат», «Идеи вашего дома», «Красота и Здоровье», «Cosmopolitan», «ELLE», «Tatler», «InStyle», «Yoga Journal» и др. В статье описываются разные типы бисубстантивных предложений: со значением генерализующей идентификации, со значением толкования, с таксономическим значением, с собственно характеризующим и локальным значениями. Автор приходит к выводу, что бисубстантивные предложения разной семантики выполняют ряд специфических функций в рекламных текстах: аттрактивную (привлечение внимания адресата к рекламируемому продукту), информативную (фиксация основных свойств продукта), аргументационно-гарантийную (приведение аргументов в пользу покупки), эмоционально-экспрессивную (создание благоприятного эмоционального фона), стимулирующую (стимулирование желания приобрести продукт), суггестивную (осуществление неаргументированного воздействия на реципиента, формирование психологических эффектов). At present the by-way of advertising communication is the syntactic level of organization of advertising texts, the functioning of certain structural-semantic types of sentences. Therefore, there is no doubt in the relevance of the research of bisubstantive sentences activating their presence in the modern commercial advertising texts as a result of the desire of the advertising language to substantiality, saving speech resources, and using simple line structures. The sources of the study were the international and Russian magazines of various directions published 2017 - 2020: “Health”, “Golden Square”, “Ideas for Your Home”, “Beauty and Health, “Cosmopolitan”, “ELLE”, “Tatler”, “InStyle”, “Yoga Journal” and others. The article describes different types of bisubstantive sentences with different meaning: with the meaning of generalizing identification, with the meaning of interpretation, with the taxonomic meaning, with the characteristic, with the local meaning. The author comes to the conclusion that bisubstantive sentences of different semantics perform several specific functions in the advertising texts: attractive (attracting the addressee’s attention of to the advertised product), informative (fixing the main properties of the product), argumentative and guarantee (mustering arguments for the purchase), emotionally-expressive (creating a favorable emotional background), stimulating (stimulating the desire to purchase a product), suggestive (realizing the unreasonable impact on the recipient, making the psychological effects).

Abstract:
The article analyzes the features of the use of disjunctive, intensifying and separating punctuation marks in the advertising texts of commercial communication of glossy magazines. The relevance of the topic is due to linguists’ interest to the normative aspect of punctuation of the verbal part of advertising messages, to the influencing potential of paralinguistical active means, including syngrahemics. The research material is glossy periodicals, which, due to the special content and accumulation of various types of stereotypical ideas, ensures the effectiveness of the advertising text. The author comes to the conclusion that in the commercial advertising texts of the glossy magazine “Tatler” the dash is the most effective punctuation mark in terms of the optimal combination of segmenting and interpretive potential. It is noted that in the advertising text the punctuation marks become an auxiliary means of influencing the recipient's psychoemotional state to the verbal component in accordance with copywriter’s idea.

The attempt to influence public opinion on the subject of taste constitutes a primary aim in Joseph Addison's (1672-1719) and Richard Steele's (1672-1729) essay-periodicals, The Tatler (1709-1711), The Spectator (1711-1712, 1714), and The Guardian (1713). Addison and Steele emphasize the need for a progressive culture of education, where human nature is continuously refined and improved, and where man is expected to cultivate his nature and his judgement of taste as part of a process of personal self-fulfilment. However, along with such beliefs, Addison and Steele explore a less recognized trait where nature (human nature as well as the chain of being) is much less dynamic and where education and the cultivation of taste are regarded as reprehensible unless they reproduce a predetermined order of nature. By occasionally calling attention to such a trait, Addison and Steele appear to wish to lend balance to the discourse on education and taste, and to reduce the risk implicit in a too radical cultivation of taste and nature, namely, the threat of a blurred concept of the chain of being and a certain indistinctness between diverse social groups.

Abstract:
The issue of enhancing the use of language code switching technique in modern creolized advertising texts is discussed in the article. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the expansion of the areas of language interaction and the change in tactics for contacting the addressee of advertising due to the process of globalization, the popularization of the English language in the world, the emergence of new communication channels, the mobility of visual images, and the clip’s perception of information by the recipient. The actual material of the study was creolized advertising texts from seven Russian international glossy magazines: “Cosmopolitan”, “Elle”, “Glamor”, “GQ”, “InStyle”, “Tatler”, and “Vogue”. It is proved that foreign inclusions in the considered texts are presented in several ways of varying degrees of productivity: insertion of a foreign language grapheme (formation of graphogibrids); use of the word in the Latin script (astionyms, burials, pragmatonyms, English preposition since , etc.); the introduction of one or more statements in a foreign language; inclusion of a hashtag in latin graphics. The listed types of foreign inclusions are attributed by the author to signal (intentionally introduced into the texts with the aim of accentuation of units or their elements) and multifunctional (capable of performing attractive, accent-emphasizing, utilitarian-compressive, emotionally-expressive, suggestive, informative functions).

La ya popular serie de televisión Los Bridgerton, producida por la plataforma Netflix, ha traído a la actualidad el no poco relevante, aunque tampoco suficientemente valorado, papel de la mujer como cronista de sociedad en los albores de la prensa inglesa decimonónica. Más allá de la polémica sobre su discutida fidelidad histórica (habría que diferenciar aquí entre ficción “histórica” y “de época”), lo cierto es que el éxito de la trama se debe en gran medida al hecho de ser mostrada a través de los epistolares society papers de Lady Whistledown, personaje de ficción que se nutre, no obstante, de auténticos referentes históricos. Es el caso de Mrs. Crackenthorpe, columnista inglesa de principios del siglo XVIII especializada en los ecos de sociedad, que recogía desde The Female Tatler. A mediados del mismo siglo y como observadora moral de la sociedad, en España tenemos a La Pensadora Gaditana, Beatriz Cienfuegos, mientras que, ya avanzado el XIX, encontramos una crónica de la alta sociedad de autoría femenina más adentrada en lo informativo que, en la prensa sevillana, presenta un campo prácticamente inexplorado en el que hallamos, sin embargo, notorias firmas, como la de la Condesa de Bassanville o la de Fernán Caballero.

The three amino acid loop extension (TALE) genes of the homeobox superfamily are responsible for numerous biological functions in plants. Herein, we identified a total of 72 TaTALE genes in the allohexaploid genome of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and performed a comprehensive investigation for gene and protein structural properties, phylogeny, expression patterns, and multilevel gene regulations. The identified TaTALE proteins were further classified into two groups, TaBLHs and TaKNOXs, which were tightly clustered into the phylogeny. The negative Ka/Ks ratio of duplicated genes suggested purifying selection pressure with confined functional divergence. Various signature domains and motifs were found conserved in both groups of proteins. The occurrence of diverse cis-regulatory elements and modulated expression during various developmental stages and in the presence of abiotic (heat, drought, salt) and two different fungal stresses suggested their roles in development and stress response, as well. The interaction of TaTALEs with the miRNAs and other development-related homeobox proteins also suggested their roles in growth and development and stress response. The present study revealed several important aspects of TaTALEs that will be useful in further functional validation of these genes in future studies.

AbstractIn modern critical imagination, Richard Steele is almost always seen as Joseph Addison's friend and collaborator, as half of the periodical essay-writing team devoted to the promotion of civility, urbanity, and a moral and well-mannered lifestyle. Scholars focus almost exclusively on the Tatler, the Spectator, and Steele's sentimental drama, The Conscious Lovers (1722), virtually ignoring his substantial canon of party journalism and pamphlets. Partly because of Steele's bitter and extensive quarrel with Jonathan Swift—or because most scholars assume that Swift got the best of him—he is now rarely taken seriously as a political player in late Stuart and early Hanoverian England. This essay focuses on Steele the party writer—and especially on his attitude toward religio-political authority and the sanctity of vox populi. Though Steele is now described as (like Addison) “not so enthusiastic about the potential for public politics,” he was for excellent reasons regarded by contemporaries as a writer not only trying to politicize the people but actually succeeding in doing so. This essay attempts to recontextualize Steele's polemical contributions; he has been read alongside Addison and other Whig wits, but he rarely figures in discussions of the history of political ideas in early eighteenth-century England, in discussions of debates about authority, resistance, and the nature of obligation, about public religion and liberty of conscience, the political implications of heterodoxy, and the use of reason as a challenge to dogmatic clerical authority.

Abstract:
This article highlights the presence of the gender component in any type of discourse and its linguistic implementation. The aim of the study is to determine the gender component in the discourse of Western and Russian gender-oriented lifestyle magazines using a comparative analysis of the used English and Russian language means of lexical-grammatical (gender-marked language units) and semantic-syntactic (assessment, modality of sentences, syntax sentences) levels. The cognitive-linguistic approach allows us to prove that in the publications in question two types of discursive representation of masculinity and femininity are used: the type of “reflection” and the type of “construction”. The presence of gender neutral or gender-marked units of language in texts is associated with the intensity of the male / female dichotomy, this ratio reflects the predominance of egalitarian or traditional gender representations in society. The authors’ choice of the lexical repertoire, the general modality of statements and the syntactic organization of sentences correspond to the discursive tasks of publications, the linguistic tools used at the cognitive level translate certain models of gender behavior into the minds of the general readers. Analysis of 4000 contexts taken by continuous sampling from popular men’s and women’s magazines in the UK, USA and Russia for the period of 2012-2017 (“GQ”, “Men’s Health” (MH), “Men’s Fitness” (MF), “Esquire”, “Tatler”, “Cosmopolitan” (Cosmo), “Glamour”, “Women’s Health” (WH), “Women’s Fitness ”(WF),“ Marie Claire ”(MC)) allows us to identify common features and peculiarities of the discursive representation of masculinity and femininity in English editions and Russian-language versions of the same name, containing both translated and original (author) articles.

Статья посвящена изучению креолизованных или семиотически осложненных текстов, состоящих из двух негомогенных частей – вербальной и невербальной, в которых взаимодействуют и формируют смысл разные по своей семиотической природе элементы. Целью статьи является выявление специфики семиотической системы англоязычных печатных рекламных текстов. Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что изучение семиотической системы (как визуальной, так и вербальной) современных англоязычных рекламных текстов дополняет данные интерпретации текста рекламы и обеспечивает дискурсивную целостность анализа исследуемых явлений. В современной лингвистике рекламный текст считают креолизованным, он имеет поликодовый характер, именно поэтому обосновано и необходимо применение семиотического подхода к интерпретации текста рекламы. Материалом исследования послужили современные англоязычные рекламные тексты, которые были опубликованы в журналах Vogue, Elle, In Style, Tatler, Marie Claire, Wedding, Cosmopolitan в 2013–2019 годах. Специфика англоязычных рекламных текстов рассматривается в рамках трёх направлений семиотики: семантики, синтактики и прагматики. В семантике текста рекламы содержится так называемый “лингвовизуальный коммуникативный комплекс”. Основной целью автора рекламного текста является специфическое сочетание и взаимодействие образа и идеи. Анализируя печатный рекламный текст с точки зрения синтактики, авторы отмечают его так называемый формульный характер, то есть связную строгую последовательность его структурных элементов: заголовок, текст, слоган, товарный знак. Прагматическая составляющая рекламного текста рассматривается в статье в виде четырех элементов механизма воздействия рекламы: внимание, интерес, желание иметь, действие/покупка, которые следуют в строгой последовательности в указанном порядке. На семантическом уровне авторы устанавливают наиболее частотные и эффективные виды визуальных знаков, используемых в рекламе. Также исследованы цветовые решения, избираемые для направленного воздействия на реципиента эмоционально, психофизически и символически с целью вызвать желание приобрести товар, что усиливает рекламное воздействие. В статье приводится ряд языковых приемов, используемых при создании рекламных текстов: аллюзия, метафора, повторы, аллитерация, каламбур, гипербола, эллипс и другие. В качестве вывода исследования сформулированы обоснования для формирования представлений о семиотической системе англоязычной печатной рекламы. The article is devoted to the study of creolized, or semiotically complicated texts. Such texts consist of two non-homogeneous parts, verbal and non-verbal, in which elements different in their semiotic nature interact and generate meaning. The aim of the article is to identify and describe the specifics of the semiotic system of English-language printed advertising texts. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the study of the semiotic system (both visual and verbal) of modern English-language advertising texts supplements the interpretation of the advertising text and ensures the discursive integrity of the analysis of the analyzed phenomena. In modern linguistics, an advertising text is considered creolized; it has a multi-code character, which is why it is justified and necessary to apply a semiotic approach to its interpretation. The research material was modern English-language advertising texts published in Vogue, Elle, In Style, Tatler, Marie Claire, Wedding, and Cosmopolitan magazines in 2013–2019. The specificity of English-language advertising texts is considered in the framework of three areas of semiotics: semantics, syntactics, and pragmatics. The semantics of the advertising text contains the so-called “linguistic-visual communicative complex”. The author of the advertising text aims to create a competent combination and interaction of image and idea. Analyzing the printed advertising text in terms of syntactics, the authors note its so-called formulaic character, that is, a coherent strict sequence of its structural elements: heading, text, slogan, trademark. The authors consider the pragmatic component of the advertising text in the form of four elements of the mechanism of advertising influence: attention, interest, desire to have, action/purchase, which follow in in the strict specified order. At the semantic level, the authors establish the most frequent and effective types of visual signs used in advertising. They also analyze the color decisions chosen for affecting the recipient emotionally, psycho-physically, and symbolically in order to arouse the desire to purchase goods, which enhances the advertising impact. The article provides a number of language techniques used in creating advertising texts: allusion, metaphor, repetition, alliteration, pun, hyperbole, ellipsis, and others. As a conclusion of the research, the authors formulate justifications for the formation of ideas about the semiotic system of English-language print advertising.

During 1989, leaves of 3 cultivars of Acer saccharum were sampled from a cultivar trial. The purpose was to anatomically investigate development of leaves and incidence of foliar injury due to tatter. Previously, certain cultivars had been observed to be more predisposed to tatter than others. However, more injury symptoms than just tatter occurred. An extensive literature search revealed that definitions for each type of injury varied and often conflicted.In this poster, photographs of various injuries plus the terms and definitions deemed most representative of what was observed will be presented. Terms explored will include tatter, windburn, sunburn, scorch and scald. Also, a separate symptom which may prompt creation of a new term. will be presented. This injury appears to be part of, but could be separate from, the etiology of leaf tatter. This new term must be considered carefully as preliminary results suggest that tatter does appear to be linked to anatomical differences among cultivars. A questionnaire soliciting opinions/reactions to the confusion in the literature, these terms, and the new term(s) will be featured. Hopefully, this will help resolve the leaf injury nomenclature dilemma.

Flowering time is one of the most important agronomic traits in wheat production. A proper flowering time might contribute to the reduction or avoidance of biotic and abiotic stresses, adjust plant architecture, and affect the yield and quality of grain. In this study, TaTOE1-B1 in wheat produced three transcripts (TaTOE1-B1-1, TaTOE1-B1-2, and TaTOE1-B1-3) by alternative splicing. Compared to the longest transcript, TaTOE1-B1-1, TaTOE1-B1-3 has a deletion in the sixth exon (1219–1264 bp). Under long-day conditions, the heterologous overexpression of the TaTOE1-B1-3 gene delayed flowering, prolonged the vegetative growth time, and enlarged the vegetative body of Arabidopsis, but that of TaTOE1-B1-1 did not. As typical AP2 family members, TaTOE1-B1-1 and TaTOE1-B1-3 are mainly located in the nucleus and have transcriptional activation activities; the transcriptional activation region of TaTOE1-B1-3 is located in the C-terminal. In TaTOE1-B1-3 overexpression lines, the expression of flowering-related AtFT and AtSOC1 genes is significantly downregulated. In addition, this study confirms the protein–protein interaction between TaTOE1-B1-3 and TaPIFI, which may play an important role in flowering inhibition. These results provide a theoretical basis for the precise regulation of wheat flowering time.

Data dikumpulkan dari masyarakat pembudidaya ikan mas yang ada di Desa Tatelu Kecamatan Dimembe menggunakan pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan wawancara langsung, pengisian kuisoner dan juga alat perekam. Hasil penelitian keadaan sosial pembudidaya ikan mas di Desa Tatelu antara lain hampir 50% pembudidaya sudah berpendidikan Sekolah Lanjutan Atas (SLTA) dan mereka dapat mengadopsi teknologi yang diperkenalkan bagi pembudidaya. Keadaan ekonomi pembudidaya ikan mas di Desa Tatelu terdiri dari modal kerja dengan sumber modal sendiri, hanya dua pembudidaya yang menggunakan modal pinjaman dari Bank. Hasil usaha budidaya ikan mas di Desa Tatelu dipasarkan kepada pedagang pengumpul (depot ikan) selanjutnya pedagang pengumpul ini memasarkannya ke konsumen yang dijual secara eceran. Harga jual ikan mas Rp 40.000/Kg dan harga eceran Rp 50.000 – Rp 60.000/Kg. Total pendapatan rata-rata pembudidaya Rp 18.512.000/bulan dengan rata-rata pengeluaran per bulannya Rp. 6.020.000.

Study was conducted using descriptive qualitative method. Sample was taken on the basis of purposive sampling involving three poultry farms at Tateli village. Each poultry farm involved 10 personal workers as the respondents. Results showed that the role of counseling elucidation dealing with waste utilization of poultry farm at Tateli village based on variable of education score was 4.09 indicating good category, variable of dissemination score was 3.94 indicating very good category, variable of facilitation score was 4.23 indicating very good category, and variable of monitoring or evaluation score was 4.12 indicating good category. The perceptionof farmers on the role of counseling elucidation dealing with waste utilization of poultry farm at Tateli village was categorized into score of 4.10 indicating good category. The perception of farmers on waste utilization of poultry farm at Tateli village was categorized into score of 4.26 indicating very good category. Therefore, general role of counseling elucidation dealing with waste utilization of poultry farm at Tateli village was categorized into good classification showing by activity applying animal waste product as the organic fertilizer for plant and as the feedstuff ingredient in formulation of fish feeding for increasing income over feed cost and environmental conservation.Key Word : counseling elucidation role, poultry waste utilization

From the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, there are indications that: (1) PAK teachers have not fully carried out their duties as supervisors. (2) The obstacles encountered by the teacher are the attention of students, lazy to study, socializing with friends, parents who are less attentive and there is no cooperation. (3) Teachers try to carry out their obligations to educate, solve problems, guide, and provide direction so that students are able to achieve educational goals and overcome student learning difficulties.

The microstructure, phase composition, and mechanical properties of NbTiZr, TaTiZr, Re0.3NbTiZr, and Re0.3TaTiZr are reported. The alloys were produced by vacuum arc melting and hot isostatically pressed (HIP’d) at 1400 °C for 3 h under 276 MPa hydrostatic pressure of high-purity argon prior to testing. NbTiZr had a single-phase BCC crystal structure, while TaTiZr had a Ti- and Zr-rich BCC matrix phase and Ta-rich nanometer-sized BCC precipitates, at volume fractions of 0.49 and 0.51, respectively. Re0.3NbTiZr consisted of a BCC matrix phase and Re-rich precipitates with a FCC crystal structure and the volume fraction of 0.14. The microstructure of Re0.3TaTiZr consisted of a Zr-rich BCC matrix phase and coarse, Re and Ta rich, BCC particles, which volume fraction was 0.47. NbTiZr and TaTiZr had a room temperature (RT) yield stress of 920 MPa and 1670 MPa, respectively. While, 10 at.% Re additions increased the RT yield stress to 1220 MPa in Re0.3NbTiZr and 1715 MPa in Re0.3TaTiZr. Re also considerably improved the RT ductility of TaTiZr, from about 2.5% to 10% of true strain. The positive strengthening effect from the Re additions was retained at high (800–1200 °C) temperatures.

ABSTRAK Tumbuhan paku Diplazium accedens Blume merupakan tumbuhan yang termasuk suku polypodiales yang tumbuh di hutan, di daerah pegunungan, rawa, dan di sekitar sungai. Daun paku ini sering dikomsumsi masyarakat sebagai sayur-sayuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan merkuri pada tumbuhan paku di daerah tambang emas Tatelu-Talawaan. Lokasi penelitian terletak di daerah Tambang Emas Talawaan-Tatelu, Kabupataen Minahasa Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah mencakup analisis sampel tumbuhan paku dan analisis sampel tanah dengan menggunakan Alat Direct Mercury Analyzer. Tumbuhan paku dan tanah yang di ambil di 3 lokasi sebanyak 9 sampel tumbuhan paku dan 3 sampel tanah. Dari 9 sampel tumbuhan paku tidak ada yang mengandung merkuri, sedangkan tanah dari 3 lokasi pada bagian yang C yang mengandung merkuri sebesar 0,6 ppm. The location for this research is the area of gold mining of Tatelu-Talawaan, North Minahasa. The methods used were plant analysis and soil analysis using Direct Mercury Analyzer. The plant and soil taken from three locations are consist of nine samples of plants and three samples of soil.
