Abstract:
This paper reports the results of a systematic review of recent literature on the use of mathematical models in the marketing field to identify the main aims of model adoption in various functional areas of marketing. As study material, we have chosen 143 articles that used marketing models and were published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Quantitative Marketing and Economics and Quality and Quantity, from 2010–2014. Based on content analysis, these articles were assigned to consumer behaviour, product management, pricing management, distribution management, promotion management and marketing dynamics research themes in accordance with their research objectives. Some of these clusters were determined based on previous studies, while others emerged from our review. It is found that the highest (lowest) proportion of articles reviewed in this study involve research that uses marketing models in the marketing dynamics (distribution management) research theme. The next most common research theme was consumer behaviour. Articles utilising marketing models in product, pricing and promotion management themes were moderately common. We also summarise specific purposes for the use of marketing models in each research theme.

Abstract:
Background: On 2010 Australia launched a personally controlled electronic health record (PCEHR) later renamed and augmented by the My Health Record Act 2012 Cth. The main goal of the present systematic literature review was to assess if the system has improved Australia’s healthcare system according to the objectives stated by the federal government in the My Health Record Act 2012 Cth. Methods: This systematic literature review was based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Results: Despite the MyHR system being available for seven years, there is limited empirical evaluation regarding its progress in achieving the stated goals. The results were segregated in four themes: (1) health information fragmentation, (2) Health information quality and management, (3) adverse medical events and duplication of treatment and (4) coordination of care. Regarding theme 1, it was evidenced that the system could reduce health information fragmentation; however, gaps in the workforce adoption were identified as a problem. About topic 2, improved access to information and possible misinterpretation were found. Theme 3 lacked research and theme 4 presented contradiction in the results.
Conclusion: The My Health Record (MyHR) system is founded on four key objectives. However, there is insufficient evidence that any outcomes have been achieved relating to any of the objectives. Research is required to determine whether the MyHR system helped improve Australia’s healthcare system according to the objectives stated in the Act 2012.

Abstract:
Purpose: The paper provides a comprehensive and up-to-date literature review of financial inclusion concepts and focuses in particular on the Colombian context. It structures the themes and dimensions of scholarly debates on financial inclusion in the literature.Design/methodology/approach: This scoping literature review rigorously identifies the most relevant research and variables pertaining to financial inclusion and social innovation.Findings: Based upon a scoping literature review, a comprehensive framework of key concepts of financial inclusion, scholarly contributions, countries and variables is presented.Research limitations/implications: Owing to this paper’s methodological approach and its rather theoretical nature, this research seeks to enrich scientific debates pertaining to the empirical data displayed, especially on the case of Colombian.Practical implications: The most central variables that are linked to the theme of financial inclusion are explored, and hence this paper forms a basis for future quantitative studies.Social implications: This research article contributes to public policy making on financial inclusion aimed at reducing levels of socio-economic inequality.Originality/value: In business and management research a degree of conceptual confusion prevails on the theme of financial inclusion. This paper attempts to clarify different types of variables and one country specific case to provide more solid analytical tools for scholars and analysts.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to analyze aspects of work organization in hospital nursing and its articulations with care, by means of an integrative review. A total of 25 studies were identified, from the period between 2000 and 2009. Based on the understanding of the work organization and its application in nursing, the following analytical categories were structured: conceptual and theoretical aspects, personnel management, care management, technologies, hospital accreditation, planning and material resources management. The literature evidenced the complexity of this work organization theme and the importance of studies on its application in nursing. The analysis of the publications points to the need to rethink work organization in such a way as to build less wearing and quality work alternatives, assuring the safety of both the user and the worker.

Abstract:
Technology disruption brings us to a new era full of opportunities and challenges. In digital transformation, various cutting-edge innovations in the economy were born and developed. At this point, Islamic economics and finance can utilize the advantages provided by technological advances, such as features of generativity, convergence, and culture of democratization to promote ethical principles such as togetherness, justice, equality, and honesty. In the realm of research, if previously the issue of technology had not been enough of the attention of researchers, then the trends were slowly changing. This research tries to review the research on the theme of Islamic economics and finance with the emphasis on the use of the technology sector in it. This research is a literature review and uses a descriptive analysis of 28 English-language articles based on Google Scholar. The sample articles are those published from 2014 to 2019. The results showed that technology adoption has become a common concern of researchers in the field of Islamic economics and finance. The theme of developing technology-based Islamic economic and financial instruments in various sectors continues to emerge, from Islamic banking, Islamic finance, Islamic monetary systems, and zakat. Besides, this research also offers a framework on how to develop Islamic economic and financial research going forward.

Abstract:
This paper reports the results of a systematic review of recent literature on consumer innovativeness. The main purpose of the research is to identify the current research themes, understand emerging themes, and predict future directions in consumer innovativeness research. Previous reviews were either narrowly scoped or needed to be updated. Accordingly, the current literature review may fill this gap in the literature. The study sample is 188 articles published in journals indexed in the Web of Science database in the last decade. Content analysis was employed by using quantitative and narrative approaches. Based on the content analysis, these articles were assigned to five research themes as follows: 1) consequences of consumer innovativeness; 2) antecedents of consumer innovativeness; 3) the moderating role of consumer innovativeness; 4) the mediating role of consumer innovativeness; 5) measurement of consumer innovativeness. The findings showed that the highest proportion of articles reviewed in this study involve research that examines the consequences of consumer innovativeness. New product adoption is the most commonly identified consequence of consumer innovativeness. The next most common research themes were the moderator role and antecedents of consumer innovativeness. Articles in the measurement of consumer innovativeness were relatively rare. The fewer number of articles in the research theme indicates that measurement of consumer innovativeness has been well identified in the previous studies. The mediator role of consumer innovativeness was not common in the last decade. The research themes were examined in detail by providing the variables included in the previous studies and the study findings, as well. The research confirms the crucial role of consumer innovativeness in adoption. Besides, the findings indicated the augmented role of consumer innovativeness in consumer behaviour literature. The results of the research can be useful for guiding future research. Keywords antecedents of consumer innovativeness, consumer innovativeness, content analysis systematic literature review, consequences of consumer innovativeness.

Exner-Cortens, Deinera, Elizabeth Baker, Shawna Gray, et al. "School-Based Suicide Risk Assessment Using eHealth for Youth: Systematic Scoping Review." JMIR Mental Health 8, no. 9 (2021): e29454. http://dx.doi.org/10.2196/29454.

Abstract:
Background Suicide is a leading cause of death among youth and a prominent concern for school mental health providers. Indeed, schools play a key role in suicide prevention, including participating in risk assessments with students expressing suicidal ideation. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, many schools now need to offer mental health services, including suicide risk assessment, via eHealth platforms. Post pandemic, the use of eHealth risk assessments will support more accessible services for youth living in rural and remote areas. However, as the remote environment is a new context for many schools, guidance is needed on best practices for eHealth suicide risk assessment among youth. Objective This study aims to conduct a rapid, systematic scoping review to explore promising practices for conducting school-based suicide risk assessment among youth via eHealth (ie, information technologies that allow for remote communication). Methods This review included peer-reviewed articles and gray literature published in English between 2000 and 2020. Although we did not find studies that specifically explored promising practices for school-based suicide risk assessment among youth via eHealth platforms, we found 12 peer-reviewed articles and 23 gray literature documents that contained relevant information addressing our broader study purpose; thus, these 35 sources were included in this review. Results We identified five key recommendation themes for school-based suicide risk assessment among youth via eHealth platforms in the 12 peer-reviewed studies. These included accessibility, consent procedures, session logistics, safety planning, and internet privacy. Specific recommendation themes from the 23 gray literature documents substantially overlapped with and enhanced three of the themes identified in the peer-reviewed literature—consent procedures, session logistics, and safety planning. In addition, based on findings from the gray literature, we expanded the accessibility theme to a broader theme termed youth engagement, which included information on accessibility and building rapport, establishing a therapeutic space, and helping youth prepare for remote sessions. Finally, a new theme was identified in the gray literature findings, specifically concerning school mental health professional boundaries. A second key difference between the gray and peer-reviewed literature was the former’s focus on issues of equity and access and how technology can reinforce existing inequalities. Conclusions For school mental health providers in need of guidance, we believe that these six recommendation themes (ie, youth engagement, school mental health professional boundaries, consent procedures, session logistics, safety planning, and internet privacy) represent the most promising directions for school-based suicide risk assessment among youth using eHealth tools. However, suicide risk assessment among youth via eHealth platforms in school settings represents a critical research gap. On the basis of the findings of this review, we provide specific recommendations for future research, including the need to focus on the needs of diverse youth.

E-learning is a learning process which aims to create an interactive learning environment based on the use of computers and the internet. Through e-learning, learners can access resources and information from anywhere and at anytime. Many higher education institutions have expressed an interest in implementing e-learning, and e-learning readiness is a critical aspect in achieving successful implementation. Higher education institutions should therefore assess their readiness before initiating an e-learning project. E-learning readiness involves many components of e-learning, including students, lecturers, technology and the environment, which must be ready in order to formulate a coherent and achievable strategy. One of the aspects of e-learning readiness is technological readiness, which plays an important role in implementing an effective and efficient e-learning project. This paper explores the gaps in the knowledge about the technological aspects of e-learning readiness through the conduct of a literature review. In particular, the review focuses on the models that have been developed to assess e-learning readiness.
