The article highlights the meaning and foundations of the effective organization of preventive activities of investigative units in the fight against crime in the Republic of Uzbekistan. This study examines the practices of Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning in Australia. Among Equine Assisted Therapy (eat) and Equine Assisted Learning (eal) centers there is a large degree of variation in practice worldwide. The current study outlines a range of practices in two states in Australia whereeatandealhave arisen and evolved from models developed elsewhere. The philosophical foundations, training and certification processes followed along with the types and training of horses involved are compared across facilities. The findings of the study illustrated the large variation ineatandealin current practice in Australia. The results suggested that if the practices ofeatandealare to move out of the “fringe” of mental health and learning professional practice and into the mainstream, their theoretical underpinnings, certification and licensure procedures, and methodology of practice must become more clearly defined.

Abstract:
The subject of this paper is social-scientific methodology collective memory-work and its relevance for psychological inquiry. The aim is to present it through elaboration of its historical and theoretical foundations and assumptions, as well as practical guidance for research. From the original idea until current literature, chosen aspects of this methodology are considered within certain theoretical frameworks and debates, with accompanying dilemmas, which is why the paper has polemic character. Introduction outlines the relevance of this methodology, as well as the relevance of the paper, as the first elaborated review of this subject in regional languages. Next follows the historical look at the pioneering project of collective memory-work, its feminist-Marxist background, as well as consideration of several theoretical aspects (subjectification, memories, experience and theory, collective deconstruction, person). Basic assumptions of the memory-work are derived from previous discussion and presented separately. The next section contains main directions of development and applications of the methodology, considerations relevant for psychological topics, and comparison with similar methodologies. Subsequent is the practical part of the paper, where the basic guidance for research is offered through progressive sequencing of the research phases. Finally, dilemmas regarding evaluation criteria for collective memory-work are discussed. In the conclusion, the place and relevance of this methodology for social-scientific and psychological research are summarized.

Introduction. The urgency of the problem related to personalised learning in future teacher training is associated with the creation of an optimal range of choices in the conditions of intensive development of the informal and non-formal educational environment in the global (interstate) educational space. At the same time, the slogan “teach everyone and everything” is disappearing into the past; instead, the importance of unique specialists, who are able to implement their own pedagogical startups and introduce them into educational practice, is increasing.Aim. The aim of the article is to describe the development and testing of a structural and functional model of personalised learning in education of future teachers.Methodology and research methods. The methodological research framework is based on V. A. Petrovsky’s concept of personology, methodology of nonlinear educational systems and transdisciplinary approach in science and education. In the course of the research, the following tools and methods were used: analysis, comparison and generalisation, the authors’ interpretation of psychological and pedagogical literature in the field of accounting for individual characteristics of the student, structural and functional modelling of pedagogical systems. The method of studying the advanced pedagogical experience of Internet education based on the analysis of open online platforms was applied. During the testing of the structural and functional model of personalised education, 178 students (1st–5th year students) were involved in the educational programme “Preschool Education” of full-time and part-time forms of education at Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University. The analysis of students’ diaries and the final questionnaire were employed to determine whether students were satisfied with the personalization in education.Results. The conceptual and theoretical characteristics of personalised learning are defined: nonlinearity, redundancy, transdisciplinarity, adaptability, openness. The parameters of personalised learning are highlighted: at the level of the subject of social and professional development, the purpose of education, and the content and applied educational technologies. The approbation of the structural and functional model of personalised learning in future teacher training demonstrated a high and average level of satisfaction of students; however, the recorded insufficiency of their own ability to determine the main characteristics of personalized learning was reflected in the quantitative data of satisfaction.Scientific novelty. In contrast to the existing research in the field of individual approach and personalisation in education, a model of personalised learning in education for future teachers is proposed, which allows them to independently design an individual educational route in the current time and to take into account changing cultural and educational needs in the conditions of the modern global educational space in a broad sense and conditionally divided into interuniversity (international and intra-state interuniversity competitions, forums, conferences, etc.), digital (digital online platforms, electronic educational environments), and professional and personal (participation in individual projects).Practical significance. According to the intensive development of the global educational space, it is proposed to integrate the available resources to develop personalised learning in future teacher training.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to develop an ontological foundation for future studies, based in part on integrating some prior albeit incomplete work in this area. Design/methodology/approach This manuscript is based on a literature review, as well as on conceptual and theoretical enhancements from this subject field. Findings As the future does not exist (it is always something yet to come), the ontological foundations for studying the future must be based on the current reality of the physical, biological and social-psychological worlds of experience and ideas. From this basis, 10 postulates are provided that are based on that current reality and are applied to studying the future. Thus, by characterizing the current reality and how it is understood by people, meaningful statements about the future are possible. Practical implications For each ontological postulate, one or more implications for the study of the future are provided as guidelines for practice. Originality/value This manuscript integrates and builds on prior offerings about ontological concerns into a comprehensive framework that legitimates and focuses the practices of studying the future.

The principles of green finance and social investment are relevant directions not only from the point of view of studying practical experience, but also the formation of theoretical and methodological aspects of the conceptual platform of resource-saving technologies and sources of their financing. Today, the global transformation toward clean development requires a reconsideration of many aspects of economic activity, but it especially requires a reworking of the financial architecture of the global economy and a shift in emphasis from problems of economic efficiency to sustainability and resource conservation. In the global context, the issues of financing the universal greening of economic relations at every level require, firstly, the involvement of an increasing number of participants in this process, and secondly, they require not only a formal declaration of participation in the green movement, but also confirmation through the implementation of appropriate public policies in each of the fields of economic relations. Moreover, the supranational policy documents adopted at the 11th G20 Summit on September 4-5, 2016 in PRC have prioritized the green finance development at the national and regional levels to achieve the Millennium Development Goals or 17 Sustainable Goals. It should be noted that in the context of Russian practice the green finance mechanism is developing quite dynamically, there is a comprehensive redesign of the financial architecture and national features emerge that somehow identify the Russian financial system in the context of green finance and social investment, which undoubtedly acts as a relevant research area and requires approaches of an applied nature. Determination of the fundamental features and specifics of the green finance mechanism will allow to formulate a comprehensive program of effective transformation of the entire economy in the direction of green growth and sustainable development. This study attempts to systematize the conceptual foundations of green finance in modern transformational practice and identify the problem field of research, actualizing the most important aspects of the entire financial ecosystem from the perspective of rational choice and capital-saving production.

Dissertation for obtaining the academic degree of a Doctor in Pedagogical Sciences іn specialty 13.00.06 – theory and methods of educational administration. – SHEI «Educational Management University» NAPS Ukraine. – Kyiv, 2011. The theoretical and methodological foundations for professional development of executive leaders in form of methodology which include regularities, principles, content, pedagogical technology, evaluation and conditions of leaders’ education effectiveness are defined in the dissertation. The leadership is presented as the highest – compared to administration and management – evolutional and qualitative level of governance, and its actualization in modern social transformations is verified. Dependency between governance levels (administration, management, leadership) and competencies levels (knowledge, skills, behavior competencies) is proved. The specificities and factors that provide for the effectiveness of leadership education programs are specified on basis of analysis of leading foreign and domestic experience in executive leaders’ professional development for business, public and education administration. The specific character of pedagogical technology and evaluation of the aforementioned education is clarified. The grounded methodology of executive leaders’ professional development was realized in the domestic practice of professional education for heads of educational institutions. Practical recommendations and perspective directions for further academic research are developed<br>У дисертації визначено теоретико-методологічні засади професійної підготовки управлінців-лідерів у вигляді методології, яка включає: закономірності, принципи, зміст, педагогічну технологію, оцінювання та умови ефективності навчання. Розкрито сутність лідерства як вищого у порівнянні з адмініструванням і менеджментом еволюційного та якісного рівня управління, а також висвітлено його актуалізацію в умовах сучасних суспільних трансформацій. Доведено залежність між рівнями управління (адміністрування, менеджмент, лідерство) та рівнями компетенцій (знаннєвими, вміннєвими, поведінковими). На підставі аналізу провідного зарубіжного і вітчизняного досвіду професійної підготовки управлінців-лідерів для сфер бізнес-управління, державного управління та управління освітою з’ясовано особливості та фактори, що забезпечують ефективність освітніх програм такого спрямування. Виявлено специфіку педагогічної технології та оцінювання зазначеної підготовки. Обґрунтована методологія професійної підготовки управлінців-лідерів реалізована у вітчизняній практиці професійної освіти керівників навчальних закладів. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації та перспективні напрями подальших наукових досліджень<br>В диссертационном исследовании предложен новый подход к профессиональной подготовке управленцев в условиях современных общественных трансформаций в соответствии с новой управленческой парадигмой – лидерством. Установлено, что в эволюционное развитие управления в сфере профессиональной деятельности характеризуется несколькими уровнями. Лидерство рассматривается как более высокий по сравнению с администрированием и менеджментом эволюционный и качественный уровень управления. Специфика каждого из уровней проявляется через идентификацию базовых параметров (субъекта, объекта, характера и цели) управленческого влияния. Лидерство определено как управление, которое реализуется путем влияния на последователей (их поведение), осуществляемое на основе личных качеств (лидерских компетенций) для достижения общественно значимых целей. Актуализация лидерства в контексте действующих общественных тенденций развития (глобализация, демократизация, информатизация / технологизация, возвышение роли личности) и общественных трансформаций (ценностной, организационной) порождает необходимость модернизации профессиональной подготовки управленцев путем формирования образовательной индустрии развития их лидерского потенциала. Цель диссертационного исследования – теоретическое обоснование и внедрение методологии профессиональной подготовки управленцев-лидеров в отечественную практику. Для ее достижения были проанализированы 65 программ профессиональной подготовки лидеров для сфер бизнес-управления, государственного управления и управления образованием, которые реализуются в Украине и зарубежных странах (Австрия, Великобритания, Германия, Дания, Ирландия, Канада, Нидерланды, США, Швеция и др.)

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку основних засобів: визначення, класифікація та оцінка основних засобів, організація бухгалтерського обліку в системі управління підприємства. Досліджується документальне забезпечення обліку основних засобів, нарахування амортизації на МПП «Автосервіс», проводиться моделювання амортизаційних відрахувань за різними методами. Проаналізовано ефективність використання основних засобів на досліджуваному підприємстві, розглядаються теоретичні основи та діюча практика здійснення внутрішнього контролю обліку основних засобів. Запропоновано створити на підприємстві ефективну систему внутрішнього контролю, удосконалити методичне забезпечення обліку основних засобів.<br>Квалификационная работа магистра состоит из трех разделов. Объект исследования – современное состояние и перспективы развития учета и контроля основных средств на малом частном предприятии «Автосервис». В работе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты учета основных средств: определение, классификация и оценка основных средств, организация бухгалтерского учета в системе управления предприятия. Исследуется документальное обеспечение учета основных средств, начисления амортизации на ООО «Автосервис», проводится моделирование амортизационных отчислений различными методами. Проанализирована эффективность использования основных средств на исследуемом предприятии, рассматриваются теоретические основы и действующая практика осуществления внутреннего контроля учета основных средств. Предложено создать на предприятии эффективную систему внутреннего контроля, усовершенствовать методическое обеспечение учета основных средств.<br>Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study current state and prospects of development of accounting and control of fixed assets at the small private enterprise "Autoservice". The theoretical aspects of the accounting of fixed assets are considered in the work: definition, classification and evaluation of fixed assets, organization of accounting in the management system of the enterprise. The documentary analysis of fixed assets accounting, accrual of depreciation on MPP "Autoservice" is being studied, modeling of depreciation deductions by different methods is carried out. The efficiency of the use of fixed assets on the investigated enterprise is analyzed, the theoretical bases and current practice of internal control of accounting of fixed assets are considered. It is proposed to create an effective system of internal control at the enterprise, to improve the methodical provision of operations with the main means.

Аналізується ефективність використання основних засобів на досліджуваному підприємстві, вивчаються теоретичні основи та діюча практика внутрішнього контролю обліку операцій з основними засобами. Запропоновано удосконалити методичне забезпечення обліку основних засобів та систему внутрішнього контролю на ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад».<br>The theoretical bases and the current practice of accounting and control of fixed assets are considered in the work: definition, classification assessment; organization of accounting and tax accounting in the enterprise management system. Documentary provision of accounting for fixed assets, depreciation is being researched, depreciation deductions are modeled by various methods. The efficiency of the use of fixed assets at the studied enterprise is analyzed, the theoretical bases and the current practice of internal control of accounting of fixed assets transactions are studied. It is proposed to improve the methodological support for the accounting of fixed assets and the system of internal control at «Telecart-Device LLC».

Abstract:
Purpose – The paper is dedicated to the marketing of Rijeka museums. It presents the research that encompassed a) museum professionals’ marketing knowledge and skills and their implementation in practice b) core and additional services offered by museums c) museum professionals’ opinions and attitudes about the new trends in museum marketing. Methodology – Exploratory research was conducted. Data for the theoretical foundations were collected from secondary scientific sources and by searching the websites, social networks, and promotional materials. Qualitative research in the form of in-depth, semi-structured personal interviews with key informants was performed to collect primary data. Findings – The level of familiarity with the services marketing in Rijeka museums was low, pointing to a lack of marketing professionals. Nevertheless, the need for marketing was recognised, and museums were striving to implement some generic marketing activities. The core services (exhibitions and/or collections of materials) showed predominant product orientation, with insufficient orientation on a visitor. Opinions and attitudes of interviewees on museum marketing trends were positive. However, museums could not include new content despite wishes due to the lack of capacity. Furthermore, the legal frame prevented expanding the offer of a souvenir shop. Contribution – Although the research was conducted before the onset of the pandemic, the paper provides theoretical insights and practical suggestions, which could help academics and professionals to understand better and deal with the potential opportunities and threats in museum marketing in the dramatically changing environmentns.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of problematic aspects of the implementation of the mediation procedure in Russia. The author noted that mediation on the path of its development in the country encountered a number of obstacles of a moral, ethical, psychological, economic and legislative nature, the solution and settlement of which requires certain efforts both from the side of society and public organizations, and from the state. Using the method of analytical review of theoretical and practical developments of domestic researchers and legislative documents, the article identifies the following problems of mediation: low legal culture of the population; lack of confidence in this service; lack of awareness of society as a whole, and of citizens in particular, about mediation, its advantages as an alternative to the trial method; the position of the parties that do not want to compromise; the difficulty of choosing a mediator - as a highly professional person; mainly the social foundations for the development of mediation and insufficient state support. These problems are interrelated, therefore, their solution requires an integrated approach.

This article investigates the error distribution of the Miller-Rabin test for the class of tripleprime numbers. At first the current results on the class of semiprimes are presented. Further, a theoretical estimation of the average frequency for triple prime numbers on an interval is derived, and a comparative analysis with a practical result is demonstrated. Graphs and intermediate conclusions accompany all comparisons. A conclusion is also made about a possible direction for improving this estimation.

Design principles are created to codify and formalize design knowledge so that innovative, archival practices may be communicated and used to advance design science and solve future design problems, especially the pinnacle, wicked, and grand-challenge problems that face the world and cross-cutting markets. Principles are part of a family of knowledge explication, which also include guidelines, heuristics, rules of thumb, and strategic constructs. Definitions including a range of explications are explored from a number of seminal papers. Based on this analysis, the authors pose formalized definitions for the three most prevalent terms in the literature — principles, guidelines, and heuristics. Current research methods and practices with design principles are categorized and characterized. In analyzing the methodology for discovering, deriving, formulating and validating design principles, the goal is to understand and advance the theoretical basis of design, the foundations of new tools and techniques, and the complex systems of the future. Suggestions for the future of design principles research methodology for added rigor and repeatability are proposed.

Theoretical foundations and existent practical experience in providing scientifically grounded management of students' independent study activities with the use of the latest information technologies have been studied in the research. The issues of organization of various types of management of students' independent study activities have been considered. It has been reported, that there are direct, indirect, and dynamic types of management. The possibilities of ICTs in the implementation of each type of management the students' independent study activities have been shown. It has been taken into account, that the introduction of computer-oriented means of co-management and co-organization into the educational process reflects the realization student-centered concept of learning. There has been emphasized the need to use both direct and indirect types of management, which will make it possible for students to move to the position of an actor of independent study activity and capable of exercising self-government. The authors have been paid special attention to the means of developing the students' personality and forming their motivational readiness for independent study activities and self-education. It has been shown, that such necessary means include the following: to promote the development of students' self-organization, self-actualization, as well as their socialization, to encourage self-assessment and reflection throughout the process of organizing independent study activities; to personalize independent study activities, to offer personally and professionally meaningful learning tasks with clearly defined and understandable goals for a student, and to ensure their gradual complication; to create informative feedback; to strengthen students' motivation.

The main lecture materials source is a textbook on mathematics for students of higher pedagogical educational institutions Stoilova L.P. (M.: Academy, 2014.464 p.). The content of the considered mathematics section is adapted to the professional needs of future primary school teachers. It is accompanied by examples of practice exercises from elementary school mathematics textbooks. The course assumes students productive learning activities, which they should carry out during the viewing. The logic’s studying contributes to the formation of the specified profile students of such professional skills as "the ability to carry out pedagogical activities for the implementation of primary general education programs", "the ability to develop methodological support for programs of primary general education." Abstract:
In the article according to the theory of the subject, patterns of the existence and genesis of the subject of “Vogue” and “Harper’s Bazaar” (USA) magazines was analysed, perspective of the emergence of new subjects was established, classification of the current subjects into universal and synthetic was suggested and some regularities of authorial creation of new subjects was examined. The main objective of the study is to identify patterns of existence of actual and formation of new topics in the Means of Mass Communication on the example of “Vogue” and “Harper’s Bazaar” magazines. In studying of the empiric basis of the research the method of observation is applied; in finding common themes for both publications – a comparative method was used. The method of analysis was used in the decomposition of topics into separate topics; in isolation from the features of the topic, uncharacteristic of a journalistic work – abstraction was applied. The elucidation that the subject appears as a formal verbal expression of a set of homogeneous topics was done by applying the method of formalization. The main results of the research are: obtaining the new classification of topics of “Vogue” and “Harper’s Bazaar” magazines; identification of a significant manifestation of universal themes on the pages of publications; establishment of the basic subjective (deontological) bases of formation of new subjects. A theoretical level of their knowledge will enrich science, equip practice, promote individual and world harmony.
