Stability of biological substances based on proteins, including vaccines, antibodies, and enzymes, is critically linked to its thermal environment. Temperature stress over time results in protein denaturation. Denaturation is a loss of structure and function in proteins. The structure can be produced in large volumes without the need for rapid cooling or severe deformation. The presence of austenite in nanocrystalline bainite is largely responsible for the toughness. This study focuses on the thermal stability of tungsten selective emitters for thermophotovoltaic (TPV) systems which are anticipated to enhance the conversion efficiency. Selective emitters, 2-D photonic crystals, are periodic micro/nano-scale structures

Abstract:
In order to obtain diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films with improved mechanical, tribological, thermal and corrosion properties for practical applications, the structure and properties of various DLC thin films including hydrogen-free DLC, hydrogenated DLC, and DLC-MoS2 composites synthesized under different conditions were investigated in this thesis. The research methodologies and the main results are summarized in following paragraphs. Hydrogen-free DLC thin films were synthesized by biased target ion beam deposition (BTIBD) method, while hydrogenated DLC thin films were deposited by ion b

The two-stroke motorcycle has some shortcoming which are the irregularcombustion in the part load range and new mixture shortcut. These shortcomings will let the catalyst converter in irregular high temperature and reduce thecatalyst performance and lifetime.

Predicting sequence-depend changes in protein stability is one of the greatest challenges in molecular biology and bioinformatics. The number of protein sequences is exploding as a result of genome and other sequencing projects, and the increasing number of protein is much greater than the increasing number of known protein structures. In this work, we use classical statistical meth
