Abstract:
The subject of the research reported here deals with the integrated use of verbal and nonverbal narratives in a literature book, which make possible the graphic contextualization as important as its literary text. It had as a guiding question the sensoriality of the physical book that, in face of the advances of technology and the emergence of different reading supports, generate new editorial parameters for present and future generations. S. - The ship of Theseus, a fiction literature book with no defined censorship rating, was studied as an exemplary case because of its unconventional design that allows the construction of the nonverbal narrative imbricated with the textual narrative, intensifying the experience and the immersion while reading. Initially, this research embarked on the design and design process of S. - The ship of Theseus presenting an exclusive interview with American designer Paul Kepple and Brazilian designer Antonio Rhoden; navigated in the varied signs used in the design of the book and the ephemeris, their articulations and meanings through semiotics and in the visual-verbal narrative, demonstrating how the choices of graphic design are articulated by creating associative inference mechanisms. And, finally, it confirmed its singularitiy, concluding that editorial design becomes fundamental in the productive chain of the book. From the professionals of this field is required the pertinence and the commitment to provide the necessary sensorial and interactive contributions to the diverse reading supports that promote the production of meaning and immersion in a story.

Abstract:
This thesis offers an approach to the history of mythographical discourse through the figure of Theseus and his appearances in texts from England, Italy and France. Analysing a range of poetic, historical, and allegorical works that feature Theseus alongside their classical and contemporary intertexts, it is a study of the conceptions of Greco-Roman mythology prevalent in European literature from 1300-1600. Focusing on mythology’s pervasive presence as a background to medieval and early modern literary and intellectual culture, it draws attention to the fragmentary, fluid and polymorphous nature of mythology in relation to its use for different purposes in a wide range of texts. The first impact of this study is to draw attention to the distinction between mythology and mythography, as a means of focusing on the full range of interpretative processes associated with the ancient myths in their textual forms. Returning attention to the processes by which writers and readers came to know the Greco-Roman myths, it widens the commonly accepted critical definition of ‘mythography’ to include any writing of or on mythology, while restricting ‘mythology’ to its abstract sense, meaning a traditional collection of tales that exceeds any one text. This distinction allows the analyses of the study’s primary texts to display the full range of interpretative processes and possibilities involved in rewriting mythology, and to outline a spectrum of linked but distinctive mythographical genres that define those possibilities. Breaking down into two parts of three chapters each, the thesis examines Theseus’ appearances across these mythographical genres, first in the period from 1300 to the birth of print, and then from the birth of print up to 1600. Taking as its primary texts works by Giovanni Boccaccio, Geoffrey Chaucer, John Lydgate and William Shakespeare along with their classical intertexts, it situates each of them in regard to their multiple defining contexts. Paying close attention to the European traditions of commentary, translation and response to classical sources, it shows mythographical discourse as a vibrant aspect of medieval and early modern literary culture, equally embedded in classical traditions and contemporary traditions that transcended national and linguistic boundaries.

Jordan, Whitaker R. "STAGING THESEUS: THE MYTHOLOGICAL IMAGE OF THE PRINCE IN THE COMEDIA OF THE SPANISH GOLDEN AGE." UKnowledge, 2014. http://uknowledge.uky.edu/hisp_etds/15.

Full text
Abstract:
This dissertation uses the seventeenth-century Spanish plays which employ an array of mythological stories of Theseus to analyze the Early Modern ideology of the Prince. The consideration of the different rulers in these plays highlights different aspects of these sovereigns such as their honor, prudence, valor, and self-control. Many of these princes fall well short of the ideal explained in the comedia and in the writings of the arbitristas. By employing the hylomorphic theory in which everything can exist in either its matter or its form, it is shown that in order to have the form of a prince, rulers must act in certain ways to reach that ideal or perfect state. Many princes in the plays, however, at least at certain times, only have the matter of a prince and fall short of the form. By drawing from mythological theories which describe the need for a mediation or an alleviation of an irresolvable contradiction within a society, it is shown that despite the imperfections of the flawed princes that are put on stage, these plays still defend and glorify the monarchical system in which they were created as well as the specific imperfect princes. The six plays examined here in which Theseus is a primary protagonist are El laberinto de Creta, Las mujeres sin hombres, and El vellocino de oro by Lope de Vega; Los tres mayores prodigios by Calderón de la Barca; El labyrinto de Creta by Juan Bautista Diamante; and Amor es más laberinto by Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz and Juan de Guevara. These plays span a large portion of the seventeenth century and although the authors wrote some of them for the corrales, they created others to be performed before the court.

Abstract:
This thesis project was an experiment in thinking/making. Borrowing from the Renaissance Hermetic Tradition of power magic in the work of Dr. John Dee, it began in contemplative research mode in order to find sources for action. The project had its final goal, a theatrical performance (masque) to be delivered as an act of inter-subjective exchange extending beyond solipsism by means of thinking through actions and things. The interdisciplinary nature of the event spoke of architecture's ability to bring together various modes of abstract expression (literature, theatre, theory, music, etc.) without attempts at explicit meaning but by searching for implicitness in the juxtaposition of messages and mediums. In its historical survey from ancient Greek sacrificial rituals to present butchering practices, the thesis project presents as a crosscurrent a critique of power and its contemporary implications.

LaBurre, Jennifer. ""Wood Leoun" . . . "Crueel Tigre": Animal Imagery and Metaphor in "The Knight's Tale"." ScholarWorks@UNO, 2011. http://scholarworks.uno.edu/td/125.

Full text
Abstract:
The people of the Middle Ages believed animals were disconnected from themselves in terms of ability to reason and ability to resist passions. Humans and animals were created by God, but he bestowed man with a soul and the ability to resist earthly delights. When men were described in terms of their bestial counterparts it was conventionally meant to highlight some derogatory aspect of that character. Chaucer makes use of the animal-image throughout The Canterbury Tales, especially in "The Knight's Tale," to stress a break in each character from humane reason or to emphasize a lean towards a bestial nature. The degree of this departure is showcased in the ferocity of the animal-image in question and the behavior and nature of the character, i.e. the animals of a more timid nature or neutral standing highlight a much less negative nature than the ferocious predators present in the battle scenes.

Abstract:

Abstract:
In this thesis work, I assess the short- and long-term prospects for the joint detection of BNSs and SGRBs with next-generation γ-ray and GW detectors. I combine the Structured Jet (SJ) model developed by Salafia et al. (2015b; 2019) for SGRB prompt emission with the analytical model by Finn and Chernoff (1993) for the GW signal from the BNS inspiral phase and estimate future GW-SGRB joint detection rates, using the SJ profile inferred for GRB 170817A (Ghirlanda et al., 2019) and assuming that all BNS mergers can in principle produce a SGRB. I show that, despite the strong assumptions and simplifications of the adopted model, it provides realistic and consistent estimates of the detection rates of SGRBs and GWs obtained with current facilities, the Fermi/GBM and Swift/Burst Alert Telescope γ-ray detectors and the aLIGO O3a GW interferometer. I also show that, if the SJ profile of GRB 170817A is a relatively common feature of SGRBs, then there is no realistic probability of another coincident detection in the era of aLIGO at design sensitivity (i.e., when it has reached the best achievable sensitivity, the project sensitivity) and SVOM-type detectors. In the CE era, the expected rate of coincident SGRB prompt emission and GW signal detections is ≈ 21-22 yr−1 and ≈ 53-55 yr−1 for SVOM-like and THESEUS-like detectors, respectively. I discuss future prospects for this model, showing how future SGRB-GW joint detection can help to solve the tension on the Hubble parameter estimation and to provide tighter constraints on the NS EoS.

Abstract:
This commentary is submitted, along with my portfolio of compositions (and accompanying compact disk) in fulfillment of my PhD in composition. The purpose is to provide an accompaniment to my portfolio of compositions, to give insight into the works within it, and to discuss the scores with regard to their relevant aesthetical concerns and compositional techniques. I will also assess the works in the context of compositional practices past and present. Writing this commentary is slightly curious by its very nature: as the composer I have a deep and even emotional connection to the scores yet must try to distance myself sufficiently from them to be objective about discussing them. Despite the nature of this task I do come at it knowing exactly what my compositional intentions were at the time of writing the various works in the portfolio. It is also of interest that this research degree has been a process of personal and compositional development over a period of four years to what I have come to consider my compositional 'voice'. This development will be charted and recurring devices and the musical means which I now rely on in writing my music will be identified and examined. The discussion of works in this commentary will start with the general and gradually focus throughout the course of writing to the specific in the final chapter. In the first chapter I will discuss some of the more general aspects of my compositions and look at principal compositional concerns, seeking to illuminate and examine the sources from where I take my inspiration (both musical and extra-musical). In this chapter I will also assess my work in terms of its cultural context. The second chapter will look at a variety of compositional techniques and devices I use in my work (with reference to specific examples) and will put them into a context according to the canon of twentieth and twenty-first century acoustic concert music. The third and final chapter will take the form of an analysis of the three works at the core of the portfolio of compositions in this submission: Blodeugerdd for baritone voice and piano, Cromlech: Viola Sonata for viola and piano and Meddylun for orchestra. These pieces, whilst apparently very different in their natures represent the core of the submission in a variety of ways. They cover the time span of this project in its entirety: Blodeugerdd is the earliest work in the portfolio and Meddylun was one of the last completed scores. Additionally they demonstrate my ability to compose in two of the facets required by the PhD (to write for large instrumental forces and to work in large time scales). Whilst there is no long orchestral work in my portfolio the chamber works Blodeugerdd and Cromlech: Viola Sonata deal in large time scales and the eight minute orchestral concert overture Meddylun is a detail-packed score for large forces. Through applying the sort of techniques I used in writing Meddylun and dealing with a large ensemble to the sort of large time scale approach used in Blodeugerdd or Cromlech: Viola Sonata I should be able to write a long orchestral work in the future. I am hugely grateful to have been able to complete this project which allowed me four years of relatively uninterrupted composing time and permitted me to mature both in terms of my music and compositional abilities and in a more personal way. There are a variety of people whose help throughout the course of my PhD I would like to acknowledge: Firstly my supervisor Professor Anthony Powers whose advice and constructive criticisms have been invaluable to me. Other members of staff too, must be mentioned for their support, encouragement and guidance: perhaps most that of Dr. Richard Elfyn Jones and Dr. Arlene Elizabeth Sierra, although I am of course hugely grateful and indebted to the entire faculty of Cardiff University Music School. My peer group of research students also require a mention for their support, encouragement and friendship. Also a number of performers must be thanked: most notably baritone Jeremy Huw Williams who generously allowed me to write him what evolved into my first professional engagement Blodeugerdd (included in this submission) and performed the work on more than one occasion. Following Williams a variety of performers and ensembles commissioned me to write them pieces and this has lead to the many of the works in this portfolio receiving professional performances. I must also thank festival directors John Metcalf, Peter Reynolds, David Campbell and Guto Pryderi Puw for including my work in their events.

Levy, Foster, Rebecca Pyles, Celia Szarejko, and Linda Wyatt. "Developing an Electronic Repository for Undergraduate Theses." DigitalCommons@University of Nebraska - Lincoln, 2012. https://digitalcommons.unl.edu/nchchip/160.

Full text
Abstract:
Undergraduate honors theses represent an intellectual asset that a university should recognize and manage as such. However, when theses were submitted exclusively in print copies, the work often faded into obscurity, forgotten by all but the student and mentor. While theses for advanced degrees have been accessible for many years via interlibrary loan or abstract services, similar access options have been unavailable for undergraduate theses because these works are most often associated with and maintained by the institutional honors program without involvement or support from the institution’s library system. At best, an index of undergraduate theses might be available to the public, but print copies—often the only versions of theses—are traditionally housed in honors and are difficult, if not impossible, to obtain. As undergraduate honors theses have become more commonplace and as online access to research has become virtually universal, honors programs do a disservice to their students, faculty, and the public if they do not provide access to the original scholarship produced by undergraduates. Furthermore, introducing undergraduates to electronic publication provides educational value by exposing them to the publishing demands they will likely encounter in their future education and professional careers. Two additional benefits to students are that an electronic publication saves the student time and expense in producing their final work and, most importantly, makes their work available worldwide to potential research partners and employers. An electronic thesis repository provides several instruction-based opportunities to advance learning. For example, courses within an honors college often enroll students from a variety of disciplines. In research methods courses, students can easily examine examples of theses to familiarize themselves with the writing styles and formatting in their discipline. Similarly, in a colloquium-style course that addresses diverse topics, students can use the repository to become familiar with research approaches and writing styles outside of their discipline; this is a particular advantage for undergraduates because, as they progress in their course of study and certainly once they begin graduate or professional programs, they rarely have time for this type of cross-disciplinary interaction. In addition, faculty in diverse disciplines can assign repository reviews, either in courses or when mentoring honors students, to demonstrate the level of scholarship expected in honors thesis work. Although these goals could be accomplished using hard copies, our current students are more comfortable with and more likely to access electronically available materials. East Tennessee State University (ETSU) has made undergraduate theses available to the campus community and general public through an electronic repository and catalog maintained by the university library. The electronic system we implemented and others of similar quality provide a user interface developed for manuscript submission, review, and approvals. This type of system takes students’ research experience to a final level of completion and assures that they learn how to navigate a process analogous to manuscript submission. Because adapting our institution’s system for graduate theses and dissertations was not a feasible option and we could find no general guidelines to direct our efforts, we developed our own undergraduate honors thesis repository, and we hope that our efforts in this process will provide insights and guidelines for other institutions.

With the increase and popularity of the use of internet, hate speech has reached wider dimensions in societies. This thesis will provide empirical examples to show the relation between speech and actions. This paper will use speech-act theory and social movement theory to portray the relation between hate speech on social media and domestic terrorism inspired by far right extremist. Even though, there has been a lot of work for counter terrorism, domestic terrorism is still overlooked. Empirical sources say that domestic terrorism poses a threat as much as international terrorism. This thesis will bring light over the connections of hate speech and domestic terrorism inspired by far right extremists. It will conclude that there is an evident relation that hate speech on social media is contributing to domestic terrorism actions encouraged by far right extremism.

Web page loading time is one of the critical challenges on the Internet. Thistopic attracts more researchers as it largely reflects the user satisfaction.A web page resources typically consists of Hyper Text Markup Language(HTML), Cascading Style-Sheet (CSS), JavaScript (JS), media files, etc.As the complexity of the web page increases, the size of files fetched fromserver also increases which causes delay in transmitting, loading, parsing andrendering the web page. The web page is not rendered until HTML, CSS and JS files are loadedand parsed. Not all such files are needed to be rendered for the first page.Optimizing and loading only critical les required for the first page, can considerablyreduce time taken to load the web page. After the first page isrendered, the rest of the files can be loaded and executed. In this thesis,we focus on improving the time taken for First Meaningful Paint(FMP) ofwebsite by loading the critical files initially. We used Design Science Research(DSR) methodology and created a PhantomJS application, to identifyand segregate used and unused CSS for the first meaningful paint of the webpage. We also analyzed script files to load only critical files required forFMP and the rest later. We evaluated our experiment by studying a case onAxis Communications AB and measured its website's performance to find ifour experiment reduced FMP time. It showed improvement in time takenfor FMP from 1284ms to 372.6ms. Based on the results, we suggest to webdevelopers to separate and load the files required for FMP and load the restof the files needed for the website later, so that the first page is renderedquickly.

The theses focus on the market failure induced by information imperfection. We study this type of market failure separately in the context of corporate equity finance and long-term bilateral transactions. In the equity finance market, adverse selection may arise due to the asymmetric information of firms’ value. It has been argued that firms, in response to the inefficiency induced by adverse selection, may signal their unobservable values through choices of equity flotation methods. In the context of UK open offers and rights offers, we provide evidences for this signalling hypothesis. We find that information content significantly falls after both rights offers and open offers, which suggests resolution of asymmetric information with equity offers. Our result suggests there exists a non-pooling equilibrium through firms’ choices of equity flotation methods and that open offers are employed by good firms to signal quality to the public. Besides, with the measures of information content of trades, we establish some patterns of adverse selection in London SEAQ. Information content of trades is related to trade size. Small trades are not informative, while median trades and large trades are informative. For the comparison between purchases and sales, large purchases are more informative than large sales, while median purchases are less informative than median sales. These results suggest informed traders handle large purchases and large sales with different strategies, and that market makers are less harsh to traders with positive private information. We set up a hypothesis of the pattern of human intermediation in London SEAQ: human intermediation works in a “carrot” format when private information is more costly to obtain and adverse selection is more severe; it works in a “stick” format when information of a stock can be generated for less less cost and market makers face fewer threats from informed trading. In most long-term bilateral trading relationships, transaction parties have to make investments which are geared towards their partners. Once the investments are sunk, a party can not rely on market to discipline his partner, and his investments return will be vulnerable to expropriation. This problem, known as the hold-up problem, will discourage parties from making socially desirable investments. We reconsider the hold-up problem by allowing a party to separately invest in his outside option in order to capture its value. We find that after considering this investment option, the hold-up problem is potentially more severe than previously observed. Parties to a transaction may make investments which are not productive from a social point of view. More importantly, the inefficient investment may even crowd out relationship specific investments, which may result in relationship-breaking in a highly productive relationship.

Abstract:
The ability to extract figures and tables from scientific documents can solve key use-cases such as their semantic parsing, summarization, or indexing. Although a few methods have been developed to extract figures and tables from scientific documents, their performance on scanned counterparts is considerably lower than on born-digital ones. To facilitate this, we propose methods to effectively extract figures and tables from Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs), that out-perform existing methods by a considerable margin. Our contribution towards this goal is three-fold. (a) We propose a system/model for improving the performance of existing methods on scanned scientific documents for figure and table extraction. (b) We release a new dataset containing 10,182 labelled page-images spanning across 70 scanned ETDs with 3.3k manually annotated bounding boxes for figures and tables. (c) Lastly, we release our entire code and the trained model weights to enable further research (https://github.com/SampannaKahu/deepfigures-open).

Portable Document Format (PDF) is one of the most popular document formats. However, parsing PDF files is not a trivial task. One use-case of parsing PDF files is the search functionality on websites hosting scholarly documents (i.e., IEEE Xplore, etc.). Having the ability to extract figures and tables from a scholarly document helps this use-case, among others. Methods using deep learning exist which extract figures from scholarly documents. However, a large number of scholarly documents, especially the ones published before the advent of computers, have been scanned from hard paper copies into PDF. In particular, we focus on scanned PDF versions of long documents, such as Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs). No experiments have been done yet that evaluate the efficacy of the above-mentioned methods on this scanned corpus. This work explores and attempts to improve the performance of these existing methods on scanned ETDs. A new gold standard dataset is created and released as a part of this work for figure extraction from scanned ETDs. Finally, the entire source code and trained model weights are made open-source to aid further research in this field.

I had performed a recital of my compositions on April 22, 2016. This thesis is a portfolio of all of my compositions, including the program from my recital, program notes for each piece, and all scores. My senior recital consisted of two distinct halves. The first half was an exploration of abstract, theoretical, and experimental concepts in Western Art Music. The second half was an exploration in synthesizing the Carnatic music system with Western Art Music styles. This half was also an experiment in reversing musical orientalism, which has been historically prevalent in Western Art Music.

Candidates for higher degrees often have unnecessary difficulty with the technical aspects of writing a thesis. They can expect expert supervision in conducting their research and drawing conclusions, but the responsibility for presenting their work in the correct way is theirs alone. This Guide has been developed in response to student needs. It explains the simple technical requirements for presenting a thesis. It is the candidate's responsibility to meet these requirements. No Master's or Doctoral candidate can have a valid reason for submitting technically unsatisfactory work.

Abstract:
Abstract The goal of this paper is to provide insight into the development and execution of the short film, Timelocked. I will focus on the complete process of the film’s creation, from the first inspiration of the idea through its planning, its production and, finally, its use beyond submission to my thesis committee for consideration. The most significant challenge for this project was remaining true to the story’s genre, tone, and theme throughout each iteration of its development. Therefore, the structure of the paper will serve to describe the entire process with respect to the preservation of these three aspects. My goal is to prove mastery in the fine art of film production by creating a film which effectively shows deep understanding of the time-travel sub-genre of science-fiction films, while subverting that sub-genre in a unique way, causing an emotional effect in the audience.

Full text
Abstract:
Ariadne Abandoned by Theseus on Naxos was painted by the Swiss-born artist Angelica Kauffman in 1774, while she was living in England. Her work was an important factor in the development of the early Neoclassical style in England, and this painting embodies the ideas of noble simplicity and sedate grandeur put forth by her friend Johann Winckelmann as appropriate for such history paintings. One of her few single-figure, non-portrait history paintings, it is typical of the careful composition and rich Venetian coloring for which she was well-known. Angelica was a well-educated woman, and therefore she was able to draw on a wide variety of literary and visual sources when she chose the subject. The theme of abandoned and mourning women was often used by artists in the late eighteenth century, and Angelica may have had a particular identification with it, due to her unusual position as an artist and a single woman.

Jha, Manish Kumar. "Theseus : a 3D virtual reality orientation game with real-time guidance system for cognitive training." Thesis, 2020. http://hdl.handle.net/1866/24318.

Full text
Abstract:
Studies support cognitive training as an efficient method to slow the cognitive declinein older adults. Virtual reality (VR) based serious games have found application in thisfield due to the high level of immersion and interactivity offered by virtual environments(VE). This project implements a fully immersive 3D virtual reality orientation game with areal-time guidance system to be used as an exercise for cognitive training. The immediateaftereffects of playing the orientation game on memory and attention abilities were studiedon fifteen older adults with subjective cognitive decline (SCD). It was observed that whilethere was no significant improvement in attention exercises, the participants performedbetter in specific memory exercises after playing the orientation game. Sometimes lack of success in achieving the required objective may increase the negativeemotions in humans and more so in people who suffer from cognitive decline. Hence, thegame was equipped with a real-time guidance system with location hints to control negativeemotions and help participants to complete the tasks. The guidance system is based onlogical rules; each hint is delivered if a specific condition is met. Change in emotions ofparticipants showed that hints are effective in reducing frustration, given that the hints areeasily comprehensible and designed to give positive feedback. The final part of the project focuses on the guidance system and implements a way toactivate it entirely based on a person’s emotions. The problem calls for identifying the stateof the emotions that should trigger the guidance system’s activation. This problem takes theform of a Markov decision process (MDP), which can be solved by setting it in a reinforcementlearning framework. Deep Q-Learning network (DQN) with experience replay (ER),which is one of the state-of-the-art reinforcement learning algorithms for predicting actionsin discrete action space, was used in this context. The algorithm was trained on simulateddata of emotions and tested on the data of fifteen older adults acquired in experimentsconducted in the first part of the project. It is observed that the RL based method performsbetter than the rule-based method in identifying the mental state of a person to provide hints.

Abstract:
After a brief overview of the standard attempts to give the persistence conditions of artifacts through time and material changes, I develop and present an account which capitalizes on Koons’s theory that artifacts are in some robust and important way social practices in order to explain their persistence through time. After one unsuccessful attempt to formulate a view that is not susceptible to Ship of Theseus like problems concerning the persistence conditions of artifacts, I present the full view: artifacts become artifacts when they are arranged in a particular formal manner by someone who is engaging in a creative social practice. The artifact then remains the same artifact so long as its form is sufficiently preserved and maintained according to maintaining social practices. In this way, the social practice that unifies the artifact is like the life that unifies an organism—so long as the social practice and the form persist, the artifact is the same artifact. To conclude, I look at several problems my view cannot yet account for, such as the persistence conditions of objects that are not manmade artifacts, and the commitment to ontic vagueness that my view seems to entail.

Abstract:
The transmutations of Theseus’ icon in euripidean corpus are products of the dynamic negotiation that the dramatist holds in store for the traditional picture of the fabulous hero. They establish a form that can perfoce be read in the whole scale of its ideological connotations, however, this form is strictly dictated by the dramaturgical needs of each work. Present dissertation’s aim is to show the dramatic function of hero’s successive transmutations, rather than attributing them to Euripides’ conscious, ideological manipulations. It seeks in the first instance to describe their necessity and only in a second level to examine the ideological transfigurations that the euripidean corpus incuses for its era.

Concerns regarding environmental issues have been growing, which in turn have triggered the growth of Green information technology (IT). However, relatively few studies have contributed to this field and have assessed the current developments in this field. Considering the aforementioned issues, this thesis presents a systematic review of 62 Taiwanese theses on Green IT to gain a better understanding of the Green IT field between 2001 and 2018 through content analysis based on the extended framework from Malhotra et al. (2013). Our findings can be summarized as follows: (1) the evolutionary path of Taiwanese theses on Green IT is similar to that suggested by Malhotra et al.; (2) several theses have focused on linking Green IT with sustainability; and (3) the current themes and focus of Green IT theses are still in the early stages, with their focus on case-based, solution-oriented, micro-level-driven analysis and less attention to the design and impact level. On the basis of the findings, implications are drawn at the end of this thesis.
