The results of research structural and phase state, electrophysical properties (resistivity, temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), strain gauge) of Pt thin films in the range of thicknesses from 7 to 50 nm were presented. Thin films Pt have fcc structure with lattice parameter a 0,390 nm after annealing. The temperature dependences characterized by relative large value of resistivity (ρ ~ 10-6 Ohm m) and relative small value of TCR (β ~ 10-4 K-1) respectively. The interfacial morphology and the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) have been investigated in thin films of perpendicularly-magnetised epitaxial Pt(30 A)/Co(7 A)/Pt(10 A) and Pt(30 A)/Co(7, 9, 11 A)/Ir20Mn80(20, 50 A). In Pt/Co/Pt, altering the substrate temperature during deposition of the top Co/Pt bilayer in the range of 100 C to 300 C formed a peak in total interfacial disorder with deposition temperature of 3.3 A at around 250 C. The coercivity increased from 230 +/- 60 Oe to 400 +/- 60 Oe whilst the anisotropy and saturation magnetisation stayed constant at 15.0 +/- 0.3 kOe and 90

The effect of strain from piezoelectric transducers on the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA), magnetic domain wall energy and domain wall creep motion of Pt/Co thin films has been investigated. Thin films of Pt/Co/X, where X is Pt, Ir/Pt or Ir, were deposited by sputtering onto thin glass substrates, which were bonded to piezoelectric transducers. 碩士<br>國立中央大學<br>物理研究所<br>97<br>We have studied the adsorption and decomposition of methanol on well-defined supported Pt nanoclusters as a model catalyst and the alloying of Au-Pt nanoclusters on thin film Al2O3/NiAl(100) by using synchrotron-based high-resolution photoemission spectroscopy (PES). Pt nanoclusters are deposited on well-ordered Al2O3 film grown on NiAl (100) through vapor deposition in the ultrahigh vacuum conditions (<3 x 10-10 torr) at 300 K.
