The design in this work provides an easy and cost-efficient way of performing an FPGA implementation of a specific algorithm through use of a custom hardware design language and communication synthesis. The primary example modeled in this work is MIMO decoding. Making this possible are 16 functional unit containers within the framework, with generalized interfaces, which can hold custom user hardware and IP cores. <p> This framework, which

Abstract:
Estes módulos formam o núcleo funcional do comutador e implementam as principais funções dele.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to develop two tape-recorded synthetic speech discrimination test tapes and assess their intelligibility in order to determine whether or not synthetic speech was intelligible and if it would prove useful in speech discrimination testing. Four scramblings of the second MU-6 monosyllable word list were generated by the ECHO l C speech synthesizer using two methods of generating synthetic speech called TEXTALKER and SPEAKEASY. These stimuli were presented in one ear to forty normal-hearing adult subjects, 36 females and 4 males, at 60 dB HL under headphone&. Each su

Abstract:
We study games where a team of agents needs to collaborate against an adversary to achieve a common goal. The agents make their moves simultaneously, and they have different perceptions about the system state after each move, due to different sensing capabilities. Each agent can only act based on its own experiences, since no communication is assumed during the game. However, before the game begins, the agents can agree on some strategy. A strategy is winning if it guarantees that the agents achieve their goal regardless of how the opponent acts. Identifying a winning strategy, or determining
