Abstract:
This study investigates Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s economic policy package, known as “Abenomics.” Abenomics is intended to end two decades of deflation in Japan, based on a Three Arrow approach (monetary policy, fiscal stimulus, and structural reform). This study examines how it is different from past policies and actions, its initial results, and the outlook concerning future results. In 1990, Japan’s asset bubble burst and the country became mired in two decades of deflation and low GDP growth. This study examines existing analysis and compare past policies to the present. This thesis investigates the impact of Abenomics policies, named after the new Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, on the economy. His so-called "three arrows" agenda includes fiscal expansion, quantitative and qualitative monetary easing, and regulatory reforms. This work focuses on the assessment of the fulfillment of set goals and compares Abenomics to previous policies. Abe's cabinet succeeded in raising inflation and depreciating yen. The debt growth has almost halted and the GDP has mildly recovered. However, the economy is still far from stable. This thesis also explores further issues

Segmentation is performed using the Expectation-Maximization with Maximization of the Posterior Marginals (EM/MPM) Bayesian algorithm. This algorithm segments the 3D image using neighboring pixels based on a Markov Random Field (MRF) model. This iterative algorithm is designed, synthesized and simulated for the Xilinx FPGA, and greater than 100 times speed improvement over standard desktop comput

碩士
國立虎尾科技大學
航空與電子科技研究所
98
The study aims to investigate the natural convective heat transfer characteristics and cooling performance enhancement for a module mounted with arrays of discrete block heat sources in a three dimensional cabinet. The major objective of this study has three aspects. First, efforts are performed to investigate the influence of thermal interaction between the streams inside and outside the cabinet on the natural convective heat transfer characteristics for the heat source module. Second, attention is given to investigate the cooling performance enhancement

Abstract:
No
Both prominent feature points and geodesic distance are key factors for mesh segmentation. With these two factors, this paper proposes a graph cut based mesh segmentation method. The mesh is first preprocessed by Laplacian smoothing. According to the Gaussian curvature, candidate feature points are then selected by a predefined threshold. With DBSCAN (Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise), the selected candidate points are separated into some clusters, and the points with the maximum curvature in every cluster are regarded as the final feature points.
