Abstract:

Seit die Stadtbibliothek 2004 ihr neues Domizil „DAStietz“ bezog, wurde aus der vormals eigenständigen Musikbibliothek ein Musikforum im Bestandsbereich Jugend und Musik. Der persönliche Austausch, die Entspannung und das Stöbern nach Literatur und Musikalien ist nebeneinander möglich. Neben der Arbeit mit historischen Beständen, gehört auch die Pflege und Bewahrung regionaler Musik zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben der Chemnitzer Musikbibliothek.

Abstract:

Mit Horst Evers’ grandios komischen Geschichten über die Tücken des Alltags gingen am 29. April die 5. Chemnitzer Literaturtage LESELUST erfolgreich zu Ende. Das Literaturfestival, welches seit 2006 im zweijährigen Turnus stattfindet, hat das Ziel, das literarische Leben der Stadt zu bereichern, Chemnitzer Einrichtungen die mit Literatur und Medien arbeiten zu vernetzen sowie den Spaß und das Interesse am Lesen zu fördern. Der Name LESELUST ist zugleich auch Programm. Das Angebot, ein Mix aus Schriftstellern, Sachbuchautoren und prominenten Schauspielern, kam bei den mehr als 2.200 Besuchern gut an. Besonderen Zuspruch fanden die Auftaktveranstaltung mit der Schauspielerin Carmen-Maja Antoni, die Chemnitzer Lesenacht im TIETZ, die Lesung mit Horst Evers sowie der Vortrag mit dem ARD-Korrespondenten Jörg Armbruster. In seinem Buch „Brennpunkt Nahost“ beschreibt Armbruster, mit welchen Konsequenzen wir zu rechnen haben, wenn die Situation in Nahost endgültig eskaliert.

Abstract:

A nomeação dos lugares é um ato inerente ao ser humano e é tão antigo quanto a civilização. A Toponímia, como ciência, surgiu no século XIX e se ocupa do estudo dos nomes de lugares, seus significados e sua importância para a cultura social dos povos. Na presente tese, que integra os Projetos ATESP e Caminho das Águas, coordenados por Dick (1990; 2001), pretendemos verificar a importância e função do rio Tietê, entre os séculos XVII e XX, em relação aos nomes atribuídos em toda a sua extensão. A tese foi desenvolvida em três fases. Na primeira, fizemos uma análise de hidrotopônimos e dos aglomerados humanos formados ao longo das margens de cursos d\'água. Estudamos, inicialmente, os principais rios do mundo e o rio Tietê, especialmente retratado em relatos monçoeiros e em mapas antigos. Como um dos primeiros elementos geográficos a ser nomeado e, por este motivo, registrar potencialmente um saber lingüístico e cultural mais antigo (Dauzat: 1946), os nomes dos rios revelam a ocupação do \"sertão desconhecido\" e as crenças daqueles que os percorrem. Numa segunda etapa, levantados os nomes das cachoeiras que faziam parte do Tietê de ontem, analisamos os nomes das hidrelétricas que se fixaram ao longo do Tietê de hoje. Verificamos como estes nomes foram dados e se foram alterados no decorrer do tempo. Para isto apontamos a contribuição do rio Tietê para a criação de energia elétrica de grande parte do estado de São Paulo em contrapartida ao impacto e à degradação do meio ambiente com a mudança da paisagem e o desaparecimento de elementos geográficos. Em um terceiro estágio, estudamos a legislação relativa ao ato de nomear espaços no mundo, assim como no Brasil. Coletamos regulamentos de outros países e os comparamos aos nossos; notamos que aqui não há preocupação em fazer uma legislação específica para a denominação de hidrelétricas nem de logradouros públicos. Temos pouquíssimas leis municipais que tratam do assunto. Neste sentido, a nossa colaboração é uma proposta de lei para a normalização destes nomes, a partir dos resultados desta pesquisa. létricas.
The place naming is an human being inerent act and it is so old as civilization. The Toponimy, as science, ocurred in XIX century and it studies the names of the places, their significants and their importance for the social culture of the people. In the present theses that integrates the \"Projeto ATESP\" and \"Caminho das Águas\", coordenated by Dick (1990; 2001), we verify the importance and the function of Tiete river in the XVII and XX centuries in relation to the attributed names in all its extension. The theses was developed in three phases. In the first phase, an analysis of hydrotoponimies and human aglomerades along the water courses was made. Firstly, we studied the main rivers of the world and the Tiete river, which was specially related in old maps and montion relates. As one of the first geographic elements to be named and, because of that, to register an older linguistic and cultural knowledge (Dauzat: 1946), the name of the rivers reveals the occupation of unknown country lands and the belives of those who ran along it. In a second phase, after having the names of the falls that were part of Tiete of the past, the names of the hydroeletrics installed along Tiete river of the present were analysed. It was verified how these names were given and altered during time. To do so, it was pointed the contribution of Tiete river for the electric energy creation of great part of São Paulo State oposing the impact and the environmental degradation with the changing of the view and the disappearing of geographical elements. In a third stage, the laws related to the act of naming spaces in the world as well as in Brazil were studied. Other country regulations were collected and compared to brazilian ones. It was noticed that in Brazil there is not a concern about making specific legislation for naming either the hydroelectrics or public places. Being so, the collaboration of this theses is a law proposal for normalization of these names according to the research results.

Assim como qualquer empreendimento que altera localmente o regime de águas, a construção de barragens de abastecimento modifica a ecologia dos culicídeos, podendo levar ao aparecimento de surtos. Foi comparado como foi a resposta dessa comunidade na construção das barragens de Biritiba-Mirim e Paraitinga, entre 2002 e 2005. Ambas fazem parte do Sistema Produtor do Alto Tietê, responsável pelo abastecimento da maior parte da região metropolitana de São Paulo. A amostragem aconteceu pelo método de Armadilha de Shannon, a partir dos dados coletados foram calculados índices dos componentes ecológicos, como riqueza, constância, abundância, similaridade e outros. A análise destes componentes revelou que a fauna de mosquitos das duas barragens possuíam estágios iniciais diferentes, logo tiveram reações diferentes ao impacto. Em Biritiba-Mirim estava presente uma fauna silvícola, que diminuiu grandemente com a inundação, enquanto a fauna associada a macrófitas e a criadouros temporários cresceram, isso levou a diminuição da diversidade no período estudado. Em Paraitinga a fauna silvícola era reduzida, então as modificações, qualitativa e quantitativas foram pequenas. Foram encontradas as seguinte espécie de importância médica: Mansonia titillans, Anopheles galvaoi, Anopheles albitarsis s.l., Anopheles evansae, Anopheles intermedius, Anopheles cruzii, Anopheles lutzi, Anopheles triannulatus, Aedes albopictus, Aedeomyia squamipennis, Psorophora ferox, Culex (Melanoconion) sp., Culex amazonensis, Limatus durhami, Aedes scapularis e Aedes serratus
Like any enterprise that locally modify the water regime, the construction of dams supply modifies the ecology of Culicidae, which may lead to the emergence of epidemic outbreaks. In the present study was studied and compared as was the response of this community in the construction of dams and Paratirinda Bitiriba- Mirim, between 2002 and 2005. Both are part of the Alto Tiete System Producer, responsible for supplying most of metropolitan Sao Paulo. Sampling took place at Shannon trapping method, based on data collected were calculated index of ecological components, such as wealth, constancy, abundance, similarity, and others.The analysis of these components revealed that the faunas of the two dams had different stages, soon had the impact difererentes reactions. In Biritiba Mirim was present a wildlife forestry, which greatly diminished with the flood, while the fauna associated with macrophytes and temporary breeding sites grew, this led to decreased diversity in the period studied. In forestry Paraitinga fauna was absent, so the modifications were minor qualitative and quantitative. We have found the following species of medical importance: Mansonia titillans, Anopheles galvaoi, Anopheles albitarsis s.l., Anopheles evansae, Anopheles intermedius, Anopheles cruzii, Anopheles lutzi, Anopheles triannulatus, Aedes albopictus, Aedeomyia squamipennis, Psorophora ferox, Culex (Melanoconion) sp., Culex amazonensis, Limatus durhami, Aedes scapularis, Aedes serratus.

É notória a importância social e econômica que a agricultura familiar brasileira exerce, além de representar 10% do PIB nacional é responsável por 70% da produção de alimentos consumidos pelos brasileiros, garantindo a segurança alimentar de toda a população. No entanto, nem sempre foi assim, a agricultura familiar nacional é reflexo de inúmeras transformações e um processo histórico complexo de muitas dificuldades. Apenas na década de 90, esse segmento passou a ganhar maior visibilidade perante o poder público, fazendo com que o setor muitas vezes marginalizado começasse a receber políticas públicas direcionadas ao sua manutenção e desenvolvimento. Inúmeras políticas públicas de incentivo foram criadas, entre elas as direcionadas a comercialização como o PNAE. Criado na década de 50, o PNAE é um programa público com o objetivo de garantir a segurança alimentar de crianças e jovens em idade escolar, porém em uma resolução em 2009 determinou que o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) que é regido pela Lei nº 11.947 exigisse que do total dos recursos financeiros repassados pelo FNDE, no âmbito do PNAE, no mínimo 30% (trinta por cento) deveriam ser utilizados na aquisição de gêneros alimentícios diretamente da agricultura familiar e do empreendedor familiar rural ou de suas organizações, priorizando-se os assentamentos da reforma agrária, as comunidades tradicionais indígenas e comunidades quilombolas. Essa alteração tem como um de seus objetivos fortalecer a agricultura familiar local já que a compra deve favorecer a agricultura familiar de cada município e sua região. A agricultura familiar está presente em todo território nacional, em maior ou menor representatividade, dependendo das características regionais. O Alto Tietê faz parte da região metropolitana da cidade de São Paulo, Municípios como Biritiba-Mirim, Mogi das Cruzes e Suzano fazem com que essa região ainda seja reconhecida como cinturão verde perante o Estado. Sua produção agrícola familiar é concentrada nas hortaliças. Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo evidenciar os principais aspectos na condução do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) na região do Alto Tietê SP. Os agricultores familiares dos municípios analisados embora tenham capacidade de fornecer seus alimentos para o PNAE esbarram em entraves fazendo com que não usufruam dos benefícios do programa
It is notorious the social and economic importance that the Brazilian family farming plays, and represents 10% of national GDP accounts for 70% of food production consumed by Brazilians, ensuring food security of the entire population. However, it was not always so, the national family farming is a reflection of many changes and a complex historical process of many difficulties. Only in the 90s, this segment began to gain greater visibility to the government, causing the often marginalized sector began to receive public policies to its maintenance and development. Numerous public policy incentives were created, including those aimed at marketing as PNAE. Created in the 50s, the PNAE is a public program in order to ensure food safety of children and young people of school age, but in a resolution in 2009 determined that the National School Feeding Programme (PNAE) which is governed by Law No. 11,947 require that the total financial resources transferred by the ENDF under the PNAE, at least 30% (thirty percent) should be used in the purchase of food directly from family farming and rural family entrepreneur or their organizations, giving priority If the agrarian reform settlements, indigenous communities and traditional maroon communities. This change has as one of its objectives to strengthen local family farming as the purchase should favor family agriculture in each municipality and its region. Family farming is present throughout the country, more or less representative, depending on regional characteristics. The Alto Tiete is part of the metropolitan region of São Paulo, municipalities as Biritiba-Mirim, Mogi das Cruzes and Suzano make this region is still recognized as green belt to the state. His family agricultural production is concentrated in vegetables. This research aimed to highlight the main aspects in the conduct of the National School Feeding Programme (PNAE) in the Alto Tietê region - SP. The farmers of the municipalities analyzed although their ability to provide food for the PNAE run into obstacles causing not reap the benefits of the program

Abstract:

Today many companies aims to have their systems automated. Tieto works in a delivery system that is not fully automated, and they wish for it to be improved. They wish to improve this delivery system, as it’s not automated. This work aims to analyze the delivery system to find possi- ble solutions. The delivery system is being used to deliver services to Telia and developed modules are installed for system tests, acceptance tests and in production. The analysis is done by observing and interviewing users on Tieto. If a solution can be found the solutions will be found mainly within automation, but also in level of risk and usability. A solu- tion will be implemented and aiming for practical results that can be used in the delivery system. The analysis has resulted in prioritizing automa- tion of installations descriptions for modules, in the form of installation reports. After the automation of the installation reports, a prototype was implemented for automation of the installation guide. It is being used for getting an overview of everything that will be installed in production. A generation of installation reports has resulted in an automated solution that has been deployed in the delivery system. The deployment has shown a great time gain, a lower level of risk and an increased usability. The automation of the installation guide has resulted in a prototype that generates a big part of the content automatically. An analysis of the de- livery system shows that it contains both advantages and disadvantages in the system/process. It also contains a few missing parts. Many sugges- tions has been reported to improve the delivery system.
Idag strävar många företag till att få sina system automatiserade. Tieto jobbar i ett leveranssystem som inte är helt automatiserat och önskar att det förbättras. Arbetet syftar till att analysera leveranssystemet för att hitta möjliga lösningsalternativ. Leveranssystemet används för att leve- rera tjänster till Telia, och utvecklade moduler går därför igenom syste- met och installeras för systemtest, acceptanstest och till slut i produktion. Analysen ska genomföras med hjälp av att observera och intervjua an- vändare på Tieto under denna process. Om lösningsalternativ hittats ska förbättringar ske främst inom automatisering, men även inom risknivå och användarvänlighet. En lösning kommer implementeras och sträva ef- ter praktiska resultat som kan användas i leveranssystemet. Analysen har resulterat i att prioritet lagts på installationsbeskrivningar för moduler, i form av installationsrapporter. För att få en övergripande bild över allt som ska installeras ute i produktionen utformades även en installations- guide. Genereringen av installationsrapporterna har resulterat i en auto- matiserad lösning som blivit driftsatt i leveranssystemet. Driftsättningen har visat sig ge en stor tidsvinst, tillsammans med en minskad risknivå och en ökad användarvänlighet. Automatiseringen av installationsgui- den har resulterat i en prototyp som genererar stora delar av innehållet automatiskt. Analysen av systemet och processen visar att det både finns fördelar och nackdelar. Det finns även vissa delar som saknas. Flera för- slag har presenterats för att förbättra leveranssystem.

A proposta de experimentação que seria base para o levantamento dos dados empíricos, desenvolveuse por meio de oficinas de jogos teatrais, conduzidas pelo pesquisador e duas colaboradoras, tendo como participantes convidados professores e estudantes vinculados à Educação de Jovens e Adultos do município. Servindo-se do material produzido coletivamente, em consonância com o referencial bibliográfico, o pesquisador compôs o texto da dissertação reunindo relatos, argumentos, ideias e reflexões – suas, de autores consultados e dos participantes – manifestando uma visão de Vida, de Educação, de Ciência, de Experiência... que flui como um rio. É uma pesquisa que não recorre a explicações e nem as propõe. Que não distingue certo ou errado. Que conta com o imprevisível. Que se produz ao longo da trajetória e não se fixa em resultados. The relationship of the man with the river was elected as its central theme, as a possibility to think about the human condition. By having “by which river life passes through?” as its main question, the researcher makes a subjective choice by Igaraçu do Tietê – Sao Paulo state, justified by his long-dated relationship with the referred river. The proposed experimentation that would be the basis for the analysis of empirical data, developed through workshops in theater games, conducted by the researcher and two collaborators, whose participants are invited teachers and students linked to the Education of Youth and Adults of the municipality. Making use of the material produced collectively, in line with the theoretical foundations, the researcher wrote the text of the dissertation by gathering up reports, arguments, ideas and impressions – of his own, of the consulted authors and of the participants – expressing a vision of Life, of Education, of Science, of Experience… that flows like a river. Abstract:

Os sedimentos da Formação Tietê, do Subgrupo Itararé, do Grupo Tubarão, tem uma primordial importância nos locais onde afIoram porque nos mesmos ocorre a captação de água subterrânea para o abastecimento das populações locais. As captações de superfície, nestes locais, atualmente estão em desuso, face à intensa poluição dos mananciais, muitas vezes proveniente de outros municípios situados a montante. Esta poluição é causada pelo lançamento de efIuentes domésticos e industriais nos rios, sem qualquer tratamento, principalmente nas áreas urbanas das cidades ribeirinhas. Em conseqüência, é grande a procura de água subterrânea, tanto para abastecimento das populações urbanas, quanto para o suprimento da demanda agrícola e industrial. A variação faciológica dos sedimentos glaciais do Subgrupo Itararé produz uma ampla faixa de vazões nas captações de água subterrânea e, frente às dificuldades para a prospecção da água subterrânea nestes sedimentos, deve-se empregar métodos avançados de pesquisa para avaliação do potencial hidríco subterrâneo e localizar melhor as futuras captações. O Instituto Geológico, graças a muitos anos de trabalho na área do Município de Tietê e regiões circunvizinhas, acumulou dados que permitem um estudo científico amplo sobre a geologia e hidrogeologia local. Este trabalho enfoca os aspectos geológicos regionais e locais, possibilitando uma ampla discussão sobre a faciologia dos sedimentos do Subgrupo Itararé na região do Médio Rio Tietê, no Município de Tietê. É dedicada atenção especial aos sedimentos da Formação Tietê, o aqüífero local por excelência, e quanto aos aspectos qualitativos e quantitativos das águas subterrâneas. Neste trabalho foram empregados métodos apropriados de pesquisa para a caracterização hidrogeológica dos sedimentos e para o conhecimento do potencial de uso da água subterrânea. Estes métodos envolveram levantamentos geológicos, geral e de detalhe, estudos e interpretações de dados hidrológicos, interpretação de dados de ensaios de bombeamento em poços tubulares profundos e, estudos hidroquímicos e isotópicos visando caracterizar e definir a origem das águas subterrâneas.
The present paper is a contribution to the hydrogeology of Tietê Municipality, State of São Paulo, Brazil. The main subject of this research is the Permocarboniferous Itararé Subgroup of the Tubarão Group, specially the Tietê Formation due to its groundwater potential. Surface water sources, including the most of the rivers, are not fitted for consumption because of the high pollution degree. As a consequence, the search for groundwater became of utmost importance. The State of São Paulo \"Instituto Geológico\" supports a Itararé field work program covering the Middle Tiete Valley region for a long time. Extensive boreholes data allowed an evaluation of the local Itararé facies relationships. The present paper intends to study the Tietê Municipality hydrogeology in order to open an extensive discussion of the Itararé Subgroup facies whit especial reference to the Tietê Formation. This paper intends to fix the most suitable searching methods to characterize the best hydrogeologic potential of these sediments, so important to get potable water for the Tietê Municipality. The field work includes the interpretation of pumping data from deep wells and characterization of isotopic and chemical attributes of the groundwater in order to improve our knowledge of its origin and chemical composition including the salt contents.

Tiivistelmä. Tutkielman tavoitteena oli syventyä kirjallisuuskatsauksen keinoin toiminnalliseen oppimiseen, sen hyötyihin ja haittoihin sekä tieto- ja viestintäteknologian käyttöön alakoulussa. Tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin mobiililaitteiden käyttöä ja tvt-taitoja alakoulun opettajilla ja oppilailla. Lisäksi tarkoituksena oli tutkia, miten toiminnallisia oppimismenetelmiä voitaisiin tukea tieto- ja viestintäteknologian keinoin. Erityisesti tutkielmassa haluttiin selvittää mahdollisia erilaisia sovelluksia, joiden avulla toiminnallista oppimista voisi tukea alakoulussa. Tutkielmassa kävi ilmi, että tieto- ja viestintäteknologialla on merkittävä asema nykypäivän alakoulussa, ja sen käyttäminen on jossain määrin jopa välttämätöntä. Tvt:n tarjoamat mahdollisuudet lisääntyvät jatkuvasti uusien tekniikoiden ja sovellusten myötä. Monet oppimateriaalien valmistajat tarjoavat yhä enemmän materiaalia digitaalisessa muodossa verkossa. Mobiililaitteille on saatavilla erilaisia digitaalisia sovelluksia, joita voi käyttää oppimisen toiminnallistamiseen ja oppilaiden aktivoimiseen koulupäivän aikana. Toiminnallisuuden merkitys opetuksessa kasvoi ja korostuu edelleen etenkin vuoden 2014 opetussuunnitelman perusteiden myötä. Toiminnallisuuden hyödyt liikunnan ja liikkumisen näkökulmasta näyttävät kiistattomilta, vaikka oppimisen kannalta tutkimusten tulokset olivat osin epäselviä. Toiminnallista oppimista on syytä tutkia edelleen myös oppimisen näkökulmasta, koska osa tähänastisista tutkimuksista on ristiriidassa. Tieto- ja viestintäteknologia on nykyään jo välttämätön osa alakoulun arkea ja opetusta, jolloin sen tarjoamia hyötyjä opetukseen ja oppimiseen kannattaa tutkia ja kehittää edelleen. Jatkossa tutkimuksissa kannattaa huomioida yhä enemmän erilaiset digitaaliset sovellukset, joilla oppimista voidaan monipuolistaa ja tehostaa.

This work, resulting from an analytical and interpretative study of the works Tieta do Agreste, by Jorge Amado, and A hora da estrela, written by Clarice Lispector, aims to investigate how female identity is portrayed in such novels. From this perspective, this study relies on the Critical Theory of Society and Literary Sociology: the first is based on authors such Walter Benjamin and Theodor Adorno; the second is grounded on Antonio Cândido and Alfredo Bosi s theories. Both perspectives emphasize the importance of the historical context for understanding the work, articulating the underlying text with the fictional setting of the narrative elements. Therefore, by analyzing the characters Tieta and Macabea, it will be questioned how female identity is presented in the 1970s. First, it is analyzed the historical context in which the narratives are involved; next it is examined the works and their protagonists and finally it is discussed how female identity is established in these narratives as well as socially, highlighting the main point of rapprochement between the protagonists concerning female roles. At this point, it was sought theoretical support primarily in Nelly Richard, who talks about the fragmentation of the female and points up their exclusion from the conservative culture in large-scale of social spheres. Since female identity is overwhelmed by preconceptions grounded in the Judeo-Christian culture and internalized by society, the women remain at the social margin. By analyzing identity, two disparate personalities can be put together when it comes to female representation. Still, it is discussed the conservative culture that sets society in motion, which when represented from fiction enables to find traces of the 1977 society, year of publication of both narratives. The marks of this period are shown connected to the exclusion of women. The identity, treated as a totalizing element, serves as a point of submersion of women in social spheres. Thus, it is understood that the protagonists as well as women, are looking for space, seeking to legitimacy of their identity.
Esta dissertação, resultante de um estudo analítico interpretativo das obras Tieta do Agreste, de Jorge Amado, e A hora da estrela, de Clarice Lispector, tem por objetivo investigar a forma como a identidade feminina é retratada nas obras. Nessa perspectiva, baseia-se na Teoria Crítica da Sociedade e na Sociologia Literária: a primeira sustentada por autores como Walter Benjamin e Theodor Adorno; a segunda, por Antonio Candido e Alfredo Bosi. Ambas as perspectivas evidenciam a importância do contexto histórico para compreensão da obra, articulando os elementos subjacentes ao texto com o ambiente ficcional das narrativas. Dessa maneira, mediante a análise das personagens Tieta e Macabéa, será questionada a forma como se apresenta a identidade feminina na década de 1970. No primeiro momento, analisa-se o contexto histórico em que estão envolvidas as narrativas, logo parte-se para a análise das obras e protagonistas e, por fim, discute-se a forma como a identidade feminina é estabelecida nas narrativas e socialmente, destacando o principal ponto de aproximação entre as protagonistas no que tange ao feminino. Nesse ponto, buscou-se aporte, principalmente, em Nelly Richard, que discorre quanto à fragmentação do feminino e aponta a exclusão desse a partir da cultura conservadora presente em grande escala das esferas sociais. Visto que a identidade feminina é subjugada por pré-conceitos embasados na cultura judaico-cristã introjetados pela sociedade, a mulher mantém-se à margem social. Ao analisar a identidade, consegue-se aproximar duas personalidades díspares quando se questiona o feminino. Ainda nesse ponto, discute-se a cultura conservadora que encaminha a sociedade, a qual representada a partir da ficção, possibilita encontrar vestígios da sociedade de 1977, ano de publicação das duas narrativas. As marcas desse período mostram-se ligadas à exclusão da mulher. A identidade tratada como elemento totalizador serve como mais um ponto de submersão da mulher nas esferas sociais. Dessa maneira, entende-se que as protagonistas, assim como a mulher, estão em busca de espaço; à procura da legitimação da sua identidade.
